La présente invention concerne des éléments de construction modulaires préfabriqués et un système de construction modulaire qui utilise ces éléments pour la construction de bâtiments à n'importe quel usage, par exemple des logements, des bureaux, des bateaux industriels, des piscines, etc. Les éléments de construction modulaires préfabriqués de l'invention peuvent être utilisés de manière indépendante ou en association, tant dans le même plan qu'à différentes hauteurs, étant donné qu'ils sont également autoportants, ils offrent ainsi un système de construction qui permet de définir des bâtiments avec des espaces indépendants ou associés par l'utilisation de ces éléments de manière simple, polyvalente et rapide.
