Description

缓存状态报告上报方法和装置
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及无线通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种缓存状态报告上报 方法和装置。 背景技术
设备到设备 (Device to Device, D2D ) 通信技术是一种终端与终端之间 直接通信的技术。 D2D通信与蜂窝通信技术的区别在于, D2D通信中终端发 送的数据不需要经过基站的传输, 而是直接通过终端和终端之间的空口进行 传输, 从而减少了数据通过基站转发的时延。
进行 D2D通信的终端可以称为 D2D设备,多个 D2D设备组成一个 D2D 通信组, 同一个 D2D通信组中的 D2D设备之间进行 D2D通信。 D2D设备有 两种资源调度模式, 分别为基站调度资源模式 (第一模式) 和自主选择资源 模式 (第二模式) , 在基站调度资源模式中, D2D设备进行数据传输所使用 的资源由蜂窝网络中的基站进行调度。 D2D 设备需要通过缓存状态报告 (Buffer Status Repot, BSR) 将等待发送的 D2D数据量上报给基站, 基站根 据 BSR中的数据量为 D2D设备调度相应的资源。而 D2D设备向基站上报 BSR 也需要使用一定的上行资源, 该上行资源同样由基站分配给 D2D设备。
D2D通信的特点在于, D2D设备可能同时与多个其他 D2D设备 (或者 多个 D2D通信组) 进行通信, 因此 D2D设备上报的 BSR可能包括该 D2D 设备与多个其他 D2D设备 (或者多个 D2D通信组) 的通信数据量, 从而导 致发送该 D2D BSR所需的上行资源相对较大。在基站调度资源模式中, 基站 为 D2D设备分配的用于发送 BSR的上行资源是有限的, 从而导致 D2D设备 可能无法向基站发送全部的 BSR信息。 发明内容

在长期演进 (Long Term Evolution, LTE) 系统中, 有三种 BSR的上报 方式, 分别为常规 BSR (regular BSR)上报、 周期 BSR (periodic BSR)上报 和填充 BSR (padding BSR) 上报。 用户设备 (User Equipment, UE) 在不同 的 BSR上报方式下, 向演进节点 B (Evolved Node B, eNB ) 上报 BSR。
图 1为 LTE系统中常规 BSR上报信令流程图,如图 1所示,在歩骤 S101 中, 当 UE有上行数据等待发送并触发常规 BSR上报时, 如果没有上行资源 可以用于发送 BSR, 则 UE确定触发调度请求 (Scheduling Request, SR) 上 报。 在歩骤 S102中, UE向 eNB发送 SR信息。 在歩骤 S103中, eNB为 UE 分配上行资源, 并向 UE发送上行资源调度信息, 该上行资源用于 UE发送 BSR。 在歩骤 S104中, UE在 eNB分配的上行资源上向 eNB发送 BSR。 在 歩骤 S105中, 当 UE在歩骤 S104中上行发送的媒体访问控制(Media Access Control, MAC) 协议数据单元 (Protocol Data Unit, PDU) 中包含 BSR或者 当 UE上行发送的 MAC PDU中包含所有等待发送的上行数据时, UE取消已 经触发的 SR上报。在歩骤 S106中, 当 eNB接收到 UE发送的 BSR后, eNB 再次为 UE分配上行资源,并向 UE发送上行资源调度信息,该上行资源用于 使 UE发送上行数据, 该上行资源的大小根据 UE发送的 BSR确定。
图 2为 LTE系统中填充 BSR上报信令流程图,如图 2所示,在歩骤 S201 中, eNB为 UE分配上行资源, 并向 UE发送上行资源调度请求, 该上行资 源用于 UE发送数据。在歩骤 S202中,对于 eNB在歩骤 S201中分配的资源, 如果 UE在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 仍有上行资源剩余时, 并且该剩 余的上行资源能够容纳 BSR以及其 MAC子包头, 则 UE确定在该剩余的上 行资源中上报填充 BSR。在歩骤 S203中, UE通过剩余的上行资源向 eNB上 报填充 BSR。 在歩骤 S204中, 当 eNB接收到 UE发送的填充 BSR后, eNB 再次为 UE分配上行资源,并向 UE发送上行资源调度信息,该上行资源用于 使 UE发送上行数据, 该上行资源的大小根据 UE发送的填充 BSR确定。
LTE系统的周期 BSR上报方式即为 eNB为 UE分配一定的上行资源, UE可以在该上行资源上周期性地向 eNB上报 BSR, 其具体实现方式此处不 再详述。
上述 LTE系统的 BSR上报方式中, 上报的 BSR均为蜂窝网的 BSR, 由 于在蜂窝网中, UE仅与 eNB之间进行数据传输, 因此 UE在一定的时间内 向 eNB发送的数据量不会过大。 而在 D2D通信中, 由于 D2D设备可能同时 与多个其他 D2D设备进行通信, 因此其在一定的时间内传输的数据量可能较 大, 在基站调度资源模式中, 基站为 D2D设备分配的用于发送 BSR的上行 资源可能无法承载 D2D通信数据的 BSR。
将 D2D通信的 BSR称为 D2D BSR, 若采用 LTE系统的常规 BSR上报 方式, 参照图 1, 在歩骤 S101中, 当 UE有 D2D数据等待发送并触发常规 D2D BSR时, 如果没有上行资源可以用于发送该 D2D BSR, 则 UE确定触发 SR上报, 若 UE的 D2D通信数据量较大, 则 eNB在歩骤 S103中为 UE分配 的上行资源可能不够 UE上报所有的 D2D BSR, 也就是说, UE在歩骤 S104 中仅能向 eNB上报一部分 D2D BSR。 但在歩骤 S105中, 当 UE检测到上行 发送的 MAC PDU中包含 BSR后, 将取消已经触发的 SR上报, 当 eNB接收 到 UE上报的 D2D BSR后, 会认为 UE已经上报了所有需要上报的 BSR, 而 不会继续为 UE分配上行资源使 UE继续上报剩余的 D2D BSR, 从而造成了 部分 D2D BSR无法上报的问题。
若采用 LTE系统的填充 BSR上报方式, 参照图 2, 由于 UE可能同时进 行蜂窝通信和 D2D通信, 因此可能同时存在蜂窝通信 BSR和 D2D BSR。 在 歩骤 S202中, 当 UE确定上报填充 BSR时, 由于同时存在蜂窝通信 BSR和 D2D BSR, 此时 UE将不确定需要上报哪种 BSR。
若采用 LTE系统的周期 BSR上报方式, 则与常规 SBR上报方式相同, UE在 eNB预先分配的用于周期性上报 BSR的资源上, 可能无法上报所有的 D2D BSR。
以上仅以 LTE系统为例, 说明了 D2D BSR上报所存在的问题, 但本发 明不以此为限, 例如在通用移动通信系统 (Universal Mobile
Telecommunications System, UMTS )、 全球移动通信系统( Global System for Mobile communication, GSM)、全球微波互耳关接入 (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, WiMAX)等系统中, 若进行 D2D通信, 则 D2D BSR 的上报也会出现上述问题。
综上所述, 当 D2D设备在基站分配的用于上报 D2D BSR的上行资源上 无法上报所有 D2D BSR时, 如何进行 D2D BSR的上报, 是目前亟待解决的 问题。
另外, 随着无线通信网络的演进, 蜂窝网络的上行数据也在逐渐增多, 可以预期的是, 蜂窝网络中的 UE在基站分配的用于上报 BSR的上行资源上 也可能出现无法上报所有 BSR的情况, 在这种情况下, 如何进行 BSR的上 报, 也是需要解决的问题。
图 3为本发明实施例提供的用户设备实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 3所 示, 本实施例的用户设备包括:
接收模块 31, 用于接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上 行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源。
具体地, 本实施例提供的 UE可以为任一无线通信系统中的 UE。 其中包 括接收模块 31, 接收模块 31用于接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 第一上行资源调度信息用于指示为 UE分配的第一上行资源, 其中第一上行 资源用于承载 UE上报的 BSR。接收模块 31接收的第一上行资源调度信息可 以是基站周期性发送的, 也可以是基站接收到 UE发送的 SR后发送的。
处理模块 32, 用于确定所述第一上行资源是否能承载所述 UE 的全部 BSR。
具体地, 当接收模块 31接收到第一上行资源调度信息后, 处理模块 32 判断第一上行资源是否能够承载 UE的全部 BSR。 UE的全部 BSR根据 UE 等待发送的全部上行数据的数据量确定, UE等待发送的数据量越大, UE的 BSR就越大。因此处理模块 32可以根据 UE的缓存中待发送的上行数据确定 UE的全部 BSR, 并判断第一上行资源是否能够承载 UE的全部 BSR。
发送模块 33, 用于若处理模块 32确定所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR, 则在所述第一上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR中的第一部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。
具体地, 若处理模块 32确定第一上行资源不能承载 UE的全部 SBR, 则 此时发送模块 33可以先向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的第一部分, 其中第 一部分可以是 UE的全部 BSR中的任意部分, 第一部分的大小不超过第一上 行资源能够承载的 BSR的大小即可。
可选地, 由于发送模块 33并未向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR, 因此发送模 块 33同时还向基站发送未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息, 当基站接收到发送 模块 33发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第一部分以及未发送完全部 BSR的指示 信息后, 即可确定 UE还未发送完全部的 BSR。
接收模块 31, 还用于接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息, 所述 第二上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源。
具体地, 当基站确定 UE还未发送完全部的 BSR后, 继续为 UE分配第 一上行资源。接收模块 31接收基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息, 第二上行 资源调度信息用于指示为 UE分配的第二上行资源, 其中第二上行资源用于 承载 UE上报的 BSR。
发送模块 33, 还用于在所述第二上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE的 全部 BSR中的第二部分。
具体地, 当接收模块 31接收到第二上行资源调度信息后, 发送模块 33 即可在第二上行资源向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分。一般情况下, 基站为 UE分配的第二上行资源能够使发送模块 33上报全部的 BSR中除了 第一部分外的其他部分, 也就是说, 当发送模块 33在第二上行资源上向基站 发送全部 BSR中的第二部分后, 即发送完了 UE的全部 BSR。 若基站为 UE 分配的第二上行资源不能使发送模块 33上报全部的 BSR中除了第一部分外 的其他部分, 则发送模块 33在向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分后, 接收模块 31还会接收到基站发送的另一个上行资源调度信息,获取基站调度 的另一个上行资源,直至 UE能够在基站调度的上行资源上发送完 UE的全部 BSR。
优选地, UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分包括 UE的全部 BSR中除第一部 分外的其它部分。 也就是说, UE不会向基站重复发送已经发送过的 BSR。 但在一种情况下, UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分包括 UE的全部 BSR。 在这 种情况下, 基站为 UE分配的第二上行资源需要能够承载 UE的全部 BSR。
本实施例, 在 UE接收到基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息后, 若在第 一上行资源上无法发送 UE的全部 BSR, 则向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的 第一部分,使基站为 UE分配第二上行资源,在 UE接收到基站发送的第二上 行资源调度信息后, 在第二上行资源上向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的第二 部分, 从而使 UE能够向基站发送全部 BSR。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 可选地, 发送模块 33, 还用于在接收模 块 31接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 向所述基站发送未发 送完全部 BSR的指示信息。 所述未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息, 包括: 如 下信息中的至少一个: BSR剩余指示、 剩余 BSR容量信息。
具体地, 在接收模块 31 接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之 前, 发送模块 33向基站发送未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息, 可以使基站获 知 UE还未发送完 UE的全部 BSR。 该未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息包括: BSR剩余指示信息、剩余 BSR容量信息中的至少一个。其中, BSR剩余指示 信息用于直接指示 UE还有没有发送完的 BSR, 剩余 BSR容量信息用于指示 UE没有发送完的 BSR的容量。 当未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息为 BSR剩 余指示信息时, 基站可以根据 BSR剩余指示信息直接确定 UE未发送完全部 的 BSR。 当未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息为剩余 BSR容量信息时, 基站可 以根据剩余 BSR容量确定 UE未发送完全部的 BSR, 并且确定 UE未发送完 的 BSR的容量。进而基站可以根据剩余 BSR容量信息为 UE分配第二上行资 源, 该第二上行资源可以大于等于剩余 BSR容量信息中剩余 BSR的容量, 从而发送模块 33在第二上行资源上发送的 UE的全部 BSR的第二部分可以 为 UE的全部 BSR中除第一部分外的其他部分, 也即发送模块 33可以在基 站为 UE分配两次上行资源时就可以发送完所有 BSR。 优选地, 第二上行资 源等于剩余 BSR容量信息中 BSR的容量, 这样发送模块 33可以使用最少的 上行资源进行 BSR的上报。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 接收模块 31可以接收基站周期性发送的 第一上行资源调度信息,从而 UE进行 BSR上报的方法与周期 BSR上报方式 类似, 并且与蜂窝网的现有周期 BSR上报方式兼容, 若接收模块 31接收到 第一上行资源调度信息后, 处理模块 32确定第一上行资源能够发送完 UE的 全部 BSR, 则图 3所示实施例的 UE的 BSR上报方法与蜂窝网的现有周期 BSR上报方式相同。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 处理模块 32, 还用于在接收模块 31接 收所述基站发送的所述第一上行资源调度信息之前, 触发 SR上报; 发送模 块 33, 还用于在处理模块 32触发 SR上报后向所述基站发送第一 SR, 所述 SR上报为处理模块 32触发常规 BSR上报且没有上行资源用于发送所述 UE 的 BSR时触发的。
具体地, 图 3所示实施例的 UE还可以采用与蜂窝网中常规 BSR上报方 式类似的 BSR上报方法进行 BSR的上报。 这种情况下, 处理模块 32在接收 模块 31接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息之前, 触发 SR上报。 当处理 模块 32触发 SR上报后,发送模块 33向基站发送第一 SR。处理模块 32触发 的 SR上报是在处理模块 32触发常规 BSR上报并且没有上行资源用于发送 UE的 BSR时进行的。 也就是说, 当处理模块 32触发常规 BSR上报后, 发 现没有上行资源能够用于发送 UE的 BSR时, 则触发 SR上报, 并且发送模 块 33向基站发送第一 SR, 当基站接收到第一 SR后, 再为 UE分配第一上行 资源。 UE的这种 BSR上报方法与图 1所示的蜂窝网的常规 BSR上报方法兼 进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 若 BSR为 D2D BSR, 则处理模块 32, 具体用于当 UE从自主选择资源模式切换到基站调度资源模式,且 UE的当前 D2D逻辑信道有数据等待传输时, 触发常规 BSR上报。 具体地, 处理模块 32触发常规 BSR上报的方式有很多, 当 UE在进行 D2D通信时,处理模块 32触发常规 BSR上报的其中一种方法可以为: 当 UE 从自主选择资源模式切换到基站调度资源模式, 且 UE的当前 D2D逻辑信道 有数据等待传输时, 触发常规 BSR上报。 UE的自主选择资源模块表示 UE 可以自己选择发送数据所使用的上行资源, 而无需向基站方请求消息; UE的 基站调度资源模式表示 UE所使用的资源都是由基站分配的。当 UE处于自主 选择资源模式时, 则 UE无需向基站上报 BSR, 可以自主选择资源发送 D2D 数据; 当 UE处于基站调度资源模式模式时, 需要向基站上报 BSR, 基站为 UE分配上行资源后, UE才能发送 D2D数据。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 发送模块 33, 具体用于在接收模块 31 接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 向所述基站发送第二 SR。
具体地, 若图 3所示实施例的 UE采用与蜂窝网中常规 BSR上报方式类 似的 BSR上报方法进行 BSR的上报, 即处理模块 32在接收模块 31接收基 站发送的第一上行资源调度信息之前, 触发 SR上报, 并且当处理模块 32触 发 SR上报后, 发送模块 33向基站发送第一 SR。 发送模块 33在接收模块 31 接收基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 向基站发送第二 SR。 这时处理 模块 32在确定第一上行资源不能发送 UE的全部 BSR后, 确定不取消已经 触发的 SR上报或者常规 BSR上报后, 向基站发送的。发送模块 33向基站发 送第二 SR隐含着 UE还未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。 当基站接收到第二 SR后, 即可得知 UE还未发送完全部的 BSR, 因此即可为 UE分配第二上行 资源,从而同样可以使 UE继续通过第二上行资源向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR 中的第二部分。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 处理模块 32, 还用于当发送模块 33已 经向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR后, 取消已经触发的 SR上报或者常 规 BSR上报。
具体地, 当发送模块 33已经向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR后, 处理模块 32将取消已经触发的 SR上报或常规 BSR上报。 也就是说当 UE已经向基站 发送了 UE的全部 BSR后, UE无需再向基站发送 SR去请求调度上行资源, 也无需再向基站发送 BSR, 因此处理模块 32将取消已经触发的 SR上报或常 规 BSR上报。 进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 处理模块 32, 还用于当所述 UE从所述 基站调度资源模式切换到所述自主选择资源模式时, 取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的 SR上报,所述用于 D2D资源请求的 SR上报是指当 D2D BSR 触发后没有上行资源发送 D2D BSR而触发的 SR上报。
具体地,无论 UE采用类似于蜂窝网周期 BSR的方式上报 BSR还是采用 类似蜂窝网常规 BSR的方式上报 BSR, 当 UE从基站调度资源模式切换到自 主选择资源模式时, UE都无需再由基站分配上行资源, 而是可以自主选择上 行资源。因此无论 UE处于什么状态, 当 UE从基站调度资源模式切换到自主 选择资源模式时, 处理模块 32可以取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的 SR 上报。 UE向基站发送的 SR用于使基站为 UE分配发送数据所需的资源, 这 里的用于 D2D资源请求的 SR上报,用于使基站为 UE调度用于 D2D通信所 使用的资源。 具体地, 用于 D2D资源请求的 SR上报是指当 UE的 D2D BSR 上报触发后, UE没有上行资源发送 D2D BSR而触发的 SR上报。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 处理模块 32, 还用于当所述 UE从所述 基站调度资源模式切换到所述自主选择资源模式时, 取消已经触发的 BSR上 报。

进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 处理模块 32, 还用于当所述 UE从所述 基站调度资源模式切换到所述自主选择资源模式时, 取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的随机接入过程,所述用于 D2D资源请求的随机接入过程是指 当 D2D BSR上报触发后没有上行资源发送 D2D BSR并且所述 UE没有配置 发送 SR的物理上行链路控制信道(Physical Uplink Control Channel, PUCCH) 从而触发的随机接入过程;所述取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的随机接 入过程, 包括至少以下操作中的一种: 取消导频 (Preamble ) 码的发送、 取 消消息 3 (Message 3 , MSG3 ) 的发送、 终止所述随机接入过程并认为所述随 机接入过程成功完成。 具体地,无论 UE采用类似于蜂窝网周期 BSR的方式上报 BSR还是采用 类似蜂窝网常规 BSR的方式上报 BSR, 当 UE从基站调度资源模式切换到自 主选择资源模式时, UE都无需再由基站分配上行资源, 而是可以自主选择上 行资源。因此无论 UE处于什么状态, 当 UE从基站调度资源模式切换到自主 选择资源模式时, 处理模块 32都可以取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的 随机接入过程。 UE的随机接入过程用于接入基站, UE的随机接入过程包括 首先向基站发送导频码, 然后接收基站发送的随机接入响应 (消息 2 ) , 然 后再向基站发送消息 3等过程。 用于 D2D资源请求的随机接入过程是指当 D2D BSR上报触发后没有上行资源发送 D2D BSR并且 UE没有配置发送 SR 的 PUCCH从而触发的随机接入过程。 取消已经触发的用于 D2D资源请求的 随机接入过程包括: 取消导频码的发送、 取消消息 3的发送、 中止随机接入 过程并认为随机接入过程成功完成中的至少一种操作。
进一歩地, 图 3所示实施例中, 所述 BSR包括 D2D BSR。 当 UE进行 D2D通信时, 将产生 D2D BSR, 由于 D2D通信的特点是上行通信数据量可 能较大, 因此 D2D BSR的容量也可能较大, UE上报 D2D BSR所需的上行 资源也较大, 因此图 3所示实施例的 UE能够向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR, 从而解决 D2D BSR的上报问题。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的基站实施例一的结构示意图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的基站包括:
发送模块 41, 用于向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资 源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源。
具体地, 本实施例提供的基站可以为任一无线通信系统中的任意形式的 基站, 只要该基站具有资源调度能力即可。 其中包括发送模块 41, 发送模块 41用于向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资源调度信息用于 指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源,其中第一上行资源用于承载 UE上报的 BSR。 本实施例的基站还包括处理模块 42, 处理模块 42用于确定为 UE分配 的第一上行资源。
接收模块 43, 用于若所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR, 则接收所述 UE在所述第一上行资源上发送的所述 UE的全部 BSR中的第一 部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。 具体地, 当发送模块 41 向 UE发送第一上行资源分配消息后, UE即判 断第一上行资源是否能够承载 UE的全部 BSR。 若不能, 则基站中的接收模 块 43将接收到 UE在第一上行资源上发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第一部分, 其中第一部分可以是 UE的全部 BSR中的任意部分, 第一部分的大小不超过 第一上行资源能够承载的 BSR的大小即可。
发送模块 41, 还用于向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息, 所述第二 上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源。
具体地,当接收模块 43接收到 UE发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第一部分 后。处理模块 42确定为 UE分配第二上行资源,发送模块 41向 UE发送第二 上行资源调度信息, 第二上行资源调度信息用于指示为 UE分配的第二上行 资源, 其中第二上行资源用于承载 UE上报的 BSR, 使 UE能够继续在第二 上行资源上上报 BSR。
接收模块 43,还用于接收所述 UE在所述第二上行资源上发送的所述 UE 的全部 BSR中的第二部分。
具体地, 当发送模块 41 向 UE发送第二上行资源分配消息后, UE即可 在第二上行资源上向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分。 一般情况下, 处理模块 42确定的第二上行资源能够使 UE上报全部的 BSR中除了第一部 分外的其他部分, 也就是说, 当接收模块 43在第二上行资源上接收 UE发送 的全部 BSR中的第二部分后, 即接收完 UE的全部 BSR。 若处理模块 42确 定的第二上行资源不能使 UE上报全部的 BSR 中除了第一部分外的其他部 分, 则接收模块 43在向接收 UE发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分后, 处 理模块 42将继续确定 UE上报 BSR所使用的上行资源, 发送模块 41继续向 UE发送上行资源调度信息, 直至接收模块 43接收到 UE发送到的 UE的全 部 BSR。
优选地, UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分包括 UE的全部 BSR中除第一部 分外的其它部分。 也就是说, UE不会向基站重复发送已经发送过的 BSR。 但在一种情况下, UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分包括 UE的全部 BSR。 在这 种情况下, 基站为 UE分配的第二上行资源需要能够承载 UE的全部 BSR。
本实施例, 在基站向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息后, 若第一上行资 源无法承载 UE的全部 BSR, 则基站接收 UE发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第 一部分,使基站为 UE分配第二上行资源,在基站向 UE发送第二上行资源调 度信息后, 在第二上行资源上向接收 UE发送的 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部 分, 从而使 UE能够向基站发送全部 BSR。
进一歩地, 图 4所示实施例中, 接收模块 43, 还用于在发送模块 41 向 所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前,接收所述 UE发送的未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。 所述未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息, 包括: 如下信息中的 至少一个: BSR剩余指示、 剩余 BSR容量信息。
具体地, 在在发送模块 41向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前, 接收模块 43还可以接收所述 UE发送的未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。 当 接收模块 43接收到未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息后, 处理模块 42即可得知 UE还未发送完全部的 BSR。接收模块 43接收的 UE发送的未发送完全部 BSR 的指示信息可以包括: BSR剩余指示信息、剩余 BSR容量信息中的至少一个。 其中, BSR剩余指示信息用于直接指示 UE还有没有发送完的 BSR,剩余 BSR 容量信息用于指示没有发送完的 BSR的容量。 当未发送完全部 BSR的指示 信息为 BSR剩余指示信息时,基站可以根据 BSR剩余指示信息确定 UE未发 送完全部的 BSR。当未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息为剩余 BSR容量信息时, 基站可以根据剩余 BSR容量确定 UE未发送完全部的 BSR, 并且确定 UE未 发送完的 BSR的容量。进而基站可以根据剩余 BSR容量信息为 UE分配第二 上行资源, 该第二上行资源可以大于等于剩余 BSR容量信息中剩余 BSR的 容量, 从而接收模块 43在第二上行资源上接收的 UE的全部 BSR的第二部 分可以为 UE的全部 BSR中除第一部分外的其他部分, 也即 UE可以在基站 为 UE分配两次上行资源时就可以发送完 UE的全部 BSR。 优选地, 第二上 行资源等于剩余 BSR容量信息中 BSR的容量,这样 UE可以使用最少的上行 资源进行 BSR的上报。
进一歩地, 图 4 所示实施例中, 发送模块 41, 具体用于周期性向所述
UE发送第一上行资源调度信息。 从而 UE进行 BSR上报的方法与周期 BSR 上报方式类似,并且与蜂窝网的现有周期 BSR上报方式兼容,若发送模块 41 向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息后, UE确定第一上行资源能够发送完 UE 的全部 BSR, 则图 4所示实施例的基站接收的 UE上报 BSR的方法与蜂窝网 的现有周期 BSR上报方式相同。 进一歩地, 图 4所示实施例中, 接收模块 43, 还用于在发送模块 41 向 所述 UE发送所述第一上行资源调度信息之前,接收所述 UE发送的第一 SR, 所述第一 SR为所述 UE触发常规 BSR上报且没有上行资源用于发送所述 UE 的 BSR时触发 SR上报后发送的。
具体地, 图 4所示实施例的基站还可以采用与蜂窝网中常规 BSR上报方 式类似的 BSR上报方法接收 UE上报的 BSR。 这种情况下, 在发送模块 41 向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息之前, 接收模块 43首先接收 UE发送的第 一 SR, 第一 SR为 UE触发常规 BSR上报并且没有上行资源用于发送所述 UE的 BSR时触发 SR上报后发送的。 也就是说, 当 UE触发常规 BSR上报 后, 发现没有上行资源能够用于发送 UE的 BSR时, 则触发 SR上报, 此时 接收模块 43将接收到 UE发送的第一 SR,当接收模块 43接收到第一 SR后, 发送模块再向为 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息。 这种 BSR上报方法与图 1 所示的蜂窝网的常规 BSR上报方法兼容。
进一歩地, 图 4所示实施例中, 接收模块 43, 还用于在发送模块 41 向 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前, 接收 UE发送的第二 SR。
具体地, 若图 4所示实施例的基站接收 UE采用与蜂窝网中常规 BSR上 报方式类似的 BSR上报方法上报的 BSR, 即接收模块 43在发送模块 41 向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息之前, 接收 UE发送的第一 SR。 接收模块 43 在发送模块向 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前,接收 UE发送的第二 SR。 第二 SR为 UE在确定第一上行资源不能发送 UE的全部 BSR后, 确定不取 消已经触发的 SR上报或者常规 BSR上报后发送的。 UE向基站发送第二 SR 隐含着 UE还未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。接收模块 43接收到第二 SR后, 即可得知 UE还未发送完全部的 BSR, 因此即可为 UE分配第二上行资源, 从而同样可以使 UE继续通过第二上行资源向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR中的 第二部分。
进一歩地, 图 4所示实施例中, 所述 BSR包括 D2D BSR。 当 UE进行 D2D通信时, 将产生 D2D BSR, 由于 D2D通信的特点是上行通信数据量可 能较大, 因此 D2D BSR的容量也可能较大, UE上报 D2D BSR所需的上行 资源也较大,因此图 4所示实施例的 UE能够接收 UE发送的 UE的全部 BSR, 从而解决 D2D BSR的上报问题。 图 5为本发明实施例提供的用户设备实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 5所 示, 本实施例的用户设备包括:
接收模块 51, 用于接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上 行资源调度信息用于指示为 UE分配的第一上行资源。
具体地, 本实施例提供的 UE可以为任一无线通信系统中的 UE。 本实施 例提供的 UE与图 3所示实施例提供的 UE的区别在于, 本实施例提供的 UE 进行 BSR上报所使用的方法类似于图 2所示的蜂窝网中填充 BSR上报的方 法, 并且与蜂窝网中填充 BSR上报方法兼容。
其中 UE包括接收模块 51,接收模块 51用于接收基站发送的第一上行资 源调度信息, 第一上行资源调度信息用于指示为 UE分配的第一上行资源, 其中第一上行资源用于承载 UE发送的上行数据。 这里与图 3所示实施例的 接收模块 31存在区别, 图 3所示实施例中, 接收模块 31接收的第一上行调 度信息中为 UE分配的第一上行资源用于承载 UE上报的 BSR, 而在本实施 例中, 接收模块 51是用于承载 UE向基站发送的上行数据。
处理模块 52,用于触发填充 BSR上报,且确定所述第一上行资源承载上 行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源是否能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR。
具体地, 当接收模块 51接收到第一上行调度信息后, 处理模块 51首先 确定是否触发填充 BSR上报, 与图 2所示实施例类似地, 填充 BSR是承载 在第一上行资源发送上行数据后剩余的资源中的。若处理模块 51确定触发填 充 BSR上报, 并且第一上行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后仍有剩余的 资源时, UE才能向基站发送填充 BSR。 并且处理模块 51还需要判断第一上 行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源是否能承载所述 UE的 全部 BSR。
发送模块 53, 用于若处理模块 52触发填充 BSR上报, 且确定所述第一 上行资源承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源不能承载所述 UE的全 部 BSR, 则根据预设的 BSR优先级规则向所述基站发送 BSR。
具体地, 由于填充 BSR仅占用用于发送正常数据的上行资源中的剩余资 源, 因此填充 BSR上报无需上报所有的 BSR, 并且即使 UE不能使用填充 BSR上报方式上报 UE的全部 BSR, UE在达到常规 BSR上报触发条件时, 也会触发常规 BSR上报, 从而不会对正常的数据传输造成影响。 因此本实施 例提供的 UE无需向基站发送 UE的全部 BSR。若处理模块 52触发填充 BSR 上报, 且确定所述第一上行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资 源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR, 则发送模块 53将根据预设的 BSR优先级 规则向基站发送 BSR。 BSR的优先级规则可以预设在 UE中, BSR的优先级 规则例如是根据 BSR代表的数据的特征进行优先级分类排序, 例如优先发送 蜂窝网通信产生的蜂窝 BSR、 然后发送 D2D通信产生的 D2D BSR。 总之, 发送模块 53可以根据预设的优先级规则在第一上行资源上发送全部 BSR中 的一部分。
本实施例, 在 UE接收到基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息后, 若触发 填充 BSR上报, 且 UE确定第一上行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR时, UE将根据预设的优先级规则 向基站上报 BSR, 从而使 UE在触发填充 BSR上报时, 能够正确地向基站发 送 BSR。
进一歩地, 在图 5所示实施例中, 所述 BSR优先级规则包括: 蜂窝 BSR 的优先级高于 D2D BSR的优先级。 也就是说, UE在触发填充 BSR上报时, 若同时存在蜂窝 BSR和 D2D BSR, 则 UE优先上报蜂窝 BSR。
具体地, 这里给出了一种发送模块 53 根据预设优先级规则向基站发送 BSR的具体方式。 其中, UE的全部 BSR包括蜂窝 BSR和 D2D BSR, g卩 UE 同时进行蜂窝网通信和 D2D通信。 发送模块 53优先向基站发送蜂窝 BSR, 也就是若蜂窝 BSR上报的数据量为 0,则发送模块 53优先在第一上行资源上 向基站发送 D2D BSR; 若蜂窝 BSR上报的数据量不为 0, 则发送模块 53优 先在第一上行资源上向基站发送蜂窝 BSR。
图 6为本发明实施例提供的基站实施例二的结构示意图, 如图 6所示, 本实施例的基站包括:
发送模块 61, 用于向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资 源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源。
具体地, 本实施例提供的基站可以为任一无线通信系统中的任意形式的 基站, 只要该基站具有资源调度能力即可。 其中包括发送模块 61, 发送模块 61用于向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资源调度信息用于 指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源,其中第一上行资源用于承载 UE发送的 上行数据。 本实施例的基站还包括处理模块 63, 处理模块 63用于确定为 UE 分配的第一上行资源。
接收模块 62, 用于在所述第一上行资源上接收所述 UE根据预设的 BSR 优先级规则向所述基站发送的 BSR, 所述 BSR为所述 UE确定所述上行资源 承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR后 发送的。
具体地, 本实施例的基站用于接收图 5所示实施例的 UE上报的 BSR。 由于图 5所示实施例中的 UE采用类似于图 2所示的蜂窝网填充 BSR上报方 式, 因此 UE在第一上行资源上不仅会发送 BSR, 同时还会发送上行数据。 接收模块 63在第一上行资源上接收 UE发送的上行数据, 以及接收 UE发送 的 BSR。
当接收模块 62在第一上行资源上接收到 BSR后, 处理模块 63即对该 BSR进行判断, 判断其为蜂窝 BSR还是 D2D BSR。 若接收模块 63接收到的 BSR为 D2D BSR, 则处理模块 62将判断 UE对应的蜂窝 BSR数据量为 0, 也即 UE没有等待发送的蜂窝网通信数据。
本实施例, 在 UE接收到基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息后, 若触发 填充 BSR, 且 UE确定第一上行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余 的资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR时, UE将根据预设的优先级规则向基 站上报 BSR, 从而使 UE在触发填充 BSR上报时, 能够正确地向基站发送 BSR。

歩骤 S1201 ,基站向 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息,所述第一上行资源 调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源。
歩骤 S1202, 如果所述上行资源承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的 资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR, 所述基站在所述第一上行资源上接收所 述 UE根据预设的 BSR优先级规则向所述基站发送的 BSR。
本实施例的缓存状态报告上报方法用于完成图 6所示的基站的处理, 其 实现原理和技术效果类似, 此处不再赘述。
进一歩地, 图 12所示实施例中, 所述 BSR优先级规则包括: 蜂窝 BSR 的优先级高于 D2D BSR的优先级。
进一歩地, 图 12所示实施例中, 若所述基站在所述第一上行资源上仅接 收到 D2D BSR, 则所述基站确定所述 UE对应的蜂窝 BSR数据量为 0。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例中的接收模块 31或接收模块 51可以与用 户设备的接收器对应, 也可以对应用户设备的收发器。 处理模块 32或处理模 块 52 可以与用户设备的处理器对应, 这里处理器可以是一个中央处理器 (Central Processing Unit, CPU) , 或者是特定集成电路( Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC) , 或者完成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电 路。 发送模块 33或发送模块 53可以与用户设备的发送器对应, 也可以对应 用户设备的收发器。用户设备还可以包括存储器, 存储器用于存储指令代码, 处理器调用存储器的指令代码,控制本发明实施例中的接收模块 31或接收模 块 51或发送模块 33或发送模块 53执行上述操作。
本发明实施例中的发送模块 41或发送模块 61可以与基站的发送器对应, 也可以对应基站的收发器。 处理模块 42或处理模块 63可以与基站的处理器 对应, 这里处理器可以是一个 CPU, 或者是 ASIC, 或者完成实施本发明实 施例的一个或多个集成电路。 接收模块 43或接收模块 62可以与基站的接收 器对应, 也可以对应基站的收发器。 基站还可以包括存储器, 存储器用于存 储指令代码, 处理器调用存储器的指令代码, 控制本发明实施例中的发送模 块 41或发送模块 61或接收模块 43或接收模块 62执行上述操作。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分歩 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的歩骤; 而 前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码 的介质。

权利 要求 书
1、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行 资源调度信息用于指示为所述用户设备 UE分配的第一上行资源;
处理模块, 用于确定所述第一上行资源是否能承载所述 UE的全部缓存 状态报告 BSR;
发送模块,用于若所述处理模块确定所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE 的全部 BSR, 则在所述第一上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR 中的第一部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR;
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息, 所 述第二上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源;
所述发送模块, 还用于在所述第二上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE 的全部 BSR中的第二部分。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二部分包括所 述 UE的全部 BSR中除所述第一部分外的其它部分;
或者所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 还用于在所述接收模块接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 向 所述基站发送未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3 所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述未发送完全部
BSR的指示信息, 包括: 如下信息中的至少一个: BSR剩余指示、 剩余 BSR

5、 根据权利要求 1〜4任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收 模块, 具体用于接收所述基站周期性发送的所述第一上行资源调度信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1〜4任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理 模块, 还用于在所述接收模块接收所述基站发送的所述第一上行资源调度信 息之前, 触发调度请求 SR上报;
所述发送模块, 还用于在所述处理模块触发 SR上报后, 向所述基站发 送第一 SR,所述 SR上报为所述处理模块触发常规 BSR上报且没有上行资源 用于发送所述 UE的 BSR时触发的。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理模块, 具体 用于当所述 UE从自主选择资源模式切换到基站调度资源模式, 且所述 UE 的当前设备到设备 D2D逻辑信道有数据等待传输时, 触发常规 BSR上报。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块, 具体用于在所述接收模块接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 向所述基站发送第二 SR。
9、 根据权利要求 6〜8任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理 模块, 还用于当所述发送模块已经向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR后, 取消已经触发的 SR上报或者常规 BSR上报。
10、 根据权利要求 1〜8任一项所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理 模块, 还用于当所述 UE从所述基站调度资源模式切换到所述自主选择资源 模式时, 取消已经触发的 BSR上报。
11、根据权利要求 1〜10任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述 BSR 包括 D2D BSR。
12、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向用户设备 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一 上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源;
接收模块, 用于若所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE的全部缓存状态 报告 BSR,则接收所述 UE在所述第一上行资源上发送的所述 UE的全部 BSR 中的第一部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR;
所述发送模块, 还用于向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息, 所述第 二上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源;
所述接收模块, 还用于接收所述 UE在所述第二上行资源上发送的所述 UE的全部 BSR中的第二部分;
处理模块, 用于为所述 UE分配所述第一上行资源和所述第二上行资源。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR中除所述第一部分外的其它部分;
或者所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。
14、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块, 还用于在所述发送模块向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前, 接收所 述 UE发送的未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。
15、根据权利要求 14所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述未发送完全部 BSR 的指示信息, 包括: 如下信息中的至少一个: BSR剩余指示、 剩余 BSR容量

16、 根据权利要求 12〜15任一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述发送模 块, 具体用于周期性向所述 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息。
17、 根据权利要求 12〜15任一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述接收模 块, 还用于在所述发送模块向所述 UE发送所述第一上行资源调度信息之前, 接收所述 UE发送的第一调度请求 SR,所述第一 SR为所述 UE触发常规 BSR 上报且没有上行资源用于发送所述 UE的 BSR时触发 SR上报后发送的。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块, 还用于 在所述发送模块向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前, 接收所述 UE 发送的第二 SR。
19、 根据权利要求 12〜18任一项所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述 BSR 包括设备到设备 D2D BSR。
20、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行 资源调度信息用于指示为用户设备 UE分配的第一上行资源;
处理模块, 用于触发填充缓存状态报告 BSR上报, 且确定所述第一上行 资源承载上行数据和媒体访问控制 MAC控制元素 PDU后, 剩余的资源是否 能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR;
发送模块, 用于若所述处理模块触发填充 BSR上报, 且确定所述第一上 行资源在承载上行数据和 MAC PDU后, 剩余的资源不能承载所述 UE的全 部 BSR, 则根据预设的 BSR优先级规则向所述基站发送 BSR。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述 BSR优先级 规则包括: 蜂窝 BSR的优先级高于设备到设备 D2D BSR的优先级。
22、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向用户设备 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一 上行资源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源;
接收模块, 用于在所述第一上行资源上接收所述 UE根据预设的缓存状 态报告 BSR优先级规则向所述基站发送的 BSR, 所述 BSR为所述 UE确定 所述上行资源承载上行数据和媒体访问控制 MAC控制元素 PDU后, 剩余的 资源不能承载所述 UE的全部 BSR后发送的;
处理模块, 用于为所述 UE分配所述第一上行资源。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述 BSR优先级规则 包括: 蜂窝 BSR的优先级高于设备到设备 D2D BSR的优先级。
24、 一种缓存状态报告上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户设备 UE接收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资 源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源;
若所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE的全部缓存状态报告 BSR, 则所 述 UE在所述第一上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR中的第一 部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR;
所述 UE接收所述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息, 所述第二上行资 源调度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源;
所述 UE在所述第二上行资源上向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR中 的第二部分。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR中除所述第一部分外的其它部分;
或者所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。
26、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE接收所 述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 还包括: 所述 UE 向所述基站发 送未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。
27、根据权利要求 26所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述未发送完全部 BSR 的指示信息, 包括: 如下信息中的至少一个: BSR剩余指示、 剩余 BSR容量 信息。
28、 根据权利要求 24〜27任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE接 收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息, 包括:
所述 UE接收所述基站周期性发送的所述第一上行资源调度信息。
29、 根据权利要求 24〜27任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE接 收基站发送的第一上行资源调度信息之前, 还包括: 所述 UE触发调度请求 SR上报并向所述基站发送第一 SR, 所述 SR上 报为所述 UE触发常规 BSR上报且没有上行资源用于发送所述 UE的 BSR时 触发的。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE触发常规 BSR 上报, 包括:
当所述 UE从自主选择资源模式切换到基站调度资源模式, 且所述 UE 的当前设备到设备 D2D逻辑信道有数据等待传输时,所述 UE触发常规 BSR 上报。
31、 根据权利要求 29或 30所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 UE接收所 述基站发送的第二上行资源调度信息之前, 还包括:
所述 UE向所述基站发送第二 SR。
32、 根据权利要求 29〜31任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
当所述 UE已经向所述基站发送所述 UE的全部 BSR后, 所述 UE取消 已经触发的 SR上报或者常规 BSR上报。
33、 根据权利要求 24〜31任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还 包括:
当所述 UE从所述基站调度资源模式切换到所述自主选择资源模式时, 所述 UE取消已经触发的 BSR上报。
34、 根据权利要求 24〜33任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 BSR 包括 D2D BSR。
35、 一种缓存状态报告上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基站向用户设备 UE发送第一上行资源调度信息, 所述第一上行资源调 度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第一上行资源;
若所述第一上行资源不能承载所述 UE的全部缓存状态报告 BSR, 则所 述基站接收所述 UE在所述第一上行资源上发送的所述 UE的全部 BSR中的 第一部分, 所述第一部分不包括所述 UE的全部 BSR;
所述基站向所述 UE发送第二上行资源调度信息, 所述第二上行资源调 度信息用于指示为所述 UE分配的第二上行资源;
所述基站接收所述 UE在所述第二上行资源上发送的所述 UE的全部 BSR 中的第二部分。
36、 根据权利要求 35所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR中除所述第一部分外的其它部分;
或者所述第二部分包括所述 UE的全部 BSR。
37、 根据权利要求 35或 36所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站向所述
UE发送第二上行资源调度信息之前, 还包括:
所述基站接收所述 UE发送的未发送完全部 BSR的指示信息。
