本发明提供了 一种跨行收付系统及一种跨行收付方法 ,通过建立 跨行收付服务器与银行系统中各家银行后台的发卡终端进行数据对接,即跨行收付服务器连接至发卡终端,只要用户(即客户终端 1 )在执行跨行收付操作前进入该跨行收付服务器把相应的银行账号与跨行收付服务器绑定,后续做任何操作只需要进入跨行收付器即可对用户所拥有银行账户中所存储的金额进行操作执行,如果是信用卡,可以在该卡的信用额度范围内的资金进行操作,如果是借记卡,则可以对该卡的余额进行操作,该系统及方法实现了在同一个工具内操作所有银行数据而无须登陆相应的银行系统逐一操作即可完成跨行收付的目的,同时还可以发布业务信息从而执行收款操作,实现了在同一个工具内实现买卖与收付款相结合的目的。
图 1 为 本发明第一实施例提供的 一种跨行收付方法 的 方法流程 图,如图 1 所示, 该跨行收付方法提供跨行收付服务器、客户终端 、以及多个发卡终端 ,其中,所述客户终端包括至少一个付款客户端和至少一个收款客户端,所述跨行收付方法包括以下步骤:
S1 、 所述多个客户终端中的付款客户端通过所述跨行收付服务器向收款客户端发出包括付款金额信息、以及选取所述多个发卡终端的其中之一作为付款账户的付款账户信息的付款请求信息;

图 2 为本发明第一实施例提供的 一种跨行收付系统的结构 示意图,如图 2 所示,本发明提供 一种跨行收付系统 ,所述 跨行收付系统包括跨行收付服务器 2 、与所述跨行收付服务器 2 通信连接的多个客户终端 1 、以及与所述跨行收付服务器 2 通信连接的多个发卡终端 3 ,其中,多个发卡终端 3 设置于多个不同的发卡行(银行)中,从而对不同发卡行的数据进行操作。参见图 2 ,客户终端 1 可以是移动终端,也可以是笔记本电脑或者固定的计算机设备,客户终端 1 可以通过在上述移动终端或者计算机设备安装相应的软件以实现与跨行收付服务器 2 通讯,如果是移动终端,那么可以通过无线网络连接至附近基站,再通过基站与跨行收付服务器 2 连接,如果是固定的计算机设备,可以通过互联网连接至跨行收付服务器 2 。发卡终端 3 安装于银行后台服务器中并与跨行收付服务器 2 通过特定的网络连接,可以读取账户资金数据,但跨行收付服务器 2 与发卡终端之间并不产生资金流动。
所述多个客户终端 1 中的每一客户终端均于所述跨行收付服务器中依据多个银行卡号绑定所述多个发卡终端 3 ,此处客户终端 1 并不限定绑定银行卡号,还可以绑定个人信息至跨行收付服务器,用户通过跨行收付服务器获取其在多个银行中的个人账户信息,通过在跨行收付服务器上操作多个个人账户信息达到跨行收付的目的;用户在所述客户终端 1 上输入多个不同发卡行的银行卡信息,将所述银行卡信息与用户身份信息绑定,并将与所述用户身份信息绑定后的所述银行卡信息发送至所述跨行收付服务器 2 ,还可通过身份证认证或其他的方式绑定发卡终端 3 ;所述跨行收付服务器 2 依据所述银行卡信息从所述多个发卡终端 3 获取对应的多个账户资金信息;例如,张三登陆跨行收付服务器 2 后,输入建设银行卡号与登陆密码、招商银行卡号与登陆密码、工商银行卡号与登陆密码,如下表:

于是,张三所使用的客户终端 1 便绑定了包括建设银行、招商银行和工商银行的发卡终端 3 ,其中,身份信息是指通过客户终端 1 登陆跨行收付服务器 2 的用户的身份信息,通过该身份信息用户可以在跨行收付服务器 2 输入不同银行,不同开户人的银行卡号及密码,并将所输入的银行卡信息与身份信息绑定,那么'张三'这个用户就可以操作多张银行卡,例如,张三在自己的账号绑定自己的银行卡同时,还绑定了李四的银行卡,那么张三在所述跨行收付服务器中登陆自己的账号后,不仅可以操作所绑定的自己银行卡的账户资金,还可以操作所绑定的李四银行卡的账户资金。

图 5 为 本发明第三实施例提供的 一种跨行收付方法 的 方法流程 图 ,如图 5 所示,该实施例不同于第二实施例之处在于, 所述跨行收付服务器 2 还存储所述付款请求信息、所述收款确认信息,从而方便客户终端查询相对应的信息,具体的, 该方法包括以下步骤:

该实施例的有益效果在于,通过存储跨行收付的过程信息实现跨行收付器操作者在同一个工具内针对不同金额进行收付款操作以及进行收付款查询操作。
图 6 为本发明 第四实施例提供的 客户终端之间信息流向的流程图,如图 6 所示,该实施例不同于第二实施例之处在于,在跨行收付的过程中可以建立即时在线会话以提高交易的安全性,具体的,该流程包括以下步骤:
S400 、 所述多个客户终端中的每一客户终端均于所述跨行收付服务器 2 中依据多个银行卡号绑定所述多个发卡终端 3 ;同时 所述收款客户端 12 还通过所述跨行收付服务器 2 向所述付款客户端 11 发布多种业务信息。例如,业务信息包括分期付款、一次付款等等。

S501 、 所述付款客户端 11 还通过所述跨行收付服务器 2 与所述收款客户端 12 建立即时在线会话,在所述即使在线会话完成后通过所述跨行收付服务器 2 向收款客户端 12 发出付款请求信息。例如,交易的两个客户终端可以通过即时在线会话跟进业务,通过在线保持联系的方式产生本次付款收款操作,当在线会话达成一致后,开始发出付款请求。
