    S3. the inter-payment server generates a payment command according to the payment account information and the payment account information, and delivers the payment command to the card issuing terminal corresponding to the payment account selected by the payment client.
    S4. the card issuing terminal receives the payment instruction and pays an amount corresponding to the payment amount information from the payment account to the payment account according to the payment instruction.
