Claims:
1. An online interbank payment system, comprising:
a client's terminal provided with user login information for an interbank payment system for a client;
an interbank payment server having a plurality of account fund information for a plurality of accounts of the client at a plurality of banks, wherein the client delivers a payment request to the interbank payment system through the client's terminal; and a plurality of card issuing terminals;
wherein the system further includes a pre-set designated account, the pre-set designated account is configured to:
provide payment service through the interbank payment server and provide a payment amount;
wherein the client is provided with the account funds information of any of the plurality of accounts having account funds greater than or equal to the payment amount by the interbank payment server and the client chooses one of the plurality of accounts to complete the payment through the interbank payment server based on the account funds information; and wherein the interbank payment system provides payment outside of banking systems of the plurality of banks.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the client's terminal provided with user login information is communicatively connected to the interbank payment server via the Internet.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the card issuing terminal is communicatively connected to the interbank payment server.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of card issuing terminals arranged in a plurality of different card issuing banks.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the pre-set designated account is allowed to log in to the interbank payment server with a pre-set designated default account to provide the payment service and the payment amount.
6. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a mobile terminal.
7. The system of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a fixed computer device.
8. The system of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the client's terminal is configured to install the corresponding software on the mobile terminal or the computer device to communicate with the interbank payment server.
9. The system of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein if the client's terminal is a mobile terminal, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via a wireless network connection.
10. The system of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein if the client's terminal is a fixed computer device, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via the Internet.
11. The system of any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the card issuing terminal is installed in the bank backstage server and connected with the interbank payment server through the Internet to read the account fund data, but there is no financial flow between the interbank payment server and the card issuing terminal.

17. The system of any one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the user pays for a payment amount from the designated account among a plurality of bank account of a plurality of different issue cards.
18. The system of any one of claims 1 to 17, wherein the user holds the advance payment of a certain amount without the recipient of the money, so that the user can look for the designated account to receive this amount of cash on the premise that he plans to pay the amount.
19. The system of claim 18, wherein the advance payment of a certain amount includes a payment of utility bill.

23. An online interbank payment method, comprising:
entering a plurality of bank account information of a plurality of different issue cards from a client's terminal, binding a bank account information with user login information, and binding a user account with the user login information of the bank account information to an interbank payment server;
acquiring corresponding multiple account funds information from the multiple card issuers according to the bank account information;
delivering a payment request including a payment service and a payment amount to the interbank payment server;
detecting multiple account fund information that matches the payment amount as stated in the multiple account fund information obtained from the payment request and deliver the matched multiple account funds information to the client's terminal;
selecting one of the account funds information from the matched multiple account fund information provided by the interbank payment server based on the payment amount;

Date Recue/Date Received 2020-04-10 delivering payment confirmation information to a card issuing terminal corresponding to the selected account fund information according to the account fund information selected by the client's terminal; and freezing the account funds corresponding to the bank account information according to the payment confirmation information and unfreeze the account funds according to the payment service so as to pay a pre-set designated account with the account funds;
wherein the account funds of the plurality of account funds information matching the payment service are all greater than or equal to the payment amount.
24. The method of claim 23, wherein the method of entering a plurality of bank account information of a plurality of different issue cards from the client's terminal, binding the bank account information with the user login information, and binding the user account with the user login information of the bank account information to the interbank payment server further including:
logging in to the interbank payment server according to the user login information;
inputting a plurality of bank account information of a plurality of different issuing cards;
binding the bank account information with the user login information; and delivering the bank account information bound with the user login information to the interbank payment server.
25. The method of claim 24, wherein the method of binding the bank account information with the user login information includes:

26. The method of claim 23, wherein the method of delivering the payment request including the payment service and the payment amount to the interbank payment server further including:
providing payment service and the payment amount to the client's terminal through the interbank payment server;
acquiring the payment service provided by the designated account and the payment amount from the interbank payment server; and selecting the payment service and the payment amount and fonning the payment request for the selected payment service and the payment amount and delivering the payment request to the interbank payment server.
27. The method of claim 26, wherein the designated account is configured as a commodity seller's receiving bank account.
28. The method of claim 27, wherein the commodity seller issues his own account through the login interbank payment server payment business and the amount of payment.
29. The method of any one of 26 to 28, wherein the payment service includes commodity attributes information, seller's receiving bank account.
30. The method of claim 23, wherein the method of detecting multiple account fund information that matches the amount of the payment as stated in the multiple account fund information obtained from the payment request and delivering the matched multiple account funds information to the client's terminal, wherein the account funds of the plurality of account funds information matching the payment service and the payment amount are all greater than or equal to the payment amount.

The method of claim 23, wherein the method of freezing the account funds corresponding to the bank account information according to the payment confirmation information and unfreezing the account funds according to the payment service so as to pay the pre-set designated account with the account funds further including:
freezing the account funds corresponding to the bank account infonnation according to the payment confirmation infonnation;
notifying the designated account to provide the payment service according to the frozen account funds; and unfreezing the account funds according to the payment service, thereby paying the pre-set designated account with the account funds.
32. The method of claim 31, wherein the method of notifying the designated account includes sending a short message.
33. The method of claim 31, wherein the method of notifying the designated account includes sending a notification message via the Internet.
34. The method of claim 31, wherein the frozen account funds is held and unavailable to be transferred temporarily during the confirmation process.
35. The method of claim 31, wherein the frozen account funds refer to losing the right to use temporary but having ownership and benefit(interests, proof of assets, capital verification).
36. The method of claim 31, wherein the method of notifying the designated account to provide the payment service according to the frozen account funds further includes:

37. The method of any one of claims 23 to 36, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a mobile terminal.
38. The method of any one of claims 23 to 36, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a fixed computer device.
39. The method of any one of claims 23 to 38, wherein the client's terminal is configured to install the corresponding software on the mobile terminal or the computer device to communicate with the interbank payment server.
40. The method of any one of claims 23 to 39, wherein if the client's terminal is a mobile terminal, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via a wireless network connection.
41. The method of any one of claims 23 to 40, wherein if the client's terminal is a fixed computer device, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via the Internet.

The method of any one of claims 23 to 41, wherein the card issuing terminal is installed in the bank backstage server and connected with the interbank payment server through the Internet to read the account fund data, but there is no financial flow between the interbank payment server and the card issuing terminal.
43. The method of any one of claims 23 to 42, wherein the user login information is the login information for login to the interbank payment server through the client's terminal.

49. The method of any one of claims 23 to 48, wherein the user holds the advance payment of a certain amount without the recipient of the money, so that the user can look for the designated account to receive this amount of cash on the premise that he plans to pay the amount.
50. The method of claim 49, wherein the advance payment of a certain amount includes a payment of utility bill.
51. The method of any one of claims 23 to 50, wherein the payment request further includes a payment requirement met by the card issuing bank.

54. A client's terminal for use in online banking, comprising:
an input module;
a request module;
a selection module; and a payment module;
wherein the input module is configured to enter multiple bank account information from a client for multiple different card issuing banks, bind the bank account information with the user login information, and bind the user account with the user login information of the bank account infomiation to an interbank payment server;
wherein the request module is configured to deliver a payment request including a payment service and a payment amount to the interbank payment server;
wherein the selection module configured to select one of the account funds information from matched multiple account funds information, wherein the matched multiple account funds information is matched to the payment amount and received from the interbank payment server;

wherein the client's tenninal further includes a login module, which configured to, log the user login infomiation into the interbank payment server according to the user.
55. The terminal of claim 54, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a mobile terminal.
56. The terminal of any one of claims 54 to 55, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a fixed computer device.
57. The terminal of any one of claims 54 to 56, wherein the client's terminal is configured to install the corresponding software on the mobile terminal or the computer device to communicate with the interbank payment server.
58. The terminal of any one of claims 54 to 57, wherein if the client's terminal is a mobile terminal, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via a wireless network connection.
59. The terminal of any one of claims 54 to 58, wherein if the client's terminal is a fixed computer device, then it is connected to the interbank payment server via the Internet.

66. The terminal of any one of claims 54 to 65, wherein the user holds the advance payment of a certain amount without the recipient of the money, so that the user can look for the designated account to receive this amount of cash on the premise that he plans to pay the amount.
67. The terminal of claim 66, wherein the advance payment of a certain amount includes a payment of utility bill.

74. An online interbank payment server, comprising:
an acquisition module;
a detection module; and a confirmation module;
wherein the acquisition module configured to acquire corresponding multiple account funds information from the multiple card issuers according to the bank account information;

wherein the account funds of the plurality of account funds information matching payment service are all greater than or equal to the payment amount.
75. The server of claim 74, wherein the interbank payment server is communicatively connected to the card issuing terminal and the client's terminal.
76. The server of any one of claims 74 to 75, wherein the interbank payment server is configured to filter automatically bank cards whose account funds are larger than the payment amount for the user to choose to pay rather than having to log in to different bank websites one by one for searching.
77. The server of any one of claims 74 to 76, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a mobile terminal.
78. The server of any one of claims 74 to 76, wherein the client's terminal is configured as a fixed computer device.
79. The server of any one of claims 74 to 78, wherein the client's terminal is configured to install the corresponding software on the mobile terminal or the computer device to communicate with the interbank payment server.
