Description
本发明涉及汽车安全气帘组装技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于将气袋安装在汽车车身上的金属导流板及具有该金属导流板的安全气帘总成。
汽车安全气帘为安装在车身侧面的顶棚用于保护人体、缓冲侧面撞击的装置。汽车安全气帘通常通过金属导流板与车身进行连接。现有技术中的金属导流板作为独立的零件固定于车身上,占用的空间较大。
中国专利文件(申请号为:201220408420、公告号为:CN202728163U)公开的侧气帘导向支架,其气帘设置在定位面与导向面之间容置空间内,其定位面通过螺栓和定位销与车体连接。
由于定位面没有专门设置用于包覆气帘的组件穿过的安装孔,容置在容置空间内的气帘不稳定,在展开时,可能会从容置空间内脱出。并且还需要专门设置其它连接组件将气帘安装在容置空间内,结构复杂、安装程序繁琐。
由于车身空间有限,导致气袋布置的局限性,因此需要将气袋进行折叠。当然折叠也有多种方式,可以先将气袋对折之后再进行折叠,也可以先折叠气袋最后进行对折,又或者先将尾部气袋沿着对折线塞入气袋然后进行折叠等等。但由于气袋尾部折叠后外形尺寸变大必然会导致气袋与顶棚的间隙减小,所以在折叠区域要求气袋在Y向(汽车上的竖直方向)上进行压缩变形从而满足空间要求。
根据车身的布置,有些情况下,需要维持特殊外形的气帘与金属导流板进行连接,该特殊外形具体是指椭圆形的对折气帘,即折叠好的气袋需要保持椭圆形,并且已折叠好的气袋,其在靠近车身D柱的一端折向气帘的另一端,但并不是完全的对折,只在靠近D柱的一小部分。单独实现椭圆形或者对折气帘本身并不是难点,难点是同时实现两者的功能。此外,气帘对折后需要满足折叠区域的空间要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、组装方便的金属导流板及提供一种结构紧凑、占用空间小的安全气帘总成。
本发明技术方案提供的一种用于连接汽车车身与气袋的金属导流板,包括有用于安装气袋的安装面,所述安装面上设置有安装孔。
优选地,在所述安装面上设置有上下两排所述安装孔。
优选地,所述金属导流板还包括从所述安装面向下倾斜延伸,并用于引导所述气袋展开的斜坡面。
优选地,所述安装孔为长条形的狭缝。
优选地,所述安装面上还设有多个挂钩,多个所述挂钩间隔地设置于所述安装面的顶边上。
优选地,所述挂钩为T型。
优选地,所述安装面的两侧边延伸出用于连接所述汽车车身的连接件。
本发明的技术方案还提供一种安全气帘总成,包括气袋,用于连接所述气袋和汽车车身的金属导流板,以及用于包覆所述气袋并与所述金属导流板连接的包布组件,所述金属导流板包括安装面,所述安装面用于安装所述气袋,所述安装面上设有安装孔,所述包布组件穿过所述安装孔与所述金属导流板连接。

由于安装面上设置有安装孔,其用于包覆气袋的紧固件或包布组件穿过,以将气袋包覆在安装面上,提高了气袋安装的方便性及稳定性。
由于安全气帘总成自带金属导流板,金属导流板与气袋连为一体,金属导流板上的安装孔通过包布组件与气袋连接。该总成结构紧凑,占用空间小。此外,金属导流板上设置了斜坡面,斜坡面能够帮助气袋正常的从汽车内饰件中展开。

下面结合附图来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,本发明一实施例提供的一种用于连接汽车车身与气袋的金属导流板2,包括有用于安装气袋的安装面21,安装面21上设置有安装孔211。当需要将图2所示的气袋1安装在金属导流板2上时,通过紧固件或包布组件3穿过上述安装孔211,以将气袋1组装或包覆在安装面21上,提高了气袋安装的方便性及稳定性。
本实施例中,如图1所示,在安装面21上设置有上下两排安装孔211利于紧固件或包布组件3选择不同的安装孔211穿过,以将气袋1包覆在安装面21上。
包覆气袋1的包布组件3可以采用一层包布也可以采用多层包布,以满足对气袋不同折叠包覆的需求。
本实施例中,如图1所示,金属导流板2还包括从安装面21向下倾斜延伸,并用于引导气袋展开的斜坡面22。金属导流板2上还设置了斜坡面22,斜坡面22能够帮助气袋1正常的从汽车内饰件中展开。
优选地,安装面21与斜坡面22一体成型设置。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装孔211为长条形的狭缝。结合图2所示,长条形狭缝状的安装孔211以保证包覆气袋1的包布组件3穿过,将气袋1固定于金属导流板2上。长条形的形状与包布的形状正好匹配。当然,安装孔211也可以为其他形状,只要方便包布穿过,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装面21上还设有多个挂钩212,多个
挂钩212间隔地设置于安装面21的顶边上。挂钩212用于穿过安装孔211的紧固件或包布组件3连接。即当组装气袋时,包布组件3或紧固件穿过相应的安装孔211,之后将其端部或连接部挂在挂钩212上,实现将气袋1组装在安装面21上。
本实施例中,如图1所示,挂钩212为T型,利于与紧固件或包布组件3中的包布连接。当然挂钩212也可以为其它形状。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装面21的两侧边延伸出用于连接汽车车身的连接件213,以实现将金属导流板2安装在汽车车身上,便于连接。
综上,本发明提供的金属导流板,由于在安装面上设置有安装孔,组装时用于包覆气袋的紧固件或包布组件穿过,以将气袋包覆在安装面上,提高了气袋安装的方便性及稳定性。
并且,本发明提供的金属导流板,能够通过穿过安装孔的包布组件,使得金属导流板与气袋连为一体,形成后的安全气帘总成结构紧凑,占用空间小。
本发明提供的金属导流板可以根据需要安装在车身A、B、C、D柱处,用于形成气帘。优选地,将其应用于D柱处。
如图2所示,本发明一实施例提供的安全气帘总成包括气袋1,用于连接气袋1和汽车车身的金属导流板2,以及用于包覆气袋1并与金属导流板2连接的包布组件3。如图1所示,金属导流板2包括安装面21,安装面21用于安装气袋1,安装面21上设有安装孔211,包布组件3穿过安装孔211与金属导流板2连接。
本发明提供的安全气帘总成可以根据需要安装在车身A、B、C、D柱处。优选地,将其安装在汽车车顶的与D柱的交界处。
由于安全气帘总成自带金属导流板,金属导流板与气袋连为一体,金属导流板上的安装孔通过包布组件与气袋连接。该总成结构紧凑,占用空间小。
本实施例中,金属导流板2还包括从安装面21向下倾斜延伸的斜坡面22,斜坡面22用于引导气袋1的展开。金属导流板2上还设置了斜坡面22,斜坡面22能够帮助气袋1正常的从汽车内饰件中展开。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装孔211为长条形的狭缝。长条形狭
缝状的安装孔211以保证气袋1的包布穿过,将气袋1固定于金属导流板2上。长条形的形状与包布的形状正好匹配。当然,安装孔211也可以为其他形状,只要方便包布穿过,都属于本发明的保护范围。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装面21上还设有多个挂钩212,安装面21为长条形平板,斜坡面22位于安装面21的底边,安装面21与斜坡面22一体成型,多个挂钩212间隔地设置于安装面21的顶边上,包布组件3能够穿过安装孔211并挂在挂钩212上。
本实施例中,如图1所示,挂钩212为T型,利于与紧固件或包布组件3中的包布中的挂孔(例如图5和图7所示的挂孔312、挂孔331)连接。在挂孔(312、331)钩挂在挂钩212上后,将气袋1固定在金属导流板2上。第二和第三包布上分别设有弱化线,以保证气袋在充气时可以顺利展开。这些挂钩的作用是保证气袋1在爆破过程中始终与金属导流板2相连。
较佳地,挂钩212可以为其他形状,只要能够与挂孔(312、331)相配合固定气袋1,都属于本发明的保护范围。此外,包布上也可以不开设挂孔(312、331),仅切开一条狭缝,狭缝钩挂在挂钩212上,也能实现气袋1与金属导流板2的连接。
较佳地,安装面21的两侧边延伸出用于连接汽车车身的连接件213,以实现将金属导流板2安装在汽车车身上,便于连接。
本实施例中,安全气帘总成为椭圆形的对折安全气帘总成。即,对折后的安全气帘总成呈椭圆形或者为折叠好的安全气帘总成或气袋保持椭圆形。
本实施例中,如图3-4所示,包布组件3包括第一包布31、第二包布32和第三包布33。图3中为了看到第一包布31和第三包布33,省略了气袋1。图4中可以看出,气袋1叠放在第一包布31和第三包布33的上方。在组装时,从上向下依次按照气袋1、第三包布33、第一包布31和第二包布32的顺序缝纫在一起。第二包布32位于图4中的上方,气袋1、第一包布31和第三包布33均位于下方。
如图5所示,第一包布31的两侧设有与过孔321搭接的凸起311,
第一包布31的下方开设有与挂钩212钩挂的挂孔312,第一包布31的上方开设有定位孔313。
如图6所示,第二包布32的上方开设有过孔321,第二包布32的下方开设有定位孔322。
如图7所示,第三包布33的下方开设有与挂钩212钩挂的挂孔331,第三包布33的上方开设有定位孔332。
气袋1与第一包布31、第二包布32和第三包布33缝纫时,首先将气袋1上的定位孔(图未示)与第一包布31的定位孔313、第二包布32的定位孔322和第三包布33的定位孔332对准,然后将气袋1、第一包布31、第二包布32和第三包布33缝纫在一起。由于第二包布32的定位孔322位于其下方,其他的定位孔(313、332)均位于相应包布的上方,因此缝纫后,只有第二包布32位于上方,气袋1、第一包布31和第三包布33均位于下方。
本实施例中,如图1所示,安装孔211设有上下两排。第一包布31穿过上排的安装孔211后与挂钩212连接,第三包布33穿过下排的安装孔211后与挂钩212连接。
气袋1与包布组件3的安装过程,具体如下:
步骤一:如图8所示,首先将气袋1折叠成截面为椭圆形的长条状。
步骤二:如图9所示,将椭圆形的长条置于金属导流板2的安装21面的前方,然后将第二包布31向下翻转从长条形气袋1的背侧绕向前侧用于包裹住气袋1。此时,第一包布31和第三包布33均穿过第二包布31上的过孔321。第一包布31穿过第二包布31的过孔321后,再穿过图1中的金属导流板2的上排安装孔211,最后第一包布31穿过上排安装孔211后沿金属导流板2的安装面21的背面向上翻转钩挂在挂钩212上。
步骤三:如图10所示,在金属导流板2的部分将长条状的气袋1靠近D柱的一端朝向另一端对折,然后将第三包布33包裹住对折后的气袋1。第三包布33再穿过金属导流板2上的下排安装孔211,最后第三包布33从下排安装孔211穿出后沿金属导流板2的安装面21的背面向上翻转
仍然钩挂在挂钩212上。完成对气袋1的安装。最后,将安全气帘总成安装到汽车车身上。
本实施例中,采用先折叠气袋再进行对折的方式,避免气袋打开时间过多的延迟,同时确保气袋折叠后具有更小的外形尺寸。
以上所述的仅是本发明的原理和较佳的实施例。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明原理的基础上,还可以做出若干其它变型,也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (18)
- 一种用于连接汽车车身与气袋的金属导流板,其特征在于,包括有用于安装气袋的安装面,所述安装面上设置有安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,在所述安装面上设置有上下两排所述安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,所述金属导流板还包括从所述安装面向下倾斜延伸,并用于引导所述气袋展开的斜坡面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,所述安装孔为长条形的狭缝。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,所述安装面上还设有多个挂钩,多个所述挂钩间隔地设置于所述安装面的顶边上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,所述挂钩为T型。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的金属导流板,其特征在于,所述安装面的两侧边延伸出用于连接所述汽车车身的连接件。
- 一种安全气帘总成,包括气袋,用于连接所述气袋和汽车车身的金属导流板,以及用于包覆所述气袋并与所述金属导流板连接的包布组件,所述金属导流板包括安装面,所述安装面用于安装所述气袋,其特征在于,所述安装面上设有安装孔,所述包布组件穿过所述安装孔与所述金属导流板连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述金属导流板还包括从所述安装面向下倾斜延伸的斜坡面,所述斜坡面用于引导所述气袋的展开。
- 根据权利要求8所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安装孔为长条形的狭缝。
- 根据权利要求8所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安装面上还设有挂钩,多个所述挂钩间隔的设置于所述安装面的顶边上,所述包布组件穿过所述安装孔并挂在所述挂钩上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述挂钩 为T型。
- 根据权利要求8所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安装面的两侧边延伸出用于连接所述汽车车身的连接件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安全气帘总成安装在汽车车顶与D柱的交界处。
- 根据权利要求8-14中任一权利要求所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安全气帘总成为椭圆形的对折安全气帘总成。
- 根据权利要求15所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述包布组件包括第一包布、第二包布和第三包布,所述第二包布上开设有过孔,所述第一包布和所述第三包布上均还开设有与所述挂钩钩挂的挂孔;在组装时,从上向下依次按照所述气袋、所述第三包布、所述第一包布和所述第二包布的顺序缝纫在一起。
- 根据权利要求16所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述安装孔设有上下两排,所述第一包布穿过上排的所述安装孔后与所述挂钩连接,所述第三包布穿过下排的所述安装孔后与所述挂钩连接。
- 根据权利要求17所述的安全气帘总成,其特征在于,所述气袋先折叠再对折,所述第二包布用于包裹折叠后的所述气袋,所述第三包布用于包裹对折后的所述气袋。
