本例釆用的限位装置优选为以下结构: 如图 8所示, 固定壳 1 内设有限位 件 9, 限位件 9的一端与固定壳 1弹性相连, 滑动组件 200为一竖向设置的长条 形的滑动块 2 , 该滑动块 2内开有上述插槽 21 , 滑动块 2的外侧壁设有与限位 件 9的另一端竖向滑动配合的浅槽 22,浅槽 22的下端开有供限位件 9的另一端 伸入卡插的通孔 23。 当前梁 7和后梁 8张开时, 滑动块 2被插杆 5、 座包 6的 杠杆作用翘至最高位, 同时以限位件 9来插装在通孔 23内实现限位。 而浅槽 22 则提供了限位件 9相对于滑动块 2滑移的空间。 限位件 9可为一个以上的任意 数量, 根据对滑动组件 200的滑移限位需要来设置, 限位件 9可分设于滑动组 件 200的前后两侧。 滑动块 2也可由两个或两个以上的块状滑动体拼接而成, 以便于安装。 固定壳 1也可以设为两个, 分设于前梁 7、 后梁 8的左右两侧, 可 增加强度和折叠 /展开的稳定性。
具体地, 如图 5所示, 限位件 9的一端为连接部 91 , 限位件 9的另一端为 限位部 92 , 连接部 91的一端与固定壳 1沿弹性相连, 连接部 91的另一端与限 位部 92相连, 用于带动限位部 92沿远离浅槽 22或靠近浅槽 22的方向弹性往 复运动, 该弹性往复运动将在滑动组件 200做竖向滑移时产生。 连接部 91对限 位部 92的弹性限制, 可使限位部 92时刻保持与浅槽 22的接触, 也利于在滑动 块 2移至最高点时, 限位件 9 自动卡入通孔 23 , 使前梁 7和后梁 8稳定保持张 开状态。
更具体地, 如图 5所示, 限位部 92包括块体 921及由块体 921的内侧向滑 动块 2伸出的长脚 922和用于插装在所述通孔 23内的短脚 923 , 长脚 922和短 脚 923相互间隔, 短脚 923与浅槽 22竖向滑动配合, 滑动块 2的外侧壁还开有 与长脚 922竖向滑动配合的通槽 26, 长脚 922穿过通槽 26并伸入插槽 21内。 当插杆 5插入插槽 21时, 可撑开扣紧在通槽 26内的长脚 922 ,对应连带带动短 脚 923从通孔 23中脱离, 以解除限位。 则车架 100需要折叠时, 插杆 5插入插 槽 21中,就可以带动前梁 7和后梁 8解除限位固定而实现收合。本例将长脚 922 伸入插槽 21的端部设为圓头, 则插杆 5的竖向移动可以更顺畅地带动限位件 9 横向移动从而使短脚 923脱离通孔 23 , 防止卡死。
为便于插杆 5与滑动组件 200铰接, 同时又可以插入插槽 21 ,如图 3所示, 滑动组件 200的上端设有一转动柱 10,转动柱 10的两端与滑动组件 200的上端 可转动地连接, 转动柱 10的侧面还径向贯穿有一导槽 101 , 导槽 101的两端壁 沿转动柱 10的轴向向内伸出有凸柱 102 , 插杆 5的侧壁开有第一滑动槽 51 , 插 杆 5插装于导槽 101 内, 且第一滑动槽 51与凸柱 102滑动配合。 导槽 101、 插 杆 5的形状可设置成有倒钩的形状, 以防止插杆 5从导槽 101 中脱出, 利于保 证座包 6载人的安全性。车架 100折叠时,插杆 5的转动可带动转动柱 10转动, 使导槽 101与插槽 21相对, 则插杆 5可穿过导槽 101而插入插槽 21收纳。
滑动组件 200的上端伸出有两个固定耳 24 ,每个固定耳 24中开有转孔 241 , 转孔 241的孔壁还向转孔 241中部延伸出有限位块 242, 转动柱 10的两端分别 伸出有与转孔 241转动配合的挡块 103。限位块 242和挡块 103的相互限位配合, 可实现对转动柱 10转动角度进行限位, 防止插杆 5随意摆动而降低座包 6载人 的稳定性。 具体地, 限位块 242为四分之一圓片, 挡块 103为二分之一圓片, 则转动柱 10可在 90° 的范围内转动 ,插杆 5也将在水平和数值方向上得到限位。
为对滑动块 2的竖向滑动进行导向, 以增强滑动的稳定性, 固定壳 1上开 有供滑动块 2滑动配合的限位槽 11 , 滑动块 2的外侧壁还设有第二滑动槽 25 , 固定壳 1上固定安装有与第二滑动槽 25滑动配合的滑柱 12。
插杆 5的一端用于与滑动组件 200的上端铰接, 如图 6~7所示, 插杆 5的 另一端设有呈圓周分布的卡齿 52 , 座包 6的下端伸出有套管 61 , 套管 61的内 壁凸出有等间隔分布的弹性卡挡 62 , 该弹性卡挡 62呈长条状, 插杆 5的另一端 伸入套管 61 内并与套管 61转动配合, 卡齿 52与弹性卡挡 62过盈配合; 卡齿 52和弹性卡挡 62的配合, 利于座包 6相对于插杆 5的角度微调调节, 调节精度 取决于卡齿 52的数量, 由于卡齿 52与弹性卡挡 62过盈配合, 都可使座包 6在 一定外力范围内使座包 6在某一角度下保持不被转动。 承托部 81的上表面还垫 设有緩冲垫 82 , 则緩冲垫 82承托插杆 5时可其换成作用, 进而可降低座包 6的 震动, 提升舒适性。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式, 不能以此来限定本发明保护的 范围, 本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换 均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

权 利 要 求 书 8
1、 一种车架折叠机构, 包括车架, 其特征在于: 该车架包括固定壳、 滑动 组件、 前联动杆、 后联动杆、 插杆、 座包、 用于安装车前轮的前梁和用于安装 车后轮的后梁, 前梁的上端与后梁的上端相间隔并分别与固定壳铰接, 滑动组 件竖向滑动配合于固定壳, 该滑动组件位于前梁的上端和后梁的上端之间, 前 联动杆的一端、 后联动杆的一端分别铰接至滑动组件的下端, 前联动杆的另一 端与前梁铰接, 后联动杆的另一端与后梁铰接, 插杆的一端与滑动组件的上端 铰接, 插杆的另一端与座包铰接; 后梁的上端具有用于支撑插杆的承托部, 滑 动组件具有供插杆插入的插槽。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述固定壳内设有 限位件, 限位件的一端与固定壳弹性相连, 所述滑动组件为一竖向设置的长条 形的滑动块, 该滑动块内开有所述插槽, 滑动块的外侧壁设有与限位件的另一 端竖向滑动配合的浅槽, 浅槽的下端开有供限位件的另一端伸入卡插的通孔。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述限位件的一端 为连接部, 限位件的另一端为限位部, 连接部的一端与固定壳沿弹性相连, 连 接部的另一端与限位部相连, 用于带动限位部沿远离浅槽或靠近浅槽的方向弹 性往复运动。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述限位部包括块 体及由块体的内侧向滑动块伸出的长脚和用于插装在所述通孔内的短脚, 长脚 和短脚相互间隔, 短脚与所述浅槽竖向滑动配合, 滑动块的外侧壁还开有与长 脚竖向滑动配合的通槽, 长脚穿过通槽并伸入插槽内。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述长脚伸入插槽 的端部设为圓头。
6、 根据权利要求 1~5任一项所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述滑动 组件的上端设有一转动柱, 转动柱的两端与滑动组件的上端可转动地连接, 转 动柱的侧面还径向贯穿有一导槽, 导槽的两端壁沿转动柱的轴向向内伸出有凸 柱, 所述插杆的侧壁开有第一滑动槽, 插杆插装于导槽内, 且第一滑动槽与凸 柱滑动配合。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述滑动组件的上 端伸出有两个固定耳, 每个固定耳中开有转孔, 转孔的孔壁还向转孔中部延伸 出有限位块, 所述转动柱的两端分别伸出有与转孔转动配合的挡块。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述限位块为四分 之一圓片, 所述挡块为二分之一圓片。
9、 根据权利要求 2~5任一项所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述固定 壳上开有供滑动块滑动配合的限位槽, 滑动块的外侧壁还设有第二滑动槽, 固 定壳上固定安装有与第二滑动槽滑动配合的滑柱。
10、 根据权利要求 1~5任一项所述的车架折叠机构, 其特征在于: 所述插 杆的一端用于与滑动组件的上端铰接, 插杆的另一端设有呈圓周分布的卡齿, 座包的下端伸出有套管, 套管的内壁凸出有等间隔分布的弹性卡挡, 插杆的另 一端伸入套管内并与套管转动配合, 卡齿与弹性卡挡过盈配合; 所述承托部的 上表面还垫设有緩冲垫。
