- 재봉기기 밑실공급장치에 있어서,재봉기의 로터리에 장착되며 외주면에는 밑실이 권취된 보빈과;밑실이 이탈되지 않도록 일측면에는 판부재가 구비되며 중심부에는 관통공이 형성되고 상기 관통공의 일측단에는 소정의 길이로 돌출된 돌출편이 형성된 회동판부재와;상기 회동판부재의 관통공에 내설되어 상기 보빈의 중심부에 일측일부분이 결합되며 타측면에는 밑실에 의해 상기 회동판부재의 돌출편을 가압할 수 있는 가압부재가 구비된 제어부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부재의 가압부재는 소정의 간격으로 이격되어 둘 이상으로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회동판부재의 돌출편에는 관통공이 형성되고 상기 회동판부재의 관통공과 대등되는 상기 제어부재의 가압부재 일측내측면에는 결합편이 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부재의 가압부재 외주면에는 밑실이 용이하게 감긴거나 풀어질 수 있도록 나사돌기가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회동판부재는밑실이 이탈되지 않도록 일측면에는 제2판부재가 구비되며 중심부에는 제2관통공이 형성되고 상기 제2관통공의 일측단에는 소정의 길이로 돌출된 제2돌출편이 형성되고 상기 제2돌출편에는 제2통공이 형성된 제2회동판부재와;상기 제2회동판부재의 제2관통공에 삽입되도록 소정의 길이로 돌출된 제1돌출편이 형성되고 상기 제2회동판부재의 제2통공과 대응되는 제1통공이 형성되며 상기 제1돌출편 일측면에는 상기 제2회동판부재의 제2판부재 외주보다 작은 제1판부재가 설치되는 제1회동판부재와;상기 제1회동판부재와 제2회동판부재의 제1통공, 제2통공와 대등되는 상기 제어부재의 가압부재 일측내측면에는 결합편이 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회동판부재의 판부재 이면에는 감지부재가 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 재봉기기 밑실공급장치.
