背景技术
传统的管夹或线束卡子固定在车架(或车身)上,当需要规定管路或线束走向时,就需使用有定位功能的管夹(以下简称定位管夹)。
传统的定位管夹的结构如图1所示,该定位管夹包括:管夹本体101、连接在管夹本体101一端的管线夹持部102、连接在管夹本体101另一端的定位爪103和形成在管夹本体101上的安装孔104等。该定位管夹的安装方式如图2所示,将定位管夹1夹持着管路2,安装螺栓3穿过定位管夹的安装孔104和车架(或车身)上的安装孔4以安装在车架(或车身)上,定位管夹1的定位爪103卡进车架(或车身)上的定位孔5,通过安装孔4与定位孔5两点定位。然而,这样的安装结构,当设计变更需要在相同位置改变管路走向时,需要改变车架(或车身)定位孔5的位置,或是调整定位管夹的定位爪103,这样会降低车架(或车身)上孔位及定位管夹的通用性,且实现设计方案周期较长,增加了整个产品的开发周期。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,用于解决传统的定位管夹的结构带来的与车架或车身通用性差、改变管路走向时设计周期长的问题。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述定位卡盘的管线定位装置。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出一种具有上述管线定位装置的车辆。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,包括:盘体,所述盘体上形成有沿周向设置的至少两个定位卡槽;和用于与车架或车身卡接的定位爪,所述定位爪与所述盘体连接。
根据本发明实施例的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,定位卡盘的盘体的周向上布置有多个定位卡槽,当定位卡盘应用于车辆上时,车辆的定位管夹可以与定位卡盘中的不同定 位卡槽进行卡接,然后再利用该定位卡盘与车身或车架连接,使得定位管夹的安装方向可多角度调整,从而实现定位管夹对不同走向管路或线束的定位,这样,可以根据需要更改管路或线束的走向而不需改变定位管夹的结构,提高了定位管夹与车架或车身之间的通用性,克服了传统的改变管路走向时需要更改定位管夹的设计所带来的设计周期长的问题。

根据本发明实施例的定位卡盘,在盘体的圆周布置多个定位卡槽303,车辆的定位管夹可以通过这些定位卡槽303中的任一个与定位卡盘进行卡接。如图4A-4C所示,定位管夹1可以可选择地与定位卡盘6中的不同定位卡槽303进行卡接,然后再利用该定位卡盘与车身或车架连接,使得定位管夹1的安装方向可多角度调整,从而实现定位管夹1对不同走向管路或线束的定位,这样,可以根据需要更改管路或线束的走向而不需改变定位管夹的结构,提高了定位管夹1与车架或车身之间的通用性,克服了现有技术中改变管路走向时需要更改定位管夹的设计所带来的设计周期长的问题。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,至少两个定位卡槽303可以沿盘体301的周向均匀布置。
进一步地,定位爪302与盘体301垂直连接,具体而言,定位卡槽303位于盘体301的边缘且垂直于定位卡盘的盘体301的盘面,为了保证定位卡盘与定位管夹1之间卡接的可靠性,定位卡槽303的在盘体301的周向上的宽度不小于定位管夹1的定位爪的宽度;同时,定位卡槽303的在盘体301的径向上的深度不小于定位管夹1的定位爪的高度。

优选地,如图3A-3C所示,定位卡盘的盘体301上的安装孔304可以设置于盘体301的中心。
可以理解,定位卡盘上的定位卡槽303的数量以及它们之间的间隔角度可根据需要调整,以适应不同角度管线的安装需要。
例如,如图3A-3C所示,定位卡槽303的数量共有8个,且沿定位卡盘的周向均匀布置。当然,本发明对于定位卡槽303的数量和间隔角度并不做限定,各定位卡槽303也可以沿定位卡盘的周向非均匀布置。

下面对本发明实施例提供的管线定位装置的结构进行说明。
如图5所示,根据本发明第二方面实施例的管线定位装置,包括定位卡盘501和定位管夹502。
其中,定位卡盘501可以为根据本发明第一方面实施例的定位卡盘,即定位卡盘501包括:盘体5011和定位爪5012,盘体5011上形成有沿周向设置的至少两个定位卡槽5013,定位爪5012与盘体5011连接。
定位管夹502包括定位爪5023,定位爪5023可选择地卡接于定位卡盘501的定位卡槽5013中,定位卡盘501的定位爪5012用于与车架或车身上的定位孔504卡接,定位卡盘501和定位管夹502与车架或车身可拆卸地连接。
进一步地,如图5所示,在管线定位装置中,定位管夹502还包括:管夹本体5021、和连接在管夹本体5021一端的用于夹持车辆管线的夹持部5022,管夹本体5021上形成有安装孔5024。其中,定位卡盘501上的安装孔5014与定位管夹502的安装孔5024以及车架或车身上的安装孔505位置对应。

上述管线定位装置在使用时,通过安装螺栓503将定位管夹502和定位卡盘501与车架或车身上的安装孔固定,同时,定位卡盘上501的定位爪5012与车架或车身上的定位孔卡接,定位管夹502的定位爪5023卡接在定位卡盘501上的定位卡槽5013中,当需要改变管线的走向时,需要先将安装螺栓503旋出,此时定位卡盘501的定位爪5012与和车架或车身上的定位孔的卡接关系不做改变,将定位管夹502的定位爪5023从原来卡接的定位卡槽5013中取出,然后根据管线改变后的走向,重新选择定位管夹502的定位爪5023卡接的定位卡槽5013后进行卡接,最后再将安装螺栓503分别穿过定位管夹502的安装孔5024和定位卡盘501的安装孔5014与车架或车身上的安装孔连接,从而可以实现管路和线束的多角度调整,而不需要更改定位管夹本身的设计。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,其特征在于,所述定位卡槽(303)的数量为8个。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,其特征在于,所述定位卡盘为由钢板一体冲压成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘,其特征在于,所述盘体(301)上形成有安装孔(304);
    所述定位爪(302)与所述车架或所述车身上的定位孔位置对应;
    所述安装孔(304)与所述车架或所述车身上的安装孔位置对应。
  8. 一种管线定位装置,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的用于定位车辆管线的定位卡盘(501);和
    定位管夹(502),所述定位管夹(502)包括定位爪(5023),所述定位爪(5023)可选择地卡接于所述定位卡盘(501)的定位卡槽(5013)中,其中所述定位卡盘(501)的定位爪(5012)用于与车架或车身上的定位孔卡接,所述定位卡盘(501)和定位管夹(502)与所述车架或车身可拆卸地连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的管线定位装置,其特征在于,所述定位管夹(502)还包括管夹本体(5021)、和连接在所述管夹本体(5021)一端的用于夹持车辆管线的夹持部(5022),所述定位爪(5023)连接所述管夹本体(5021)的另一端,所述管夹本体(5021)上形成 有安装孔(5024);
    所述管线定位装置还包括:安装螺栓(503),其中所述安装螺栓(503)穿过所述定位卡盘(501)和所述定位管夹(502)的安装孔(5024)后与所述车架或车身连接。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求8或9所述的管线定位装置。
