Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à un processus photochimique, en particulier pour une culture et une production, plus précisément une culture hydroponique, de microorganismes. Un milieu réactionnel (8) est introduit de manière sinueuse dans un élément de réacteur (2), qui est constitué d'au moins deux chambres (4) verticales reliées. Plusieurs éléments de réacteur (2) sont reliés en série pour former un réacteur biosolaire et, en raison de la compensation de pression et de niveau hydrostatique dans le réacteur biosolaire, un écoulement du milieu réactionnel ne stressant pas les microorganismes est généré. L'apport d'additifs (20), par exemple de l'air, de l'oxygène ou du CO2, s'effectue pendant le processus à l'extrémité inférieure de la colonne de liquide. Les additifs (20) sont alimentés par le biais d'au moins une conduite de distribution (21) dotée d'un élément de distribution (22). Au moins un élément de distribution (22) de la conduite de distribution (21) est associé à chaque chambre (4) de l'élément de réacteur (2). À intervalles pré-réglables, un processus de nettoyage est effectué pour éliminer des dépôts sur l'élément de distribution (22).
