Abstract

 電流センサは、測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体(110)と、1次導体(110)を流れる上記電流により発生する磁界の強さを検出する第1磁気センサ(120)と、1次導体(110)と間隔を置いて1次導体(110)を囲む磁性体(160)とを備える。1次導体(110)は、互いに間隔を置いて対向する第1平板部(111a)および第2平板部(112)を含む。第1平板部(111a)および第2平板部(112)は、互いに電気的に直列に接続され、上記電流が互いに反対方向に流れる。第1磁気センサ(120)は、磁性体(160)に囲まれた領域内に位置している。第1磁気センサ(120)は、第1平板部(111a)と第2平板部(112)との間において、第1平板部(111a)と第2平板部(112)とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能に配置されている。

Description

電流センサ
 本発明は、電流センサに関し、特に、測定対象の電流に応じて発生する磁界を検出することで測定対象の電流の値を測定する電流センサに関する。
 出力信号が測定すべき電流に比例し、かつ温度および外部磁界により妨害され難く安定した感度を維持することを図ったセンサチップを開示した先行文献として、特開平6-294854号公報(特許文献1)がある。
 特許文献1に記載されたセンサチップには、磁界強度の勾配を測定するためのホイートストンブリッジ型のブリッジ回路が設けられている。センサチップは、中心軸線に対して間隔を置いた第1および第2の範囲に配置された第1~第4磁気感応抵抗を有している。
 また、センサチップにおいては、第1磁気感応抵抗と第2磁気感応抵抗とが直列接続されて第1ブリッジ分路を形成するとともに、第3磁気感応抵抗と第4磁気感応抵抗とが直列接続されて第2ブリッジ分路を形成している。
 さらに、センサチップにおいては、第1の範囲に第1および第4磁気感応抵抗が配置されるとともに、第2の範囲に第2および第3磁気感応抵抗が配置され、第1の範囲に配置された第1および第4磁気感応抵抗と、第2の範囲に配置された第2および第3磁気感応抵抗とが、中心軸線を基準に対称的に配置されている。
 磁気センサを磁気シールドで被った電気装置を開示した先行文献として、特開2013-011469号公報(特許文献2)、および、特開2010-008050号公報(特許文献3)がある。
 特許文献2に記載された電流センサは、センサ基板の一面に形成された磁電変換素子、および、センサ基板と被測定導体それぞれの周囲を囲む磁気シールド部を有する。
 特許文献3に記載された電流センサは、1次導体と、1次導体に流れる電流によって発生する磁界を検出するように1次導体に対して固定配置された磁気検出素子と、磁気検出素子を磁気遮蔽する磁気シールド体とを備えている。磁気シールド体は、1次導体と磁気検出素子とを内側に囲む環状囲み部を有している。

 特許文献1に記載されたセンサチップにおいては、第1~第4磁気感応抵抗の各々が検出する磁界の強さは、1次導体からの距離の2乗に反比例する。そのため、1次導体に対して第1~第4磁気感応抵抗を所望の位置に正確に配置する必要があり、センサチップの製造が困難である。
 また、センサチップにおいては、第1の範囲に配置された第1および第4磁気感応抵抗と、第2の範囲に配置された第2および第3磁気感応抵抗とに、外部磁界源からの距離の2乗に反比例した強度の外部磁界が印加される。
 センサチップの近傍に外部磁界源が存在する場合、第1の範囲に配置された第1および第4磁気感応抵抗と第2の範囲に配置された第2および第3磁気感応抵抗とにおいて外部磁界源からの距離が異なるため、外部磁界源から発せられる外部磁界がセンサチップの出力信号に作用を及ぼす。
 センサチップと外部磁界源との距離が近くになるに従って、第1~第4磁気感応抵抗に印加される外部磁界の磁界強度が高くなるため、外部磁界によるセンサチップの出力信号への影響が大きくなる。
 たとえば、3相交流インバータの出力電流の制御などにおいて、大電流が流れる複数の経路が互いに集合して配置される場合に、各経路を流れる電流の値をセンサチップを用いて正確に検出するうえで、各経路を流れる電流によって発生する磁界の影響が障害となっていた。
 特許文献2,3に記載された電流センサにおいては、磁気シールド部が被測定導体に流れる電流で発生した磁束で飽和することにより磁気シールド部の磁気遮蔽効果が減退することを防ぐために、磁気シールド部に少なくとも1カ所の空隙を設けている。磁気シールド部内を流れる磁束は空隙にて放出され、外部に磁界を形成する。
 本発明は上記の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、外部磁界による影響を低減でき、容易に製造可能な電流センサを提供することを目的とする。
 本発明に基づく電流センサは、測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体と、1次導体を流れる上記電流により発生する磁界の強さを検出する第1磁気センサと、1次導体と間隔を置いて1次導体を囲む磁性体とを備える。1次導体は、互いに間隔を置いて対向する第1平板部および第2平板部を含む。第1平板部および第2平板部は、互いに電気的に直列に接続され、上記電流が互いに反対方向に流れる。第1磁気センサは、磁性体に囲まれた領域内に位置している。第1磁気センサは、第1平板部と第2平板部との間において、第1平板部と第2平板部とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能に配置されている。
 本発明の一形態においては、電流センサは、1次導体を流れる上記電流により発生する磁界の強さを検出する第2磁気センサをさらに備える。1次導体は、第2平板部と間隔を置いて第1平板部とは反対側に位置し、第2平板部と対向する第3平板部をさらに含む。第3平板部および第2平板部は、互いに電気的に直列に接続され、上記電流が互いに反対方向に流れる。第2磁気センサは、磁性体に囲まれた領域内に位置している。第2磁気センサは、第2平板部と第3平板部との間において、第2平板部と第3平板部とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能に配置されている。
 本発明の一形態においては、電流センサは、第1磁気センサの検出値と第2磁気センサの検出値とを演算することにより上記電流の値を算出する算出部をさらに備える。1次導体を流れる上記電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、第1磁気センサの検出値の位相と第2磁気センサの検出値の位相とが逆相である。算出部が減算器または差動増幅器である。
 本発明の一形態においては、電流センサは、第1磁気センサの検出値と第2磁気センサの検出値とを演算することにより上記電流の値を算出する算出部をさらに備える。1次導体を流れる上記電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、第1磁気センサの検出値の位相と第2磁気センサの検出値の位相とが同相である。算出部が加算器または加算増幅器である。
 本発明の一形態においては、1次導体は、第1平板部と第3平板部とをそれぞれ繋ぐ1対の側壁部をさらに含む。第2平板部は、第1平板部、第3平板部および1対の側壁部によって構成される筒状部に対して同軸状に位置するように筒状部の内側において筒状部に間隔を置いて位置する。1次導体は、第2平板部と筒状部とを繋ぐ接続部をさらに含む。
 本発明の一形態においては、1次導体は、第1平板部の端部と第2平板部の一端とを繋ぐ第1連結部、および第2平板部の他端と第3平板部の端部とを繋ぐ第2連結部をさらに含む。第1連結部を上記電流が流れる方向と、第2連結部を上記電流が流れる方向とは同じである。
 本発明によれば、外部磁界による影響を低減可能な電流センサを容易に製造できる。

 以下、本発明の実施形態1に係る電流センサについて図を参照して説明する。以下の実施形態の説明においては、図中の同一または相当部分には同一符号を付して、その説明は繰り返さない。
 (実施形態1)
 図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る電流センサの構成を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1の電流センサのII-II線矢印方向から見た断面図である。図3は、図2の電流センサのIII-III線矢印方向から見た断面図である。図4は、本実施形態に係る電流センサの1次導体と外部配線とを接続する状態を示す斜視図である。図3においては、第2平板部112の中心点112cを図示している。
 図1~4に示すように、本発明の実施形態1に係る電流センサ100は、測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体110を備える。また、電流センサ100は、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さを奇関数入出力特性を有して検出する、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121を備える。本実施形態においては、電流センサ100は、2つの磁気センサを備えているが、少なくとも1つの磁気センサを備えていればよい。
 さらに、電流センサ100は、1次導体110と間隔を置いて1次導体110を囲む磁性体160を備える。また、電流センサ100は、第1磁気センサ120の検出値と第2磁気センサ121の検出値とを減算することにより上記電流の値を算出する算出部である減算器130を備える。
 以下、各構成について詳細に説明する。
 1次導体110は、互いに間隔を置いて対向する第1平板部111aおよび第2平板部112を含む。第1平板部111aと第2平板部112とは、互いに平行に位置している。
 また、1次導体110は、第2平板部112と間隔を置いて第1平板部111aとは反対側に位置し、第2平板部112と対向する第3平板部111bを含む。第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとは、互いに平行に位置している。第1平板部111aと第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとは、等間隔に配置されている。
 すなわち、第1平板部111aと第2平板部112との間の間隔の寸法G1と、第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとの間の間隔の寸法G2とは等しい。ただし、第1平板部111aと第2平板部112との間の間隔の寸法G1と、第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとの間の間隔の寸法G2とが、互いに異なっていてもよい。
 さらに、1次導体110は、第1平板部111aと第3平板部111bとをそれぞれ繋ぐ側壁部111cおよび側壁部111dを含む。側壁部111cと側壁部111dとは、互いに平行に位置している。
 また、1次導体110は、第1平板部111a、第3平板部111bおよび1対の側壁部111c,111dによって構成される筒状部111と第2平板部112とを繋ぐ接続部113を含む。
 筒状部111は、第2平板部112に間隔を置いて第2平板部112の周りを囲んで延在している。具体的には、筒状部111は、両端に開口を有する筒状の形状を有している。本実施形態においては、筒状部111は横断面にて矩形状の外形を有しているが、筒状部111の形状はこれに限られない。
 接続部113は、筒状部111の一方の開口を塞ぐように位置しつつ第2平板部112の一端と連続して筒状部111と第2平板部112とを接続している。本実施形態においては、接続部113は、筒状部111の内面と連続する矩形状の外形を有しているが、接続部113の形状はこれに限られない。
 第2平板部112は、筒状部111に対して同軸状に位置するように筒状部111の内側において筒状部111に間隔を置いて延在している。本実施形態においては、第2平板部112は、第1平板部111aおよび第3平板部111bの各々に対して平行に対向する平板状の外形を有しているが、第2平板部112の形状はこれに限られない。第2平板部212の長さは、筒状部111の長さより僅かに短い。筒状部111および第2平板部112は、互いに電気的に直列に接続されている。
 後述するように図1中の矢印120a,121aで示す第1および第2磁気センサ120,121の検出軸の方向において、第2平板部112の幅の寸法Hは、互いに隣接する平板部同士の間の間隔の寸法G1,G2の最大値の1.5倍以上である。また、図2に示す第2平板部112の長さの寸法Leは、第2平板部112の幅の寸法H以上である。
 なお、1次導体110の形状は上記に限られず、たとえば、1次導体110が側壁部111cおよび側壁部111dを含まなくてもよい。この場合、1次導体110は、平面的に見てE字状の形状を有している。
 本実施形態においては、1次導体110は、アルミニウムで構成されている。ただし、1次導体110の材料はこれに限られず、銀、銅などの金属、またはこれらの金属を含む合金でもよい。
 また、1次導体110は、表面処理を施されていてもよい。たとえば、ニッケル、錫、銀、銅などの金属またはこれらの金属を含む合金からなる、少なくとも1層のめっき層が、1次導体110の表面に設けられていてもよい。
 本実施形態においては、四角柱状のブロックを切削することにより1次導体110を一体で形成している。ただし、1次導体110の形成方法はこれに限られず、鋳造、鍛造またはプレス加工などの方法で1次導体110を形成してもよい。また、複数の部材を溶接、ろう付、嵌合または接着などの方法で接合することにより1次導体110を形成してもよい。
 筒状部111を電流が流れる方向11と、第2平板部112を電流が流れる方向12とは反対である。よって、第1平板部111aを電流が流れる方向11、および第3平板部111bを電流が流れる方向11と、第2平板部112を電流が流れる方向12とは反対である。
 図4に示すように、1次導体110と外部配線とを接続することで、上記のように電流が流れる。外部配線は、入力端子を有する入力配線170と、出力端子を有する出力配線171と、曲折した板状の接続導体172とを含む。入力配線170の入力端子と、出力配線171の出力端子とは、それぞれ、円環状の部分を有している。接続導体172の中心部には、接続導体172に入力配線170を接続するための第1貫通孔173が設けられている。接続導体172の両端部には、筒状部111に接続導体172を接続するための第2貫通孔174が設けられている。接続導体172においては、両端部と中心部とがそれぞれ互いに平行な2平面上に位置するように曲折している。
 筒状部111の開口端に2つの第1雌ねじ111sが設けられている。2つの第1雌ねじ111sは、筒状部111の径方向において互いに反対側に位置している。2つの第1雌ねじ111sの各々は、筒状部111の中心軸方向と平行に延在している。
 入力配線170の入力端子の円環状の部分と接続導体172の第1貫通孔173とにボルト190を挿通して、このボルト190とナット180とを締結することにより、入力配線170と接続導体172とが接続される。
 接続導体172の各第2貫通孔174にボルト190を挿通して、これらのボルト190と第1雌ねじ111sとをそれぞれ締結することにより、筒状部111と接続導体172とが接続される。
 出力配線171の出力端子の円環状の部分にボルト190を挿通して、このボルト190と第2雌ねじ112sとを締結することにより、第2平板部112と出力配線171とが接続される。
 上記のように接続することにより、筒状部111に入力された電流は、接続部113を外側から中心に向かって流れて第2平板部112から出力される。
 なお、1次導体110と外部配線との接続方法は上記に限られず、筒状部111を電流が流れる方向と、第2平板部112を電流が流れる方向とが反対となるように接続されていればよい。よって、筒状部111が出力配線に接続され、第2平板部112が入力配線に接続されていてもよい。
 図1に示すように、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は、筒状部111の内側において互いの間に第2平板部112を挟むように並んで位置している。
 具体的には、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々は、筒状部111および第2平板部112の両方に対して間隔を置いて位置している。第1磁気センサ120は、第1平板部111aと第2平板部112との間に位置している。第2磁気センサ121は、第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとの間に位置している。第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々は、磁性体160に囲まれた領域内に位置している。
 第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々は、第1磁気センサ120と第2磁気センサ121とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向、かつ、第2平板部112の延在方向に対して直交する方向に検出軸を有する。第1磁気センサ120は、図1中の矢印120aで示す方向に検出軸を有する。第2磁気センサ121は、図1中の矢印121aで示す方向に検出軸を有する。
 第1磁気センサ120は、第1平板部111aと第2平板部112とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能である。第2磁気センサ121は、第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能である。
 第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は、検出軸の一方向に向いた磁界を検出した場合に正の値で出力し、かつ、検出軸の一方向とは反対方向に向いた磁界を検出した場合に負の値で出力する、奇関数入出力特性を有している。すなわち、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の位相と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の位相とは、逆相である。
 第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121としては、AMR(Anisotropic Magneto Resistance)、GMR(Giant Magneto Resistance)、TMR(Tunnel Magneto Resistance)、BMR(Balistic Magneto Resistance)、CMR(Colossal Magneto Resistance)などの磁気抵抗素子を有する磁気センサを用いることができる。特に、奇関数入出力特性を有するバーバーポール構造のAMR素子を用い、ホイートストンブリッジ型のブリッジ回路またはその半分の回路構成であるハーフ・ブリッジ回路を構成した磁気センサを用いることができる。
 その他にも、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121として、ホール素子を有する磁気センサ、磁気インピーダンス効果を利用するMI(Magneto Impedance)素子を有する磁気センサまたはフラックスゲート型磁気センサなどを用いることができる。
 第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121にバイアスをかける場合は、バーバーポール構造を用いる方法に限られず、コイルの周囲に発生する誘導磁界、永久磁石の磁界、またはこれらを組み合わせた磁界を用いてバイアスをかけてもよい。
 第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121においては、励磁コイル部を有さない開ループ式の磁界測定を行なってもよい。この場合、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は、上記の素子の出力を直線的に増幅するまたは補正しつつ増幅する増幅器および変換器を経由して出力する。
 または、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121においては、励磁コイル部を有する閉ループ式の磁界測定を行なってもよい。この場合、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々は、励磁コイルの閉ループが構成されたセンサ回路を含む。
 このセンサ回路においては、励磁コイル部に、励磁コイル駆動部から駆動電流が供給される。この駆動電流が励磁コイルを流れることにより発生する磁界は、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に印加される。第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121には1次導体110を流れた電流によって発生する磁界も印加される。そのため、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121には、励磁コイルから発生する磁界と1次導体110を流れた電流によって発生する磁界とが重なって印加される。
 このように第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に重なって印加された磁界の強さは、いわゆる重ねの理にしたがって、それらを重ね合わせた値となる。励磁コイル駆動部は、負帰還の働きにより第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に重なって印加される磁界の強さが0となるように、励磁コイル部に駆動電流を供給する。このときの駆動電流を電流検出抵抗器と増幅器とによって測定することにより、1次導体110を流れた電流によって発生する磁界の強さを間接的に測定することができる。
 このように、閉ループ式の磁界測定を行なう場合は、一定の強さ(略0)の磁界が第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に印加された状態で測定を行なうため、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の入出力特性(入力磁界と出力電圧との関係)の非線形性が測定結果の直線性に及ぼす影響を低減できる。
 第1磁気センサ120は、第1接続配線141によって減算器130と電気的に接続されている。第2磁気センサ121は、第2接続配線142によって減算器130と電気的に接続されている。
 減算器130は、第1磁気センサ120の検出値と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値とを減算することにより、1次導体110を流れる電流の値を算出する。なお、本実施形態においては、算出部として減算器130を用いているが、算出部はこれに限られず、差動増幅器などでもよい。
 磁性体160は、筒状部111の外周側、および、接続部113の筒状部111側とは反対側を覆う、1面が解放した箱形状を有している。磁性体160は、筒状部111の他方の開口側に開口を有している。ただし、磁性体160の形状は、上記に限られず、1次導体110において第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々と対向している部分を少なくとも囲む形状であればよい。
 本実施形態においては、磁性体160は、パーマロイで構成されているが、磁性体160の材料は、パーマロイに限られず、軟鉄鋼、ケイ素鋼、電磁鋼、ニッケル合金、鉄合金またはフェライトなどの、透磁率および飽和磁束密度の高い材料であればよい。
 磁性体160と1次導体110との間には、磁気的空隙150が形成されている。磁気的空隙150には、比透磁率が1に近い低透磁率の材料が配置されていることが好ましい。また、磁気的空隙150に配置される材料は、電気絶縁性および耐熱性が高いことが望ましい。
 磁気的空隙150に配置される材料は、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)樹脂、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)樹脂若しくはポリアミド樹脂(PA)などのエンジニアリング・プラスチックス、または、エポキシ樹脂若しくはベークライトなどの熱硬化性樹脂などでもよい。さらに、磁気的空隙150に配置される材料は、アルミナ、ステアタイト、ガラスなどの無機物若しくはセラミックス、またはこれらの複合材料などでもよい。
 磁気的空隙150に配置される材料は、上記以外にも、空気または非磁性の金属でもよい。ただし、磁気的空隙150に配置される材料を空気とした場合には、磁性体160と1次導体110との間の間隔を保持するための構造が必要になる。磁気的空隙150に配置される材料を非磁性の金属とした場合には、非磁性の金属と1次導体110との間の絶縁構造が必要になる。
 本実施形態においては、磁気的空隙150にエポキシ樹脂を配置している。磁性体160と1次導体110とは、エポキシ樹脂からなる層によって互いに接着されている。
 なお、1次導体110が上記の樹脂材料にインサート成形されていてもよい。この場合、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々を収容するための2つの凹部が、筒状部111と第2平板部112との間の樹脂部に設けられる。
 以下、電流センサ100の動作について説明する。
 図3に示すように、第2平板部112に電流が流れることにより、いわゆる右ねじの法則によって図中の左回りに周回する磁界112eが発生する。その結果、第1磁気センサ120には、矢印120aで示す検出軸の方向において、図中の左向きの磁界が印加される。一方、第2磁気センサ121には、矢印121aで示す検出軸の方向において、図中の右向きの磁界が印加される。
 よって、第1磁気センサ120の検出した磁界の強さを正の値とすると、第2磁気センサ121の検出した磁界の強さは負の値となる。第1磁気センサ120の検出値と第2磁気センサ121の検出値とは、減算器130に送信される。
 減算器130は、第1磁気センサ120の検出値から第2磁気センサ121の検出値を減算する。その結果、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の絶対値と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の絶対値とが加算される。この加算結果から、1次導体110を流れた電流の値が算出される。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ100においては、第1磁気センサ120と第2磁気センサ121との間に、第2平板部112が位置しているため、外部磁界源は、物理的に第1磁気センサ120と第2磁気センサ121との間に位置することができない。
 そのため、外部磁界源から第1磁気センサ120に印加される磁界のうちの矢印120aで示す検出軸の方向における磁界成分の向きと、外部磁界源から第2磁気センサ121に印加される磁界のうちの矢印121aで示す検出軸の方向における磁界成分の向きとは、同じ向きとなる。よって、第1磁気センサ120の検出した外部磁界の強さを正の値とすると、第2磁気センサ121の検出した外部磁界の強さも正の値となる。
 その結果、減算器130が第1磁気センサ120の検出値から第2磁気センサ121の検出値を減算することにより、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の絶対値と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の絶対値とが減算される。これにより、外部磁界源からの磁界は、ほとんど検出されなくなる。すなわち、外部磁界の影響が低減される。
 本実施形態の変形例として、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121において、検出値が正となる検出軸の方向を互いに反対方向(180°反対)にしてもよい。この場合、第1磁気センサ120の検出する外部磁界の強さを正の値とすると、第2磁気センサ121の検出する外部磁界の強さは負の値となる。
 一方、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の位相と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の位相とは同相となる。
 本変形例においては、算出部として減算器130に代えて加算器または加算増幅器を用いる。外部磁界の強さについては、第1磁気センサ120の検出値と第2磁気センサ121の検出値とを加算器または加算増幅器によって加算することにより、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の絶対値と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の絶対値とが減算される。これにより、外部磁界源からの磁界は、ほとんど検出されなくなる。すなわち、外部磁界の影響が低減される。
 一方、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さについては、第1磁気センサ120の検出値と第2磁気センサ121の検出値とを加算器または加算増幅器によって加算することにより、第1磁気センサ120の検出値の絶対値と、第2磁気センサ121の検出値の絶対値とが加算される。この加算結果から、1次導体110を流れた電流の値が算出される。
 このように、第1磁気センサ120と第2磁気センサ121との入出力特性を互いに逆の極性にしつつ、減算器130に代えて加算器または加算増幅器を算出部として用いてもよい。
 なお、本実施形態における電流センサ100においては、筒状部111は横断面において、第2平板部112の中心点112cを中心として点対称な形状を有している。かつ、筒状部111は横断面において、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の検出軸の方向における第2平板部112の中心線を中心として線対称な形状を有している。
 また、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は横断面において、第2平板部112の中心点112cを中心として互いに点対称に位置している。かつ、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は横断面において、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の検出軸の方向における第2平板部112の中心線を中心として互いに線対称に位置している。
 この配置の場合、第2平板部112を周回する磁界112eは、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々に、等価で逆方向に印加される。その結果、減算器130により第1磁気センサ120の検出値から第2磁気センサ121の検出値を減算することにより、磁界112eの検出値は2倍になる。
 一方、外部磁界源が第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に対して十分遠方にある場合、外部磁界は、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々に、等価で等方向に印加される。その結果、減算器130により第1磁気センサ120の検出値から第2磁気センサ121の検出値を減算することにより、外部磁界の検出値は0になる。
 このように、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121は、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界を等しく反映した検出値を示す。そのため、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さとそれから算出される1次導体110を流れる電流の値との線形性を高めることができる。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ100は、上記の点対称配置および線対称配置の両方を満たしているため、外部磁界源10の位置に関わらず、1次導体110を流れる電流により発生する磁界の強さとそれから算出される1次導体110を流れる電流の値との線形性を高めつつ、外部磁界の影響を低減することができる。
 さらに、外部磁界のうちの高周波成分は、表皮効果によって筒状部111の表皮深さの2~3倍程度の深さまでしか侵入することができない。よって、筒状部111の内側に配置された第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に外部磁界のうちの高周波成分が及ぶことを抑制できる。なお、想定される外部磁界の高周波成分の周波数に対応して、筒状部111の厚さの寸法T1が決定されている。
 オペアンプなどの差動増幅器を用いて第1磁気センサ120の検出値から第2磁気センサ121の検出値を減算することにより外部磁界の影響を低減する場合、差動増幅器の性能上の限界によって外部磁界の高周波成分を完全に減算することができない場合がある。上記のように、表皮効果によって外部磁界のうちの高周波成分の侵入を低減することにより、差動増幅器の性能上の限界にかかわらず外部磁界の影響を低減することができる。
 ここで、本実施形態の電流センサの特性の理解を容易にするために、第1比較例に係る電流センサと比較しつつ本実施形態に係る電流センサについて説明する。
 図5は、第1比較例に係る電流センサが備える1次導体の形状を示す平面図である。図6は、第1比較例に係る電流センサの1次導体周辺に発生する磁界の磁束密度をシミュレーションした結果を、図5のVI-VI線矢印方向から見た断面に示した等高線図である。
 図7は、第1比較例に係る電流センサにおいて、図6中の左右方向における第1平板部の中央部または第2平板部の中央部から図6中の上下方向に離れた距離と、磁束密度との関係を示すグラフである。図7においては、縦軸に磁束密度(mT)、横軸に1次導体の表面からの距離(mm)を示している。
 図8は、本実施形態に係る電流センサの1次導体周辺に発生する磁界の磁束密度をシミュレーションした結果を示す磁束線図である。図9は、本実施形態に係る電流センサの1次導体周辺に発生する磁界の磁束密度をシミュレーションした結果を示す等高線図である。図8,9においては、図3と同一の断面を示している。
 図10は、本実施形態に係る電流センサにおいて、図9中の左右方向における第2平板部の中央部から図9中の上下方向に離れた距離と、磁束密度との関係を示すグラフである。図10においては、縦軸に磁束密度(mT)、横軸に第2平板部の表面からの距離(mm)を示している。
 図5に示すように、第1比較例に係る電流センサは、測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体910を備える。1次導体910は、互いに間隔を置いて平行に位置する第1平板部911と第2平板部912とを有する。第1平板部911の一端と第2平板部912の一端とは、連結部913により連結されている。図6に示すように、1次導体910は、薄板状に形成されている。電流は、第1平板部911から連結部913を通じて第2平板部912へ流れる。
 シミュレーションにおいては、本実施形態および第1比較例における各平板部の横断面寸法を2mm×10mmとし、1次導体を流れる電流の値を100Aとした。
 図6においては、磁束密度が、0.6mTである線をE1、1.2mTである線をE2、1.8mTである線をE3、2.4mTである線をE4、3.0mTである線をE5、3.6mTである線をE6、4.2mTである線をE7、4.8mTである線をE8、5.4mTである線をE9、6.0mTである線をE10で示している。
 図9においては、磁束密度が、0.3mTである線をE11、0.6mTである線をE12、0.9mTである線をE13、1.2mTである線をE14、1.5mTである線をE15、1.8mTである線をE16、2.1mTである線をE17、2.4mTである線をE18で示している。
 図6に示すように、第1比較例の1次導体910では、第1平板部911と第2平板部912との間において、第1平板部911と第2平板部912との中間の位置までは、第1平板部911の近傍から離れるに従って磁束密度が急激に低下しており、磁束密度がほとんど変化していない領域が存在しない。同様に、第1平板部911と第2平板部912との間において、第1平板部911と第2平板部912との中間の位置までは、第2平板部912の近傍から離れるに従って磁束密度が急激に低下しており、磁束密度がほとんど変化していない領域が存在しない。
 また、図7に示すように、第1比較例の1次導体910では、第1平板部911の中央部または第2平板部912の中央部から図6中の上下方向に離れるに従って磁束密度は急激に低下している。
 上述の通り、本実施形態においては、第2平板部112の幅の寸法Hは、互いに隣接する平板部同士の間の間隔の寸法G1,G2の最大値の1.5倍以上である。
 これにより、図9に示すように、筒状部111と第2平板部112との間に発生する磁界の磁束線は、図中の左右方向において第2平板部112に沿って略直線状に延びている。図中の左右方向は、第1および第2磁気センサ120,121の検出軸の方向である。
 図9,10に示すように、筒状部111と第2平板部112との間において、図中の左右方向の中央部に、磁束密度が2.0mT程度でほとんど変化していない領域が形成されている。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ100において、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々を、筒状部111より第2平板部112の近くに配置することにより、磁束密度がほとんど変化していない領域に第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121を位置させることができるとともに、上記のように筒状部111の表皮効果により第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121に外部磁界の高周波成分が及ぶことを抑制できる。
 この場合、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121が並ぶ方向、並びに、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の検出軸の方向において、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の配置に高い精度が要求されないため、電流センサ100を容易に製造できる。この効果は、第2平板部112の幅の寸法Hが1.5G1以上である場合に安定して得られ、2.0G1以上である場合に顕著となる。
 本実施形態においては、図1,2に示すように、第2平板部112の延在方向の長さの寸法Leは、第2平板部112の幅の寸法H以上である。これにより、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121を接続部113から所定の距離以上離して配置することができる。その結果、第2平板部112の延在方向において、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の配置に高い精度は要求されない。よって、電流センサ100を容易に製造できる。
 さらに、図6,9に示すように、本実施形態に係る1次導体110は、第1比較例の1次導体910に比較して、磁束密度が0.6mTより低い領域が1次導体110の近くに形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態に係る1次導体110の漏れ磁界は、第1比較例の1次導体910の漏れ磁界より小さい。
 漏れ磁界を小さくすることにより、電流センサ100自体が、電流センサ100に近接して配置される他の電流センサなどに対して外部磁界源として与える影響を低減できる。
 よって、3相交流インバータの出力電流の制御などにおいて、大電流が流れる複数の経路が互いに集合して配置される場合に、本実施形態に係る電流センサ100を用いることにより、各経路を流れる電流の値をより正確に検出することができる。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ100においては、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々は、筒状部111、磁気的空隙150および磁性体160に囲まれているため、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々に誤差要因である外部磁界が到達することを抑制できる。その結果、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々が、不要な外部磁界を検出しないようにすることができる。
 また、1次導体110は、磁気的空隙150に囲まれているため、1次導体110を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体160に侵入する磁束が低減される。その結果、磁性体160が、1次導体110を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁気飽和することを抑制できる。よって、磁性体160を薄くした場合にも、外部磁界を遮蔽することができる。
 1次導体110を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体160に侵入する磁束が低減することにより、磁性体160の残留磁束密度の影響が、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々に及ぶことを抑制できるため、ヒステリシスの小さい電流センサを実現できる。
 また、1次導体110を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体160に侵入する磁束が低減することにより、磁性体160に生ずる渦電流の影響が、第1磁気センサ120および第2磁気センサ121の各々に及ぶことを抑制できるため、応答性および周波数特性の良好な電流センサを実現できる。
 以下、本発明の実施形態2に係る電流センサについて説明する。本実施形態に係る電流センサ200は、1次導体の形状のみ実施形態1に係る電流センサ100と異なるため、他の構成については説明を繰り返さない。
 (実施形態2)
 図11は、本発明の実施形態2に係る電流センサの構成を示す斜視図である。図12は、図11の電流センサをXII-XII線矢印方向から見た断面図である。図11,12に示すように、本発明の実施形態2に係る電流センサ200は、測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体210を備える。また、電流センサ200は、1次導体210を流れる測定対象の電流により発生する磁界の強さを奇関数入出力特性を有して検出する、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221を備える。
 さらに、電流センサ200は、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各検出値を減算することにより上記電流の値を算出する算出部である、減算器230を備える。
 1次導体210は、電気的に直列に接続されている第1平板部211、第2平板部212および第3平板部213を含む。第1平板部211と第3平板部213とは、互いの間に間隔を置いて平行に並んで延在し、第2平板部212によって互いに接続されている。第2平板部212は、第1平板部211および第3平板部213の各々に対して間隔を置いて平行に並んで延在している。
 本実施形態においては、1次導体210は、第1平板部211の長手方向の他端と第2平板部212の長手方向の一端とを連結する第1連結部214と、第2平板部212の長手方向の他端と第3平板部213の長手方向の一端とを連結する第2連結部215とを含む。
 第1平板部211と第2平板部212と第3平板部213とは、等間隔に配置されている。すなわち、第1平板部211と第2平板部212との間の間隔の寸法G1と、第2平板部212と第3平板部213との間の間隔の寸法G2とは等しい。
 第1連結部214は、側面視にて直線状に延在して第1平板部211および第2平板部212の各々と直交している。第2連結部215は、側面視にて直線状に延在して第2平板部212および第3平板部213の各々と直交している。
 図11,12に示すように、第1磁気センサ220は、互いに対向する第1平板部211と第2平板部212との間に位置している。第2磁気センサ221は、互いに対向する第2平板部212と第3平板部213との間に位置している。
 本実施形態においては、第1磁気センサ220は、第1平板部211と第2平板部212と第3平板部213とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向、かつ、第2平板部212の延在方向に対して直交する方向である、図11中の矢印220aで示す方向に検出軸を有する。
 第2磁気センサ221は、第1平板部211と第2平板部212と第3平板部213とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向、かつ、第2平板部212の延在方向に対して直交する方向である、図11中の矢印221aで示す方向に検出軸を有する。
 第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221は、検出軸の一方向に向いた磁界を検出した場合に正の値で出力し、かつ、検出軸の一方向とは反対方向に向いた磁界を検出した場合に負の値で出力する、奇関数入出力特性を有している。
 第1磁気センサ220は、第1接続配線241によって減算器230と電気的に接続されている。第2磁気センサ221は、第2接続配線242によって減算器230と電気的に接続されている。
 減算器230は、第1磁気センサ220の検出値から、第2磁気センサ221の検出値を減算することにより、1次導体210を流れる測定対象の電流の値を算出する。
 図11中の矢印220a,221aで示す第1および第2磁気センサ220,221の検出軸の方向において、第1平板部211、第2平板部212および第3平板部213の各幅の寸法Hは、互いに隣接する平板部同士の間の間隔の寸法G1,G2の1.5倍である。
 よって、第1平板部211の幅の寸法H、第2平板部212の幅の寸法H、および、第3平板部213の幅の寸法Hは、各々1.5G1である。後述するように、第1平板部211の幅の寸法H、第2平板部212の幅の寸法H、および、第3平板部213の幅の寸法Hは、各々1.5G1以上であることが好ましく、各々2.0G1以上であることがさらに好ましい。なお、第1平板部211、第2平板部212および第3平板部213の各幅の寸法は、互いに異なっていてもよい。
 本実施形態においては、1つの板状の導電部材を曲げ加工することによって1次導体210が形成されている。
 第1平板部211を電流が流れる方向21と、第3平板部213を電流が流れる方向25とは同じである。第1平板部211を電流が流れる方向21、および第3平板部213を電流が流れる方向25と、第2平板部212を電流が流れる方向23とは反対である。第1連結部214を電流が流れる方向22と、第2連結部215を電流が流れる方向24とは同じである。
 1次導体210は、入力配線と出力配線とを含む外部配線に接続されている。このため、第1平板部211に入力された電流は、第1連結部214、第2平板部212および第2連結部215をこの順に流れて第3平板部213から出力される。
 図13は、本実施形態に係る電流センサを図12のXIII-XIII線矢印方向から見た断面図において、発生する磁界を模式的に示す図である。図13においては、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の検出軸方向をX方向、第1平板部211と第2平板部212と第3平板部213とが並ぶ方向をY方向として示している。なお、第2平板部212の延在方向がZ方向である。
 図13に示すように、第1平板部211に電流が流れることにより、図中の右回りに周回する磁界211eが発生する。同様に、第2平板部212に電流が流れることにより、図中の左回りに周回する磁界212eが発生する。第3平板部213に電流が流れることにより、図中の右回りに周回する磁界213eが発生する。
 その結果、第1磁気センサ220には、矢印220aで示す検出軸の方向において、図中の左向きの磁界が印加される。一方、第2磁気センサ221には、矢印221aで示す検出軸の方向において、図中の右向きの磁界が印加される。
 よって、第1磁気センサ220の検出した磁界の強さを示す検出値を正の値とすると、第2磁気センサ221の検出した磁界の強さを示す検出値は負の値となる。第1磁気センサ220の検出値と第2磁気センサ221の検出値とは、減算器230に送信される。
 減算器230は、第1磁気センサ220の検出値から第2磁気センサ221の検出値を減算する。その結果、第1磁気センサ220の検出値の絶対値と、第2磁気センサ221の検出値の絶対値とが加算される。この加算結果から、1次導体210を流れた測定対象の電流の値が算出される。
 磁性体260は、両端が開口した筒形状を有している。磁性体260の一端側の開口から、第1平板部211の長手方向の一端が突出している。磁性体260の他端側の開口から、第3平板部213の長手方向の他端が突出している。ただし、磁性体260の形状は、上記に限られず、1次導体210において第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々と対向している部分を少なくとも囲む形状であればよい。
 本実施形態においては、磁性体260は、パーマロイで構成されているが、磁性体260の材料は、パーマロイに限られず、軟鉄鋼、ケイ素鋼、電磁鋼、ニッケル合金、鉄合金またはフェライトなどの、透磁率および飽和磁束密度の高い材料であればよい。
 磁性体260と1次導体210との間には、磁気的空隙250が形成されている。磁気的空隙250には、比透磁率が1に近い低透磁率の材料が配置されていることが好ましい。また、磁気的空隙250に配置される材料は、電気絶縁性および耐熱性が高いことが望ましい。
 磁気的空隙250に配置される材料は、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)樹脂、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)樹脂若しくはポリアミド樹脂(PA)などのエンジニアリング・プラスチックス、または、エポキシ樹脂若しくはベークライトなどの熱硬化性樹脂などでもよい。さらに、磁気的空隙150に配置される材料は、アルミナ、ステアタイト、ガラスなどの無機物若しくはセラミックス、またはこれらの複合材料などでもよい。
 磁気的空隙250に配置される材料は、上記以外にも、空気または非磁性の金属でもよい。ただし、磁気的空隙250に配置される材料を空気とした場合には、磁性体260と1次導体210との間の間隔を保持するための構造が必要になる。磁気的空隙250に配置される材料を非磁性の金属とした場合には、非磁性の金属と1次導体210との間の絶縁構造が必要になる。
 本実施形態においては、磁気的空隙250にエポキシ樹脂を配置している。磁性体260と1次導体210とは、エポキシ樹脂からなる層によって互いに接着されている。
 なお、1次導体210が上記の樹脂材料にインサート成形されていてもよい。この場合、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々を収容するための2つの凹部が、第1平板部111aと第2平板部112との間、および、第2平板部112と第3平板部111bとの間の各々の樹脂部に設けられる。
 図14は、本実施形態に係る電流センサの1次導体周辺における、1次導体を流れる測定対象の電流により発生する磁界の磁束密度をシミュレーションした結果を示す磁束線図である。図15は、本実施形態に係る電流センサの1次導体周辺における、1次導体を流れる測定対象の電流により発生する磁界の磁束密度をシミュレーションした結果を示す等高線図である。図14,15においては、図13と同一の断面を示している。
 図16は、本実施形態に係る電流センサにおいて、図13中の左右方向における第2平板部212の中央部から図13中の上下方向に離れた距離と、磁束密度との関係を示すグラフである。図16においては、縦軸に磁束密度(mT)、横軸に第2平板部の表面からの距離(mm)を示している。
 シミュレーションにおいては、本実施形態における各平板部の横断面寸法を2mm×10mmとし、1次導体を流れる測定対象の電流の値を100Aとした。
 図15においては、磁束密度が、0.7mTである線をE21、1.4mTである線をE22、2.1mTである線をE23、2.8mTである線をE24、3.5mTである線をE25、4.2mTである線をE26、4.9mTである線をE27、5.6mTである線をE28、6.3mTである線をE29で示している。
 上述の通り、本実施形態においては、第1平板部211、第2平板部212および第3平板部213の各幅の寸法Hは、互いに隣接する平板部同士の間の間隔の寸法G1,G2の1.5倍である。
 これにより、図14に示すように、第1平板部211と第2平板部212との間に発生する磁界の磁束線、および、第2平板部212と第3平板部213との間に発生する磁界の磁束線は、図中の左右方向において各平板部に沿って略直線状に延びている。図中の左右方向は、第1および第2磁気センサ220,221の検出軸の方向である。
 図15,16に示すように、本実施形態に係る1次導体210では、第1平板部211と第2平板部212との間において、第1平板部211の近傍に磁束密度が6.3mTより高い領域が形成されている。
 また、第1平板部211と第2平板部212との間において、第2平板部212側で図中の左右方向の中央部に、磁束密度が6.1mT程度でほとんど変化していない領域が形成されている。
 同様に、第2平板部212と第3平板部213との間において、第3平板部213の近傍に磁束密度が6.3mTより高い領域が形成されている。
 また、第2平板部212と第3平板部213との間において、第2平板部212側で図中の左右方向の中央部に、磁束密度が6.1mT程度でほとんど変化していない領域が形成されている。
 よって、本実施形態に係る電流センサ200において、第1磁気センサ220を第2平板部212より第1平板部211の近くに配置し、第2磁気センサ221を第2平板部212より第3平板部213の近くに配置することにより、磁束密度が高い領域に第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221を配置できるため、電流センサ200のSN比(signal-noise ratio)を高くすることができる。この場合、電流センサ200の感度を向上できる。
 または、本実施形態に係る電流センサ200において、第1磁気センサ220を第1平板部211より第2平板部212の近くに配置し、第2磁気センサ221を第3平板部213より第2平板部212の近くに配置することにより、磁束密度がほとんど変化していない領域に第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221を配置できるため、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の配置に高い精度が要求されない。この場合、電流センサ200を容易に製造できる。この効果は、第1平板部211、第2平板部212および第3平板部213の各幅の寸法Hが、1.5G1以上である場合に安定して得られ、2.0G1以上である場合に顕著となる。
 本実施形態においては、図11,12に示すように、第2平板部212の延在方向の長さの寸法L10は、第2平板部212の幅の寸法H以上である。このようにすることにより、第1磁気センサ220を第1連結部214から所定の距離以上離して配置することができる。また、第2磁気センサ221を第2連結部215から所定の距離以上離して配置することができる。その結果、第2平板部212の延在方向において、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の配置に高い精度は要求されない。よって、電流センサ200は容易に製造できる。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ200においても、外部磁界の影響を低減することができる。また、上記のように、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の配置に高い精度を要求されないため、電流センサ200は容易に製造可能である。
 さらに、図6,15に示すように、本実施形態に係る1次導体210は、比較例の1次導体910に比較して、磁束密度が0.6mTより低い領域が1次導体の近くに形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態に係る1次導体210の漏れ磁界は、比較例の1次導体910の漏れ磁界より小さい。
 1次導体の漏れ磁界を小さくすることにより、電流センサ200自体が、電流センサ200に近接して配置される他の電流センサなどに対して外部磁界源として与える影響を低減することができる。
 よって、3相交流インバータの出力電流の制御などにおいて、大電流が流れる複数の経路が互いに集合して配置される場合に、本実施形態に係る電流センサ200を用いることにより、各経路を流れる電流の値をより正確に検出することができる。
 本実施形態に係る電流センサ200においては、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々は、1次導体210、磁気的空隙250および磁性体260に囲まれているため、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々に誤差要因である外部磁界が到達することを抑制できる。その結果、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々が、不要な外部磁界を検出しないようにすることができる。
 また、1次導体210は、磁気的空隙250に囲まれているため、1次導体210を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体260に侵入する磁束が低減される。その結果、磁性体260が、1次導体210を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁気飽和することを抑制できる。よって、磁性体260を薄くした場合にも、外部磁界を遮蔽することができる。
 1次導体210を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体260に侵入する磁束が低減することにより、磁性体260の残留磁束密度の影響が、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々に及ぶことを抑制できるため、ヒステリシスの小さい電流センサを実現できる。
 また、1次導体210を流れる電流によって発生する磁界によって磁性体260に侵入する磁束が低減することにより、磁性体260に生ずる渦電流の影響が、第1磁気センサ220および第2磁気センサ221の各々に及ぶことを抑制できるため、応答性および周波数特性の良好な電流センサを実現できる。
 今回開示された実施形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて請求の範囲によって示され、請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。

Claims (6)

  1.  測定対象の電流が流れる1次導体と、
     前記1次導体を流れる前記電流により発生する磁界の強さを検出する第1磁気センサと、
     前記1次導体と間隔を置いて前記1次導体を囲む磁性体とを備え、
     前記1次導体は、互いに間隔を置いて対向する第1平板部および第2平板部を含み、
     前記第1平板部および前記第2平板部は、互いに電気的に直列に接続され、前記電流が互いに反対方向に流れ、
     前記第1磁気センサは、前記磁性体に囲まれた領域内に位置し、
     前記第1磁気センサは、前記第1平板部と前記第2平板部との間において、前記第1平板部と前記第2平板部とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能に配置されている、電流センサ。
  2.  前記1次導体を流れる前記電流により発生する磁界の強さを検出する第2磁気センサをさらに備え、
     前記1次導体は、前記第2平板部と間隔を置いて前記第1平板部とは反対側に位置し、前記第2平板部と対向する第3平板部をさらに含み、
     前記第3平板部および前記第2平板部は、互いに電気的に直列に接続され、前記電流が互いに反対方向に流れ、
     前記第2磁気センサは、前記磁性体に囲まれた領域内に位置し、
     前記第2磁気センサは、前記第2平板部と前記第3平板部との間において、前記第2平板部と前記第3平板部とが並ぶ方向に対して直交する方向の磁界を検出可能に配置されている、請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
  3.  前記第1磁気センサの検出値と前記第2磁気センサの検出値とを演算することにより前記電流の値を算出する算出部をさらに備え、
     前記1次導体を流れる前記電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、前記第1磁気センサの検出値の位相と前記第2磁気センサの検出値の位相とが逆相であり、
     前記算出部が減算器または差動増幅器である、請求項2に記載の電流センサ。
  4.  前記第1磁気センサの検出値と前記第2磁気センサの検出値とを演算することにより前記電流の値を算出する算出部をさらに備え、
     前記1次導体を流れる前記電流により発生する磁界の強さについて、前記第1磁気センサの検出値の位相と前記第2磁気センサの検出値の位相とが同相であり、
     前記算出部が加算器または加算増幅器である、請求項2に記載の電流センサ。
  5.  前記1次導体は、前記第1平板部と前記第3平板部とをそれぞれ繋ぐ1対の側壁部をさらに含み、
     前記第2平板部は、前記第1平板部、前記第3平板部および前記1対の側壁部によって構成される筒状部に対して同軸状に位置するように該筒状部の内側において前記筒状部に間隔を置いて位置し、
     前記1次導体は、前記第2平板部と前記筒状部とを繋ぐ接続部をさらに含む、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の電流センサ。
  6.  前記1次導体は、前記第1平板部の端部と前記第2平板部の一端とを繋ぐ第1連結部、および前記第2平板部の他端と前記第3平板部の端部とを繋ぐ第2連結部をさらに含み、
     前記第1連結部を前記電流が流れる方向と、前記第2連結部を前記電流が流れる方向とは同じである、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の電流センサ。
