Description

一种航空行李标签 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种航空行李标签。
背景技术
传统的航空行李标签,其边缘部分的压敏胶有微小的渗出,随着时间、压力、温度等因素,渗出胶会慢慢增加,行业称之谓“溢胶”。由于行李标签需要热敏打印机打印文字与条形码,而热敏打印机的打印头不仅温度高,而且打印头压在行李标签上,所以行李标签打印过程中,行李标签边缘的溢胶会被打印头刮下来,存积在打印头上。随着打印行李标签数量的增加,会转移到打印机的胶辊上,胶辊上的溢胶多了,会粘结行李标签,带动行李标签卷向下方,将行李标签卷到打印机内。长久下去不仅会使打印程序中断,而且排除故障,清除胶辊上的溢胶,是一项烦杂的工作,故此航空行李标签溢胶影响打印是航空客运界的一个难题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种航空行李标签,本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是:如何解决长期困扰航空行李标签溢胶的问题,确保行李标签打印顺畅,提高航空值机效率。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种航空行李标签,它包括行李标签底纸层,在其上设置有行李标签面纸或膜层,所述行李标签底纸层和所述行李标签面纸或膜层之 间复合有行李标签压敏胶层,其特征在于,所述的行李标签压敏胶层相对于行李标签面纸或膜层在周边方向上向内缩进1-1.5mm,构成行李标签压敏胶层内缩式的航空行李标签。
根据上述结构及技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、所述的航空行李标签压敏胶内缩,解决了长期困扰航空行李标签溢胶的问题,确保行李标签打印顺畅,提高航空值机效率。
2、航空行李标签没有溢胶现象,大大减少了行李标签打印机的维护工作量,可以减少维护人员,降低成本。
3、所述航空行李标签增加了行李标签打印机的使用寿命,节省了设备投资。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,传统的航空行李标签,由于行李标签面纸或膜层1和行李标签压敏胶层2平齐,设置于行李标签底纸层3上,故此使用 后其边缘部分的压敏胶有微小的渗出,随着时间、压力、温度等因素,渗出胶会慢慢增加,行业称之谓“溢胶”。
如图2所示,本实用新型的航空行李标签,它包括行李标签底纸层3,在其上设置有行李标签面纸或膜层1,所述行李标签底纸层3和所述行李标签面纸或膜层1之间复合有行李标签压敏胶层2,其特征在于,所述的行李标签压敏胶层2相对于行李标签面纸或膜层1在周边方向上向内缩进1-1.5mm,构成行李标签压敏胶层内缩式的航空行李标签,这样行李标签压敏胶层2在温度升高,压力加大后产生胶水扩展外移,也不会渗到面纸的边缘之外,不会出现溢胶。
如图3-5所示,本实用新型的制做工艺,行李标签压敏胶纵向内缩:不干胶纸的压敏胶由若干条总纵向涂胶组成,两条压敏胶相邻的间距为7-8毫米,当分切成型时,条李标签的压敏胶比标签面纸内缩1-1.5毫米。
印制行李标签:在印制行李标签的生产线上,具有不干胶纸横向追踪定位的功能,以确保行李标签的印刷图案在不干胶纸有压敏胶部分,行李标签分切的中心线位置与不干胶纸纵向没有压敏胶部位4的中心线吻合。确保行李标签的行李标签压敏胶层2向行李标签面纸或膜层1内缩1-1.5毫米,防止出现溢胶。
如图3-5所示,行李标签压敏胶横向与纵向都向内缩的制做工艺:制备压敏胶横向纵向内缩的不干胶纸,不干胶纸的压敏胶由若干条纵向涂布的不干胶组成,其纵向涂胶不是连续的,其不干胶纸横向没有压敏胶的部分5的间距为9-10毫米,以确保行李标签的纵向两 个端头的行李标签压敏胶层2比起行李标签面纸或膜层1内缩1.5-2毫米,压敏胶不会出现溢胶。
印制行李标签:印制行李标签的生产线上,具有不干胶纸横向追踪定位、纵向追踪定位功能,以确保标签的印刷图案在不干胶纸有压敏胶的部位,行李标签分切的中心线位置与没有不干胶纸纵向没有压敏胶部位4的中心线相吻合,行李标签模切的纵向分界线与没有不干胶纸横向没有压敏胶的部分5的中心线相吻合,确保行李标签的压敏胶纵向、横向都向内缩1-1.5毫米,不会出现溢胶。

  1. 一种航空行李标签,它包括行李标签底纸层,在其上设置有行李标签面纸或膜层,所述行李标签底纸层和所述行李标签面纸或膜层之间复合有行李标签压敏胶层,其特征在于,所述的行李标签压敏胶层相对于行李标签面纸或膜层在周边方向上向内缩进1-1.5mm,构成行李标签压敏胶层内缩式的航空行李标签。
