3)将表机芯安设到表结构主体的固机槽内;
4)将把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
5)在表机芯上安设字面盘;
6)在表结构主体的表壳上安设表镜;
7)在把杆的另一端上安设巴的。
本发明无底盖表的生产工艺,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:
1)预制由底盖、固机槽、表壳和生耳制成一体的表结构主体;
2)在表结构主体的一侧周壁上开设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔;
3)在表机芯上安设字面盘,装好表针;
4)将表机芯安设到固机槽内;
5)将安装有巴的的把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
6)安装内影圈压住机芯字面盘;
7)在表结构主体的表壳上安设防水圈和内表镜,在内表镜上方放置装饰珠宝;
8)再继续安装外表镜。
本发明无底盖表的生产工艺,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
1)蜡模制作:用蜡制作好底盖、固机槽和表壳一体的表结构主体模型,该模型一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,在该模型的底盖上沿圆周方向开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔,在固机槽底面开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔,在表壳上沿圆周方向开设若干个上窄下宽的圆锥形通孔,在底盖的上表面上开设连通圆锥形通孔上端部的环形槽,在表壳的外侧壁上开设连通圆锥形通孔下端部的环形槽,所述环形槽均分别与贯穿把杆的通孔连通;
2)蜡模电铸/电镀:将制作好的蜡模进行表面预处理,使蜡模具有良好的表面状态和导电性,将蜡模送入含有软贵金属阳离子的电镀液中进行电铸/电镀,电铸/电镀好后形成内部是蜡模的表结构主体;
3)排蜡:在内部是蜡模的表结构主体的内侧装表机芯的位置打洞,加热将蜡流出,这样就形成了带加强筋的中空表结构主体;
4)封口:将中空表结构主体上的圆锥形通孔和环形槽用蜡填充好后进行电铸/电镀,电铸/电镀好后加热将蜡从贯穿把杆的通孔排出,这样就得到外表面完整的表结构主体;
5)在表机芯上安设字面盘,装好表针;
6)将表机芯安设到固机槽内;
7)将安装有巴的的把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
8)安装内影圈压住机芯字面盘;
9)在表结构主体的表壳上安设防水圈和内表镜,在内表镜上方放置装饰珠宝;
10)再继续安装外表镜。
本发明的优点在于:本发明构造简单,制造生产便捷,工艺简单,能有效减少渗水可能性,提升钟表品质;本发明的结构强度高,使得采用更高纯度的金制作表壳得以实现,同时,表镜上镶嵌珠宝等装饰物,美观性好,满足了人们对真金手表的需求。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例一,参考图1至图3,本发明无底盖表包括由底盖1-1、固机槽1-2、表壳1-3直接压铸成一体的表结构主体1,所述的表结构主体内的固机槽内安设表机芯2,所述的表结构主体的表壳上连接有表镜3,上述表机芯上 设有字面盘4,上述表结构主体的固机槽及表壳的一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆5的通孔,上述把杆的外端设有巴的6,上述表结构主体的底盖外侧设有直接压铸成型的凹凸结构的字体或图案7,上述表镜与表壳之间设有防水圈,上述通孔上紧配有巴管,上述巴的上设有与巴管紧配的防水圈。
本发明实施例一无底盖表的生产工艺,按如下步骤进行:
1)预制由底盖、固机槽、表壳直接压铸成一体的表结构主体;
2)在表结构主体的固机槽及表壳的的一侧周壁上开设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔;
3)将表机芯安设到表结构主体的固机槽内;
4)将把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
5)在表机芯上安设字面盘;
6)在表结构主体的表壳上安设表镜;
7)在把杆的另一端上安设巴的。
在该实施例的步骤6)中的表镜与表壳之间设置防水圈;在步骤1)中的表结构主体的底盖外侧一体压铸出具有凹凸结构的字体或图案。
本发明实施例一可实现的功能:
1、简化钟表零件,无需表壳后盖和单独的固机罩,底盖、固机槽、表壳直接压铸成一体;
2、防水结构更加简单,由于表壳和底盖做成一体的,整个底面不存在漏水问题,所以只需在装表镜处加一个防水圈即可;
3、背面的字和图案也采用压铸的方法与表壳压铸成一体,无需单独加工,减少了加工工序;
4、该表壳做成一体后,无接缝,也可增加装饰线,使得表壳更加美观;
5、由于采用表壳、固机罩、底盖做成一体的方法,零件减少,使得成表可以做得更薄,也可降低成本。
本发明的实施例二,如图4-7所示,一种24K金表,包括由底盖A101、固机槽A102、表壳直接制成一体的表结构主体A1,所述的表结构主体内的固机槽A102内安设表机芯A4,所述表壳上部设置有表镜层,所述表结构主体A1的一 侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆A11的通孔,所述表结构主体A1由24K金制作。
本实施例中,所述表镜层包括位于顶层的外表镜A2和底层的内表镜A3,位于内表镜A3的镜面上沿圆周镶嵌有若干装饰用宝石A9,且位于内表镜A3的镜面中部设有装饰物A5,所述装饰物A5经连接轴A6与固连在内表镜中部的轴承A7转动连接。
本实施例中,所述固机槽临近通孔的位置处设置有扩口槽A106,以使通过此扩口槽A106用专用工具推或按机芯将把杆取出
本实施例中,所述装饰物A5为重心偏离轴承中心的珠宝。
本实施例中,所述把杆A11的外端设有带防水圈的巴的A12。
本实施例中,所述底盖A101外侧设有凹凸结构的字体或图案A105。
本实施例中,所述表机芯A4上设有字面盘A8,所述表机芯A4上不设字面盘A8时,在内表镜沿圆周均布12颗宝石,作为刻度。
本实施例中,所述内表镜A3与表壳之间设置有环形的内影圈A15,所述内影圈A15的底面压紧字面盘,内影圈A15的顶端抵顶在外表镜A2的下表面,所述外表镜A2与表壳A1及内影圈A15顶端之间的配合面处设置有具有防水的塑胶圈A14,所述内表镜A3与内影圈A15之间设置有塑胶圈A14。
本实施例中,所述表壳的两端分别设置有生耳,所述生耳与表壳制成一体。
本实施例中,所述表壳用于安装表带的两端设置有用于加强的凸缘A103。
该实施例二的另外一种形式,如图8所示,本结构基本与实施例二前面相同,区别在于所述底盖A101中部开设有通孔,所述通孔上设置有透明的蓝宝石A104,所述蓝宝石与通孔之间的配合面上设置有防水的塑胶圈。
本发明该实施例钟表的生产工艺,按以下步骤进行:
1)用24K金预制由底盖、固机槽、表壳和生耳制成一体的表结构主体;
2)在表结构主体的一侧周壁上开设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔;
3)在表机芯上安设字面盘,装好表针;
4)将表机芯安设到固机槽内;
5)将安装有巴的的把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
6)安装内影圈压住机芯字面盘;
7)在表结构主体的表壳上安设防水圈和内表镜,在内表镜上方放置装饰珠 宝;
8)再继续安装外表镜。
本发明该实施例可实现以下功能:
1、整个表壳用24K纯金打造而成;
2、表带与表壳的连接一般是通过生耳连接,生耳穿过表带孔后,生耳两端卡进表壳生耳孔内,但这样表壳的生耳孔易变形(尤其是纯金表壳),因此生耳还可如图9、10、11中的A13、A13-1、A13-2和表壳做成一个整体,即取消生耳,直接将生耳的位置与表壳连成一体,这样不存在生耳孔变形的问题,表带直接套在生耳上,再用线将表带缝起来或用扣将表带扣在生耳处。
3、在内表镜上上嵌有12颗宝石A9,用于代替字面刻度,以使字面不需要有刻度,这样还可以使字面更有利于雕刻各种图案;
4、在内表镜上开一盲孔圆槽用于固定滚动轴承,并与轴承外圈紧配。一装饰物通过连接轴与轴承内圈紧配,装饰物是珠宝,装饰物重心偏离轴承中心,该装饰物有两个作用,一是手表方位的变动使装饰物也在转动,增添动感;二是起到遮住装秒、分、时针轴的作用,使外观能看到的全是24K金或珠宝;
5、在两层表镜之间装有若干个可滑动的宝石A10,这些宝石可以在两层表镜之间自由的活动。宝石上可以刻字,如传承、收藏之类的字样。
本发明的实施例三:如图12-18所示,一种单层表镜的软贵金属中空钟表,包括由中空的底盖B2和中空的表壳B1直接制成一体的表结构主体,所述底盖B2上设置有安设表机芯的固机槽B3,所述表壳B1上部设置有单层表镜B7,所述表结构主体的一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,所述表结构主体由软贵金属制作,该软贵金属的莫氏硬度为2~4。
本实施例中,所述表壳B1、底盖B2和固机槽B3内均布有若干个中空的圆形加强柱B4,所述底盖B2和固机槽B3内的圆形加强柱为上宽下窄的锥形柱,所述表壳B1内的圆形加强柱为上窄下宽的锥形柱,所述表壳1内设置有连通表壳内加强柱底端部的环形槽,所述底盖的上部设置有连通底盖内部加强柱端部的环形槽,所述环形槽均为中空的环形槽,所述环形槽均分别与贯穿把杆的通孔连通,以使加强柱的侧壁和环形槽的槽壁作为表结构主体的加强筋。
本实施例中,所述把杆包括与表机芯相连接的柄轴B8、所述柄轴B8的另一端连接有连接杆B9,所述连接杆B9的另一端伸出表壳且螺纹连接有一带防水圈的巴的B91,所述柄轴B8的另一端部设置有扁块B81,所述扁块B81为一外径大于柄轴外径的凸块,所述凸块由一外径大于柄轴的环形凸部去除两相对部分侧壁制成,所述连接杆B9与柄轴B8相连接的端部开设有贯穿连接杆的凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度大于柄轴外径,所述凹槽底部还设置有孔径大于扁块B81的镶嵌孔B92,所述扁块B81镶嵌在镶嵌孔B92内时,扁块B81的边缘抵顶在镶嵌孔B92上,使得柄轴B8轴向不会移动,只能随连接杆转动,只有凹槽走向转动到竖直位置时,柄轴才能沿竖直方向取出。
本实施例中,所述表机芯上设有字面盘B6。
本实施例中,所述表镜B7与字面盘B6之间设置有内影圈B71,所述内影圈B71的底面压紧字面盘B6,内影圈B7的顶端抵顶在该表镜B7的下表面,该表镜与表壳及内影圈顶端之间的配合面处设置有具有防水的塑胶圈。
本实施例中,所述内影圈B7的两相对外侧壁上均设置有凸耳,所述表壳B1上设置有与凸耳相匹配的凹口B11,凹口B11有2段槽,一段是竖向的,一段是横向的,装配内影圈时,内影圈上的凸耳沿着竖向槽装到底后再旋转一小角度,使凸耳卡在凹口B11的横向槽内。
本实施例中,所述贵金属为金、银或铂等贵金属,其中金为18K以上,如24K金。
实施例三的另一种形式:一种单层表镜的软贵金属中空钟表,其结构与实施例三前面结构基本相同,区别在于本结构中的钟表没有加强柱,本结构钟表适用于小体积钟表。
实施例三软贵金属中空钟表的生产工艺,按以下步骤进行:
1)蜡模制作:如图19-21所示,用蜡制作好底盖、固机槽和表壳一体的表结构主体模型,该模型一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,在该模型的底盖上沿圆周方向开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔B4a,在固机槽底面开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔,在表壳上沿圆周方向开设若干个上窄下宽的圆锥形通孔,在底盖的上表面上开设连通圆锥形通孔上端部的环形槽B4b,在表壳的外侧壁上开设连通圆锥形通孔下端部的环形槽,所述环形槽均分别与贯穿把杆的通孔连 通;
2)蜡模电铸/电镀:将制作好的蜡模进行表面预处理,使蜡模具有良好的表面状态和导电性,将蜡模送入含有软贵金属阳离子的电镀液中进行电铸/电镀,电铸/电镀好后形成内部是蜡模的表结构主体;
3)排蜡:在内部是蜡模的表结构主体的内侧装表机芯的位置打洞,加热将蜡流出,这样就形成了带加强筋的中空表结构主体;
4)封口:将中空表结构主体上的圆锥形通孔和环形槽用蜡填充好后进行电铸/电镀,电铸/电镀好后加热将蜡从贯穿把杆的通孔排出,这样就得到外表面完整的表结构主体;
5)在表机芯上安设字面盘,装好表针;
6)将表机芯安设到固机槽内;
7)将安装有巴的的把杆穿过通孔,并使其一端连接到表机芯上;
8)安装内影圈压住机芯字面盘;
9)在表结构主体的表壳上安设防水圈和内表镜,在内表镜上方放置装饰珠宝;
10)再继续安装外表镜。
本发明该实施例可实现以下功能:
1、整个表壳用24K纯金打造而成,中空表结构主体减轻其重量,节约金的用量;
2、在内表镜上上嵌有12颗宝石B9,用于代替字面刻度,以使字面不需要有刻度,这样还可以使字面更有利于雕刻各种图案;
3、在内表镜上开一盲孔圆槽用于固定滚动轴承,并与轴承外圈紧配。一装饰物通过连接轴与轴承内圈紧配,装饰物是珠宝,装饰物重心偏离轴承中心,该装饰物有两个作用,一是手表方位的变动使装饰物也在转动,增添动感;二是起到遮住装秒、分、时针轴的作用,使外观能看到的全是24K金或珠宝;
4、在两层表镜之间装有若干个可滑动的宝石B10,这些宝石可以在两层表镜之间自由的活动。宝石上可以刻字,如传承、收藏之类的字样。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无底盖表,其特征在于:包括由底盖、固机槽、表壳直接制作成一体的表结构主体,所述的表结构主体内的固机槽内安设表机芯,所述的表结构主体的表壳上连接有表镜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表机芯上设有字面盘,所述表结构主体的固机槽及表壳的一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,所述把杆的外端设有巴的,所述表结构主体的底盖外侧设有直接压铸/注塑成型的凹凸结构的字体或图案,所述表镜与表壳之间设有防水圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表结构主体的一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,所述把杆的外端设有巴的,所述表结构主体的底盖外侧设有直接压铸/注塑成型的凹凸结构的字体或图案,所述表镜与表壳之间设有防水圈;所述底盖中部开设有贯穿孔,所述贯穿孔上设置有透明的蓝宝石;所述表镜包括外表镜和内表镜,位于底层的内表镜的镜面上设置有若干装饰用的宝石,且内表镜的镜面中部设有装饰物,所述装饰物经连接轴与固连在内表镜中部的轴承转动连接;所述装饰物为重心偏离轴承中心的珠宝;所述表结构主体由软贵金属或塑料制作,所述软贵金属的莫氏硬度为2~4。(双层表镜只是其中一个特例,我们还要保护单层表镜的,权利要求1、2即包含保护双层表镜、单层表镜的,权利要求3即为一种举例)
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表机芯上设有字面盘;所述内表镜与表壳之间设置有环形的内影圈,所述内影圈的底面压紧字面盘,内影圈的顶端抵顶在外表镜的下表面,所述外表镜与表壳及内影圈顶端之间的配合面处设置有具有防水的塑胶圈,所述内表镜与内影圈之间设置有塑胶圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表壳的两端分别设置有生耳,所述生耳与表壳制成一体,所述表壳用于安装表带的两端设置有用于加强的凸缘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述固机槽临近通孔的位置处设置有扩口槽,以使通过此扩口槽用专用工具推或按机芯将把杆取出。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表结构主体的一侧周壁
    上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,所述表结构主体由软贵金属制作,且其为中空 零件,中空表结构包含无加强筋管或有加强筋管。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述软贵金属的莫氏硬度为2~4;所述表壳、底盖和固机槽内分布有若干个中空的圆形加强柱,所述底盖和固机槽内的圆形加强柱为上宽下窄的锥形柱,所述表壳内的圆形加强柱为上窄下宽的锥形柱,所述表壳内设置有连通表壳内加强柱下端部的环形槽,所述底盖的上部设置有连通底盖内部加强柱上端部的环形槽,所述环形槽均分别与贯穿把杆的通孔连通,以使加强柱的侧壁和环形槽的槽壁作为表结构主体的加强筋;所述把杆包括与表机芯相连接的柄轴、所述柄轴的另一端连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端伸出表壳且螺纹连接有一带防水圈的巴的,所述柄轴的另一端部设置有扁块,所述扁块为一外径大于柄轴外径的凸块,所述连接杆与柄轴相连接的端部开设有贯穿连接杆的凹槽,所述凹槽的宽度大于柄轴外径,所述凹槽底部还设置有孔径大于扁块的镶嵌孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的无底盖表,其特征在于:所述表镜层包括外表镜和内表镜,位于底层的内表镜的镜面上设置有若干装饰用的宝石,且内表镜的镜面中部设有装饰物,所述装饰物经连接轴与固连在内表镜中部的轴承转动连接;所述装饰物为重心偏离轴承中心的珠宝;所述表机芯上设有字面盘;所述内表镜与表壳之间设置有环形的内影圈,所述内影圈的底面压紧字面盘,内影圈的顶端抵顶在外表镜的下表面,所述外表镜与表壳及内影圈顶端之间的配合面处设置有具有防水的塑胶圈,所述内表镜与内影圈之间设置有塑胶圈;所述表镜层为单层表镜时,该表镜与字面盘之间设置有内影圈,所述内影圈的底面压紧字面盘,内影圈的顶端抵顶在该表镜的下表面,该表镜与表壳及内影圈顶端之间的配合面处设置有具有防水的塑胶圈;所述内影圈的两相对外侧壁上均设置有凸耳,所述表壳上设置有与凸耳相匹配的凹口。
  10. 一种如权利要求1所述无底盖表的生产工艺,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:
    1)蜡模制作:用蜡制作好底盖、固机槽和表壳一体的表结构主体模型,该模型一侧周壁上设有用以贯穿把杆的通孔,在该模型的底盖上沿圆周方向开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔,在固机槽底面开设若干个上宽下窄的圆锥形通孔,在表壳上沿圆周方向开设若干个上窄下宽的圆锥形通孔,在底盖的上表面上开设 连通圆锥形通孔上端部的环形槽,在表壳的外侧壁上开设连通圆锥形通孔下端部的环形槽,所述环形槽均分别与贯穿把杆的通孔连通;
