请参阅图 2〜图 5, 图 2为本发明配合第一、 第二窗板的立体示意图, 图 3为本发明实施例的立体分解图一, 图 4为本发明实施例的立体分解图 二, 图 5为本发明实施例以电动操作开启的示意图, 图 6为本发明实施例 以手动操作开启的示意图。 本发明揭露一种窗的开合构造, 包括: 一第一 窗板 10、一第二窗板 20以及驱动该第一窗板 10与该第二窗板 20开合的一 驱动组件 30。 该第一窗板 10、 该第二窗板 20呈矩形, 该第一窗板 10左、 右侧边的任一设有一第一铰链 1 1,该第一铰链 11纵向设有至少一第一轴管 111 , 该第一轴管 111内壁环形排列有凹凸的第二齿部 112, 该第二窗板 20 可为固定并与该第一窗板 10相邻, 该第二窗板 20设有一第二铰链 21, 该 第二铰链 21纵向设有至少一第二轴管 211, 该第二轴管 21 1与该第一轴管 111套接共轴心, 该第一轴管 111与该第二轴管 211借一枢轴 12串接连接 一起, 使该第一窗板 10可旋转达到关窗及开窗目的, 该枢轴 12具有不同 方向的一第一端及一第二端。

借上述的结构, 请再参阅图 5及图 6 , 由于第一窗板 10与第二窗板 20 是借枢轴 12串接第一铰链 1 1 的第一轴管 1 1 1与第二铰链 21 的第二轴管 21 1, 而连接一起以使第一门板 10可旋转, 该枢轴 12的第一齿部 121并与 第一铰链 1 1的第二齿部 1 12啮合, 当该螭柠 32被动力源驱动旋转, 借该 蜗杆 32的蜗齿部 322与该枢轴 12的蜗轮 122啮合,而驱动该枢轴 12旋转, 一起驱动该第一窗板 10旋转, 使第一窗板 10与该第二窗板 20靠合呈开窗 状态, 或使该第一窗板 10与第二窗板 20共呈横向的一直线达关窗状态, 以此使该第一窗板 10与第二窗板 20受该动力源的驱动, 达到开窗或关窗 目的。
值得一提的是, 本发明借该弹性元件 36 的弹性力恒驱动该楔形块 34 滑移进入于该楔形槽 332,使该楔形块 34的推顶壁 343与移动件 35的斜面 354配合, 可推动该移动件 35往蜗轮 122方向, 使该蜗杆 32的蜗齿部 322 与该蜗轮 i22啮合, 确实达到入挡状态。
而当借手动方式操作关窗及开窗, 该蜗杼 32的蜗齿部 322需脱离该蜗 轮 122, 形成退挡使蜗轮 122可空转, 因此当使用者推开第一窗板 10, 使 第一轴管】1 1的第二齿部 1 12跟着旋转, 并驱动该枢轴 12旋转, 位于该枢 轴 12第一端的蜗轮 122会一起旋转, 该蜗轮 122旋转时会拨离该蜗杆 32 的蜗齿部 322, 由于该蜗杆 32的杆部 321与该移动件 35的跨槽 353配合, 而带动该移动件 35朝楔形槽 332位移, 再借该移动件 35的斜面 354推动 该楔形块 34的推顶壁 343,令该楔形块 34朝该楔形槽 332的开口方向位移, 当该蜗杆 32的蜗齿部 322完全脱离该蜗轮 122为退挡状况, 如此得以手动 方式操作开窗或关窗。 又本发明该第一窗板 10在应 ^上可为门板, 本发明 的第二门板 20可为固定式的玻璃板或一墙面。
综上所陈, 本发明驱动窗开或关的驱动组件 30被隐藏在第二门板 20 的上方, 即在室内, 以解决露出室外产生锈蚀及妨碍纱窗装设问题, 并且 在平时可借由电力驱动开窗或关窗, 在无电力供应情况亦能以手动方式操 作开窗及关窗, 因应无电力供应的情况而极具实用性。
本发明在上文中已以较佳实施例揭露, 然熟悉本项技术者应理解的是, 该实施例仅用于描绘本发明, 而不应解读为限制本发明的范围。 应注意的 是, 凡与该实施例等效的变化与置换, 如应用在门板上均应设为涵盖于本 发明的范畴内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围当以权利要求所界定者为准。

Claims

1.一种窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 其包括:
一第一窗板, 其呈矩形, 其左、 右侧边的任一设有一第一铰链, 该第 一铰链纵向设有至少一第一轴管;
一第二窗板, 其呈矩形, 与该第一窗板相邻, 该第二窗板设有一第二 铰链, 该第二铰链纵向设有至少一第二轴管, 该第二轴管与该第一轴管套 接共轴心;
一枢轴, 其串接该第一轴管与该第二轴管, 该枢轴的第二端与该第一 轴管、 该第二轴管的任一连接, 以及;
一驱动组件: 包含有一蜗轮及一蜗杆, 该蜗轮设于该枢轴的第一端, 该蜗杆具有连接一动力源的一杆部, 该杆部面对该第一窗板的方向设一蜗 齿部, 该蜗齿部与该蜗轮嚙合;
一机座, 设在该第二窗板上, 该蜗杆设在该机座, 该机座设有一楔形 槽以及一容设该蜗齿部的一空间, 该楔形槽组配有沿该楔形槽移动的一楔 形块, 该空间组配一移动件, 该移动件与该蜗杆组配并受该楔形块推动, 使该蜗齿部与该蜗轮啮合, 该机座设一弹性元件, 该弹性元件的一端固接 在该机座上, 该弹性元件的另一端连接该楔形块, 借该弹性元件使该楔形 块滑入该楔形槽。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该楔形块面对该 蜗齿部方向具有一斜向的推顶壁, 该移动件具有与该推顶壁相配合的一斜 面。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该机座设一长形 的穿孔, 该穿孔供该杆部穿过, 并容许该杆部沿该穿孔的长度方向移动。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该移动件为 π形 跨设在该蜗齿部, 该移动件具有受该空间限制呈相对的一第一壁面与一第 二壁面, 该第一壁面与该第二壁面分别设有一跨槽, 两个跨槽各套设在该 蜗齿部二侧的杯部。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该弹性元件为卷 形的一弹簧, 该楔形块设有一穿橹, 该穿槽内设一柱稱, 该弹性元件的一 端勾接在该机座的一嫘栓, 该穿槽供该弹性元件的另一端穿设再与该柱梢 连接。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该第一轴管内壁 环形排列有凹凸的一第二齿部, 该枢轴的第二端外周环形排列有凹凸的一 第一齿部, 该第一齿部与该第二齿部啮合。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该机座上方设有 复数连接元件, 该连接元件穿经一盖板再与该机座螺合, 该盖板将该移动 件封住并将该楔形块固接在该机座。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该楔形槽的开口 是朝该第二窗板方向, 该楔形槽邻近该第一窗板位置的宽度小于该楔形槽 的开口宽度。
9.如权利要求 1 所述的窗的开合构造, 其特征在于, 该蜗齿部的外周 轮廓为下凹的弧线以配合该蜗轮的圆径。
