Description

一种门窗
本申请要求在2014年06月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410300153.8、发明名称为“一种门窗”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑门窗技术领域,尤其涉及一种门窗。
背景技术
现有的门窗,尤其是平开门窗,其门窗扇的下方与地面或窗台总是保持一定的距离,以保证开门、关门不受阻。但是,这样会导致门窗扇与地面或窗台留有缝隙,密封性能差,外界的物质(例如风沙、湿气、昆虫等)容易进入室内。为了解决平开门窗密封性的问题,本领域技术人员主要提出了下面的解决方案:
公开号为CN201972566U《自动调节艺术平开门》中记载:本发明公开一种自动调节艺术平开门,包括门扇,门扇底部设有壳体,该壳体为对称结构,壳体的中心位置设有凹槽,壳体两侧均设有滑道槽,U型调节条的两端分别安装在所述滑道槽内部,所述U型调节条的两端处均设有调节挂钩,该调节挂钩与位于壳体内部密封毛条槽外侧壁底端的壳体挂钩配合挂钩在一起,所述U型调节条底部设有两个安装在密封毛条槽内部的密封毛条,该密封毛条的底端延伸出所述密封毛条槽外。
也就是说,现有技术中通过在门扇底部设置壳体,壳体内设有滑道槽、U型调节条和调节挂钩,其利用自动密封的U型调节条和挂钩结构来实现调节门与地面之间的高度,但是这种依靠单一的设于门扇底部的壳体结构,调节条和挂钩容易失效,使用寿命短。而且,当开关门扇时,由于门扇底部能够自动上下调节,其设有的挂钩结构会对开门、关门形成阻碍, 影响开关门的顺畅性。
进一步,普通的地面、窗台大多不平整,容易出现左右高低不平等现象,这对平开门窗密封性提出了更高的要求。然而,在现有的解决方案中,还没有出现可左右高度单独调节的方案,其都是根据地面最高点进行调节密封,并没有真正解决全面密封的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种使用寿命长、密封效果好、能保证开门顺畅的门窗。
本发明所要解决的技术问题还在于,提供一种可左右高度单独调节、实现全面密封的门窗。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种门窗,包括门窗框、门窗扇和密封结构,所述密封结构包括固定件、弹性构件和密封构件;

本发明提供了一种平开门窗,门窗框上安装有至少两个固定件,门窗扇上安装有至少两个弹性构件,至少两个弹性构件的下方连接有至少一个密封构件,密封构件安装在门窗扇的底部。其中,固定件设有至少一斜面;弹性构件包括外壳和设于外壳之内的弹簧;密封构件包括密封框、安装在密封框底部的胶条和设于密封框顶部两端的凸部,凸部设有至少一与固定件相适配的斜面,以及用于与门窗扇定位的导轨;凸部与弹簧相连接,以使凸部与固定件相对移动时,密封框可上下移动。本发明门窗具有使用寿命长、密封效果好、能保证开门顺畅、可实现左右高度单独调节等优点,达到防水、防潮、防尘、防虫和静音等效果,具体如 下:
(一)密封构件通过凸部与弹簧相连接,密封构件被弹簧吊起,在开门的状态下,密封构件不会接触地面。只有在门窗扇接触门窗框时,密封构件才会逐步向下移动,而在合上门的一瞬间,密封构件才会完全向下移动至与地面贴合的位置。采用此结构,不会对平开门的开关旋转构成阻碍,保持其操作的顺畅和方便。而且,弹性构件和密封构件在开门的状态下不工作,可以减轻损耗,延长使用寿命。
密封构件包括密封框和安装在密封框底部的胶条,所述胶条优选为人字形胶条,且优选由三元乙丙橡胶制成。采用上述胶条,在门扇闭合时,门扇下方的密封胶条可任意调节压缩量,根据地面高度不同,可最大限度调节12mm,同时亦可根据地面左右高度不同,进行左右单独调节,有效解决平开门无门槛密封性和防水性不足的问题。
(二)门窗框上安装有至少两个固定件,固定件安装于门窗框的左右两侧。固定件设有至少一圆形通孔和至少一椭圆形通孔,其中,椭圆形通孔内安装有螺丝,以使固定件可沿着门窗框上下滑动;圆形通孔内安装有螺丝,以使固定件固定安装在门窗框上。因此,本发明通过左右两个椭圆形通孔可以单独调节固定件的左右安装高度,从而单独调节密封构件的左边下移高度和右边下移高度,以满足左右高低不平地面的密封要求,实现全面密封。然后,本发明再利用圆形通孔来使固定件固定安装在门窗框上。

密封构件33通过凸部333与弹簧322相连接,密封构件33被弹簧322吊起,在开门的状态下,密封构件33不会接触地面。只有在门窗扇2接触门窗框时,密封构件33才会逐步向下移动,而在合上门的一瞬间,密封构件33才会完全向下移动至与地面贴合的位置。采用此结构,不会对平开门的开关旋转构成阻碍,保持其操作的顺畅和方便。而且,弹性构件32和密封构件33在开门的状态下不工作,可以减轻损耗,延长使用寿命。
参见图6,所述密封框331的底部设有用于安装胶条的安装槽337,所述安装槽337的下部设有向内凸的钩338,可以有效保证胶条安装的稳固性。
所述胶条332优选为人字形胶条,所述胶条332优选由三元乙丙橡胶制成。采用上述胶条332,在门扇闭合时,门扇下方的密封胶条可任意调节压缩量,根据地面高度不同,可最大限度调节12mm,同时亦可根据地面左右高度不同,进行左右单独调节,有效解决平开门无门槛密封性和防水性不足的问题。
所述密封框331优选为矩形框体结构,所述密封框331、安装槽337、胶条332在所述门窗的正视方向上的长度均与所述门窗扇2在所述门窗的正视方向上的底端的长度相同,更有效地保证门窗的密封性能。
进一步,所述门窗还包括封盖板339,所述封盖板339安装在所述密封框331的侧面,所述密封框331的内表面设有用于安装所述封盖板339的安装构件340。所述安装构件340对称设于所述密封框331的内表面,所述安装构件340优选为C字形。本发明安装有封盖板339,且安装构件340设于密封框331的内表面,可以隐藏连接安装件,保证门窗的美观性。
参见图7,本发明的工作状态如下:
门窗扇2于开启的状态下,密封构件33被吊起,不会接触地面,如图7所示的A处所示的状态;
门窗扇2于关闭的状态下,安装在门窗扇2上的凸部333与安装在门窗框1上的固定件31相互靠近并作相对移动,使得密封构件33逐步向下移动。在门窗扇2完全闭合的一瞬间,密封构件33完全向下移动至与地面贴合的位置,如图7所示的B处所示的状态。
综上,本发明门窗具有使用寿命长、密封效果好、能保证开门顺畅、可实现左右高度单独调节等优点,达到防水、防潮、防尘、防虫和静音等效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明的门窗具有使用寿命长、密封效果好、能保证开门顺畅、可实现左右高度单独调节等优点,达到防水、防潮、防尘、防虫和静音等效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种门窗,所述门窗为平开门窗,包括门窗框、门窗扇和密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封结构包括固定件、弹性构件和密封构件;
    所述门窗框上安装有至少两个固定件,所述门窗扇上安装有至少两个弹性构件,所述至少两个弹性构件的下方连接有至少一个密封构件,所述密封构件安装在所述门窗扇的底部;
    所述固定件设有至少一斜面;
    所述弹性构件包括外壳和设于外壳之内的弹簧;
    所述密封构件包括密封框、安装在密封框底部的胶条和设于密封框顶部两端的凸部,所述凸部设有至少一与所述固定件相适配的斜面,以及用于与所述门窗扇定位的导轨;
    所述凸部与所述弹簧相连接,以使所述凸部与固定件相对移动时,所述密封框可上下移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述凸部的内部设有连接件,所述连接件包括螺栓和螺母,所述螺栓一端连接所述弹簧,另一端穿过所述凸部、密封框并与螺母连接固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述弹簧一端连接所述凸部的螺栓,所述弹簧的另一端固定安装在所述门窗扇上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述固定件设有至少一圆形通孔和至少一椭圆形通孔;
    所述椭圆形通孔内安装有螺丝,以使所述固定件可沿着门窗框上下滑动;
    所述圆形通孔内安装有螺丝,以使所述固定件固定安装在门窗框上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述密封框的底部设有用于安装胶条的安装槽,所述安装槽的下部设有向内凸的钩。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述胶条为人字形胶条,所述胶条由三元乙丙橡胶制成。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述密封框为矩形框体结构,所述 密封框、安装槽、胶条在所述门窗的正视方向上的长度均与所述门窗扇在所述门窗的正视方向上的底端的长度相同。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述门窗还包括封盖板,所述封盖板安装在所述密封框的侧面,所述密封框的内表面设有用于安装所述封盖板的安装构件。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述安装构件对称设于所述密封框的内表面,所述安装构件为C字形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的门窗,其特征在于,所述门窗框上安装有两个固定件,所述门窗扇上安装有两个弹性构件,所述两个弹性构件的下方连接有一个密封构件。
