一种内带隔层板装置的门板的控制方法。当门板关闭时,门板与门框结合,三角斜块插入四方孔内的同时插入在隔层板顶层,当三角斜块慢慢插入到四方孔内时,隔层板经三角斜块的斜面慢慢向下行,封闭门板下的间隙,当门板打开时,三角斜块退出门板的四方孔内,而隔层板没有受到三角斜块的压力时,弹簧复位将隔层板拉回门板内。有益效果:实现了门板关闭的同时,带动隔层板封闭门板间隙,防止昆虫进入房内。

目前人们所使用的门都为标准型,门安装在门框上后,门下面与地板之间产生间隙,导致门板不具隔音和密封的效果,且导致各种昆虫及小动物和灰尘进入房间,使用中给人们带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种内带隔层板装置的门板,实现了门板关闭的同时,带动隔层板封闭门板间隙,防止昆虫进入房内。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种内带隔层板装置的门板,由隔层板、弹簧、三角斜块、门板、门框组成,其特征是:隔层板安装在门板凹槽内,隔层板借助弹簧与门板内顶端连接,门框正面与门板正面结合处安装一块三角斜块,三角斜块的斜面角度为45度角,门板上与三角斜块相对应位置开有一个四方孔,隔层板的顶层处在四方孔的中间。当门板关闭时,门板与门框结合,三角斜块插入四方孔内的同时插入在隔层板顶层,当三角斜块慢慢插入到四方孔内时,隔层板经三角斜块的斜面慢慢向下行,封闭门板下的间隙,当门板打开时,三角斜块退出门板的四方孔内,而隔层板没有受到三角斜块的压力时,弹簧复位将隔层板拉回门板内。
所述的三角斜块的平面在上,斜面在下。
所述的四方孔的尺寸是:宽3cm,高10 cm。
所述的三角斜块的尖点对准门板,并且,所述的尖点为圆弧,该圆弧的弧度为5°左右。
所述的三角斜块的厚度在3~6mm。
有益效果:实现了门板关闭的同时,带动隔层板封闭门板间隙,防止昆虫进入房内。

本发明一种内带隔层板装置的门板,构造包括:隔层板1、弹簧2、三角斜块3、门板4、门框5。
在图1中,隔层板1安装在门板4凹槽内,隔层板1借助弹簧2与门板4内顶端连接,门框5正面与门板4正面结合处安装一块三角斜块3,三角斜块3的斜面角度为45度角,门板4上与三角斜块3相对应位置开有一个四方孔,隔层板1的顶层处在四方孔的中间。
