下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行详细说明。
图1是本申请实施例幕墙结构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例中的幕墙包括横梁、纵梁以及由横梁和纵梁分隔而成的矩形区域,矩形区域用于安装幕墙或者窗扇7。
如图1所示,本实施例幕墙的纵梁包括两个平行设置的窗扇纵梁1,横梁包括与两个窗扇纵梁1固定连接的窗扇上横梁2和窗扇下横梁3。窗扇纵梁1、窗扇上横梁2和窗扇下横梁3形成安装窗扇7的开启洞口。
图2是图1中A-A截面示意图,图3是图2中C区域放大示意图,图4是图2中D区域放大示意图,图5是图1中B-B截面示意图,图6是图5中E区域放大示意图。如图2-图5所示,本实施例中,前述窗扇纵梁1的外表面、窗扇上横梁2的外表面和窗扇下横梁3的外表面均设置有压板固定部4,通过螺钉固定安装在压板固定部4上的玻璃压板5,以及由玻璃压板5压紧固定的幕墙玻璃6。
以图3中显示的窗扇上横梁2区域的幕墙结构为例,在窗扇上横梁2的外表面、压板固定部4的上侧设置有幕墙玻璃6,幕墙玻璃6通过压板固定部4压紧贴合窗扇横梁的外表面;结合图1可想到,位于窗扇上横梁2上侧区域的横梁和纵梁上也设置有相应的压板固定部4和玻璃压板5,以利用玻璃压板5压紧幕墙玻璃6,使位于幕墙横梁上侧的幕墙玻璃6固定。如图3所示,本实施例中,窗扇上横梁2和幕墙玻璃6之间、幕墙玻璃6和玻璃压板5之间设置有弹性缓冲材料;弹性缓冲材料可避免幕墙玻璃6收到刚性冲击而损坏,并起到相应的密封效果,保证幕墙玻璃6边缘的水气密封性能。
与图3所示的窗扇上横梁2区域的幕墙结构类似,如图4和图6所示,在窗扇纵梁1、窗扇下横梁3对应的位置也设置有相应的压板固定部4,通过螺钉固定安装在压板固定部4上的玻璃压板5,以及由玻璃压板5压紧固定的幕墙玻璃6,只是幕墙玻璃6的相对于窗扇纵梁1、窗扇下横梁3的位置相对应的变化,在此不再展开描述。
如图1所示,两个窗扇纵梁1面向开启洞口的侧面设置有变向导轨8,变向导轨8大体竖直设置;变向导轨8包括竖直滑动段81和位于竖直滑动段81上侧的窗体关闭段82,窗体关闭段82相对于竖直滑动段81向幕墙的外侧弯折。
本实施中,窗扇7包括窗扇玻璃76和设置在窗扇玻璃76外侧的边框,其中边框包括位于窗扇玻璃76上侧的上边框72,位于窗扇玻璃76下侧的下边框73以及位于窗扇玻璃76两侧的侧边框71。
其中,两个侧边框71面向窗扇纵梁1的表面设置有导向部件,导向部件与对应侧窗扇纵梁1上的变向导轨8配合,以在水平方向上定位窗扇7,并使窗扇7沿变向导轨8的竖直滑动段81和窗体关闭段82滑动。当导向部件移动至窗体关闭段82的上端时,窗扇7可入到开启洞口中,并贴合窗扇上横梁2和窗扇下横梁3,实现窗体洞口的密封;而当导向部件滑落至竖直滑动段81时,窗扇7被打开;根据导向部件在竖直滑动段81位置的不同,窗扇7被打开的程度不同。
本实施例中,窗扇7两侧的导向部件与两侧窗扇纵梁1上的变向导轨8配合连接,导向部件沿变向导轨8上下滑动而窗扇打开或闭合。相比于内开启窗,本实施例提供的窗扇7可实现贴合幕墙纵梁的开启,在开启状态下占用室内空间较小。
应当注意,本实施例中,窗扇四周位置均设置有幕墙玻璃,所以窗扇上横梁2、窗扇下横梁3和窗扇纵梁1外侧均设置有压板固定部4,玻璃压板5和幕墙玻璃6。当然,在其他实施例中,根据幕墙玻璃的设置情况,也可仅在窗扇纵梁1、窗扇上横梁2或窗扇下横梁3中一个或多个的外表面设置前述压板固定部4、玻璃压板5和幕墙玻璃6。
因为窗扇7在竖直方向滑动而实现开闭,所以开闭窗扇7均需要克服窗扇的重力,采用人工开启方式费时费力。为解决这一问题,本实施例提供的幕墙中还包括驱动开启扇上下滑动的驱动机构。具体的,驱动机构包括驱动部件和牵引索;牵引索的上端与驱动部件固定连接,下端与窗扇7固定连接;驱动部件工作而带动牵引索卷绕或释放、以控制窗扇7沿变向导轨8上下滑动,并在适当位置固定窗扇。
当然,在其他实施例中,窗扇7也可采用人工推拉开启的方式,但是为保证窗扇7开启至特定位置后能够固定,窗扇7和窗扇纵梁之间应当具有相应的插销配合结构。
为便于驱动部件的安装,本实施例中,窗扇上横梁2中设置有驱动部件安装腔22;驱动部件固定安装在驱动部件安装腔22内。如图3所示,驱动部件安装腔22的内表面设置有驱动部件安装槽23,驱动部件安装在驱动部件安装槽23中,并通过螺钉固定。
为便于驱动部件放入到驱动部件安装腔22内,驱动部件安装腔22面向幕墙内侧面侧设置有开口,窗扇上横梁2还包括可拆卸地安装在前述开口处的装饰扣盖24。
实际应用中,定位驱动部件的螺钉可设置在驱动部件安装槽23的上表面,并穿过窗扇上横梁2形成驱动部件安装腔22的侧壁。为避免螺钉外漏而影响窗扇上横梁2的美观,本实施中,窗扇上横梁2的上表面侧还设置有固定螺钉隐藏腔25,穿过驱动部件安装腔22上表面的螺钉隐藏至固定螺钉隐藏腔25中。
为保证窗扇7卡入到开启洞口内时具有良好的水气密封特性,在本实施例中,窗扇上横梁2的下表面、窗扇下横梁3的上表面,两个窗扇纵梁1面向窗扇7的侧面均设置有隔热密封压条9。当导向部件移动至窗体闭合段的上端、窗扇7卡入到开启洞口处时,隔热密封压条9贴合窗扇7而密封开启洞口。
实际应用中,因为幕墙内外侧空气压强不同,窗扇7受到的压力作用可能使得上横梁、下横梁和窗扇7之间的缝隙过大,继而使隔热密封压条9的密封功能失效。为避免这一问题,本申请中在窗扇上横梁2和窗扇下横梁3还设置有防坠定位结构。
如图3所示,窗扇上横梁2的下表面设置有卡合部21,窗扇7的上边框72设置有卡合配合部74,当窗扇7卡入到开启洞口时,卡合部21和卡合配合部74扣合;如图4所示,窗扇下横梁3的上表面设置有锁钩部31,窗扇7的下边框73设置有锁钩配合部75,当窗扇7卡入到开启洞口时,锁钩部31和锁钩配合部75扣合。
可想到,在窗扇7卡入到开启洞口内时,由于卡合部21和卡合配合部74的扣合、锁钩部31和锁钩配合部75的扣合,窗扇7的上边框72相对于窗扇上横梁2、下边框73相对于窗扇下横梁3的变形度较小,可保证位于窗扇上横梁2和窗扇下横梁3处的隔热密封压条9处于压缩状态,继而保证相应区域的隔热密封压条9被压缩而达到相应的密封性能。
请继续参见图3、图4和图6,本实施例中,窗扇上横梁2包括位于幕墙外侧面的下垂部26,窗扇下横梁3包括位于幕墙外侧面的上伸部32,窗扇纵梁1包括安装在幕墙外侧面的侧向伸出部11;导向部件移动至窗体关闭段82的上端时,下垂部26、上伸部32和侧向伸出部11均与窗扇7的外表面贴合,以使窗扇7与窗扇上横梁2、窗扇下横梁3和纵梁之间缝隙被遮挡,提高幕墙的外侧面美观性。实际应用中,下垂部26、上伸部32和侧向伸出部11面向窗扇7外表面的一侧均可设置隔热密封胶条,以保证相应位置的密封性能。
如图3、图4和图6所示,本实施中,下垂部26、上伸部32和侧向伸出部11通过连接件固定安装在相应横梁和纵梁的外侧。作为一种可选方式,在其他实施例中,下垂部26、上伸部32和侧向伸出部11也可以与对应的窗扇上横梁2、窗扇下横梁3和纵梁一体设置。
请继续参见图3、图4和图6,本实施例中,在玻璃压板5外侧还设置有幕墙装饰扣条10。幕墙装饰扣条10扣合在玻璃压板5外侧,起到阻挡螺钉、美化幕墙外观的作用。
本实施例中,窗扇纵梁1上还包括可绕转轴转动的变向导轨挡板12,以及驱动变向导轨8挡板12贴合窗扇纵梁1的弹性驱动件;导向部件移动至窗体关闭段82的上端时,弹性驱动件驱动变向导轨挡板12贴合变向导轨8的竖直滑动段81,避免变向导轨8外漏而影响美观。
以上对本申请实施例中的幕墙进行了详细介绍。本部分采用具体实施例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的核心思想,在不脱离本申请原理的情况下,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提 下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种幕墙,包括平行设置的两个窗扇纵梁(1),与所述两个窗扇纵梁(1)均固定连接的窗扇上横梁(2)和窗扇下横梁(3);
    两个所述窗扇纵梁(1)、所述窗扇上横梁(2)和所述窗扇下横梁(3)中至少之一的外表面设置有压板固定部(4),固定安装在所述压板固定部(4)外侧的玻璃压板(5),以及由所述玻璃压板(5)压紧固定的幕墙玻璃(6);
    所述两个窗扇纵梁(1),所述窗扇上横梁(2)和所述窗扇下横梁(3)围成开启洞口;
    所述幕墙还包括窗扇(7);其中:
    两个所述窗扇纵梁(1)面向所述开启洞口的一侧均设置有变向导轨(8);所述变向导轨(8)包括竖直滑动段(81),以及位于所述竖直滑动段(81)上端并向所述幕墙外侧弯折的窗体关闭段(82);
    所述窗扇(7)面向两个所述窗扇纵梁(1)的侧面设置有导向部件;
    所述导向部件与对应侧的所述变向导轨(8)配合,并可沿所述竖直滑动段(81)和所述窗体关闭段(82)上下移动;
    所述导向部件移动至所述窗体关闭段(82)的上端时,所述窗扇(7)卡入所述开启洞口并贴合所述窗扇横梁窗扇上横梁(2)和所述窗扇下横梁(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的幕墙,其中:
    所述窗扇上横梁(2)设置有驱动部件安装腔(22);
    所述幕墙还包括驱动部件和牵引索;所述驱动部件安装在所述驱动部件安装腔(22)内;
    所述牵引索的上端与所述驱动部件固定连接,下端与所述窗扇(7)固定连接;
    所述驱动部件通过所述牵引索驱动所述窗扇(7)沿所述变向导轨(8)上下滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的幕墙,其中:
    所述驱动部件安装腔(22)设置有开口;
    所述窗扇上横梁(2)还包括可拆卸地安装在所述开口处的装饰扣盖(24)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的幕墙,其中:所述窗扇上横梁(2)的上表面侧设置有固定螺钉隐藏腔(25)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的幕墙,其中:
    所述窗扇上横梁(2)的下表面,所述窗扇下横梁(3)的上表面,两个所述窗扇纵梁(1)面向所述窗扇(7)的侧面均设置有隔热密封压条(9);
    所述窗扇上横梁(2)的下表面设置有卡合部(21);所述窗扇下横梁(3)的上表面设置有锁钩部(31);
    所述窗扇(7)的上边框(72)设置有卡合配合部(74),下边框(73)设置 有锁钩配合部(75);
    所述导向部件移动至所述窗体关闭段(82)的上端时,所述隔热密封压条(9)贴合所述窗扇(7)而密封所述开启洞口,所述卡合部(21)和所述卡合配合部(74)扣合,所述锁钩部(31)和所述锁钩配合部(75)扣合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的幕墙,其中:
    所述窗扇上横梁(2)包括位于所述幕墙外侧面侧的下垂部(26);
    所述窗扇下横梁(3)包括位于所述幕墙外侧面侧的上伸部(32);
    所述窗扇纵梁(1)包括安装在所述幕墙外侧面侧的侧向伸出部(11);
    所述导向部件移动至所述的窗体关闭段(82)的上端时,所述下垂部(26)、所述上伸部(32)和所述侧向伸出部(11)均与所述窗扇(7)的外表面贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的幕墙,其中:
    所述窗扇纵梁(1)包括绕转轴转动的变向导轨挡板(12),以及驱动所述变向导轨挡板(12)贴合所述窗扇纵梁(1)的弹性驱动件;
    所述导向部件移动至所述的窗体关闭段(82)的上端时,所述弹性驱动件驱动所述变向导轨挡板(12)贴合所述变向导轨(8)的竖直滑动段(81)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的幕墙,其中:还包括固定在在所述玻璃压板(5)外侧的幕墙装饰扣条(10)。
