背景技术
目前的视频会议共享文档方式仅仅采用打开辅视频方式,即,把本地文档显示的内容,以辅视频媒体流的方式发给对端看,对端只能被动的查阅辅视频播放的码流。
在实际应用中,往往需要把文档或文件直接下载下来查阅,或者需要把辅视频播放的文档(例如,Word、PPT等)下载保存等。视频会议在共享播放文档的同时,也要提供一种方便的下载文档的方式。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种视频会议中文件的共享方法及装置,以至少解决视频会议中文件共享不便利的问题。

图4是根据本发明实施例的视频会议共享文件的方法的流程图,如图4所示,该方法包括步骤S402至步骤S416。
步骤S402,在用户操作界面模块,上传将要共享文件。文件上传的位置包括但不仅限于ftp服务器、http服务器等,将要被共享的文件可以是一个文件,也可以是多个文件。
步骤S404,在用户操作界面模块,设置二维码图像叠加属性,包括但不仅限于二维码叠加在哪一路视频流上、二维码图像叠加位置、二维码图像包含的被共享文件清单以及下载文件权限。
步骤S406,媒体处理模块根据用户在用户操作界面上设置的二维码图像叠加属性,进行二维码图像编码,并且将二维码图像合叠加到的视频流图像上。
步骤S408,判断码流接收终端是否具有文件下载权限,如果有进入步骤S410,如果没有进入步骤S412。
步骤S410,媒体处理模块给其发送叠加了二维码图像的媒体码流;
步骤S412,媒体处理模块给其发送不叠加二维码图像的媒体码流,步骤208流程结束;
步骤S414,接收到合成了二维码图像的终端用户,可以利用手机等设备扫描视频中携带的二维码进行文件下载。
步骤S416,流程结束。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实施例实现了如下技术效果:以前远端的与会人员想要看文档的话,一般需要主讲人在电脑上打开文档,然后把电脑屏幕作为辅码流发送到远端,而远端的与会人员想要看得到文档,一般需要将辅视频全屏了才好 看得清。本发明的共享文档的方式,无疑比较方便,即只要与会人员用手机扫一扫二维码就可以将共享文档下载到手机,与会人员通过手机就可以看到分享的文档了。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种视频会议中文件的共享方法及装置,具有以下有益效果:生成视频会议的文件的二维码,并将二维码发送给视频会议终端,使得参会人员可以扫描二维码下载视频会议中的文件,从而提高了视频会议中文件下载的便利性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种视频会议中文件的共享方法,包括:
    生成视频会议中的文件的二维码,其中,所述二维码携带有所述文件的下载地址信息;
    向至少一个视频会议终端发送所述二维码。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,向至少一个视频会议终端发送所述二维码,包括:
    根据预设的文件下载权限,确定所述至少一个视频会议终端中具有文件下载权限的视频会议终端;
    向所述具有文件下载权限的视频会议终端发送所述二维码。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,向至少一个视频会议终端发送所述二维码,包括:
    将所述二维码添加到视频会议的视频流中;
    向所述至少一个视频会议终端发送添加了所述二维码的视频流。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,生成视频会议中的文件的二维码之前,还包括:
    获取二维码的属性信息,其中,所述属性信息包括以下至少之一:文件清单、所述文件的下载权限、所述二维码在所述至少一个视频会议终端上显示的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,生成视频会议中的文件的二维码,包括:
    检测是否存在于所述视频会议关联的文件,在检测到存在所述文件时,生成所述文件的二维码;和/或
    响应文件共享请求,生成所述文件的二维码。
  6. 一种视频会议中文件的共享装置,包括:
    生成模块,设置为生成视频会议中的文件的二维码,其中,所述二维码携带有所述文件的下载地址信息;
    发送模块,设置为向至少一个视频会议终端发送所述二维码。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块,包括:
    确定单元,设置为根据预设的文件下载权限,确定所述至少一个视频会议终端中具有文件下载权限的视频会议终端;
    第一发送单元,设置为向所述具有文件下载权限的视频会议终端发送所述二维码。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块,包括:
    添加单元,设置为将所述二维码添加到视频会议的视频流中;
    第二发送单元,设置为向所述至少一个视频会议终端发送添加了所述二维码的视频流。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    获取模块,设置为生成视频会议中的文件的二维码之前,获取二维码的属性信息,其中,所述属性信息包括以下至少之一:文件清单、所述文件的下载权限、所述二维码在所述至少一个视频会议终端上显示的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块,包括:
    检测单元,设置为检测是否存在于所述视频会议关联的文件;生成单元,设置为在检测到存在所述文件时,生成所述文件的二维码;和/或
    响应单元,设置为响应文件共享请求,生成所述文件的二维码。
