群组生成模块,设置为在接收到每个终端的联系信息时,建立每个终端的联系信息之间的关联关系,以生成群组;其中,所述每个终端的联系信息,是在发送的群组建立请求的终端收到所述服务器发送的群组建立界面后,所述用户基于所述终端显示的群组建立界面输入群组中的其它终端的联系信息,并在用户输入完成时,由所述终端向服务器发送的。

本发明实施例提出的在线会议的终端入会方法及其服务器,在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器确定所述终端所在的群组,并呼叫所述终端所在的群组中其它终端,使得终端可在发送会议请求时,服务器直接呼叫该终端所在群组中的其它终端并建立与其它终端之间的通信连接,十分便捷。

本发明实施例提供一种基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明一实施例的基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会方法的流程示意图。
在一实施例中,该在线会议的终端呼叫入会方法包括:
步骤S10,在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器确定所述终端所在的群组;
在本实施例中,用户可基于终端显示的控件直接发起会议请求,或者基于网页或者终端上的控件登录在线会议服务器,服务器向终端推送在线会议界面,用户基于在线会议界面上的控件发起会议请求;或者,用户也可通过电话等终端直接发起在线会议请求。
在本实施例中,可在服务器中预存每个群组中每个终端的标识,在接收到终端发送的会议请求时,根据接收到的会议请求获取终端的标识,并将获取到的终端的标识与每个群组中的终端的标识依次进行比对,以确定发送的会议请求的终端所在的群组;或者预存每个群组中每个终端的标识的联系信息,并在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器根据接收到的会议请求获取所述终端的联系信息,并根据获取到的所述终端的联系信息确定终端所在的群组。
步骤S20,所述服务器呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
在本实施例中,服务器在确定终端所在的群组之后,可建立与终端之间 的通信连接,并获取该确定的群组中的其它终端的联系信息,并基于该联系信息向其它每个终端发送呼叫请求;在接收到其它终端基于所述呼叫请求反馈的确认信息后,建立与其它终端之间的通信连接。在本实施例中,终端的联系信息可为终端的IP地址以及终端的电话号码等。
可选地,为提高在线会议的灵活性,所述服务器呼叫所述终端所在的群组中其它终端之后,服务器建立与群组中每个终端之间的通信连接,群组中的每个终端进行在线会议。在进行在线会议的过程中,用户可通过终端上的控件邀请其他终端加入当前在线会议,具体流程如下:在接收到终端发送的在线会议终端添加请求时,所述服务器向终端发送在线会议终端添加界面,以供用户基于终端显示的在线会议终端添加界面输入待加入终端的联系信息,或者待加入终端的标识信息以及待加入终端的联系信息。服务器在接收到终端发送的待加入终端的联系信息,或者待加入终端的标识信息以及待加入终端的联系信息时,根据接收到的联系信息呼叫对应的终端,以将该终端添加至当前的在线会议中,并将该终端添加至当前的群组中;或者,服务器向用户推送提示信息,以提示用户是否将当前加入的终端添加至当前的群组中,在侦测到终端基于所述提示信息反馈的确认消失时,将当前加入的终端添加至当前的群组中。
本实施例提出的基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会方法,在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器确定所述终端所在的群组,并呼叫所述终端所在的群组中其它终端,使得终端可在发送会议请求时,服务器直接呼叫其它终端并建立与其它终端之间的通信连接,十分便捷。
可选地,为提高在线会议终端呼叫入会的准确性,参照图2,图2为图1步骤S20第一实施例的细化流程示意图,在本实施例中,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S21,在所述终端所在的群组为多个时,所述服务器获取每个群组的优先级;
步骤S22,所述服务器呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
在本实施例中,可预设每个群组的优先级,在发送会议请求的终端所在的群组为多个时,可按照预设的每个群组的优先级对每个群组进行优先级排序,呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端的联系信息,基于该联系信息呼叫其它每个终端。
在本实施例中,服务器在向其他每个终端发送呼叫请求之后,若接收到其它终端基于所述呼叫请求反馈的拒绝信息时,所述服务器不做任何响应,或者向发送会议请求的终端发送提示信息,以提示该终端拒绝该次会议。
可选地,为提高在线会议终端呼叫入会的准确性,参照图3,图3为图1中步骤S20第二实施例的细化流程示意图,在本实施例中,所述步骤S20包括:
步骤S23,在所述终端所在的群组为多个时,所述服务器获取多个所述群组的信息;
步骤S24,所述服务器将包含多个所述群组信息的选择界面推送至所述终端,以供用户基于所述终端显示的选择界面选择对应的群组,并在用户选择完成时,所述终端向所述服务器发送选择指令;
在本实施例中,该群组信息可包括每个群组的标识,如小组会议、公司会议以及产品会议等多种,或者群组信息也可为群组中每个终端的标识信息。
步骤S25,在侦测到终端发送的选择指令时,所述服务器根据所述选择指令锁定用户选择的群组,并呼叫锁定的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为提高在线会议终端呼叫入会的效率,可在用户基于终端发送的会议请求中,添加用户所要呼叫的群组标识,服务器在接收到终端发送的会议请求时,根据会议请求确定用户所要呼叫的群组,并呼叫确定的群组中的每个终端,十分便捷。
可选地,为提高在线会议终端呼叫入会的准确性,参照图4,图4为基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会方法另一实施例的流程示意图,在本实施例中, 步骤S10之前包括步骤:
步骤S30,在侦测到终端发送的群组建立请求时,所述服务器获取所述终端的联系信息,并向所述终端发送群组建立界面,以供用户基于所述终端显示的群组建立界面输入群组中的其它终端的联系信息,并在用户输入完成时,所述终端向服务器发送每个终端的联系信息;

可选地,为提高群组建立的可靠性,所述服务器在接收到每个终端的联系信息时,可向除发送建立群组请求的终端的其他终端发送提示信息,以提示其他终端将该终端添加至群组中,在接收到其它终端基于所述提示信息反馈的确认信息时,建立每个终端的联系信息之间的关联关系,以生成群组。

本发明实施例还提供一种基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统。
参照图6,图6为本发明一实施例的基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统的功能模块示意图,适用于在线会议的服务器,所述服务器包括处理器、程序存储器和数据存储器。
需要强调的是,对本领域的技术人员来说,图6所示功能模块图仅仅是一个实施例的示例图,本领域的技术人员围绕图6所示的基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统的功能模块,可轻易进行新的功能模块的补充;每个功能模块的名称是自定义名称,仅用于辅助理解该基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统的每个程序功能块,不用于限定本发明的技术方案。
在一实施例中,该在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统包括:
确定模块10,设置为在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,确定所述终端所在的群组;

呼叫模块20,设置为呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
在本实施例中,确定模块10在确定终端所在的群组之后,可建立与终端之间的通信连接,获取该确定的群组中的其它终端的联系信息,呼叫模块20基于该联系信息向其它每个终端发送呼叫请求;在接收到其它终端基于所述呼叫请求反馈的确认信息时,建立与其它终端之间的通信连接。在本实施例中,终端的联系信息可为终端的IP地址以及终端的电话号码等。

本实施例提出的基于在线会议的终端呼叫入会系统,在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,确定模块确定所述终端所在的群组,呼叫模块呼叫所述终端所在的群组中其它终端,使得终端可在发送会议请求时,服务器直接呼叫其它终端并建立与其它终端之间的通信连接,十分便捷。
可选地,为提高在线会议终端呼叫入会的准确性,参照图7,图7为图6中呼叫模块第一实施例的细化功能模块示意图,在本实施例中,所述呼叫模块20包括:
获取单元21,设置为在根据所述终端的标识信息确定所述终端所在的群组为多个时,获取每个群组的优先级;
呼叫单元22,设置为呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
在本实施例中,可预设每个群组的优先级,在发送会议请求的终端所在的群组为多个时,获取单元21可按照预设的每个群组的优先级对每个群组进行优先级排序,呼叫单元22呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端的联系信息,基于该联系信息呼叫其它每个终端。
在本实施例中,呼叫单元22在向其他每个终端发送呼叫请求之后,若接收到其它终端基于所述呼叫请求反馈的拒绝信息时,可不做任何响应,或者信息推送模块向发送会议请求的终端发送提示信息,以提示该终端拒绝该次会议。

  1. 一种在线会议的终端入会方法,包括:
    在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器确定所述终端所在的群组;
    所述服务器呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端的步骤包括:
    在所述终端所在的群组为多个时,所述服务器获取每个群组的优先级;
    所述服务器呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述服务器呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端的步骤包括:
    在所述终端所在的群组为多个时,所述服务器获取所述多个群组的信息;
    所述服务器将包含所述多个群组信息的选择界面推送至所述终端,以供用户基于所述终端显示的选择界面选择对应的群组;

    所述服务器在接收到每个终端的联系信息时,建立每个终端的联系信息 之间的关联关系,以生成群组;
    其中,所述每个终端的联系信息,是在发送的群组建立请求的终端收到所述服务器发送的群组建立界面后,所述用户基于所述终端显示的群组建立界面输入群组中的其它终端的联系信息,并在用户输入完成时,由所述终端向服务器发送的。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,服务器确定所述终端所在的群组的步骤包括:
    在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,所述服务器根据所述会议请求获取所述终端的联系信息;

  6. 一种在线会议服务器,包括:
    确定模块,设置为在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,确定所述终端所在的群组;
    呼叫模块,设置为呼叫所述终端所在的群组中除发送会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其中,所述呼叫模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为在根据所述终端的标识信息确定所述终端所在的群组为多个时,获取每个群组的优先级;
    呼叫单元,设置为呼叫优先级最高的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,其中,所述呼叫模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为在根据所述终端的标识信息确定所述终端所在的群组为多个时,获取多个所述群组的信息;
    界面提供单元,设置为将包含多个所述群组信息的选择界面推送至所述终端,以供用户基于所述终端显示的选择界面选择对应的群组;
    锁定单元,设置为在侦测到终端发送的选择指令时,根据所述选择指令锁定用户选择的群组;其中,所述选择指令是所述终端收到所述多个群组信息的选择界面后,由所述用户选择对应的群组,在用户选择完成时后由所述终端向所述服务器发送的;
    呼叫单元,设置为呼叫锁定的群组中除发送的会议请求的终端之外的其它终端。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的服务器,还包括:
    界面提供模块,设置为侦测到终端发送的群组建立请求时,获取所述终端的联系信息,并向所述终端发送群组建立界面,以供用户基于所述终端显示的群组建立界面输入群组中的其它终端的联系信息;
    群组生成模块,设置为在接收到每个终端的联系信息时,建立每个终端的联系信息之间的关联关系,以生成群组;
    其中,所述每个终端的联系信息,是在发送的群组建立请求的终端收到所述服务器发送的群组建立界面后,所述用户基于所述终端显示的群组建立界面输入群组中的其它终端的联系信息,并在用户输入完成时,由所述终端向服务器发送的。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的服务器,其中,所述确定模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为在侦测到终端发送的会议请求时,所述服务器根据所述会议请求获取所述终端的联系信息;
    确定单元,设置为将获取到的所述联系信息,与预存的每个群组中的联系信息依次进行比对,并将联系信息与获取到的联系信息匹配的群组作为所述终端所在的群组。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被在线会议服务器执行时,使得该服务器可执行权利要求1-5任一项的方法。
  12. 一种载有权利要求11所述计算机程序的载体。
