本申请实施例提供的用户权利拆分方法、系统、电子设备和非暂态计算机可读存储介质等,通过对相应的用户特征信息以及终端识别码进行相关的匹配 校验和确定,将其中一些终端的用户权利拆分至另一些终端,实现更加便捷的权利拆分,无需将相应的用户权利回收再分配。进一步地,通过用户自主操作实现相应的权利拆分可以提高处理效率,提升用户体验。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征 可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
图1示出了可以应用本申请实施例的示例性系统架构100。
如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、102、网络103和服务器104。网络103用以在终端设备101、102和服务器104之间提供通信链路的介质。网络103可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
用户110可以使用终端设备101、102通过网络103与服务器104交互,以接收或发送消息等。终端设备101、102上可以安装有各种通讯客户端应用,例如即时通信工具、邮箱客户端、社交平台软件、音频视频软件等。
终端设备101、102可以是各种电子设备,包括但不限于个人电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理、可穿戴设备等等,终端设备101、102还可以是智能家电、路由器等。
服务器104可以是提供各种服务的服务器。服务器可以对接收到的数据进行存储、分析等处理,并将处理结果反馈给终端设备。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。
请参考图2,其示出了本申请用户权利拆分方法的一个实施例流程图200。
如图2所示,在步骤201中,获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息。
在本实施例中,服务器通过客户端或者系统应用获取第一终端和第二终端的用户特征信息。其中,用户特征信息可以是用户登录客户端或者系统应用的ID号,也可以是插入终端的卡号或者是其他唯一识别码等,本申请在此方面没有限制。其中,第一终端和第二智能终端还可以是同一智能终端,第二智能终端也可以是多个智能终端,本申请在此方面没有限制。
在步骤202中,校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配。
在本实施例中,服务器检验之前获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配,例如可以是校验相应的用户特征信息是否一致,或者是否存在某种联系如与同一用户关联。其中,第一终端与第二智能终端可以是同一智能终端,若为同一智能终端,则此校验步骤可以省略,本申请在此方面没有限制。
在一些可选的实施例中,在上述校验步骤之前还包括验证第一终端是否为可执行拆分终端,其中,可执行拆分终端至少具备与用户特征信息匹配的终端标识符,例如,可执行拆分终端为与相应的用户特征信息绑定的终端。之后,基于验证通过,执行校验步骤,否则,可以提示用户无法执行拆分或者提示用户使用正确的设备执行拆分。
在步骤203中,若匹配,则至少确定与所述第一终端相关联的第三智能终端的终端标识码。
在本实施例中,若服务器通过校验之后发现第一终端与第二智能终端的用户特征信息匹配,则服务器可以确定与第一终端相关联的第三智能终端的终端标识码,其中每一终端具有唯一的终端标识码。其中,第三智能终端也可以是多个智能终端,本申请在此方面没有限制。
在步骤204中,根据所获取的第三智能终端的终端标识码,配置将用户特征信息所对应的用户权利拆分至第三智能终端。
在本实施例中,服务器根据之前确定的第三智能终端的终端标识码,并至少基于获取的其他配置信息将与用户特征信息对应的用户权利拆分至第三智能终端。其中,用户特征信息对应的用户权利可以具有一定的有效时长,例如使用期限或者使用次数等。
在一些可选的实施例中,用户特征信息具有一定有效时长的用户权利,服务器可以获取用户特征信息所对应的用户权利的有效时长;之后,服务器确定接收拆分时长的第三智能终端的终端标识码和拆分至所述第三智能终端的期望有效时长,其中,所述期望有效时长小于等于所述有效时长;然后,服务器根 据第三智能终端的终端标识码和期望有效时长,为第三智能终端配置具有期望有效时长的用户权利。
在一些可选的实施例中,在服务器获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息之前还包括生成相应的二维码以使终端之间可以通过扫码关联并获取其关联关系。具体的,服务器获取第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端的终端标识码以及用户特征信息;并基于获取的终端标识码和用户特征信息生成相应的二维码供第一终端扫描以与所述第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端建立关联关系。第一终端通过扫描二维码与第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端建立关联。
在另一些可选的实施例中,在服务器获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息之前还包括获取终端之间基于近场通信建立的关联关系。具体的,服务器基于近场通信建立第一终端与第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
在以上实施例中,虽然通过编号对步骤的先后顺序进行了限制,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解,其中一些步骤的顺序的变化并不会影响本申请的实施。例如验证是否为可执行拆分终端的步骤可以在获取用户特征信息之前,也可以在校验用户特征信息是否匹配之后,本领域的技术人员在实施本申请的技术方案时可以想到更多不同顺序的组合,在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,服务器通过对相应的用户特征信息以及终端识别码进行相关的匹配校验和确定,将其中一些终端的用户权利拆分至另一些终端,实现更加便捷的权利拆分,进一步地,通过用户自主操作实现相应的权利拆分可以提高处理效率,提升用户体验。
图3为本申请用户权利拆分方案的实施例交互流程示意图300。
如图3所示,在步骤301中,第一终端与第二、第三智能终端关联并基于用户指令生成拆分请求。在本实施例中,第一终端可以通过扫描服务器生成的第二、第三智能终端的二维码建立关联,也可以是基于近场通信例如WiFi找到相应的第二、第三智能终端并建立关联。之后,根据用户指令生成相应的拆分 请求,其中,拆分请求中可以包含待拆分终端的终端识别码、用户特征信息、待拆分用户权利以及接收用户权利的终端的终端识别码等信息。然后在步骤302中,第一终端向服务器发送拆分请求。继而,在步骤303中,服务器基于收到的拆分请求验证第一终端是否为可执行拆分终端。其中,可执行拆分终端可以是与相应的用户特征信息绑定的终端。如果验证通过,则继续之后的步骤,如果不通过,则提示用户。接着,在步骤304中,服务器端基于收到的拆分请求校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配,若匹配,则继续执行之后的步骤,不匹配则返回相应的提示信息。需要说明的是,第一终端与第二智能终端可以是同一智能终端,若是同一终端,则上述校验步骤可以省略。然后,在步骤305中,服务器基于第一终端与第二智能终端的用户特征信息匹配,确定与第一终端关联的第三智能终端的终端识别码,其中,每一终端具有唯一的终端识别码。之后,在步骤306中,服务器根据确定的终端识别码以及拆分请求,将相应的待拆分用户权利拆分至第三智能终端,当然,服务器还需要减少相应的用户特征信息对应的用户时长。最后,在步骤307中,服务器将相应的处理结果返回给第一终端。并将相应的时长的增减更新至相应的智能终端,例如第二智能终端的有效时长相应的减少,第三智能终端的有效时长相应的增加。
通过以上实施例,可以基于用户的拆分请求,在服务器进行相应的验证和校验实现对用户权利的拆分,简化用户权利拆分的步骤,实现相应的用户权利自主拆分机制。
请参考图4a,其示出了本申请用户权利拆分方案的一个实施例应用场景示意图。在本实施例中,用户权利为会员时长,用户通过点击相应的拆分按钮开始进行会员时长的拆分,将某一智能终端如智能电视上的时长拆分至另外的一台或多台智能电视上。进一步参考图4b,其示出了本申请用户权利拆分方案的又一个实施例应用场景示意图。用户通过设置拆分时长,选择获取时长的电视,经过服务器的相关处理,即可得出拆分的结果。其中,服务器的处理可以包括: 验证用户手机是否具备拆分权利;验证用户手机端登陆账号是否与电视端登录账号一致;验证被拆分电视是否含有一年以上会员;与会员服务端打通,实现拆分需求的提交及拆分结果的同步;为相关的智能电视生成设备二维码。通过以上处理可以实现用户自助实现用户权利的拆分,简化拆分流程,无需额外的人工介入,也无需将用户权利回收之后再分配给相应的其他设备。从而可以更好地提升用户体验。
请参考图5,其示出了本申请用户权利拆分系统的实施例结构示意图。
如图5,用户权利拆分系统500包括获取模块501、校验模块502、匹配确定模块503以及拆分模块504。其中,获取模块501,配置用于获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息,用户特征信息与用户权利相对应;校验模块502,配置用于校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配;匹配确定模块503,配置用于若匹配,则至少确定与第一终端相关联的第三智能终端的终端标识码,其中每一终端具有唯一的终端标识码;拆分模块504,配置用于根据所获取的第三智能终端的终端标识码,配置将用户特征信息所对应的用户权利拆分至第三智能终端。
在一些可选的实施例中,用户权利拆分系统500还包括验证模块(图中未示出),配置用于验证第一终端是否为可执行拆分终端,可执行拆分终端至少具备与其用户特征信息匹配的终端标识符,并基于验证通过,调用校验模块502。
在另一些可选的实施例中,用户特征信息具有一定有效时长的用户权利,用户权利拆分系统500进一步包括:时长获取模块(图中未示出),配置用于获取所述用户特征信息所对应的用户权利的有效时长;拆分确定模块(图中未示出),配置用于确定所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和拆分至所述第三智能终端的期望有效时长,其中,所述期望有效时长小于等于所述有效时长;时长拆分模块(图中未示出),配置用于根据所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和所述期望有效时长,为所述第三智能终端配置具有期望有效时长的用户权利。其中,上述各个模块可以是相应的获取模块501以及拆分模块504的子模块或者用相同 的模块实现,例如,时长获取模块可以是获取模块501的子模块,也可以与获取模块501为同一模块。
在另一些可选的实施例中,用户权利拆分系统500还包括二维码关联模块(图中未示出),配置用于获取第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端的终端标识码以及用户特征信息;以及生成包含有终端标识码以及用户特征信息的二维码供第一终端扫描以建立所述第一终端与所述第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
在另一些可选的实施例中,用户权利拆分系统500还包括近场通信关联模块(图中未示出),配置用于基于近场通信建立第一终端与第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
其中,二维码关联模块与近场通信模块可以同时使用也可以只使用其中一个。例如当近场通信模块无法使第一终端与第二智能终端或第三智能终端关联时,可以使用二维码关联模块基于扫码进行关联,当然,还可以有其他的组合,本申请在此方面没有限制。
在本实施例中,用户权利拆分系统500通过对相应的用户特征信息以及终端识别码进行相关的匹配校验和确定,将其中一些终端的用户权利拆分至另一些终端,实现更加便捷的权利拆分,进一步地,通过用户自助操作实现相应的权利拆分可以提高处理效率,提升用户体验。
应当理解,图5中记载的诸模块与参考图2中描述的方法中的各个步骤相对应。由此,上文针对方法描述的操作和特征以及相应的技术效果同样适用于图5中的诸模块,在此不再赘述。
以上所述的各个系统以及方法中涉及的服务器均可以为一个服务器或者服务器集群,其中上述每一个模块也可以是单独的服务器或者服务器集群,此时,上述模块之间的交互表现为各模块所对应的服务器之间的交互。
下面参考图6,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的终端设备或服务器的计算机系统600的结构示意图。
如图6所示,计算机系统600包括中央处理模块(CPU)601,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)602中的程序或者从存储部分608加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)603中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 603中,还存储有系统600操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 601、ROM 602以及RAM603通过总线604彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口605也连接至总线604。
以下部件连接至I/O接口605:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分606;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分607;包括硬盘等的存储部分608;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分609。通信部分609经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器610也根据需要连接至I/O接口605。可拆卸介质611,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器610上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分608。
特别地,根据本申请的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本申请的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括有形地包含在机器可读介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包含用于执行流程图200所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分609从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质611被安装。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用户权利拆分方法,应用于服务器,包括:
    获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息与用户权利相对应;
    校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配;
    若匹配,则至少确定与所述第一终端相关联的第三智能终端的终端标识码,其中每一终端具有唯一的终端标识码;
    根据所确定的第三智能终端的终端标识码,配置将所述用户特征信息所对应的用户权利拆分至所述第三智能终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,在校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配之前还包括:
    验证所述第一终端是否为可执行拆分终端,所述可执行拆分终端至少具备与所述用户特征信息匹配的终端标识符;
    基于验证通过,执行所述校验步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述用户特征信息具有一定有效时长的用户权利,所述方法进一步包括:
    获取所述用户特征信息所对应的用户权利的有效时长;
    确定所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和拆分至所述第三智能终端的期望有效时长,其中,所述期望有效时长小于等于所述有效时长;
    根据所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和所述期望有效时长,为所述第三智能终端配置具有期望有效时长的用户权利。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,在获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息之前还包括:
    获取第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端的终端标识码以及用户特征信息;
    生成包含有终端标识码以及用户特征信息的二维码供第一终端扫描以与所 述第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端建立关联关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,在获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息之前还包括:
    基于近场通信建立第一终端与第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
  6. 一种用户权利拆分系统,包括:
    获取模块,配置用于获取第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息,所述用户特征信息与用户权利相对应;
    校验模块,配置用于校验所获取的第一终端和第二智能终端的用户特征信息是否匹配;
    匹配确定模块,配置用于若匹配,则至少确定与所述第一终端相关联的第三智能终端的终端标识码,其中每一终端具有唯一的终端标识码;
    拆分模块,配置用于根据所确定的第三智能终端的终端标识码,配置将所述用户特征信息所对应的用户权利拆分至所述第三智能终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,还包括验证模块,配置用于验证所述第一终端是否为可执行拆分终端,所述可执行拆分终端至少具备与所述用户特征信息匹配的终端标识符,并基于验证通过,调用所述校验模块。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的系统,所述用户特征信息具有一定有效时长的用户权利,所述系统进一步包括:
    时长获取模块,配置用于获取所述用户特征信息所对应的用户权利的有效时长;
    拆分确定模块,配置用于确定所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和拆分至所述第三智能终端的期望有效时长,其中,所述期望有效时长小于等于所述有效时长;
    时长拆分模块,配置用于根据所述第三智能终端的终端标识码和所述期望有效时长,为所述第三智能终端配置具有期望有效时长的用户权利。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的系统,还包括二维码关联模块,配置用于获取第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端的终端标识码以及用户特征信息;以及生成包含有终端标识码以及用户特征信息的二维码供第一终端扫描以建立所述第一终端与所述第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
  10. 根据权利要求6-8中任一项所述的系统,还包括近场通信关联模块,配置用于基于近场通信建立第一终端与第二智能终端和/或第三智能终端之间的关联关系。
  11. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述电子设备用于执行权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5任意一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1-5中任一项所述的方法。
