指令接收模块,设置为接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令;
判断模块,设置为根据所述交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,所述广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;
播放控制模块,设置为若所述判断模块的判断结果为是,则根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将所述广告媒体信息及所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
优选地,所述筛选条件包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述广告媒体信息具有属性参数;所述播放控制模块具体设置为将所述筛选条件与所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行匹配;将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
优选地,还包括广告管理模块,所述广告管理模块设置为接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令;所述播放控制模块还设置为,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新。
优选地,所述筛选条件具体包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述播放控制规则具体包括:播放时间点、广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式、显示位置及画面尺寸。
优选地,所述指令接收模块还设置为接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告内容的业务操作指令;所述播放控制模块还设置为根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告或者对当前播放的广告和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告或广告和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放系统,包括:机顶盒和如上述任一项所述的广告播放服务装置;所述机顶盒设置为接收用户对交互节目的播放请求指令并将所述播放请求指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置。
优选地,所述机顶盒还设置为接收用户对当前播放的广告内容的业务操作指令,并将所述业务操作指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置;所述广告播放服务装置接收到所述业务操作指令后,设置为根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告或者对当前播放的广告和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告或广告和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
本发明提供了一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法、服务装置及系统,通过接收STB上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令,判断该交互节目是否存在预设的广告配置信息,若存在,则根据广告配置信息中的筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将该广告媒体信息及交互节目按照广告配置信息中的播放控制规则进行播放。在本发明的技术 方案中,有效地利用了交互节目这个播放平台,在交互节目播放时,进行广告的播放,且所播放的广告还通过预先的设定与所播放的交互节目建立一定的关联关系的,使得广告的推广更加有针对性,商家的付出与收益达到平衡的可能性更大。
优选地,还可以通过接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告内容的业务操作指令,如对产品广告的直接订购指令或者是对产品的查询指令等,并对应地完成用户的订购或者查询操作。这样,用户在需要购买广告中的产品时,能够直接进行操作,不用像现有技术中必须进行电话订购的模式,方便快捷,且对于订单的透明度更加清晰,能够及时地对订单进行跟踪,方便的操作方式,增加了用户的购买欲望,使得广告的推广效应更加有效。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,为本发明提供的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法的流程图;请参见图1,该方法开始后,
S101:接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令。所述交互节目表示的是用户利用EPG对IPTV中提供的节目进行的点播或者是回看的节目,其具体包括电影、电视剧、娱乐节目、体育赛事等。
S102:根据交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;若存在,则转S103;若不存在,则转S105。在交互节目中设置广告配置消息主要是使得交互节目与需要播放的广告媒体信息建立关联关系,其广告媒体信息的播放不是任意播放的,在交互节目中所播放的广告媒体信息与其本身的视频长度等是相关的;且可能存在一些比较冷门的交互节目中没有设置播放广告媒体信息的情况;所述广告媒体信息包括商品广告、公益广告、宣传片等。
S103:根据筛选条件确定是否存在符合条件的广告媒体信息;若存在,则转S104;若不存在,则转S105。具体地,所述广告媒体信息具有属性参数;将所述筛选条件与所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行匹配;将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。所述广告媒体信息的属性参数包括其自身所特有的属性参数,如文件大小、视频长度等,还包括根据其广告媒体信息的特点新增的属性参数,如场景类型等;所述筛选条件主要包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式等其中的一种或多种;所述场景类型可以包括体育场景、生活场景、工作场景或娱乐场景等,也可以包括关于爱情场景、亲情场景或者友情场景等;所述广告时长为每次广告媒体信息播放的总时长;视频清晰度包括高清视频或标清视频等;具体地,利用所述筛选条件对广告媒体信息进行筛选,如,筛选条件是主要针对场景的类型,若交互节目为体育赛事,则其筛选条件是针对体育场景类型的广告,则只需在广告库中查找关于体育类的广告媒体消息即可;如,当所述筛选条件中的广告时长为1分钟,则此时可以直接筛选一个一分钟的广告媒体信息,也可以选择3个20秒的广告媒体信息;然后再根据其他筛选条件进行进一步地筛选,若只有一种筛选条件,则可对所选择的广告进行随机播放或者轮流播放,这是可以灵活设置的。
S104:将广告媒体信息及交互节目按照播放控制规则进行播放。所述播放控制规则具体包括:播放时间点、广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式、显示位置及画面大小等。播放时间点主要是针对广告媒体消息在交互节目中进行播放的时间点,如,播放时间点可以包括对广告媒体信息播放的时间为交互节目播放每隔一个小时时播放广告媒体消息;或者是在整个交互节目播放过程中的某些时间段来播放广告媒体消息等;所述广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式具体包括:广告媒体信息播放时,交互节目也处于播放模式;或广告媒体信息播放时,交互节目处于暂停或缓存等模式,其具体的播放模式可以灵活设置。对于所述显示位 置及画面的大小一般是在广告媒体信息与交互节目同时播放的情况下,对于广告媒体信息的播放进行的设置,如以字幕形式、画中画形式、在画面的左下方、大小是整个画面的几分之几等,这也是可以灵活设置的;例如,需要播放的交互节目为一部电影,播放的广告媒体信息为6个20秒的广告媒体信息;当播放时间点为交互节目每半小时播放两分钟的广告媒体信息,其播放模式为广告媒体信息和交互节目其中一个处于播放模式,显示位置为全屏显示,这样,广告媒体信息及交互节目全屏显示的方式先播放交互节目,并在交互节目播放的半个小时间隔中播放2分钟的6个20秒的符合筛选条件的广告媒体信息,直到播放结束。
S105:交互节目正常播放。
在进行步骤S101接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令前还包括:接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新;此处中的参数新增的属性参数是与广告配置信息中的筛选条件相匹配的,即可以包括场景类型等;这样,在完成步骤S101接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令后,若步骤S102中的判断结果为存在预设的广告配置信息,则将所述筛选条件与所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行匹配;将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。对广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增处理的具体过程包括:如图2所示,为本发明提供的对广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增处理过程的流程图,请参见图2,
S201:接收广告媒体信息的上传请求;
S202:接收对广告媒体信息的的参数新增指令,并根据参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新;
S203:将所述广告媒体信息上传至CDN,以便需要播放时进行调用播放。
在步骤S104将广告媒体信息及交互节目按照播放控制规则进行播放的过程中,若接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令,所述业务操作指令具体可以包括对当前播放的广告媒体消息中的商品进行购买的操作指令或者是对商品进行查询的操作指令,当接收到这些操作指令后,对相应的操作指令进行响应处理,并对当前播放的广告或者对当前播放的广告和交互节目进行暂停处理;当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告或广告和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。即可提供用户对当前播放的商品广告购买等的处理,当其进行购买时,会接收其支付操作且提供其相应的购买信息,供用户随时查询或者跟踪。
具体地,对于步骤S104将广告媒体信息及交互节目按照播放控制规则进行播放的过程中接收到机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告内容的商品购买指令时,其对于用户的整个购买操作指令过程中相应处理的具体步骤包括:如图3所示,为本发明提供的基于交互式网络电视的接收购买操作指令相应处理的具体流程图,请参见图3,
S301:接收对当前播放的广告媒体消息的商品购买指令;
S302:判断当前用户是否处于登录状态;若是,则转S304;若否,则转S303;
S303:提供登录/注册页面,并判读是否登录成功或者判断是否注册成功;若是,则转S304;若否,则转S307;
S304:接收商品选择指令并接收订单信息填写指令;
S305:提交订单信息;
S306:判断是否接收到支付指令;若是,则转S307;若否,则转S306;
S307:提醒用户操作成功并结束本次服务。
另外,在步骤S104将广告媒体信息及交互节目按照播放控制规则进行播放的过程中,若接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告媒体消息画面的业务操作指令,该操作指令只能在所述广告媒体消息和交互节目都处于播放模式下接收,所述业务操作指令包括对当前广告媒体消息画面的位置的移动或者放大、缩小等操作,此时,根据其操作指令控制所述广告媒体消息画面进行相应的处理,而对于当前播放的广告媒体消息和交互节目正常播放。
本发明还提供一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放的方法,具体包括:接收用户对交互节目的播放请求指令;根据所述交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,所述广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;若存在,则根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将所述广告媒体信息及所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
本实施例提供的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法的方法能够通过在点播或者是回看的交互节目中设置关联的广告媒体消息的播放,有效地利用了播放资源,且使得对于商品的推广针对性更强,还能够为商家的产品推广提供了另一个有效的宣传平台,增加了商家对其商品的推广信息,同时对于能够直接对所播放的商品进行直接的操作也为用户提供了方便。
实施例二:
如图4所示,为本发明提供的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置的结构图,请参见图4,所述广告播放服务装置400包括指令接收模块401、判断模块402和播放控制模块403;指令接收模块401设置为接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令;判断模块402设置为根据所述交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,所述广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;播放控制模块403设置为若所述判断模块402的判断结果为是,则根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将所述广告媒体信息及所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。所述交互节目表示的是用户利用EPG对IPTV中提供的节目进行的点播或者是回看的节目,其具体包括电影、电视剧、娱乐节目、体育赛事等;在交互节目中设置广告配置消息主要是使得交互节目与需要播放的广告媒体信息建立关联关系,其广告媒体信息的播放不是任意播放的,不同的交互节目,其所播放的广告是不一样的,且可能存在一些比较冷门的交互节目中没有设置播放广告媒体信息的情况;所述广告媒体信息包括商品广告、公益广告、宣传片等。所述筛选条件主要包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式等中的一种或多种;具体地,所述场景类型可以包括体育场景、生活场景、工作场景或娱乐场景等,也可以包括关于爱情场景、亲情场景或者友情场景等;视频清晰度包括高清视频或标清视频等;如,当筛选条件是主要针对场景的类型时,若交互节目为体育赛事,则其筛选条件是针对体育场景类型的广告,则只需在广告库中查找关于体育类的广告媒体消息即可;
所述播放控制规则具体包括:播放时间点、广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式、显示位置及画面尺寸。播放时间点主要是针对广告媒体消息播放时的时间点,如,播放时间点可以包括广告媒体播放的时间为交互节目播放每隔一个小时时播放该广告媒体消息;或者是在整个交互节目播放过程中的某些时间段来播放广告媒体消息等;若同一时间广告媒体信息和交互节目都处于播放模式即是此时广告媒体消息是小方框的方式或者是字幕的方式显示在规定的位置。
实施例三:
如图5所示,本发明提供的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置的结构图,请参见图5,所述广告播放服务装置400还包括广告管理模块404,所述广告管理模块404设置为接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新;所述广告管理模块404具体设置为先接收广告媒体信息的上传请求;接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新;再将所述广 告媒体信息上传至CDN,以便需要播放时进行调用播放;这样,所述播放控制模块403还设置为若所述判断模块402的判断结果为是,则将所述筛选条件与所述广告管理模块404的属性参数进行匹配并将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
在一些实施例中,所述指令接收模块401还设置为接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令;所述播放控制模块403还设置为根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告媒体信息或者对当前播放的广告媒体信息和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告媒体信息或广告媒体信息和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
本发明还提供了一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放系统,包括机顶盒和上述所述的广告播放服务装置400,所述机顶盒设置为接收用户对交互节目的播放请求指令并将所述播放请求指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置400。在另一些实施例中,所述广告播放系统中的机顶盒还设置为接收用户对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令,并将所述业务操作指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置400;所述广告播放服务装置400设置为接收到所述业务操作指令后,根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告或者对当前播放的广告媒体信息和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告媒体信息或广告媒体信息和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法、服务装置及系统,通过接收STB上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令,判断该交互节目是否存在预设的广告配置信息,若存在,则根据广告配置信息中的筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将该广告媒体信息及交互节目按照广告配置信息中的播放控制规则进行播放。还在广告进行播放的过程中能够接收对广告媒体消息内容中的商品进行操作指令,并对其作出相应的处理。在本发明的技术方案中,将广告媒体消息设置在交互节目中进行有规则地播放,有效地利用了交互节目的播放平台,使得广告的推广更加有针对性,商家的付出与收益达到平衡的可能性更大。以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,通过接收STB上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令,判断该交互节目是否存在预设的广告配置信息,若存在,则根据广告配置信息中的筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将该广告媒体信息及交互节目按照广告配置信息中的播放控制规则进行播放。有效地利用了交互节目这个播放平台,在交互节目播放时,进行广告的播放,且所播放的广告还通过预先的设定与所播放的交互节目建立一定的关联关系的,使得广告的推广更加有针对性,商家的付出与收益达到平衡的可能性更大。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,包括:
    接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令;
    根据所述交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,所述广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;
    若存在,则根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将所述广告媒体信息及所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,其中,所述广告媒体信息具有属性参数;根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息包括:将所述筛选条件与所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行匹配;将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,其中,所述接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令之前还包括:接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,其中,所述筛选条件包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式中的一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,其中,所述播放控制规则包括:播放时间点、广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式、显示位置及画面尺寸。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放方法,其中,还包括:
    接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令;根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告媒体信息或者对当前播放的广告媒体信息和交互节目进行暂停处理,并对所述业务操作指令进行响应处理;当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告媒体信息或广告媒体信息和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
  7. 一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,包括:
    指令接收模块,设置为接收机顶盒上传的对交互节目的播放请求指令;
    判断模块,设置为根据所述交互节目判断是否存在预设的广告配置信息,所述广告配置信息包括广告媒体信息的筛选条件和播放控制规则;
    播放控制模块,设置为若所述判断模块的判断结果为是,则根据所述筛选条件确定广告媒体信息,并将所述广告媒体信息及所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,其中,所述广告媒体信息具有属性参数;所述播放控制模块设置为将所述筛选条件与所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行匹配;将匹配成功的属性参数所对应的广告媒体信息与所述交互节目按照所述播放控制规则进行播放。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,其中,还包括广告管理模块,所述广告管理模块设置为接收对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数的参数新增指令,并根据所述参数新增指令对所述广告媒体信息的属性参数进行更新。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,其中,所述筛选条件包括:场景类型、广告时长、视频清晰度和视频格式中的一种或多种。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,其中,所述播放控制规则包括:播放时间点、广告媒体信息播放时广告媒体信息和交互节目的播放模式、显示位置及画面尺寸。
  12. 根据权利要求7-10所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放服务装置,其中,所述指令接收模块还设置为接收机顶盒上传的对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令;所述播放控制模块还设置为根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告媒体信息或者对当前播放的广告媒体信息和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告媒体信息或广告媒体信息和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
  13. 一种基于交互式网络电视的广告播放系统,包括机顶盒和如权利要求7至12中任一项所述的广告播放服务装置;所述机顶盒设置为接收用户对交互节目的播放请求指令并将所述播放请求指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的基于交互式网络电视的广告播放系统,其中,所述机顶盒还设置为接收用户对当前播放的广告媒体信息内容的业务操作指令,并将所述业务操作指令传输给所述广告播放服务装置;所述广告播放服务装置设置为接收到所述业务操作指令后,根据所述业务操作指令对当前播放的广告或者对当前播放的广告媒体信息和交互节目进行暂停处理,并根据所述业务操作指令所响应的画面进行播放;还设置为当所述业务操作完成后,对暂停的广告媒体信息或广告媒体信息和交互节目进行恢复播放处理。
