Description
本发明应用于搬运货物的台车技术领域,尤指一种可增加搬货量的手推车。
一般不论是家用或工厂在搬运小型货物均会应用台车或称手推车来搬运货物,以达省力效果。但一般已知台车大都仅具有固定尺寸的承载面,而对于较大尺寸的货物则无法进行搬运,以形成使用上的困扰。
因此,市面上也出现有可调整承载面尺寸大小的台车,而这类的台车仅仅能以架管作伸缩,而若是要在台车的架管上装设板片,则会因为两片板片无法呈相叠而伸展缩合,因此,台车的承载面的板片大都做成折叠式,以加长承载面长度,达到加强承载面的效果,但此种折叠式加强承载面的台车在使用时,容易因重心不稳,产生推动费力及推动不平稳的问题,造成使用上的不便,而有待改善。
发明内容
本发明有鉴于前述常用台车于实际使用上,仍有承载货物不平稳及使用不便的缺点存在,因而改良已知台车的结构。
本发明的主要目的为提供一种台车,其不仅能方便调整承载面的长度,更能提供平稳的承载货品的效果及推动时能更省力、更加平顺效果,而具有方便使用及使用效果佳。
为了达到前述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种台车,包括:一第一板片,该第一板片具有一第一承载面;
一第一架管,该第一架管于该第一承载面的一端设有一第一横杆,且于该第一板片的两侧分别具有一第一主框架,两第一主框架的一端分别垂直固设于该第一横杆,两第一主框架的一面分别固设于该第一板片的第一承载面,两第一主框架分别朝相异方向设有一剖沟,且两剖沟分别平行于该第一主框架的长轴方向设置;
一第二板片,该第二板片框设于该第一板片的外周,且该第二板片于该第一板片的该第一承载面上形成有一第二承载面;
一第二架管,该第二架管于该第二承载面的一端设有一第二横杆,该第一横杆与该第二横杆相互平行且分别设于该台车的不同端,且该第二架管分别设有两第二主框架,两第二主框架的一端固设于该第二横杆,两第二主框架分别枢穿于两第一主框架,两第二主框架分别对应两第一主框架的该剖沟位置分别设有一翼片,每个翼片分别穿出于该剖沟,每个翼片与该第二板片固定;
一车轮组,这些车轮至少分设于该第一架管与该第二架管下方。

所述车轮组的第一车轮及第二车轮均分别位于相对的所述第一主框架与第一副框架之间,且各第二车轮设置在所述第一架管异于所述第一横杆的一端。

第一板片10具有一第一承载面11,且第一板片10于两侧分别弯折形成有一第一侧板12。

把手60可设置两个,且分别位于第一横杆21及第二横杆41,其中把手60也可只设置一个,设于第一横杆21或第二横杆41位置,以方便推动台车即可。
由此可知,通过上述的两第一架管20及两第二架管40的相对结构,以供第一主框架22与第二主框架42相互形成有导位的效果,而能有效平稳的带动第一板面10及第二板面30相互收合或展开,再配合第一副框架23与第二副框架43间的辅助,能增进第一架管20与第二架管40间的导位的效果,提升相互移动的效果,以避免第一架管20与第二架管40偏位卡住的问题,因此,能增加使用的效果。
另外,请参考图4所示,本发明为能减少第一架管20与第二架管40于变化收合或拉伸第一承载面11及第二承载面31时,所产生的摩擦力,因此于第一承载面11与第二承载面31的相对面分别凸设有复数第一凸肋70,以减少第一承载面11与第二承载面31间的摩擦接触面积,且第一凸肋70不限设置于第一承载面11或第二承载面31。同理,于第一主框架22与第二主框架42间设有复数第二凸肋71,而第一副框架23与第二副框架43间设有复数第三凸肋72,以分别减少相对移
动上的摩擦接面积,而达到较佳的使用效果。
请参考图5所示,其为本发明的第二实施例示意图,为能增加台车的第一架管200及第二架管400收合或拉伸的顺畅度,于两第二主框架420顶部与两第一主框架220间分别设有复数滚动件80,滚动件80例如是滚柱或滚珠,同时,于两第二副框架430顶部与两第一副框架230间分别设有复数滚动件80,以增加第一架管20与第二架管40间的滑动顺畅。
请参考图6所示,其为本发明的第三实施例示意图,其中,为方便台车推移,台车于第一承载面11平行于地面的基准的下,车轮组50的两第二车轮52高度略高于两端的第一车轮51,以供台车于推动在不平的路面的下,台车均能保持较为平稳的至少三点以上的接触地面方式,更增加台车的推动的顺畅效果。
请参考图7所示,其为本发明的第四实施例示意图,其中,为方便提供台车可以装载搬运散装或较小体积物品时,即可于台车的四周装设铁丝网81,即可防止物品搬移掉落,也可把台车作为卖场的购物车来使用。
请参考图8所示,其为本发明的第五实施例示意图,其中,如果台车的拉伸长度不超过1米且需载重为轻量,则可选择将所设于第一架管20中段位置的两个第二车轮52不给予组装。
值得一提的是,本发明为方便第一架管与第二架管收合或拉伸至所需位置,可增设定位装置,例如以插销固定方式或是采螺丝固定锁紧等定位方式,同时,本发明不限定为手动操作第一架管与第二架管,而可以增设一传动装置,以电动传动及定位第一架管及第二架管的相对叠合尺寸,以方便调整台车承载面的尺寸大小。另外,本发明的把手可采用插销方式定位,以增加把手的稳固性,同时能避免把手的误动作,增加使用上的安全性。

- 如权利要求5所述的台车,其特征在于,所述车轮组的第一车轮及第二车轮均分别位于相对的所述第一主框架与第一副框架之间,且各第二车轮设置在所述第一架管异于所述第一横杆的一端。
- 如权利要求1所述的台车,其特征在于,至少位于所述第一横杆或第二横杆其中的一个位置设置把手。
- 如权利要求4所述的台车,其特征在于,所述第一承载面与所述第二承载面的相对面分别凸设有复数第一凸肋,所述第一主框架与第二主框架间设有复数第二凸肋,而所述第一副框架与第二副框架间设有复数第三凸肋。
- 如权利要求4所述的台车,其特征在于,所述两第二主框架顶部与两第一主框架间分别设有复数滚动件,且所述两第二副框架顶部与两第一副框架间也分别设有复数滚动件。
- 如权利要求5或6所述的台车,其特征在于,所述车轮组的两个第二车轮高度略高于两端的第一车轮。
