一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种二十辊轧机用辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,尤其涉及一种间隙调整可靠、安装精度高的辊箱用侧向间隙消除装置。
背景技术
部件与部件间的装配时存在安装间隙,往往通过固定块填充在间隙中进行消除,常见的有在两物体间的间隙中设置一个固定在其中一物体上的固定块,该固定块的尺寸等于间隙的宽度,一般固定块的尺寸能够保证两物体间通过固定块形成过盈配合或者间隙配合,但这种方式存在调整安装不方便、安装效率低,以及维修时拆卸不方便的问题。为此考虑研究一种可调式的侧向间隙消除装置,便于部件组装的间隙消除。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,具有间隙调整可靠、安装精度高的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,包括呈口字型机架,所述呈口字型机架内分布有用于安装轧辊的上辊箱和下辊箱,其创新点在于:所述呈口字型机架与所述上辊箱间、所述呈口字型机架与所述下辊箱间均设置有侧向间隙消除装置,所述侧向间隙消除装置包括液压缸和与该液压缸直连的活塞杆,所述上辊箱上或所述下辊箱上设置有供所述液压缸置于其中的腔体。
优选的,所述呈口字型机架与所述上辊箱间至少设置有两个所述侧向间隙消除装置。
优选的,所述呈口字型机架与所述下辊箱间至少设置有两个所述侧向间隙消除装置。
优选的,所述液压缸抵住所述机架,所述活塞杆抵住所述腔体。
优选的,所述腔体的宽度等于所述液压缸的缸体宽度。
本实用新型的优点在于:由于机架与上辊箱以及机架与下辊箱间存在微量间隙,通过在机架与上辊箱以及机架与下辊箱间分别设置多个侧向间隙消除装置,控制液压缸控制活塞杆伸出,利用活塞杆抵住机架,装配调整间隙时只需要控制液压缸即可实现机架、上辊箱、下辊箱的无间隙装夹定位,且维修拆卸时只需要控制液压缸带动活塞杆回缩,从而便于机架、上辊箱、下辊箱的拆卸。另外由于本实用新型中液压缸是置于上辊箱或下辊箱上预设的腔体中,从而当活塞杆收回时不影响上辊箱或下辊箱的上下浮动。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,包括呈口字型机架1、上辊箱2、下辊箱3和侧向间隙消除装置。
呈口字型机架1内分布有用于安装轧辊的上辊箱2和下辊箱3,由于上辊箱2或下辊箱3与机架间为微量间隙,为了消除微量间隙,在呈口字型机架1与上辊箱2间、呈口字型机架1与下辊箱3间均设置有侧向间隙消除装置。该侧向间隙消除装置包括液压缸4和与该液压缸4直连的活塞杆5,上辊箱2上或下辊箱3上设置有供液压缸4置于其中的腔体6。
为了更好的调节上辊箱2与机架间的间隙,在呈口字型机架1与上辊箱2间至少设置有两个侧向间隙消除装置。为了更好的调节下辊箱3与机架间的间隙,呈口字型机架1与下辊箱3间至少设置有两个侧向间隙消除装置。
为了受力合理,液压缸4抵住机架,活塞杆5抵住腔体6,采用这种方式由于液压缸4相较于活塞杆5截面积较大,从而控制液压缸4抵住机架;腔体的截面积相较于机架受力面较小,从而利用活塞杆5抵住腔体6。
为了更好的对液压缸4行进方向进行导向,腔体6的宽度等于液压缸4的缸体宽度。
采用上述结构,由于机架与上辊箱2以及机架与下辊箱3间存在微量间隙,通过在机架与上辊箱2以及机架与下辊箱3间分别设置多个侧向间隙消除装置,控制液压缸4控制活塞杆5伸出,利用活塞杆5抵住腔体6,装配调整间隙时只需要控制液压缸4即可实现机架、上辊箱2、下辊箱3的无间隙装夹定位,且维修拆卸时只需要控制液压缸4带动活塞杆5回缩,从而便于机架、上辊箱2、下辊箱3的拆卸。另外由于本实用新型中液压缸4是置于上辊箱2或下辊箱3上预设的腔体中,从而当活塞杆5收回时不影响上辊箱2或下辊箱3的上下浮动。
然本实用新型的间隙消除方式不局限于使用液压缸带动活塞杆的方式,采用弹簧或者采用气缸亦可,采用诸如上述举例的方式等的措施均在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,包括呈口字型机架,所述呈口字型机架内分布有用于安装轧辊的上辊箱和下辊箱,其特征在于:所述呈口字型机架与所述上辊箱间、所述呈口字型机架与所述下辊箱间均设置有侧向间隙消除装置,所述侧向间隙消除装置包括液压缸和与该液压缸直连的活塞杆,所述上辊箱上或所述下辊箱上设置有供所述液压缸置于其中的腔体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,其特征在于:所述呈口字型机架与所述上辊箱间至少设置有两个所述侧向间隙消除装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,其特征在于:所述呈口字型机架与所述下辊箱间至少设置有两个所述侧向间隙消除装置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,其特征在于:所述液压缸抵住所述机架,所述活塞杆抵住所述腔体。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种辊箱侧向间隙消除装置,其特征在于:所述腔体的宽度等于所述液压缸的缸体宽度。
