具体实施方式 以下, 将参照附图来详细描述本发明的实施例。 然而, 可以以许多不同的 形式来实施本发明, 并且本发明不应该被解释为限制于这里阐述的具体实施 例。 相反, 提供这些实施例是为了解释本发明的原理及其实际应用, 从而使本 领域的其他技术人员能够理解本发明的各种实施例和适合于特定预期应用的 各种修改。 将理解的是,尽管在这里可使用术语"第一"、 "第二"等来描述各种元件, 但是这些元件不应受这些术语的限制。这些术语仅用于将一个元件与另一个元 件区分开来。 图 1是根据本发明的第一实施例的液晶显示装置的局部剖视图。 图 2是根 据本发明的第一实施例的中框的局部立体图。 参照图 1至图 2, 根据本发明的第一实施例的液晶显示装置包括液晶显示 面板 10、 外框 20及背光模组。 液晶显示面板 10设置在背光模组之上, 外框 20与背光模组固定结合, 以将液晶显示面板 10固定在背光模组之上。 在本实施例中, 背光模组包括光学膜片 30、 中框 40、导光板 50、背框 60、 反射片 70、 光源 80及量子条 90。 具体而言, 导光板 50设置在背框 60之中, 反射片 70设置在导光板 50与 背框 60之间, 光源 80固定设置在背框 60的侧壁 61的内表面之上, 以使光源 80邻近于导光板 50的入光面 51。 中框 40可例如采用塑料材料形成。 中框 40 包括支撑部 41、 与支撑部 41的一端连接的侧壁 42以及连接于支撑部 41并平 行于侧壁 42的容置部 43。支撑部 41设置在导光板 50的出光面 52之上,用于 支撑光学膜片 30及液晶显示面板 10。 中框 40的侧壁 42与背框 60的侧壁 61 的外表面固定连接, 从而将导光板 50及反射片 70固定在背框 60之中。 外框 20压合液晶显示面板 10, 并与中框 40的侧壁 42固定连接, 以将液晶显示面 板 10与光学膜片 30固定在外框 20与中框 40之间。 容置部 43设置在光源 80 与导光板 50的入光面 51之间, 其包括两侧端开放的容置腔 433。 容置部 43 的朝向光源 80的第一腔壁 431与容置部 43的朝向导光板 50的入光面 51的第 二腔壁 432均具有通光孔 434, 量子条 90放置于容置腔 433中, 从而使光源 80发出的光经过量子条 90照射到导光板 50的入光面 51上。 在本实施例中,光源 80可为由多个高频的发光二极管(LED)组成的 LED 灯条, 量子条 90可是将量子点材料放置于例如长方体状的玻璃管中形成的量 子点玻璃管。 通过高频的 LED光源照射量子点玻璃管中的量子点材料, 激发 量子点材料产生不同色彩的光, 从而产生液晶显示装置所需的白色背光源。 此外, 在本实施例中, 容置部 43的朝向光源 80的第一腔壁 431与容置部 43的朝向导光板 50的入光面 51的第二腔壁 432均具有多个通光孔 434, 并且 第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434与第二腔壁 432上的通光孔 434—一对应。此外, 第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434的数量(或第二腔壁 432上的通光孔 434的数量) 与光源 80中的 LED的数量相同, SP, 一个通光孔 434对应一个 LED。 并且一 个通光孔 434的尺寸大小与一个 LED的尺寸大小相当。 图 3是根据本发明的第二实施例的中框的立体图。 参照图 3, 与本发明的第一实施例不同的是, 容置部 43的朝向光源 80的 第一腔壁 431与容置部 43的朝向导光板 50的入光面 51的第二腔壁 432均只 具有一个通光孔 434, 并且第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434与第二腔壁 432上的 通光孔 434相对设置, 同样可使的光源 80发出的光通过第一腔壁 431上的通 光孔 434照射到量子条 90中的量子点材料, 量子点材料被激发后产生不同色 彩的光通过第二腔壁 432上的通光孔 434照射到导光板 50的入光面 51上。此 夕卜,在本实施例中, 第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434对应光源 80中的所有 LED。 图 4是根据本发明的第三实施例的液晶显示装置的局部剖视图。 图 5是根 据本发明的第三实施例的中框的局部立体图。 参照图 4和图 5, 与本发明的第一实施例不同的是, 中框 40的容置部 43 的底端开放, 换句话说, 中框 40的容置部 43为一端开放的 U形槽。 此外,为 了支撑放置于容置腔 433中的量子条 90, 避免量子条 90从容置部 43的 U形 开口滑出, 容置部 43的朝向光源 80的第一腔壁 431的底部与容置部 43的朝 向导光板 50的入光面 51的第二腔壁 432的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台 435, 这样, 当量子条 90放置于容置腔 433中时, 两个凸台 435起到支撑量子条 90 的作用。 此外, 为了更进一步地加强量子条 90在容置腔 433中的牢固可靠性, 本 实施例的背光模组还包括固定件 100, 其中, 该固定件 100卡合固定于第一腔 壁 431与第二腔壁 432的底端。 此外, 图 5中仅示出利用一个固定件 100卡合 固定第一腔壁 431与第二腔壁 432的底端, 但本发明并不对固定件 100的数量 做限制。 此外, 由于量子条 90是将量子点材料放置于玻璃管中形成的, 因此, 为了避免玻璃管与固定件 100的硬接触而导致破损, 本实施例的背光模组还包 括缓冲件 110, 其中, 缓冲件 110设置于凸台 435与固定件 100之间。 图 6是根据本发明的第四实施例的中框的局部立体图。 参照图 6, 与本发明的第三实施例不同的是, 容置部 43的朝向光源 80的 第一腔壁 431与容置部 43的朝向导光板 50的入光面 51的第二腔壁 432均只 具有一个通光孔 434, 并且第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434与第二腔壁 432上的 通光孔 434相对设置, 同样可使的光源 80发出的光通过第一腔壁 431上的通 光孔 434照射到量子条 90中的量子点材料, 量子点材料被激发后产生不同色 彩的光通过第二腔壁 432上的通光孔 434照射到导光板 50的入光面 51上。此 夕卜,在本实施例中, 第一腔壁 431上的通光孔 434对应光源 80中的所有 LED。 虽然已经参照特定实施例示出并描述了本发明, 但是本领域的技术人员将 理解: 在不脱离由权利要求及其等同物限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下, 可在此进行形式和细节上的各种变化(

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种背光模组, 包括光源、 导光板、 中框及量子条, 所述光源邻近于 所述导光板的入光面设置, 其中, 所述中框包括支撑部及与所述支撑部连接的 容置部, 所述支撑部设置在所述导光板的出光面之上, 所述容置部设置在所述 光源与所述导光板的入光面之间, 所述容置部具有容置腔, 所述量子条放置于 所述容置腔之中, 所述容置部的朝向所述光源的第一腔壁与朝向所述导光板的 入光面的第二腔壁均具有通光孔, 以使所述光源发出的光经过所述量子条照射 到所述导光板的入光面。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔 壁均具有多个通光孔, 且所述第一腔壁上的通光孔与所述第二腔壁上的通光孔 一一对应。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔 壁均只具有一个通光孔。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开放, 所 述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台, 其中, 所述 凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开放, 所 述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台, 其中, 所述 凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开放, 所 述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台, 其中, 所述 凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括缓冲件 及固定件,其中,所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括缓冲件 及固定件,其中,所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括缓冲件 及固定件,其中,所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
10、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括背光模组及设置于所述背光模组之上的液晶 显示面板, 其中, 所述背光模组包括光源、 导光板、 中框及量子条, 所述光源 邻近于所述导光板的入光面设置, 所述中框包括支撑部及与所述支撑部连接的 容置部, 所述支撑部设置在所述导光板的出光面之上, 所述容置部设置在所述 光源与所述导光板的入光面之间, 所述容置部具有容置腔, 所述量子条放置于 所述容置腔之中, 所述容置部的朝向所述光源的第一腔壁与朝向所述导光板的 入光面的第二腔壁均具有通光孔, 以使所述光源发出的光经过所述量子条照射 到所述导光板的入光面。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第一腔壁与所述 第二腔壁均具有多个通光孔, 且所述第一腔壁上的通光孔与所述第二腔壁上的 通光孔一一对应。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述第一腔壁与所述 第二腔壁均只具有一个通光孔。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开 放,所述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台,其中, 所述凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开 放,所述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台,其中, 所述凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述容置部的底端开 放,所述第一腔壁的底部与所述第二腔壁的底部均设置向内凸起的凸台,其中, 所述凸台用于支撑放置于所述容置腔中的所述量子条。
16、 根据权利要求 13所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括 缓冲件及固定件, 其中, 所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁 的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括 缓冲件及固定件, 其中, 所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁 的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
18、 根据权利要求 15所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背光模组还包括 缓冲件及固定件, 其中, 所述固定件卡合固定于所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁 的底端, 所述缓冲件设置于所述凸台与所述固定件之间。
