现有的电子烟通常包括用于雾化烟油的雾化组件及用于给所述雾化组件 供电的电池组件, 所述雾化组件与电池组件同轴设置并相互连接。 雾化组件内 设置有用于雾化烟液的雾化芯,且电子烟内在吸烟端和雾化芯之间设置有烟雾 通道, 吸烟端上设置有出烟口。 当雾化组件工作时, 雾化芯将烟油雾化, 烟雾 随着用户吸烟时所产生的气流通过烟雾通道流向吸烟端,并通过吸烟端上的出 烟口被用户吸食。

2、 用户吸烟时产生的作用力被分散到各个出烟缝隙上, 而且各出烟缝隙 的面积较小, 能够有效减小用户吸烟时在烟雾通道内产生的气流的流速, 因此 能够有效减小烟雾通道内冷凝的烟液所受到的作用力,从而不仅使部分冷凝的 烟液直接附着在烟雾通道内壁上以避免其排出,而且烟雾从所述出烟缝隙上排 出时通过所述出烟缝隙可进一步对大颗粒的烟雾进行滤除,进而降低用户吸食 到冷凝的烟液或大颗粒烟雾的概率, 提高电子烟的用户体验;
3、 由于所述烟缝隙分别从所述吸嘴盖的端面的中心向所述吸嘴盖的端面 的周缘延伸, 因而吸嘴盖的中心到周缘都有烟雾排出, 烟雾较分散, 且烟雾排 出时较緩和, 使其和烟草制成的香烟排出的烟雾相似, 吸烟时感觉较为舒适, 避免了现有技术中激流的烟雾冲击吸烟者口腔的情况, 进一步提高了用户体 验。

本实施例中, 由于电子烟的吸嘴盖的端面上设置有至少一个活动弹片, 所 述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域相互拼接,这大大减少了在电子烟未被用户 使用时进入电子烟内的空气, 进而大大降低了电子烟内烟油被氧化的程度,保 证了烟液的质量; 而在当所述端面受到第一方向的气流的作用力时, 所述活动 弹片朝所述第一方向弯曲,使得所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域之间产生 与所述烟雾通道连通的出烟缝隙, 以保证用户吸烟时电子烟正常工作。
此外, 用户吸烟时产生的作用力被分散到各个出烟缝隙上, 而且各出烟缝 隙的面积较小, 能够有效减小用户吸烟时在烟雾通道内产生的气流的流速, 因 此能够有效减小烟雾通道内冷凝的烟液所受到的作用力,从而不仅使部分冷凝 的烟液直接附着在烟雾通道内壁上以避免其排出,而且烟雾从所述出烟缝隙上 排出时通过所述出烟缝隙可进一步对大颗粒的烟雾进行滤除,进而降低用户吸 食到冷凝的烟液或大颗粒烟雾的概率, 提高电子烟的用户体验。
实际运用中, 吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片的形状有多种。 下面结合图 2 和图 3对各活动弹片的其中一种形状进行解释。如图 2和图 3所示,端面 1011 上的各活动弹片 201 均呈大小一致的扇形状, 并一起拼接成呈圓形的端面 1011 , 其中每一个扇形的顶点均位于端面 1011的圓心处。 当然, 实际运用中, 各活动弹片 201的大小也可以不一致, 在此不作限制。每个活动弹片 201的顶 点均为该活动弹片 201的第二端 2012, 各活动弹片 201的第二端 2012均位于 端面 1011的中心处, 各活动弹片 201的第一端 2011均位于以端面 1011的中 心为圓心的一个圓上。

请参阅图 4, 图 4为本实用新型的电子烟的吸嘴盖的另一个实施例的结构 示意图。在图 2所示吸嘴盖中,每个活动弹片 201的相交于顶点的两条边缘均 为直线, 本实施例中, 与图 2所示吸嘴盖不同的是, 端面 1011上的每个活动 弹片 201的相交于顶点的两条边缘呈弧线状。
本实施例中, 端面 1011由八个活动弹片 201拼接组合而成, 其中每个活 动弹片 201的顶点为该活动弹片 201的第二端 2012,位于端面 1011的中心处; 每个活动弹片 201的第一端位于以端面 1011的中心为圓心的一个圓上。 各活 动弹片分别与端面的其他区域的拼接处,也即各活动弹片上连接第一端和第二 端 2012的边缘, 从端面的中心延伸至端面的边缘, 且呈弧线状。 端面的中心延伸至所述端面的边缘呈弧线状,也即在用户吸烟时活动弹片与端 面的其他区域之间产生的出烟缝隙呈弧线状。由于烟雾通道沿着雾化组件的轴 心延伸设置, 而吸嘴盖的端面的中心位于雾化组件的轴心线上,在有未雾化的 烟油随着气流飞向吸嘴盖的情况下,该烟油一般会粘附在吸嘴盖的端面的中心 处, 而且可能会在气流的作用力沿着出烟缝隙移动; 本实施例中, 由于各出烟 缝隙呈弧线状,而烟油在惯性的作用下会从吸嘴盖的端面的中心呈直线往吸嘴 盖的端面的周缘移动, 因此烟油在移动的过程中会逐渐偏离出烟缝隙, 进而避 免该烟油穿过出烟缝隙到达用户口中。
请参阅图 5, 图 5为本实用新型的电子烟的吸嘴盖的另一个实施例的结构 示意图。 与图 2和图 3所示吸嘴盖不同的是, 本实施例中, 在图 2或者图 4 所示吸嘴盖的基础上, 端面 1011面向所述雾化组件 103的一侧还设置有盖罩 501。所述盖罩 501的边缘固定在所述吸嘴盖的侧面内壁上,以覆盖端面 1011, 且所述盖罩 501与所述端面 1011之间设有预置距离,以保证端面 1011上的各 活动弹片能够活动。
盖罩 501上除对应所述端面 1011的中心区域的其他区域上设置有至少一 个通孔 502, 以连通所述出烟缝隙和所述烟雾通道。
在上面各实施例中,吸嘴盖上的各活动弹片的第二端均位于吸嘴盖的端面 上的中心区域。 在用户吸烟时经雾化芯 1022雾化的烟液随着气流经烟雾通道 1023输送至吸嘴盖 101, 并经过出烟缝隙 301到达用户口中。 实际运用中, 有 部分烟雾会在烟雾通道 1023内冷凝, 并粘附在烟雾通道 1023的内壁上。在用 户吸烟而产生的气流较大时, 烟雾通道 1023内冷凝的烟液在该气流的作用力 下沿着烟雾通道 1023直线飞向吸嘴盖 101的中心区域, 并通过中心区域上的 出烟缝隙进入用户口中, 造成用户吸食到未经雾化的烟液。
本实施例中, 通过盖罩的设置, 而且盖罩上的通孔避开端面 1011的中心 区域, 能够遮挡住飞向端面 1011的未经雾化的烟油, 进而避免该烟油穿过出 烟缝隙到达用户口中。 当然, 实际运用中, 不管吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片 的结果如何,都可以在吸嘴盖的端面面向雾化组件的一侧上设置有本实施例中 所描述的盖罩。
盖罩 501可以有多种结构。 请参阅图 5和图 6, 图 6为图 5所示吸嘴盖的 过盖罩的通孔的剖面结构示意图。 优选的, 盖罩 501呈帽状结构, 所述帽状结 构由第一部分 503和第二部分 504组成, 其中所述第一部分 503呈圓台状。该 圓台包括相对的顶面 5031和底面 5032, 其中底面 5032的面积大于顶面 5031 的面积。 所述第二部分 504呈圓环状,且该圓环 504的内圓环绕所述第一部分 503的底面 5032的边缘。
盖罩 501的第一部分 503的侧面上和第二部分 504上设置有通孔 502。 当 然, 实际运用中, 该通孔 502也可以只设置在第一部分 503的侧面上或者只设 置在第二部分 504上, 在此不作限制。 其中, 盖罩 501上的通孔 502的数量可 以和端面上的出烟缝隙 301的数量一致, 或者也可以是其他数量。 优选的, 盖 罩 501上的各通孔 502和端面上的各出烟缝隙 301数量和位置均——对应。这 样, 可以让用户吸烟时产生的气流的阻力更小, 能够让用户吸食到较大的烟雾 量。 当然, 上述描述仅为举例说明, 并不作限制限制。
本实施例中, 由于盖罩呈帽状结构, 这样, 未经雾化的烟油并不会到达出 烟缝隙, 而是打在帽状结构的上底面上, 无法进入出烟缝隙, 进而防止了用户 吸食到未经雾化的烟油; 而且, 即使有部分烟油粘附在帽状结构的侧面上, 由 于帽状结构的上底面朝向雾化组件,且上底面小于下底面, 因此帽状结构的侧 面能够有利于烟油在重力的作用下滴回烟雾通道内,避免了烟油粘附在圓台的 侧面上时在气流的作用力下进入圓台侧面上的通孔。
当然, 实际运用中, 盖罩 501的第一部分 503也可以不是呈圓台状, 而是 呈圓锥状, 在此不作限制。
当然, 实际运用中,还可以通过其他结构设计来防止用户吸食到未经雾化 的烟液。 例如, 端面 1011上的活动弹片与该端面 1011的其他区域的拼接处偏 离所述雾化组件 102的轴心, 且与所述烟雾通道 1023的排烟口相互错开。 下 面结合图 5所示实施例来具体解释。 请参阅图 7, 图 7为本实用新型的电子烟 的吸嘴盖的另一个实施例的结构示意图。
与上面实施例不同的是, 本实施例中, 端面 1011上设置有至少两个活动 弹片 201。具体的,本实施例中,端面 1011上设置有八个活动弹片 201。 当然, 上述对活动弹片的数量仅为举例描述, 并不作限制。
端面 1011上的各活动弹片 201的第二端 2012分别与所述端面 1011的其 他区域的拼接处位于以所述端面 1011的中心为圓心的一个圓上, 称该圓为第 一圓。
具体的, 本实施例中,各活动弹片 201均呈扇形,且每个扇形的顶点 2011 位于以端面 1011的中心为圓心的一个圓上, 称该圓为第二圓。 该第二圓的半 径小于第一圓的半径。 当然, 实际运用中, 各扇形的顶点也可以不位于同一个 圓上, 在此不作限制。
各活动弹片 201所呈扇形的顶点为该活动弹片 201的第一端 2011, 各活 动弹片 201所呈扇形的弧为该活动弹片 201的第二端 2012。
本实施例中, 通过将活动弹片 201的第二端 2012设置在远离端面的中心 区域的位置上, 能够防止未经雾化的烟油从雾化通道打到第二端 2012和端面 的其他区域所产生的出烟缝隙上, 进而避免用户吸食到未经雾化的烟油。 实际运用中, 活动弹片 201也可以不是呈扇形状, 而是呈其他形状, 在此 不作限制。
优选的,在本实用新型中, 吸嘴盖上的各活动弹片的厚度从第一端到第二 端递减。 由于第一端为各活动弹片与吸嘴盖的端面相互固定连接的一端, 而第 二端为活动的一端, 釆用这样的结构方式能够有助于活动弹片的转动,且能够 保证活动弹片和吸嘴盖端面的牢固连接。
本实用新型中, 电子烟本体内的雾化组件 102有多种结构实现方式。 下面 结合图 1对该电子烟的雾化组件的一种具体结构进行详细说明。 请参阅图 1, 雾化组件 102还包括雾化套 1024。 所述雾化套 1024 内设有呈筒状的支撑架 1025。 具体的, 该支撑架 1025为玻纤管。 当然, 实际运用中, 该支撑架 1025 也可以是其他材料, 在此不作限制。
所述储油空间 1021环绕在所述支撑架 1025的外侧壁上,所述支撑架 1025 的侧壁上还开有支撑孔 1027,所述支撑孔 1027的走向垂直于所述支撑架 1025 的走向。所述雾化芯 1022穿过所述支撑孔 1027并固定在所述支撑架 1025内, 所述雾化芯 1022的两端还插入所述储油空间 1021内,用于雾化所述储油空间 1021 内的烟液。 所述烟雾通道 1023沿着支撑架 1025的中心空处从所述雾化 芯 1022延伸至所述吸嘴盖 101。
优选的, 在所述支撑架 1025朝向所述吸嘴盖 101的一端还设置有环形的 密封圈 1026, 用于将所述储油空间 1021密封在所述支撑架 1025和所述雾化 套 1024之间。 所述支撑架 1025内的烟雾通道通过所述密封圈 1026中心的通 孔与所述吸嘴盖 101连通, 使得经雾化的烟液能穿过密封圈 1026中心的通孔 到达吸嘴盖 101内。本实施例中,通过密封圈的设置,可以避免储油空间 1021 内的烟液流向吸嘴盖 101。
由于部分冷凝的烟液在气流的作用下飞向吸嘴盖 101而粘附在吸嘴盖 101 的内壁上。 在重力的作用下, 这些烟液会慢慢流向雾化组件并积攒在密封圈 1026面向吸嘴盖 101的一面上。 因此, 优选的, 密封圈 1026的内侧面呈漏斗 的内侧面状, 且所述密封圈 1026朝向所述吸嘴盖 101—侧的开口面积大于朝 向所述雾化组件一侧的开口面积, 这样, 积攒在密封圈 1026面向吸嘴盖 101 的一面上的烟液会沿着密封圈 1026的内侧面逐渐流向密封圈 1026的中心,并 经过密封圈 1026的中心的通孔流回雾化组件 102内的烟雾通道 1023内,避免 被用户吸人口中。
当然, 实际运用中, 雾化组件也可以釆用其他结构方式, 在此不作限制。 本实用新型中, 电子烟本体内的电池组件 103有多种结构实现方式。 下面 结合图 1对该电子烟的电池组件的一种具体结构进行详细说明。 请参阅图 1, 该电池组件 103包括:
电池套 1031;
容置在所述电池套 1031内部的电池 1032;
用于生成触发信号的感应模块 1033;
与所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器(图未示)。
如图 1所示, 在本实施例中, 该感应模块优选釆用气流感应开关。 用户通 过吸嘴盖 101吸烟时, 该电子烟内部的压强减小, 该气流感应开关 1033检测 到压强减小的情况后生成触发信号。
所述微控制器检测到该触发信号后控制电池组件 103的电池 1032为电子 烟供电, 以使电子烟的雾化芯 1022雾化烟油以形成供用户吸食的烟雾。
当然, 该感应模块设置的方式不仅仅局限于图 1所示的设置方式, 例如还 可在该电子烟的表面设置有操作按键, 若用户希望吸食烟雾, 则按压该操作按 键, 该操作按键根据用户的操作生成所述触发信号, 所述微控制器检测到该触 发信号后控制电池组件 103的电池 1032为电子烟供电, 以使电子烟的雾化芯 1022雾化烟油以形成供用户吸食的烟雾。
请参阅图 8, 本实用新型还公开了一种雾化器, 其用于与电池组件组合形 成电子, 所述雾化器包括雾化器本体 200;
所述雾化器本体 200依次设置有吸嘴盖 300、用于雾化烟液的雾化组件 400 以及用于与所述电池组件连接的连接头 500,所述吸嘴盖 300及所述连接头 500 分别插设于所述雾化组件 400的两端上,所述雾化组件 400内设置有烟雾通道。 其中, 本实施例所述的雾化器中, 所述吸嘴盖 300及雾化组件 400与上述所述 的吸嘴盖 300及雾化组件 400结构相同, 因而也具有相同的技术效果,在此不 再赘述。此外, 所述连接头 500可以设置为具有外螺纹或内螺纹等结构的连接 头, 只要能够实现与电池组件连接即可, 其具体结构在此不作限定。 本说明书中各个实施例釆用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是 与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本 实用新型。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易 见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本实用新型的精神或范围的情况 下, 在其它实施例中实现。 因此, 本实用新型将不会被限制于本文所示的这些 实施例, 而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子烟本体;
所述电子烟本体上依次设置有吸嘴盖、用于雾化烟液的雾化组件以及用于 给所述雾化组件供电的电池组件, 所述吸嘴盖盖设于所述雾化组件的一端上, 所述雾化组件内设置有烟雾通道;
所述吸嘴盖的端面上设置有至少一个活动弹片,所述活动弹片包括相对的 第一端和第二端,其中所述第一端为所述活动弹片的与所述端面的连接固定的 一端; 所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域相互拼接;
当所述端面受到朝向第一方向的气流的压力时,所述活动弹片的第二端朝 所述第一方向弯曲,使得所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域的拼接处产生与 所述烟雾通道连通的出烟缝隙,其中所述第一方向为从所述端面面向所述雾化 组件的一侧指向所述端面背向所述雾化组件的一侧的方向。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片均呈扇形状,且所述每个活动弹片的顶 点位于所述端面的中心处,其中所述每个活动弹片的顶点为所述活动弹片的第 二端;
或者,
所述吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片的第二端均位于所述端面的中心处,且 至所述端面的边缘, 所述各拼接处均呈弧线状。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述吸嘴盖的端面面向所述雾化组件的一侧还设置有盖罩,所述盖罩的边 缘固定在所述吸嘴盖的侧面内壁上, 且所述盖罩与所述端面之间设有预置距 离;
所述盖罩上除对应所述端面的中心区域外的其他区域上设置有至少一个 通孔, 以连通所述出烟缝隙和所述烟雾通道。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述盖罩呈帽状结构, 所述帽状结构由第一部分和第二部分组成,其中所述第一部分呈圓台状或者呈 圓锥状, 所述第二部分呈圓环状, 且该圓环的内圓环绕所述第一部分的底面边
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件内设置有用于存储烟液的储油空间和用于雾化所述烟液并 电连接至所述电池组件的雾化芯;
所述烟雾通道沿所述雾化组件的轴心延伸设置;
所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域的拼接处偏离所述雾化组件的轴心, 且与所述烟雾通道的排烟口相互错开。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖的端面上设 置有至少两个活动弹片,所述两个活动弹片的第二端分别与所述端面的其他区 域的拼接处位于以所述端面的中心为圓心的一个圓上。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括: 雾化套;
所述雾化套内设有呈筒状的支撑架,所述储油空间环绕在所述支撑架的侧 壁上, 所述支撑架的侧面上还开有支撑孔, 所述支撑孔的走向垂直于所述支撑 架的走向;
所述雾化芯穿过所述支撑孔并固定在所述支撑架内,所述雾化芯的两端还 插入所述储油空间内, 用于雾化所述储油空间内的烟液;
所述烟雾通道沿着支撑架的中心空处从所述雾化芯延伸至所述吸嘴盖。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 在所述支撑架朝向所述 吸嘴盖的一端还设置有环形的密封圈,用于将所述储油空间密封在所述支撑架 和所述雾化套之间;
所述支撑架内的烟雾通道通过所述密封圈中的通孔与所述吸嘴盖连通。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述密封圈的内侧面呈 漏斗的内侧面状,且所述密封圈朝向所述吸嘴盖一侧的开口面积大于朝向所述 雾化组件一侧的开口面积。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于,
所述活动弹片的厚度从所述第一端到第二端递减。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖的与所述雾 化组件相接的侧壁上设置有弹性层。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电池组件包括: 电池套;
容置在所述电池套内部的电池;
用于生成触发信号的感应模块;
与所述感应模块电连接设置有微控制器。
13、 一种雾化器, 用于与电池组件组合形成电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括: 雾化器本体;
所述雾化器本体依次设置有吸嘴盖、用于雾化烟液的雾化组件以及用于与 所述电池组件连接的连接头,所述吸嘴盖及所述连接头分别插设于所述雾化组 件的两端上, 所述雾化组件内设置有烟雾通道;
所述吸嘴盖的端面上设置有至少一个活动弹片,所述活动弹片包括相对的 第一端和第二端,其中所述第一端为所述活动弹片的与所述端面的连接固定的 一端; 所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域相互拼接;
当所述端面受到朝向第一方向的气流的压力时,所述活动弹片的第二端朝 所述第一方向弯曲,使得所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域的拼接处产生与 所述烟雾通道连通的出烟缝隙,其中所述第一方向为从所述端面面向所述雾化 组件的一侧指向所述端面背向所述雾化组件的一侧的方向。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片均呈扇形状,且所述每个活动弹片的顶 点位于所述端面的中心处,其中所述每个活动弹片的顶点为所述活动弹片的第 二端;
或者,
所述吸嘴盖的端面上的各活动弹片的第二端均位于所述端面的中心处,且 至所述端面的边缘, 所述各拼接处均呈弧线状。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述吸嘴盖的端面面向所述雾化组件的一侧还设置有盖罩,所述盖罩的边 缘固定在所述吸嘴盖的侧面内壁上, 且所述盖罩与所述端面之间设有预置距 离;
所述盖罩上除对应所述端面的中心区域外的其他区域上设置有至少一个 通孔, 以连通所述出烟缝隙和所述烟雾通道。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述盖罩呈帽状结构, 所述帽状结构由第一部分和第二部分组成,其中所述第一部分呈圓台状或者呈 圓锥状, 所述第二部分呈圓环状, 且该圓环的内圓环绕所述第一部分的底面边
17、 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述雾化组件内设置有用于存储烟液的储油空间和用于雾化所述烟液并 电连接至所述电池组件的雾化芯;
所述烟雾通道沿所述雾化组件的轴心延伸设置;
所述活动弹片与所述端面的其他区域的拼接处偏离所述雾化组件的轴心, 且与所述烟雾通道的排烟口相互错开。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴盖的端面上 设置有至少两个活动弹片,所述两个活动弹片的第二端分别与所述端面的其他 区域的拼接处位于以所述端面的中心为圓心的一个圓上。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述雾化组件还包括: 雾化套;
所述雾化套内设有呈筒状的支撑架,所述储油空间环绕在所述支撑架的侧 壁上, 所述支撑架的侧面上还开有支撑孔, 所述支撑孔的走向垂直于所述支撑 架的走向;
所述雾化芯穿过所述支撑孔并固定在所述支撑架内,所述雾化芯的两端还 插入所述储油空间内, 用于雾化所述储油空间内的烟液;
所述烟雾通道沿着支撑架的中心空处从所述雾化芯延伸至所述吸嘴盖。
20、 根据权利要求 13所述的雾化器, 其特征在于,
所述活动弹片的厚度从所述第一端到第二端递减。
