Abstract

Description

电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置 技术领域
本申请涉及香烟替代品,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置。
背景技术
电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器,它有着与香烟一样的外观、与香烟近似的味道,主要是用于在不影响健康的前提下模拟吸烟感觉,以供戒烟或替代香烟使用。众所周知,吸烟有害健康,然而全世界目前仍有10亿人吸烟,而且每年这个数字还在扩大。吸烟每年造成490万人死亡,尽管吸烟可导致严重的呼吸系统疾病和癌症,但是让吸烟者完全戒烟是极其困难的事。香烟的有效成分是烟碱(即尼古丁),吸烟时烟碱和香烟燃烧产生的大量焦油雾滴进入肺泡后被迅速吸收,使用电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置可以有效减少烟焦油成分,(烟焦油含量接近为0)。使用者在满足烟碱(尼古丁)的依赖时,最大的减少吸烟过程中烟焦油对人体产生的危害。再者,电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置烟油(烟液)对烟碱成分也十分方便的经行控制,目前市面上就有烟碱不同含量的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置烟油,也可以没有烟碱(尼古丁),也就是说烟碱含量为0,所以,电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置一定会有十分广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本申请提供一种改进的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置。
根据本申请的第一方面,本申请提供一种电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其包括烟嘴、设置在烟雾流动方向上的烟雾通道、以及分布在所述烟雾通道上的过烟孔;烟雾依次经过每个所述过烟孔后再从所述烟嘴的尾部被吸出;所述烟嘴或所述烟雾通道内可拆卸地设置有用于分离烟气和烟液的阻油装置。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述阻油装置包括用于吸附烟液的阻液壁,以及设置在所述阻液壁两侧、用于流通烟气穿孔。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述阻油装置上还设置有用于吸附烟油并通烟气的吸附材料;所述吸附材料包括海绵、活性碳、无纺布、气泡石和麦饭石中的任意一种或多种的组合。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,还包括烟弹压盖和可拆卸地安装在所述烟弹压盖内的烟弹,所述烟弹压盖的尾部与所述烟嘴的首部相连通,所述烟弹压盖的尾部上设置有多个用于防止大滴烟液进入烟嘴的阻液孔。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,还包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件的尾部与所述烟弹压盖的首部相连通;所述雾化组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化管顶座、第一雾化管、第二雾化管和雾化管底座。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述雾化管顶座的首部设置有第一密封圈。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述第一雾化管的尾部和首部分布设置有第二密封圈和第三密封圈。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述雾化管底座上还设置有调气环,所述调气环的上方还设置有雾化螺纹和电极。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,还包括雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件的尾部与所述雾化组件的首部相连接;所述雾化芯组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化芯管、雾化芯底盖和雾化电极。
本实用新型的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置中,所述雾化芯底盖与所述雾化电极之间设置有雾化芯绝缘圈。
本申请的有益效果是:经过烟嘴吸入口腔的烟雾会先经过阻油装置,阻油装置的阻液壁及其两侧的穿孔会形成一折弯通道,当烟雾通过该折弯通道时,烟雾中的烟气能够顺利地流通,而烟油(烟液)会吸附在阻油装置上,从而实现烟气和烟液的直接分离,避免了直接有残留烟液吸入口腔的情况出现。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
图1至图4示出了本实用新型中的一种电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,该电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置包括烟嘴1和安装在该烟嘴1内的阻油装置2;该阻油装置2包括设置在烟雾流动方向上的阻液壁21、以及分布在该阻液壁21两侧的穿孔22;烟雾依次经过每个该穿孔22后再从该烟嘴1的尾部被吸出。
进一步地,穿孔22的开孔方向与烟雾流动方向的相对位置具有多样性,优选的,参阅图2和图3,本实施例中的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置的每个该穿孔22的开孔方向与烟雾流动方向互相垂直。
更进一步地,每个该穿孔22的外侧还设置有安装壁23,两个该安装壁23的凸出方向与该阻液壁21的凸出方向相反。
另外,上述阻油装置的结构和材料具有多种组合和变形,如图5所示,阻油装置的内部可设置有用于吸附烟油并通烟气的吸附材料,该吸附材料包括海绵、无纺布、活性碳、气泡石和麦饭石中的任意一种或多种的组合。且吸附材料外侧的结构具有多样性,根据不同的型号的产品的需要可进行相应的设计。
如图1所示,上述电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置还包括烟弹4压盖和可拆卸地安装在该烟弹4压盖内的烟弹4,该烟弹4压盖的尾部与该烟嘴1的首部相连通。参阅图4,该烟弹4压盖的尾部上设置有多个用于防止大滴烟液进入烟嘴1的阻液孔。
如图1所示,上述电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置还包括雾化组件,该雾化组件的尾部与该烟弹4压盖的首部相连通;该雾化组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化管顶座5、第一雾化管8、第二雾化管10和雾化管底座11。
进一步地,该雾化管顶座5的首部设置有第一密封圈6。
更进一步地,该第一雾化管8的尾部和首部分布设置有第二密封圈7和第三密封圈9。
如图1所示,上述雾化管底座11上还设置有调气环12,该调气环12的上方还设置有雾化螺纹13和电极14。
如图1所示,上述电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置还包括雾化芯组件,该雾化芯组件的尾部与该雾化组件的首部相连接;该雾化芯组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化芯管15、雾化芯底盖16和雾化电极18电极14。
进一步地,该雾化芯底盖16与该雾化电极18电极14之间设置有雾化芯绝缘圈17。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,包括烟嘴、设置在烟雾流动方向上的烟雾通道、以及分布在所述烟雾通道上的过烟孔;烟雾依次经过每个所述过烟孔后再从所述烟嘴的尾部被吸出;所述烟嘴或所述烟雾通道内可拆卸地设置有用于分离烟气和烟液的阻油装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述阻油装置包括用于吸附烟液的阻液壁,以及设置在所述阻液壁两侧、用于流通烟气穿孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述阻油装置上还设置有用于吸附烟油并通烟气的吸附材料;所述吸附材料包括海绵、活性碳、无纺布、气泡石和麦饭石中的任意一种或多种的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,还包括烟弹压盖和可拆卸地安装在所述烟弹压盖内的烟弹,所述烟弹压盖的尾部与所述烟嘴的首部相连通,所述烟弹压盖的尾部上设置有多个用于防止大滴烟液进入烟嘴的阻液孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,还包括雾化组件,所述雾化组件的尾部与所述烟弹压盖的首部相连通;所述雾化组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化管顶座、第一雾化管、第二雾化管和雾化管底座。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述雾化管顶座的首部设置有第一密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述第一雾化管的尾部和首部分布设置有第二密封圈和第三密封圈。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述雾化管底座上还设置有调气环,所述调气环的上方还设置有雾化螺纹和电极。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,还包括雾化芯组件,所述雾化芯组件的尾部与所述雾化组件的首部相连接;所述雾化芯组件包括依次首尾相连的雾化芯管、雾化芯底盖和雾化电极。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟雾化器及其阻油装置,其特征在于,所述雾化芯底盖与所述雾化电极之间设置有雾化芯绝缘圈。
