This way, the atmosphere inside the machine can be used over and over without being discharged. As a result, the efficiency is increased substantially. Moreover, by this way the atmosphere in the machine is preserved preeminently homogenous and the quality of the work conducted is increased.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de vaporisage, de chauffage et de séchage (10) qui comprend tous les éléments utilisés dans des zones dans lesquelles les produits nécessitent une atmosphère de vapeur, de l'air chaud et un processus de séchage, et qui comprend un corps principal (11) logeant et préservant tous les éléments et une chambre de traitement (13) située à l'intérieur dudit corps principal (11) et dans lequel les produits (60) sont traités, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comprend en outre une source de chaleur (24) fournissant de la chaleur et une cellule de transfert de chaleur (25) dans laquelle ladite source de chaleur (24) est située et qui peut être remplie d'eau afin de générer de la vapeur lorsque cela est nécessaire; un canal de circulation (26) qui fournit une circulation d'air dans ladite chambre de traitement (13); un ventilateur de circulation (32) qui fournit un courant d'air vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur dudit canal de circulation (26); et un moteur de circulation (33) qui fournit un mouvement audit ventilateur de circulation (32).
