  • the main valve arrangement is arranged about the movable plunger 9 and includes a rubber bush 22, a main valve spring 23 and a retainer 24.
  • the main valve spring 23 is mounted around the movable plunger 9 and its one end biasingly abutted to the retainer 24.
  • the main valve spring 23 helps in building the system pressure and once the system pressure exceeds a pre-determined limit the valve spring 23 gets compressed thereby opening the main valve to vent the system pressure. Thereafter, once the system pressure drops the valve spring 23 retains to its original position.

  • the height of the gradient of the ramp 5 is determined so as ensure the complete elimination of the residual positive pressure prevailing inside the reservoir prior to the removal of the cap.
  • the gradient is suitably implemented so that the removal of the cap is gradual and at the same time valve arrangement is gradually and currently opened to release the pressure from the reservoir. Abstract

La présente invention concerne un capuchon d'étanchéité à libération de pression pour un réservoir comprenant une plate-forme rotative ayant une rampe raccordée à une enceinte tournante. Un piston mobile est raccordé à un élément de libération de pression mobile ayant un goujon de guidage et un moyen formant soupape. Le goujon de guidage est disposé sur ladite rampe entre lesdites première et seconde parties de référence tandis que ledit capuchon d'étanchéité est installé sur ledit réservoir et que le goujon de guidage est disposé de sorte à tourner sur la rampe lors de la rotation de l'enceinte pour soulever le moyen formant soupape, pour libérer l'excès de pression tout en retirant en même temps le capuchon d'étanchéité du réservoir. L'élément de libération de pression est actionné indirectement pour libérer l'excès de pression du réservoir de manière graduelle et régulée.
