目前,在粮食储备行业的仓储害虫防治工作中,主要依靠人工或机械设备投施磷化铝片剂、粉剂,或其它低毒类粮食防护剂的化学防治方法。主要存在问题有:
1、日趋严重的害虫抗药性问题。长期使用磷化铝等为代表的化学熏蒸剂,致使常见储粮害虫,如锈赤扁谷盗等品系的抗药性增加了近百倍,储粮害虫难杀易反复,给粮食仓储行业有效的防控储粮害虫带来了难题,在目前行业内尚未发现有比磷化铝熏蒸剂更适用的熏蒸剂型前,急需寻找一种替代方法来保护和延长该熏蒸剂的使用期限。
2、熏蒸操作作业的安全性问题。近年来,在粮食仓储行业关于在熏蒸操作作业中出现人身安全的事故屡有发生。如中储粮江苏金湖粮库在2011年发生磷化氢中毒死亡4人事件等。行业内急需寻找一种对人安全、便捷,对害虫又有高效测报和防治的新方法,减轻仓储管理人员的查虫、防虫、治虫工作量,减少工作人员接触有毒有害气体的机会,增加粮食仓储管理的人员的职业安全性。

综上所述,粮食仓储(储备)行业在害虫治理方面,急需发展一种物理生态式的绿色储粮技术,来替代和解决粮食仓储管理过程中的虫害治理问题及有毒有危作业中存在的诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术一般诱捕器功能单一,适用范围小,结构不合理的问题,提供了一种诱捕功能多、光谱范围广、调节灵活的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器。
本发明还提供了一种操作方便,诱捕率高的储粮害虫诱捕器使用方法。

作为一种优选方案,所述诱捕室包括上盘面和下盘面,上盘面和下盘面之间通过若干接条相连接,所述上盘面边沿下垂,下盘面边沿上翘,形成一开口缝隙小,内腔大的飞碟状结构,诱捕室下部开有与风扇连通的风口,风口大小与风扇口径大小相同。诱捕室设计成这种形状使得灯光被包在里面,同时也使得飞虫容易集中性飞入后,难以逃出。将风口形状大小与风扇口径大小一样,使得没有边沿,防止了飞虫停落,提高了除虫效果。
作为一种优选方案,在诱捕室内诱捕灯上部设置有反光板,所述环形灯管至少设置有四个,环形灯管由上至下同心排列,且环形灯管由上至下直径逐渐减小,在环形灯管上套有若干抱箍,抱箍上端连接在灯罩底部上。环形灯管通过抱箍固定在灯罩上,抱箍具有多个,抱箍套在环形灯管上上端固定连接在灯罩上,这样将环形灯管拖住,环形灯管层层叠放设置,呈圆塔状结构,这使得每个环形灯管互不遮挡。所述环形灯管的光谱范围为320nm—680nm。初步筛选出四组光谱,后期经过实验将筛选出更多的有限诱虫光谱,或经技术改造后,生产出同灯管可变光谱灯管。增加光谱的引诱储量害虫种类。
作为一种优选方案,所述导光球安装在环形灯管中心,导光球为白色,在导光球上部和下部上设置有若干通风孔,在导光球中部设置有放置孔,在放置孔内插入设置有引诱储粮害虫的引诱物,引诱物主要包括食物性气味和性信息素棒。在导光球上增加引诱物,导光球上下部的通风孔在风扇动力的作用下,将引诱物气味从通风孔散发出去。除了光诱还用食物气味和性信息素吸引储粮害虫,使得储粮害虫更能从粮堆中爬出来,飞到导光球附近的负压区,增加了诱捕成功率。
作为一种优选方案,所述接虫袋内还设置有黑色的布袋,所述布袋呈漏斗状,上部开口大,下部开口小,布袋上部开口连接在诱捕室下端带螺纹状的接口上。增加黑色的布袋,布袋漏斗状,飞虫不易逃逸,黑色的布袋防止 了透光,而且布袋在风扇的作用力下会有晃动,使诱捕到的害虫快速掉入接虫袋中,增加了捕虫效果,使其只进不出不能逃逸。接虫袋网格数要求80目以上。
作为一种优选方案,引诱底盘包括盘体,所述盘体中间设置陷阱槽,围绕陷阱槽为向外倾斜的环形外壁,在环形外壁上端沿开口均匀间隔设置有若干支撑块,在盘体上设置有盖体,所述盖体底部上设置有一圈圆槽,盖体盖置在盘体上后,支撑块上端嵌入在圆槽内,支撑块之间形成窗口,在盖体边缘上还设置有倾斜向下延伸与盖体环形外壁相对应的帽沿,帽沿与环形外壁之间形成通道,所述陷阱槽的侧壁与底面之间夹角小于等于90度,环形外壁为磨砂面,陷阱槽侧板为光滑面,在陷阱槽内设置有引诱物,该盖体盖在盘体上后,帽沿与环形外壁之间形成有供害虫上爬的倾斜的缝隙,支撑块之间形成供爬入的窗口。支撑块安装时上端插入在圆槽内,起到限位和固定作用。该盖体和盘体可以方便拆开。环形外壁为磨砂面,便于害虫上爬,而陷阱槽侧壁为光滑面,防止害虫爬出。
作为一种优选方案,所述引诱盘的侧壁为倾斜状,在引诱盘中间凸起形成有放置引诱物的平台,在平台上设置有若干放置槽,引诱物分别设置在圆槽内,所述引诱盘有透明塑料体制成。引诱盘侧壁设计成倾斜状,使得引诱盘能够安放在盘体的通孔内。引诱盘侧壁与中间平台之间形成了环形的收集害虫的槽体。
作为一种优选方案,所述升降机构包括垂直设置在底盘上的支撑杆支撑杆顶端横向连接有支杆,在支杆与支撑杆连接端以及支杆的前端分别设置有滚轮,在支撑杆底部上设置有电机,在电机转轴上缠绕有绳索,绳轮另一端向上绕过两个滚轮后向下连接在灯罩的顶部上。该升降机构通过控制电机,电机转动带动绳索缠绕或松开,使得连接在绳索另一端上的诱捕器主体上下移动。
作为一种优选方案,所述在支撑杆下端与底盘之间还连接有若干护杆。设置护杆防止了支撑杆晃动。
作为一种优选方案,整个诱捕器采用黑色,防止其它颜色在灯光照射下,发生反光或透光而降低诱捕率。
作为一种优选方案,在诱捕器上还设置有太阳能充电系统,太阳能充电系统包括光伏板、控制器、逆变器和蓄电池,光伏板安装在升降机构支撑杆上端上,光伏板与控制器连接,控制器分别与蓄电池和逆变器相连,蓄电池为诱捕器上的诱捕灯供电;在底盘内还安装有控制诱捕器工作的处理器,处 理器与环形灯管、导光球内的LED灯、风扇连接,在处理器上连接有无线收发端,通过网络与电脑、手机等遥控终端连接。光伏板通过电线可灵活安装在仓外向阳面,或在室外诱捕时安装在升降机构支撑杆上端上。
作为一种优选方案,在诱捕室上盘面,安装有可设置诱捕器工作启闭时间、光谱灯管自主选择、导光球LED灯控制开关、灯管或导光球内LED灯闪频频率的控制开关。
一种储粮害虫诱捕器使用方法,采用权利要求1-9任一项中描述的诱捕器,包括以下步骤:
A.将诱捕器放入在储粮仓内,诱捕器设置1~5个,设置在储粮仓四角或正中央;可根据虫害密度情况自由选择摆设位置和设置诱捕器个数;
B.调整升降机构,使得诱捕器主体离粮面高度为1m~1.5m;
C.保持储粮仓内黑暗环境,在测报储粮害虫密度时,诱捕器在17点~24或凌晨4点~8点自动开启,在降低粮堆害虫密度治理时,诱捕器全天候开启。
因此,本发明的优点是:1.功能丰富,适用范围广,采用不同光谱灯管,中间的导光球内设置多种颜色的LED灯和诱捕害虫的性信息素棒,可以根据要求需要对不同的虫子进行引诱。2.增加底盘等引诱装置,扩展引诱方式,诱捕效果更好。3.结构合理,可以灵活调节诱捕器主体高度和控制启闭时间及闪频频率。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:
本实施一种储粮害虫诱捕器,如图1所示,包括主体,主体包括诱捕室1,诱捕室包括上盘面3和下盘面6,上盘面和下盘面之间通过若干接条18相连接,上盘面边沿下垂,下盘面边沿上翘,形成一开口缝隙小,内腔大的飞碟状结构,在诱捕室内上部安装有诱捕灯4,在诱捕室内诱捕灯上部设置有反光板,诱捕室内下部开口上安装有风扇5,诱捕室下部开口与风扇连通的风口大小与风扇口径大小相同。在诱捕室下部连接有接虫袋7,接虫袋内还设置有黑色的布袋19,布袋呈漏斗状,上部开口大,下部开口小,布袋上部开口连接在诱捕室下端螺纹状接口上。如图7所示,诱捕器还包括有底盘2,在底盘上设置有升降机构,诱捕器主体连接在升降机构上。
如图2所示,诱捕灯4包括四个不同光谱的环形灯管8和设置在环形灯管中间的导光球9,四个环形灯管光谱分别为365、450、550、650nm。四个环形灯管由上至下同心排列,且环形灯管由上至下直径逐渐减小,在环形灯管上套有若干抱箍10,抱箍上端连接在灯罩1底部上。导光球为白色,在导光球内设置有若干不同颜色的LED灯,在导光球上部和下部上设置有若干通风孔20,在导光球中部设置有放置孔26,在放置孔内插入设置有引诱储粮害虫的引诱物,引诱物包括食物和性信息素棒。环形灯管和LED灯进行频闪控制。
如图3、5和6所示,底盘包括盘体11,盘体中间设置陷阱槽13,围绕陷阱槽为向外倾斜的环形外壁14,在环形外壁上端沿开口均匀间隔设置有若干支撑块15,在盘体上设置有盖体12,盖体底部上设置有一圈圆槽16,盖体盖置在盘体上后,支撑块上端嵌入在圆槽内,支撑块之间形成窗口,在盖体边缘上还设置有倾斜向下延伸与盖体环形外壁相对应的帽沿17,帽沿与环形外壁之间形成通道,陷阱槽的侧壁与底面之间夹角小于等于90度,环形外壁为磨砂面,陷阱槽侧板为光滑面,在陷阱槽内设置有引诱物。
如图7所示,升降机构包括垂直设置在底盘2上的支撑杆27,支撑杆顶端横向连接有支杆21,在支杆与支撑杆连接端以及支杆的前端分别设置有滚轮23,在支撑杆底部上设置有电机24,在电机转轴上缠绕有绳索22,绳轮另一端向上绕过两个滚轮后向下连接在灯罩的顶部上。
诱捕器供电主要来自市电供电,为了增加供电方式,在诱捕器上还设置有太阳能充电系统,太阳能充电系统包括光伏板、控制器、逆变器和蓄电池,光伏板通过电线连接可灵活安装在仓外向阳处或在室外诱捕时安装在升降机 构支撑杆上端上,光伏板与控制器连接,控制器分别与蓄电池和逆变器相连,蓄电池为诱捕器上的诱捕灯供电,多余的电量可以有逆变器输出。
在底盘内空隙处还安装有控制引诱器工作的处理器,处理器与环形灯管以及导光球内的LED灯连接,可以自动控制引诱灯开关灯,设定时间间隔自动变换环形灯管工作,以及变换各种颜色的LED灯工作。在处理器上还连接有无线收发端,通过移动互联网络与遥控终端连接。
储粮害虫诱捕器使用方法,包括以下步骤:
A.将诱捕器放入在储粮仓内,诱捕器设置五个,分别在储粮仓距离四角3米及正中央各放一个;
B.调整升降机构,使得诱捕器主体离粮面高度为1m;
C.保持储粮仓内黑暗环境,在测报储粮害虫密度时,诱捕器在17点~24点或凌晨4点~8点自动开启;在降低粮堆害虫密度时,诱捕器可全天候进行开启。
在两个月的实仓应用试验中,5盏灯共诱集储粮害虫8公斤。
发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
尽管本文较多地使用了灯罩、底盘、诱捕室、诱捕灯、风扇等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,包括主体,主体包括诱捕室,诱捕室内上部安装有诱捕灯,诱捕室内下部开口,开口上安装有风扇,在诱捕室下部连接有接虫袋,其特征在于:诱捕器还包括有引诱底盘(2),在引诱底盘上设置有升降机构,所述灯罩(1)连接在升降机构上,所述诱捕灯(4)包括若干不同光谱的环形灯管(8)和设置在环形灯管中间的导光球(9),在导光球内设置有若干不同颜色的LED灯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是所述诱捕室(1)包括上盘面(3)和下盘面(6),上盘面和下盘面之间通过若干接条(18)相连接,所述上盘面边沿下垂,下盘面边沿上翘,形成一开口缝隙小,内腔大的飞碟状结构,诱捕室下部开有与风扇连通的风口,风口大小与风扇口径大小相同。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是在诱捕室内诱捕灯上部设置有反光板,所述环形灯管(8)至少设置有四个,环形灯管由上至下同心排列,且环形灯管由上至下直径逐渐减小,在环形灯管上套有若干抱箍(10),抱箍上端连接在灯罩(1)底部上,所述环形灯管(8)的光谱范围为320nm—680nm。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是所述导光球(9)安装在环形灯管(8)中心,导光球为白色,在导光球上部和下部上设置有若干通风孔(20),在导光球中部设置有放置孔(26),在放置孔内插入设置有引诱储粮害虫的引诱物,引诱物包括食物和性信息素棒。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是在所述接虫袋(7)内还设置有黑色的布袋(19),所述布袋呈漏斗状,上部开口大,下部开口小,布袋上部开口连接在诱捕室下端带螺纹状的接口上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是在所述引诱底盘(2)包括盘体(11),所述盘体中间设置陷阱槽(13),围绕陷阱槽为向外倾斜的环形外壁(14),在环形外壁上端沿开口均匀间隔设置有若干支撑块(15),在盘体上设置有盖体(12),所述盖体底部上设置有一圈圆槽(16),盖体盖置在盘体上后,支撑块上端嵌入在圆槽内,支撑块之间形成窗口,在盖体边缘上还设置有倾斜向下延伸与盖体环形外壁相 对应的帽沿(17),帽沿与环形外壁之间形成通道,所述陷阱槽的侧壁与底面之间夹角小于等于90度,环形外壁为磨砂面,陷阱槽侧板为光滑面,在陷阱槽内设置有引诱物。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是所述升降机构包括垂直设置在底盘(2)上的支撑杆(27)支撑杆顶端横向连接有支杆(21),在支杆与支撑杆连接端以及支杆的前端分别设置有滚轮(23),在支撑杆底部上设置有电机(24),在电机转轴上缠绕有绳索(22),绳轮另一端向上绕过两个滚轮后向下连接在灯罩(1)的顶部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是所述在支撑杆(27)下端与底盘(2)之间还连接有若干护杆(25)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器,其特征是在诱捕器上还设置有太阳能充电系统,太阳能充电系统包括光伏板、控制器、逆变器和蓄电池,光伏板安装在升降机构支撑杆上端上,光伏板与控制器连接,控制器分别与蓄电池和逆变器相连,蓄电池为诱捕器上的诱捕灯供电;在底盘内还安装有控制引诱灯工作的处理器,处理器与环形灯管、导光球内的LED灯、风扇连接,在处理器上连接有无线收发端,通过网络与遥控终端连接。
  10. 一种利用无线控制技术的自动化储粮害虫诱捕器使用方法,采用权利要求1-9任一项中描述的诱捕器,其特征是:包括以下步骤:
    A.将诱捕器放入在储粮仓内,诱捕器设置1~5个,设置在储粮仓四角或正中央;
    B.调整升降机构,使得诱捕器主体离粮面高度为1m~1.5m;
    C.保持储粮仓内黑暗环境,在测报储粮害虫密度时,诱捕器在17点~24点自动开启,在降低粮堆害虫密度时,诱捕器全天候进行开启。
