Abstract

一种压附式方便面包装盒及其制作方法，所述包装盒包括体积稍大于方便面块的长方体状包装盒本体（1）以及盖合在包装盒本体的盒盖（2），还包括其底面（4）与包装盒本体内的底面粘在一起的折叠式容器，所述折叠式容器在包装盒本体内展开后为一高于包装盒本体的长方体状桶体（14），所述折叠式容器上面放置有另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包，所述盒盖盖合在包装盒本体后，其整体外侧设置一层热缩膜密封。该方便面包装盒体积小，占用空间少，便于运输和携带，折叠式容器其折叠及展开方法简单，包装盒本体也起到了隔热作用。

Description

一种压附式方便面包装盒及其制作方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种方便食品的盛放容器，特别是一种盛放方便面的压附容器及制作方法。
背景技术
随着社会以及生产力的发达方便食品在人类生活领域因其便利性收到人们的广泛爱戴，特别是方便面因其只要有热水就可以食用的特点作为方便食品特别受到人们的喜爱。但是观察盛放方便面容器可以看出已有的方便面容器基本上都是在碗状或桶装的容器里放有未包装的面饼以及另行包装的干料包，酱料包，餐具等物品。另外从包装的形态看容器的材质是能够支撑其形态的具有一定厚度的纸张，在其内部喷有防水涂层，且为了便于食用其构造为可隔热的双层隔空构造，而方便面容器的外包装往往使用很薄的PP膜包装。
综上可以看出现今方便面容器存在如下不足：因为将未包装的面饼以及另行包装的调料包共同包装，所以包装时有可能受到各种有害物质如病原菌，虫卵等的污染；现有方便面容器的大部分(约2/3)的空间是空的，所以在运输，物流等方面增加了成本使得消费者价格也随之升高；容器方便面作为无需炊事用具即可食用的方便食品在外出，旅行等方面提供了便利，但是因为现今方便面容器为了维持其形态，一般都是碗状或桶状，这种形态造成体积增大在便携性方面不利于携带。此外，运输量的增大也造成温室效应的主犯二氧化碳的增加，所以减少体积成为了不可不面对的现实。另一方面，方便面容器为了包装使用时的隔热作用而采取了双层包装的形态生产，这一点是制约减少体积构想研究的主要妨碍因素，而且现今已有的方便面容器的形 态基本上是碗状或者桶状的圆锥形态，这一形态也造成生产方面生产率较低。
总体来说现今的方便面容器内载的食品相对包装的体积的差距造成了产品运输，保管，携带等方面的不便，也使消费者为了这些产生不必要的支出。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种压附式方便面包装盒及其制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种压附式方便面包装盒，包括体积稍大于方便面块的长方体状包装盒本体以及盖合在包装盒本体的盒盖，还包括其底面与包装盒本体内的底面粘在一起的折叠式容器，所述折叠式容器在包装盒本体内展开后为一高于包装盒本体的长方体状桶体，所述包装盒本体内部折叠式容器上面放置有另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包，所述盒盖盖合在包装盒本体后，其整体外侧设置一层热缩膜密封。
优选的，为了使所述盒盖能够更方便的取下，所述盒盖上设置有弧形切口。
优选的，所述盒盖也可与包装盒本体设置成一体式。
一种如上述所述的压附式方便面包装盒的制作方法，包括按顺序进行的如下步骤：
步骤[1]根据方便面快的体积制作所述包装盒本体及盒盖；
步骤[2]制作所述折叠式容器并把所述折叠式容器的底面粘在所述包装盒本体内的底面；
步骤[3]将另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包放置在所述包装盒本体内部折叠式容器上面；
步骤[4]盖好所述盒盖并用热缩膜将包装盒整体密封。
其中所述折叠式容器的制作方法为：
所述折叠式容器铺开为一个整体平面，其包括长方形的盒底、与盒底的两个长边相连的前侧壁和后侧壁及与盒底的两个短边相连的左侧壁和右侧壁，还包括盒底四个角上的连接后侧壁和右侧壁的第一支撑翼、连接后侧壁和左侧壁的第二支撑翼、连接前侧壁和左侧壁的第三支撑翼、连接前侧壁和右侧壁的第四支撑翼，所述前侧壁和后侧壁的高度等于或小于底面的宽度，所述折叠式容器展开为所述长方体状桶体后四个支撑翼的作用是更好的支撑桶体成型及保证桶体的密封不漏水。
首先以所述盒底的两个短边为折叠线，分别将左侧壁连同第二支撑翼和第三支撑翼以及右侧壁连同第一支撑翼和第四支撑翼向内折叠至附于底面所在平面，然后再以所述盒底的两个长边为折叠线向内折叠前侧壁和后侧壁至与底面附着，最终形成所述底面大小的折叠式容器。
本发明的积极效果：本发明采用了体积略大于方便面块儿的包装盒本体，体积小，占用空间少，便于运输和携带，同时包装盒内的方便面也是另行包装，即方便面与餐料包等不直接接触，避免了细菌的滋生。此外，本发明使用方便简单，由于其折叠式容器是与包装盒体粘在一起的，且其展开为桶体后其四个侧面均与包装盒体内四个侧面靠合，此种设置方式使得包装盒体的四个侧面在一定程度上也对展开后的桶体起到了辅助支撑的作用，使得桶体成型更稳定，而且在使用时包装盒体也起到了隔热及便于端起的作用。本发明所述的折叠式容器其折叠及展开方法也简单，操作简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参照图1至图6，本发明优选实施例提供一种压附式方便面包装盒，包括体积稍大于方便面块的长方体状包装盒本体1以及盖合在包装盒本体1的盒盖2(如图1和图2所示)，还包括其底面4与包装盒本体1内的底面粘在一起的折叠式容器(如图4(d)所示)，所述折叠式容器在包装盒本体内展开后为一高于包装盒本体的长方体状桶体14(如图6所示)，所述包装盒本体1内部折叠式容器上面放置有另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包，所述盒盖2盖合在包装盒本体1后(如图3所示)，其整体外侧设置一层热缩膜密封。
如图2所示，为了使所述盒盖2能够更方便的取下，所述盒盖2上设置有弧形切口3。
一种如上述所述的压附式方便面包装盒的制作方法，包括按顺序进行的如下步骤：
步骤[1]根据方便面快的体积制作所述包装盒本体1及盒盖2；
步骤[2]制作所述折叠式容器并把所述折叠式容器的底面4粘在所述包装盒本体1内部底面；
步骤[3]将另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包放置在所述包装盒本体1内部折叠式容器上面；
步骤[4]盖好所述盒盖2并用热缩膜将包装盒整体密封。
其中所述折叠式容器的制作方法为：
如图4(a)所示，所述折叠式容器铺开为一个整体平面，其包括 长方形的盒底4、与盒底4的两个长边相连的前侧壁5和后侧壁6及与盒底4的两个短边相连的左侧壁7和右侧壁8，还包括盒底4四个角上的连接后侧壁6和右侧壁8的第一支撑翼9、连接后侧壁6和左侧壁7的第二支撑翼10、连接前侧壁5和左侧壁7的第三支撑翼11、连接前侧壁5和右侧壁8的第四支撑翼12，所述前侧壁5和后侧壁6的高度等于或小于底面4的宽度，所述折叠式容器展开为所述长方体状桶体14后四个支撑翼的作用是更好的支撑桶体成型及保证桶体的密封不漏水。其中阴影区域为粘贴区域。
优选的，所述折叠式容器铺开为一个整体平面时还包括与前侧壁5相连的横向支撑翼13。
首先以所述盒底4的两个短边为折叠线，分别将左侧壁7连同第二支撑翼10和第三支撑翼11以及右侧壁8连同第一支撑翼9和第四支撑翼12向内折叠至附于底面4所在平面(如图4(b)所示)，然后再以所述盒底4的两个长边为折叠线向底面方向折叠前侧壁5的下半段和后侧壁6，同时前侧壁5的上半段以前侧壁5的中线为折叠线向外侧方向折叠，其从右侧方向看的折叠示意图如图4(c)所示，横向支撑翼13压在后侧壁6上面，最终形成所述底面大小的折叠式容器(如图4(d)所示)。
所述折叠式容器的展开过程如图5所示，按折叠步骤的倒叙，先展开前侧壁5和后侧壁6，然后展开左侧壁7和右侧壁8，展开侧壁过程中同时四个侧面支撑翼沿其相应的虚线折线向外侧并向相应左右侧壁方向折叠，如图5(a)所示，折叠到位后利用粘贴区域把各个支撑翼粘贴至相应左右侧壁上，最终形成长方体状桶体14，如图5(b)所示。
本发明的使用过程是，首先去除热缩膜，打开盒盖，然后取出另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包，然后展开所述折叠式容器，在实际展开过程中，折叠式容器是在包装盒本体1内部展开的，其展开 方法如上所述，其在包装盒本体1内部展开的结构示意图如图6所示。展开后将方便面包中的方便面取出放入长方体状桶体内，加入调料包，倒入热水，几分钟后就可以享用美味了。同时，在享用食物的过程中，由于其折叠式容器是与包装盒体粘在一起的，且其展开为桶体后其四个侧面均与包装盒体内四个侧面靠合，此种设置方式使得包装盒体的四个侧面在一定程度上也对展开后的桶体起到了辅助支撑的作用，使得桶体成型更稳定，而且在使用时包装盒体也起到了隔热及便于端起的作用。

  1. 一种压附式方便面包装盒，其特征在于：包括体积稍大于方便面块的长方体状包装盒本体(1)以及盖合在包装盒本体(1)的盒盖(2)，还包括其底面(4)与包装盒本体(1)内的底面粘在一起的折叠式容器，所述折叠式容器在包装盒本体(1)内展开后为一高于包装盒本体的长方体状桶体(14)，所述包装盒本体(1)内部折叠式容器上面放置有另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包，所述盒盖(2)盖合在包装盒本体(1)，其整体外侧设置一层热缩膜密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种压附式方便面包装盒，其特征在于：所述盒盖(2)上设置有弧形切口(3)。
  3. 一种如权利要求1所述的压附式方便面包装盒的制作方法，其特征在于：包括按顺序进行的如下步骤：
    步骤[1]根据方便面快的体积制作所述包装盒本体(1)及盒盖(2)；
    步骤[2]制作所述折叠式容器并把所述折叠式容器的底面(4)粘在所述包装盒本体(1)内部底面；
    步骤[3]将另行包装的方便面包、调料包及餐具包放置在所述包装盒本体(1)内部折叠式容器上面；
    步骤[4]盖好所述盒盖(2)并用热缩膜将包装盒整体密封。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种压附式方便面包装盒的制作方法，其特征在于：所述折叠式容器的制作方法为：
    所述折叠式容器铺开为一个整体平面后，其包括长方形的盒底(4)、与盒底(4)的两个长边相连的前侧壁(5)和后侧壁(6)及与盒底(4)的两个短边相连的左侧壁(7)和右侧壁(8)，还包括盒底(4)四个角上的连接后侧壁(6)和右侧壁(8)的第一支撑翼(9)连接后侧壁(6)和左侧壁(7)的第二支撑翼(10)、连接前侧壁(5) 和左侧壁(7)的第三支撑翼(11)、连接前侧壁(5)和右侧壁(8)的第四支撑翼(12)，所述前侧壁(5)和后侧壁(6)的高度等于或小于底面(4)的宽度；所述折叠式容器铺开为一个整体平面时还包括与前侧壁(5)相连的横向支撑翼(13)；
