以下将结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施例进行详细描述。
图1示出了根据本实用新型实施例的扬声器出声孔装置的结构;图2示出了根据本实用新型实施例的前盖具有开槽的扬声器平面结构;图3-1、3-2、3-3和3-4分别示出了根据本实用新型实施例的扬声器的前盖的长边结构;图4-1、4-2、4-3和4-4分别示出了根据本实用新型实施例的扬声器的前盖的短边结构。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供的扬声器出声孔装置,包括扬声器单体前盖1和模组外壳2。
其中,扬声器单体前盖1为矩形,在其长边和/或短边上设置有至少一个开槽4;扬声器单体前盖1通过开槽4与模组外壳2对应组装;并且,设置有开槽的扬声器单体前盖1与模组外壳2形成扬声器出声孔装置的前腔7,并且, 扬声器单体前盖1的开槽4形成的空间与扬声器出声孔装置的前腔7相连形成扬声器出声孔装置的出声通道(图中未标出)。
也就是说,开槽4的设置从一定程度上增大了扬声器单体前盖1和模组外壳2之间形成的出声通道。
具体地,如图3-1、3-2、3-3和3-4和图4-1、4-2、4-3和4-4所示,在本实用新型中,在扬声器单体前盖1的长边上或者短边上设置至少一个开槽4;即:在扬声器单体前盖1的长边上设置有一个开槽或者两个开槽或者四个开槽;在扬声器单体前盖的短边上设置有一个开槽或者两个开槽或者四个开槽。
需要说明的是,在本实用新型中,根据产品的需要,在扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔时,在扬声器单体前盖的长边的位置设置有一个或者两个或者四个开槽4,或者在扬声器单体前盖的短边的位置设置有一个或者两个或者四个开槽4;此时为了生产效率和成本降低,没有必要将扬声器单体前盖1的长边和短边的同时设置开槽4。同时,在扬声器单体前盖1上还设置有扬声器单体安装方向孔5,其数量可以为一个或者两个。
具体的,在图3-1a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个侧出声孔,扬声器单体前盖的其中一个长边设置有两个开槽4,并且根据扬声器单体安装方向孔5用以安装扬声器单体,在扬声器单体前盖其中的一个长边上只设置一个扬声器单体安装方向孔5,故在安装扬声器单体时,需要根据扬声器单体安装方向孔5确定扬声器单体的安装方向。
在图3-2a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的每个长边上设置有两个开槽4,共设置有四个开槽4,并且在扬声器单体前盖的每个长边上分别设置扬声器单体安装方向孔5,在图3-2所示的实施例中设置有两个扬声器单体安装方向孔5,因此在安装扬声器单体时,不需要根据任何方向确定扬声器单体的安装方向,这种设计方式很容易对扬声器单体进行安装,在操作过程中,方便简洁,能够提高生产效率。
在图3-3a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的其中一个长边设置有一个开槽4,并且此开槽为一个较大些开槽,即大于图3-1和3-2所示的长边上的开槽;在图3-4所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的每个长边上设置有一个开槽4,以使得形成出声通道的间隙扩大,有利于前腔顺利出声,从而有 效的改善产品的出声效果。
在图4-1a和b所示的实施例中,可以看出,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的其中一个短边上设置有两个开槽4,并且根据扬声器单体安装方向孔5安装扬声器单体,在扬声器单体前盖其中的一个短边上只设置一个扬声器单体安装方向孔5,故在安装扬声器单体时,需要根据扬声器单体安装方向孔5确定扬声器单体的安装方向。
在图4-2a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的每个短边上设置有两个开槽4,即共设置有四个开槽4,并且在扬声器单体前盖的每个短边上分别设置扬声器单体安装方向孔5,在图4-2所示的实施例中设置有两个扬声器单体安装方向孔5,因此在安装扬声器单体时,不需要根据方向确定扬声器单体的安装方向。
在图4-3a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的每个短边设置有一个开槽4,即共设置有两个开槽4,并且在其中一个短边的位置设置有一个扬声器单体安装方向孔5,故在安装扬声器单体时,需要根据扬声器单体安装方向孔5确定扬声器单体的安装方向。
在图4-4a和b所示的实施例中,扬声器出声孔装置只有一个出声孔,在扬声器单体前盖的每个短边上设置有一个开槽4,共设置有两个开槽4;使得出声通道的间隙扩大,更加有利于前腔顺利出声,从而有效的改善产品的出声效果。
此外,在本实用新型中,根据产品的具体设计需要,在扬声器出声孔装置有两个出声孔时,也可以在扬声器单体前盖的长边上设置一个开槽或者两个开槽或者四个开槽;同时,并在扬声器单体前盖的短边上设置一个开槽或者两个开槽或者四个开槽。
也就是说,可以根据扬声器出声孔装置产品的需要来设定扬声器单体前盖的长边或者短边的开槽的个数,开槽个数多,扬声器出声孔装置前腔出声会更加顺利,可以更好地改善产品的出声效果。
如图1所示,扬声器单体前盖1的长边或者短边的开槽4与模组外壳2对应组装,扬声器单体前盖1与模组外壳2组装形成的扬声器出声孔装置的前腔7与设置在扬声器单体前盖1的开槽4相通,因此前腔7与开槽4形成出声通道,在图1的实施例中可以明显的看出,出声通道的间隙6为0.76mm, 出声通道的间隙为:模组外壳与扬声器单体前盖上开槽底部之间的距离;也就是说,出声通道的间隙6为开槽的端部与底部之间的距离61与扬声器单体前盖与模组外壳之间的距离之和;其中,开槽的端部与底部之间的距离(即开槽的深度)为0.44mm。
需要说明的是,在扬声器单体前盖上设置有开槽,开槽与模组外壳2对应配合组装,形成出声通道,同时并在模组外壳上形成侧出声孔;因此,采用这种在侧出声的模组外壳上应用扬声器单体嵌入式结构,能够实现模组外壳与扬声器单体的直接组装,能够提升生产效率、降低成本。
通过上述示例性描述可以看出,将扬声器单体与模组外壳组装在一起,此时扬声器单体前盖为设置有开槽的前盖,在扬声器单体上设置有开槽的前盖与模组外壳2形成的出声通道的间隙比传统的扬声器单体前盖与模组外壳形成的出声通道的间隙大。
具体地,传统的扬声器单体前盖与模组外壳形成的出声通道的间隙只有0.32mm;而本实用新型的扬声器设置有开槽的前盖与模组外壳2形成出声通道的间隙为0.76mm;间隙为0.76mm的出声通道远远大于0.32mm的出声通道。这是由于传统的扬声器单体前盖未设置开槽,故形成的出声通道的距离为:扬声器单体前盖与模组外壳之间的距离;而本实用新型的扬声器单体前盖上设置有开槽,形成的出声通道的距离为:扬声器单体前盖与模组外壳之间的距离再加上开槽的端部与底部之间的距离61,即:0.32mm+0.44mm=0.76mm。因此,本实用新型的设计结构,在模组外壳2整体高低受限的情况下,能够通过增加开槽实现前腔出声通道的最大化,提升扬声器出声孔装置的性能,改善音质。
通过上述实施方式可以看出,本实用新型提供的扬声器出声孔装置,优化了扬声器单体前盖设计,在前盖上开槽,与模组外壳配合,在模组整体高度受限的前提下,使前腔出声更加顺利,提升产品的性能改善音质,改善产品性能;同时,在本实用新型中,在侧出声的模组外壳上应用扬声器单体嵌入式结构,实现模组外壳与扬声器单体的直接组装,能够提升生产效率、降低成本。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本实用新型提出的扬声器出声孔 装置。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本实用新型所提出的扬声器出声孔装置,还可以在不脱离本实用新型内容的基础上做出各种改进。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种扬声器出声孔装置,包括扬声器单体前盖和模组外壳;其特征在于,
    所述扬声器单体前盖为矩形,在所述扬声器单体前盖的长边和/或短边上设置有至少一个开槽,
    所述扬声器单体前盖通过所述开槽与所述模组外壳对应组装;
    设置有所述开槽的扬声器单体前盖与所述模组外壳形成所述扬声器出声孔装置的前腔,并且,
    所述开槽形成的空间与所述扬声器出声孔装置的前腔相连形成所述扬声器出声孔装置的出声通道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器出声孔装置,其特征在于,
    在所述扬声器单体前盖的长边和/或短边上设置有两个开槽或者四个开槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器出声孔装置,其特征在于,
    在所述扬声器单体前盖上设置有扬声器单体安装方向孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器出声孔装置,其特征在于,
    所述扬声器单体安装方向孔的数量为一个或者两个。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器出声孔装置,其特征在于,
    所述扬声器出声孔装置的出声通道的间隙为开槽的端部与底部之间的距离与所述扬声器单体前盖与所述模组外壳之间的距离之和。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器出声孔装置,其特征在于,
    所述出声通道的间隙为0.76mm。
