本发明属于智能家居技术领域,具体涉及厨房自动化领域,特别是涉及一种手自通用型智能灶。
背景技术
厨房烹饪设备是人们生活中不可缺少的设备,因此,市场上出现了多种自动化烹饪设备。目前,智能程度高的自动烹饪设备,通过强大的系统控制器,控制烹饪设备进行各种操作,如翻炒、加料、洗锅等功能。该自动烹饪设备基本上可以完全模拟人工烹饪的方式进行烹饪,但是该烹饪设备体积庞大,结构复杂,价格非常高,不便于大范围推广使用,也不适用于家庭使用。
申请号为 200810241200.0 的中国专利申请公开了一种可以按照烹饪技法自动 / 半自动地进行菜肴烹制的烹调设备,其包括支架和锅体,所述锅体设于支架上,其中,所述烹调设备还进一步包括摆动机构,所述摆动机构与所述锅体相连,其在一驱动装置的驱动下带动所述锅体绕其轴线作摆动运动;所述锅体呈球形或鼓形或桶形,其上设有开口。这些烹饪设备体积庞大,很难适应普通家庭生活环境。另外,智能灶的送料机构和锅盖驱动机构为固定式安装,该安装方式使得烹调设备整体笨重,而且进行手动操作方式炒菜时会对用户造成阻碍,使得该智能灶的使用不是很方便。因此,如何提供一种体积小巧,使用方便的智能灶,成为厨房自动化领域需要解决的一个重要问题。本发明因此而来。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种执行部件可插拔,将自动烹饪设备的自动操作方式转换为普通电磁炉设备的手动操作方式的智能灶。
为了解决现有技术中的这些问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种手自通用型智能灶,包括智能灶本体、分别与智能灶本体分离的送料机构和锅盖驱动机构,所述智能灶本体上设置若干个接口;所述送料机构、锅盖驱动机构分别通过接口与智能灶本体连接。
优选的技术方案是:所述智能灶本体包括灶台,灶台上设置有与供电设备电连接的加热机构、控制智能灶进行动作的控制开关,所述加热机构上放置炒菜锅。
手自通用型智能灶的烹饪功能具有三种模式:自动模式、手动模式和学些模式。首先上述的控制开关可以对智能灶的工作模式进行选择,选择为自动模式、手动模式或者学习模式中的一种;其次,在智能灶的自动模式下控制智能灶的自动烹饪的启动、暂停和停止;再次,在智能灶的手动模式和学习模式下,设定加热机构的加热温度。
优选的技术方案是:所述灶台上还设置有第一接口,所述送料机构通过第一接口与智能灶本体连接导通。
优选的技术方案是:所述灶台上还设置有第二接口,所述锅盖驱动机构通过第二接口与智能灶本体连接导通。

本发明技术方案中所述智能灶本体上设置若干个接口;所述送料机构、锅盖驱动机构分别通过接口与智能灶本体连接,在智能灶的手动模式下,可以将送料结构和锅盖驱动机构拔出,这样智能灶的外观结构与现有普通电磁炉机构基本相同,方便普通家庭用户进行手工烹饪;另一方面,当使用智能灶的智能功能时,只需将送料机构、锅盖驱动机构连接在接口即可使用。
本发明技术方案所述智能灶本体上设置若干个接口,这些接口不只是提供给送料机构、锅盖驱动机构使用,当有新的模块时候,可以连接新的模块完成新的功能。所述齿轮驱动装置包括齿轮,所述齿轮由电机带动,齿轮转动带动驱动送料臂或者锅盖固定臂旋转。
相比于现有技术中的解决方案,本发明优点是:
本发明技术方案通过在所述智能灶本体上设置若干个接口,所述送料机构、锅盖驱动机构分别通过接口与智能灶本体连接。手工炒菜时,将无关的设备,如送料机构、锅盖驱动机构从接口拆除,不影响智能灶的炒菜功能,此时智能灶的外观结构与普通电磁炉相似。自动炒菜只需将送料机构、锅盖驱动机构插入接口即可使用。所述送料机构、锅盖驱动机构分别通过接口与智能灶本体连接,连接方式不限于插接。当然,如用户手工炒菜时,将无关的设备,如送料机构、锅盖驱动机构从接口不拔除也不影响智能灶的炒菜功能。综上所述,本发明技术方案通过将送料机构和锅盖驱动机构活动式安装,当智能灶在手动状态下工作时,可以将该两部分拔出,从而方便智能灶的使用,进一步扩大了智能灶的适用范围,使得智能灶在手动状态下使用更加方便。

所述智能灶本体 1 包括灶台 11 ,灶台上设置有与供电设备电连接的加热机构 12 、控制智能灶进行动作的控制开关 13 ,所述加热机构 12 上放置炒菜锅 14 。
所述灶台 11 上还设置有第一接口 15 ,所述送料机构通过第一接口 15 与智能灶本体连接导通。所述灶台 11 上还设置有第二接口 16 ,所述锅盖驱动机构通过第二接口 16 与智能灶本体连接导通。
所述送料机构 2 包括与接口连接的送料支架 21 ,送料支架上端铰接送料臂 22 ,送料支架一侧设置驱动送料臂 22 旋转进行送料操作的齿轮驱动装置;当送料支架 21 与接口连接后,智能灶本体 1 控制齿轮驱动装置驱动送料臂 22 进行送料操作。所述送料机构 2 一侧设置料盒 5 ,所述料盒 5 设置在料盒支架 6 上随料盒支架移动,所述料盒 5 内放置烹饪材料,所述送料机构 2 用于负责将料盒内的烹饪材料送入到炒菜锅 14 内。

手工炒菜时,将无关的设备,如送料机构、锅盖驱动机构从接口拔除,不影响智能灶的炒菜功能。自动炒菜只需将送料机构、锅盖驱动机构插入接口即可使用。当然,如用户手工炒菜时,将无关的设备,如送料机构、锅盖驱动机构从接口不拔除也不影响智能灶的炒菜功能。

5. 根据权利要求 1 ~ 4 任意一项所述的手自通用型智能灶,其特征在于所述送料机构( 2 )包括与接口连接的送料支架( 21 ),送料支架上端铰接送料臂( 22 ),送料支架一侧设置驱动送料臂( 22 )旋转进行送料操作的齿轮驱动装置;当送料支架( 21 )与接口连接后,智能灶本体( 1 )控制齿轮驱动装置驱动送料臂( 22 )进行送料操作。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的手自通用型智能灶,其特征在于所述锅盖驱动机构(3)包括与接口连接的驱动支架(31),所述驱动支架(31)上端铰接锅盖固定臂(32),所述锅盖固定臂(32)末端与锅盖(5)固定连接;所述驱动支架一侧设置驱动锅盖固定臂(32)旋转的齿轮驱动装置,驱动支架(31)与接口连接后,智能灶本体(1)控制齿轮驱动装置驱动锅盖固定臂(32)进行锅盖的开启或者关闭。
