当采用系统控制器中的烹饪程序长期存储的方式时,即在重新录入烹饪程序之前保留原有的烹饪程序的条件下,如果需要再做一份宫保鸡丁,准备好材料和佐料后启动智能灶即可进行自动烹饪,无需再次录入该烹饪程序。如果需要制作其他菜肴,则需要在启动智能灶前,录入对应的烹饪程序。
当采用系统控制器中的烹饪程序未使用、经过一次使用或者经过多次使用以后,在预定的时间内未使用时,系统控制器擦除该烹饪程序的方式时,如果需要再做一份宫保鸡丁,准备好材料和佐料后,需要再次进行宫保鸡丁烹饪程序的录入,烹饪程序录入完成后,启动智能灶即可进行自动烹饪。如果需要制作其他菜肴,则在启动智能灶前,录入对应的烹饪程序即可。该预定时间可以设定为0分钟、5分钟、10分钟、15分钟、20分钟、30分钟、45分钟、1小时、2小时等任意长度的时间,可以根据具体情况及个人习惯进行设定。
实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1相同,不同之处在于:
IC卡中的烹饪程序为青椒牛柳的烹饪程序。经过录入烹饪程序,启动智能灶自动烹饪后,最终得到的青椒牛柳,其色相、口感、味道等品质不差于普通厨师制作的青椒牛柳,甚至是优于普通厨师制作的青椒牛柳。
烹饪程序在智能灶中的存储时间与实施例1相同,根据具体情况及个人习惯,可以选择不同的烹饪程序存储方式。
实施例3:
IC卡中的烹饪程序为芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋的烹饪程序。先准备好芹菜、香干、番茄、鸡蛋、盐、味精等材料和佐料,并存放于智能灶的指定位置。将IC卡置于智能灶的IC卡读卡器处,智能灶的系统控制器与IC卡建立连接后,先将系统控制器中原先存有的烹饪程序擦除,然后再读取IC卡中的烹饪程序,并存放于系统控制器中。这样启动智能灶后,自动炒菜机首先按照芹菜炒香干的烹饪程序进行,烹饪好芹菜炒香干后,准备好材料和佐料,再次启动智能灶,继续按照番茄炒蛋的烹饪程序进行番茄炒蛋的烹饪,烹饪完成后,得到的芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋经过与厨师烹饪的芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋相比,其色相、口感、味道等品质不差于普通厨师制作的芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋,甚至是优于普通厨师制作的芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋。
这样就可以实现多个烹饪程序一次性录入到系统控制器中,智能灶连续进行烹饪,也可以先录入芹菜炒香干的程序,然后进行芹菜炒香干的自动烹饪,完成芹菜炒香干的烹饪后,重新录入番茄炒蛋的烹饪程序,完成番茄炒蛋的自动烹饪。
烹饪程序在智能灶中的存储时间与实施例1相同,根据具体情况及个人习惯,可以选择不同的烹饪程序存储方式。
实施例4:
IC卡中的烹饪程序为宫保鸡丁、青椒牛柳、芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋4个菜的烹饪程序。准备好制作宫保鸡丁的鸡丁、花生、黄瓜、盐、味精等材料和佐料,将IC卡置于智能灶上的IC卡读卡器处,智能灶的系统控制器与IC卡建立连接后,先将系统控制器中原先存有的烹饪程序擦除,然后再读取IC卡中的烹饪程序,并存放于系统控制器中。这样启动智能灶后,智能灶首先按照宫保鸡丁的烹饪程序进行烹饪,烹饪好宫保鸡丁后,将准备好的青椒、牛肉丁、盐、味精等材料和佐料存放至炒菜机的指定位置,再次启动自动炒菜机,则自动炒菜机继续按照青椒牛柳的烹饪程序进行青椒牛柳的烹饪,烹饪好青椒牛柳后,将准备好的芹菜、香干、盐、味精、等材料和佐料存放至智能灶的指定位置,再次启动智能灶,则智能灶继续按照芹菜炒香干的烹饪程序进行芹菜炒香干的烹饪,烹饪好芹菜炒香干后,将准备好番茄、鸡蛋、盐、味精等材料和佐料存放至智能灶的指定位置,再次启动智能灶,则智能灶继续按照番茄炒蛋的烹饪程序进行番茄炒蛋的烹饪,烹饪完成后,最终得到的宫保鸡丁、青椒牛柳、芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋经过与厨师烹饪的芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋相比,其色相、口感、味道等品质不差于普通厨师制作的宫保鸡丁、青椒牛柳、芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋,甚至要优于通厨师制作的宫保鸡丁、青椒牛柳、芹菜炒香干和番茄炒蛋。
与实施例3相同,也可以在每种菜肴烹饪开始前,单独将对应的烹饪程序录入到智能灶的系统控制器中,具体烹饪程序的录入方式可以根据个人的喜好和习惯自由进行选择。
烹饪程序在智能灶中的存储时间与实施例1相同,根据具体情况及个人习惯,可以选择不同的烹饪程序存储方式。
本发明将现有厨房的烹饪设备使用按键的调节控制方式改为通过选择存有 不同烹饪程序的IC卡选定不同的烹饪控制方式,提高了自动烹饪设备操作的简易性。同样本发明自动设备的控制方式可以简单地复制到多种智能设备中,使用选取IC卡录入控制程序方式替代传统复杂的功能按键选择调节的方式。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式的一部分,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种智能灶,其特征在于:所述智能灶包括炒菜机、系统控制器和IC卡读卡器,所述系统控制器控制所述炒菜机进行烹饪,所述IC卡读卡器连接于所述系统控制器。
  2. 一种权利要求1所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:将存有烹饪程序的IC卡置于所述智能灶的IC卡读卡器处,直至系统控制器读取烹饪程序完成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:所述IC卡上只有一个烹饪程序。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:所述IC卡上有两个以上烹饪程序。
  5. 根据权利要求2~4的任意一项所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:所述系统控制器通过IC卡读卡器读取所述IC卡烹饪程序时,先将所述系统控制器中原有的烹饪程序擦除,再写入新的烹饪程序至系统控制器中。
  6. 根据权利要求2~4的任意一项所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:所述系统控制器录入的烹饪程序使用一次以后,系统控制器自动擦除该烹饪程序,在进行下一次的烹饪操作前,需要进行烹饪程序的录入,才能启动智能灶进行自动烹饪。
  7. 根据权利要求2~4的任意一项所述的智能灶烹饪程序的IC卡录入方法,其特征在于:所述系统控制器录入的烹饪程序在预定的时间范围内未使用,所述系统控制器自动将该烹饪程序擦除,在进行下一次的烹饪操作前,需要进行烹饪程序的录入,才能启动智能灶进行自动烹饪。
