試料分散装置、試料分散方法
 本発明は、SEM等の電子顕微鏡や光学顕微鏡等の装置で観察を行うための測定試料を作成する試料分散装置、試料分散方法に関する。
 従来、サンプル粒子を電子顕微鏡で観察するには、試料板上に均一にサンプル粒子を分散させた測定試料を生成している。この試料板上に均一にサンプル粒子を分散させるものとして、例えば特許文献1記載の装置がある。
 特許文献1記載の装置は、容器と、容器を貫通する試料導入管と、試料導入管の管内の開閉を行うバルブとを具備する。そして、バルブを閉めて容器内を減圧し、容器内を真空状態とした後にバルブを開けることで、大気圧にあるサンプル粒子を真空の容器に試料導入管を介して勢いよく均一に分散させるものである。

 ところで、測定試料に分散するサンプル粒子の粒径や形状によってサンプル粒子の分散状態が疎になったり密になったりする。そのため、観察に適した測定試料を作成するためには、サンプル粒子の粒径や形状に合わせて分散状態を変える必要がある。
 しかしながら、特許文献1記載の試料分散装置では、観察に適した測定試料ができるまで、何度も測定試料を作り直さなければならないという問題が生じる。
 また、最適な分散状態となっているか否かは目視では確認することができず、電子顕微鏡で観察しないと分からないので、作業者は測定試料の作成のためだけに、試料分散装置と電子顕微鏡との間を行き来することになり、作業者に過度の負担を強いることになるという問題もある。
 本発明は上記問題に鑑み、測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく、最適な分散状態の測定試料を作成することができる試料分散装置を提供することをその主たる目的とするものである。
 本発明の試料分散装置は、容器内にサンプル粒子を導入し、当該容器内で前記サンプル粒子を圧力差を用いて噴射することで、前記容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散装置であって、前記保持用部材が、前記サンプル粒子を保持させる保持面を有し、前記保持面が、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を有することを特徴とする。
 上述の構成によれば、サンプル粒子の分散状態に密度勾配を設けるために、サンプル粒子を噴射して容器内に導入するとともに、保持用部材の保持面に互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を設ける。この構成により、噴射によって一様に拡散したサンプル粒子が、保持用部材に保持されるときに、保持面の傾斜角度によって保持されるサンプル粒子の量が変化してサンプル粒子の分散状態に密度勾配を設けることができる。そのため、電子顕微鏡において保持用部材の観察領域を変えることで、最も観察に適した分散状態を得ることができるので、測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく一度の分散で作成することができる。また、サンプル粒子を噴射するので、自然沈降よりも早くサンプル粒子を保持用部材に分散させることができるとともに、サンプル粒子が分級することを防ぐことができる。
 また、本発明にかかる試料分散装置の具体的な一態様としては、前記保持面に形成された複数の部分が、互いに隣り合うように配置され、互いに隣り合うように配置された方向と垂直な方向に所定の長さを有するものを挙げることができる。より具体的には、前記保持用部材が、部分円筒形状をなすものを挙げることができる。
 このように構成すれば、保持用部材の保持面が、連続的に分散状態の異なるサンプル粒子を保持するので、作業者は段階的に分散状態を観察することができ、電子顕微鏡での観察を簡便に行うことができる。また、複数の部分が、互いに隣り合うように配置された方向と垂直な方向に所定の長さを有するので、同じ分散状態に分散されたサンプル粒子の観察領域を広げることができる。また、保持用部材が、部分円筒形状をなすものであれば、サンプル粒子の密度を連続的に変化させるとともに、より細かく分散状態を変化させることができるので、より観察に適した分散状態の測定試料を一度の分散で作成することができる。
 また、本発明の試料分散装置は、保持用部材の形状を変えるだけでサンプル粒子の密度勾配を変えることができるので、例えば特許文献1に示した従来の試料分散装置の装置構成を変えることなく、従来の装置を用いてサンプル粒子の分散状態の異なる測定試料を作成することができる。そのため、作業者に過度に負担を与えることなく、観察に適した測定試料を容易に作成することができる。
 本発明の試料分散方法は、容器内にサンプル粒子を導入し、前記容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散方法であって、前記サンプル粒子を圧力差を用いて容器内に噴射する噴射工程と、噴射された前記サンプル粒子を前記保持用部材に保持させる保持工程とを具備し、前記保持工程において、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を有する保持面が設けられた前記保持用部材で前記サンプル粒子を保持させることを特徴とする。
 ところで、本発明の試料分散装置としては、容器内にサンプル粒子を導入して当該容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散装置であって、前記保持用部材が、前記サンプル粒子を保持させる保持面を有し、前記容器内に導入されたサンプル粒子に電界を作用させることで、前記保持面に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度が異なる複数の保持領域を形成する密度変化機構を具備するものであってもよい。
 上述の構成によっても、サンプル粒子の分散状態に密度勾配を設けるために、密度変化機構を具備するので、該密度変化機構がサンプル粒子の分散状態を変化させて、最も適した分散状態の測定試料を、何度も作り直すことなく一度の分散で作成することができる。
 上述の試料分散装置の具体的な一態様としては、前記容器内にサンプル粒子を導入するサンプル導入部をさらに具備し、前記密度変化機構が、前記サンプル導入部と前記保持用部材との間に配置され、前記サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものを挙げることができる。
 このように構成すれば、サンプル導入部と保持板との間に配置された密度変化機構で、サンプル粒子を捕集し、その捕集量を電圧を変えることによって変化させることができるので、保持用部材上に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度を変化させて分散状態を変えることができる。
 このとき、保持用部材を複数用意し、サンプル粒子の分散状態が互いに異なる複数の測定試料を形成してもよいし、一枚の保持用部材に分散状態の異なる複数の部分を設けた1つの測定試料を形成してもよい。
 上述の試料分散装置の具体的な別の一態様としては、前記密度変化機構が、前記保持用部材を鉛直方向に沿って平行に保持するとともに、前記サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものを挙げることができる。
 このように構成しても、密度変化機構の電圧を変えることで、密度変化機構に保持される保持用部材に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度を変えることができるので、サンプルの分散状態を変えることができる。
 なお、この場合においても、保持用部材を複数用意し、サンプル粒子の分散状態が互いに異なる複数の測定試料を形成してもよいし、一枚の保持用部材に分散状態の異なる複数の部分を設けた1つの測定試料を形成してもよい。
 上述の試料分散方法としては、容器内にサンプル粒子を導入し、前記容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散方法であって、前記サンプル粒子を圧力差を用いて容器内に噴射する噴射工程と、前記容器内に導入された前記サンプル粒子に電界を作用させる密度変化機構によって、保持用部材の前記サンプル粒子が保持される保持面に、前記サンプル粒子の密度が異なる複数の保持領域を形成して前記サンプル粒子を前記保持用部材に保持させる保持工程とを具備するものを挙げることができる。
 本発明によれば、測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく、観察に適した分散状態の測定試料を作成することができる。

 本発明の試料分散装置は、SEM等の電子顕微鏡や光学顕微鏡の装置において観察を行うための測定試料を作成するためのものであって、サンプル粒子を分級させることなく所定の密度勾配となるように分散するものである。なお、本実施形態において、測定試料とは、サンプル粒子が所定の密度勾配で保持用部材上に分散しているものを指す。
<第1実施形態>
 第1実施形態における試料分散装置1について、以下説明する。
 第1実施形態における試料分散装置1は、図1に示すように、サンプル粒子が分散される容器2と、容器2にサンプル粒子を導入するサンプル導入部3とを具備する。
 容器2は、真空状態とすることが可能なものであり、空気を排気するための排気流路2aが接続されている。この排気流路2aには、流路内の圧力を測定する圧力計2bと、排気流路2aの開閉を行う排気バルブ2cと、容器2内の空気を引くためのポンプ2dとが設けられている。また、容器2の上部略中央には、サンプル導入部3が接続されている。
 サンプル導入部3は、サンプル粒子が供給されるサンプル供給機構4とサンプル供給機構4と容器2とを接続するサンプル導入管5とを具備する。
 サンプル供給機構4は、漏斗形状をなすサンプル容器4aと円錐形状をなす蓋4bとから構成されており、サンプル容器4aは、開口径が小さくなる出口側がサンプル導入管5に接続されるとともに、開口径が大きくなる入口側に蓋4bが着脱可能に設けられている。蓋4bを容器2本体4aに取り付けると、サンプル容器4aの内部に空間が形成される。そして、サンプル容器4aには、開口を塞ぐようにサンプル粒子を濾過するためのフィルタ6が設けられる。
 サンプル導入管5は、上端部がサンプル容器4aの開口径が小さくなる出口側に開口するとともに、下端部が容器2内で開口するものである。そして、サンプル導入管5には、管内の開閉を行うための開閉バルブ5aが設けられている。そして、サンプル導入管5の開口下端の周縁には、サンプル粒子が容器2上部へ飛散することを防止するためのカバー7が設けられ、サンプル導入管5の開口下端と対向するようにディフューザー8が設けられている。このディフューザー8は、サンプル粒子を拡散させるためのものであって、図示しないが適宜保持部材を用いてカバー7に保持されている。
 しかして、容器2には、分散したサンプル粒子を保持する保持用部材9がサンプル台10に固定されて配置されている。
 保持用部材9は、サンプル粒子を保持させる保持面11を有し、この保持面11が互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分が形成された状態で前記容器2内に設置されている。
 具体的に保持用部材9は、矩形状をなす板状部材であって、例えば可とう性を有するプラスチック板で構成されている。そして、長手方向に設けられた互いに対向する両端の距離が縮まるように折り曲げられ、部分円筒形状をなす状態で容器2内に配置されている。そして、サンプル導入部3側を向く面(上面)が保持面11となる。この保持面11は、カーボンテープが接着されることによって構成されている。
 そして、この保持面11には、長手方向に設けられた互いに対向する両端の距離が縮まるように折り曲げられ、円弧形状をなす状態で容器2内に配置されているので、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分が互いに隣り合うように配置されることとなる。また、該複数の部分は、互いに隣り合うように配置された方向と垂直な方向に、所定の長さ(保持用部材9の長手方向の長さと同じ長さ)を有する。
 上述したように構成した第1実施形態の試料分散装置1の動作について説明する。
 開閉バルブ5a及び排気バルブ2cを閉じた状態で、サンプル容器4aにサンプルが投入されると、サンプル粒子がフィルタ6で濾過されるとともに、サンプル導入管5の開閉バルブ5aの手前で停留する。
 そして、排気バルブ2cを開いてポンプ2dを作動させると、容器2内の空気が吸引されて容器2内が徐々に減圧されていく。そして真空状態となった時点で、排気バルブ2cを閉じてポンプ2dを停止させる。
 次に、開閉バルブ5aを開くと、大気圧に保持されていたサンプル容器4aのサンプル粒子が、真空状態の容器2側に強く吸引され、サンプル導入管5を下降する。このとき、サンプル容器4aに残存していた空気も容器2側に吸引されて、サンプル容器4aと容器2との圧力差によってサンプル導入管5の開口下端付近で高速気流となり、この気流によってサンプル粒子が容器2内に勢いよく噴射しながら導入される。この工程が請求項にいう噴射工程に該当する。
 この噴射したサンプル粒子は、ディフューザー8に衝突して凝集体が細かく粉砕される。そして、カバー7によって容器2上部へと拡散することが防止され、サンプル粒子は下方へ一様に拡散しながら分級することなく落下する。そして、サンプル粒子は、分散した状態で保持用部材9の保持面11に保持される。この工程が請求項にいう保持工程に該当する。
 サンプル粒子が保持用部材9に保持されると、容器2から保持用部材9を取り出し、保持用部材9を水平な平板状態に戻す。すると、図2に示すように、複数の部分が互いに隣り合うように配置される方向(AB方向)には、略中央部にサンプル粒子が密に保持されるとともに、両端部にサンプル粒子が疎に保持されている。そして、サンプル粒子は密な部分から疎な部分まで連続的に変化する。また、複数の部分が互いに隣り合うように配置される方向と垂直な方向(AB方向と垂直な方向であるCD方向)には、略同程度の密度のサンプル粒子が保持されている。
 なお、図2はサンプル粒子の分散状態が段階的に変化するように示されているように見えるが、サンプル粒子の分散状態が連続的に変化するものである。
 上述したように構成した第1実施形態における試料分散装置1では、サンプル粒子の分散状態に密度勾配を設けるために、サンプル粒子を噴射するとともに、保持用部材9の保持面11に互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を設ける。この構成により、噴射によって一様に拡散したサンプル粒子が、保持用部材9に保持されるときに、保持面11の傾斜角度によって保持されるサンプル粒子の量が変化してサンプル粒子の分散状態に密度勾配を設けることができる。そのため、電子顕微鏡において保持用部材9の観察領域を変えることで、最も観察に適した分散状態を得ることができるので、測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく一度の分散で作成することができる。また、サンプル粒子を噴射するので、自然沈降よりも早くサンプル粒子を保持用部材9に分散させることができるとともに、サンプル粒子が分級することを防ぐことができる。
 また、保持用部材9の保持面11に設けられた傾斜角度が互いに異なる複数の部分が隣り合うように配置されているので、連続的に分散状態の異なるサンプル粒子が保持され、作業者は段階的に分散状態を観察することができ、電子顕微鏡や光学顕微鏡等の装置での観察を簡便に行うことができる。
 また、複数の部分が、互いに隣り合うように配置された方向と垂直な方向に所定の長さを有するので、同じ分散状態に分散されたサンプル粒子の観察領域を広げることができる。
 加えて、保持用部材9が、部分円筒形状をなすものであるので、サンプル粒子の密度を連続的に変化させるとともに、より細かく分散状態を変化させることができるので、より観察に適した分散状態の測定試料を一度の分散で作成することができる。
 また、ディフューザー8によって、勢いよく噴出したサンプル粒子が保持用部材9に直接衝突することを防ぐことができるので、保持用部材9の表面がサンプル粒子によって損傷することを防ぐことができる。
 さらに、サンプル粒子の径は小さくなるほど、落下時間が長くなることが分かっている。大気圧中であれば、サンプル粒子の粒子径が1μmの場合、1m落下するのにかかる時間は60sであり、サンプル粒子の粒子径が100nmの場合、1m落下するのにかかる時間は6000sとなる。これに対し、サンプル粒子の粒子径が1μmの場合、1m落下するのにかかる時間は0.6s、サンプル粒子の粒子径が100nmの場合、1m落下するのにかかる時間は60sとなり、真空中では大気圧中に比べてサンプル粒子の保持用部材9への到達時間を大幅に短縮される。ここで、本実施形態では、真空中でサンプル粒子の分散を行うので、測定試料の作成にかかる時間を短縮することができる。また、保持用部材9に保持されたサンプル粒子が空気流によって乱されることを防ぐことができる。
 加えて、サンプル容器4aにフィルタ6を設けているので、サンプル導入管5が凝集したサンプル粒子によって詰まることを防止することができる。
<第2実施形態>
 第2実施形態における試料分散装置20について、以下説明する。
 なお、第1実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 第2実施形態における試料分散装置20は、図3に示すように、サンプル粒子が分散される容器2と、容器2にサンプル粒子を導入するサンプル導入部3と、分散したサンプル粒子を保持する保持用部材21とに加えて、容器2内に導入されたサンプル粒子に電界を作用させることで、保持面22に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度が異なる複数の保持領域を形成する密度変化機構23とを具備する。
 密度変化機構23は、サンプル導入部3と保持用部材21との間に配置され、サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものである。具体的に、密度変化機構23は、複数の捕集板24(24a、24b、24c)で構成されている。この捕集板24は、1つの升目がサンプル粒子の粒径より十分大きい開口をなすメッシュ形状の金属部材で構成されており、図示しない電圧供給機構が接続されている。この電圧供給機構は、捕集板24にサンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧を負荷するものであって、捕集板24毎に異なる電圧を負荷するものである。
 また、本実施形態では保持用部材21の保持面22(22a、22b、22c)が複数形成されており、この保持面22にそれぞれ対向するように、捕集板24が配置されている。
 このように構成した第2実施形態の試料分散装置20の動作について以下に説明する。
 サンプル粒子が分散されると、このサンプル粒子の一部が、サンプル粒子と逆電位を有する捕集板24に捕集される。このとき、捕集板24が捕集するサンプル粒子量は、捕集板24に負荷された電圧の強さに比例して多くなる。そのため、捕集板24に負荷された電圧が強くなるほど、保持用部材21に保持されるサンプル粒子の分散状態は疎になる。
 上述したように構成した第2実施形態の試料分散装置20では、密度変化機構23によってサンプル粒子の分散状態を変化させることができるので、最も観察に適した分散状態の測定試料を、何度も作り直すことなく一度の分散で作成することができる。
 また、密度変化機構23がサンプル導入部3と保持用部材21との間に配置され、サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものであるので、サンプル導入部3と保持用部材21との間に配置された密度変化機構23で、サンプル粒子を捕集し、その捕集量を電圧を変えることによって変化させることができるので、保持用部材21上に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度を変化させて分散状態を変えることができる。
<第3実施形態>
 第3実施形態における試料分散装置30について、以下説明する。
 なお、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 第3実施形態における試料分散装置30は、図4に示すように、密度変化機構31が第2実施形態のものと異なる。
 第3実施形態の密度変化機構31は、保持用部材21を鉛直方向に沿って平行に保持するとともに、サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものである。具体的には、サンプル粒子が落下する落下方向(鉛直方向)に対して保持面22が並行になるように、保持用部材21の保持面22(22a、22b、22c)と対向する面をそれぞれ固定する複数の固定ホルダ32(32a、32b、32c)で構成されている。また、この固定ホルダ32には図示しない電圧供給機構が接続されており、電圧供給機構は固定ホルダ32にサンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧を負荷するものであり、固定ホルダ32毎に異なる電圧を負荷する。なお、固定ホルダ32に保持用部材21を固定する構成としては、例えば着脱可能な接着シートを介して固定するように構成してもよいし、固定ホルダ32に設けられた凹みに保持用部材21を嵌め込むように構成してもよい。
 このように構成した第3実施形態の試料分散装置30の動作について以下に説明する。
 サンプル粒子が分散されると、このサンプル粒子の一部が、逆電位が負荷された固定ホルダ32に吸引され、固定ホルダ32に固定された保持面22に保持される。このとき、固定ホルダ32毎に異なる電圧が負荷されているので、固定ホルダ32毎に保持面22に保持されるサンプル量が変化し、電圧が強くなるほど、保持面22に保持されるサンプル粒子の分散状態が密になる。
 上述したように構成した第3実施形態における試料分散装置30では、密度変化機構31が、保持用部材21を鉛直方向に沿って平行に保持するとともに、サンプル粒子とは逆電位の電圧が印加されるものであるので、密度変化機構31の電圧を変えることで、密度変化機構31に保持される保持用部材21に保持されるサンプル粒子の密度を変えることができ、サンプル粒子の分散状態を変えることができる。
<第4実施形態>
 第4実施形態における試料分散装置40について、以下説明する。
 なお、第1実施形態、第2実施形態及び第3実施形態と同様の部分には同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
 第4実施形態における試料分散装置40は、図5に示すように、サンプル粒子が分散される容器2と、容器2にサンプル粒子を導入する複数のサンプル導入部41(41a、41b、41c)と、分散したサンプル粒子を保持する複数の保持用部材42(42a、42b、42c)とを具備する。複数の保持用部材42(42a、42b、42c)は、前述した複数のサンプル導入部41(41a、41b、41c)とそれぞれ対向するように配置されている。
 しかして、各サンプル導入部41には、それぞれ管長の異なるサンプル導入管51(51a、51b、51c)が接続されている。そして、サンプル導入管51がサンプル粒子を射出する開口端にはカバー7とディフューザー8がそれぞれ設けられている。
 上述したように構成した第4実施形態における試料分散装置40では、サンプル導入管51(51a、51b、51c)の管長が異なるので、保持用部材42とサンプル導入管51の前記開口端との距離が近くなればなるほど、保持用部材42に保持されるサンプル粒子の分散状態を密にすることができる一方、保持用部材42とサンプル導入管51の前記開口端との距離が遠くなればなるほど、保持用部材42に保持されるサンプル粒子の分散状態を疎にすることができる。そのため、サンプル導入管51の管長を変えることで、保持用部材42に保持するサンプル粒子の分散状態を変えることができるので、観察目的に最も適した分散状態の測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく作成することができる。
 なお、本発明は上記実施形態に限られたものではない。
 例えば、試料分散装置を、第1実施形態の試料分散装置において、保持用部材を平板形状をなすように構成するとともに、分散口から分散するサンプルの量を単位時間当たり変化させるように構成してもよい。
 また、サンプル導入部のサンプル粒子の分散量を単位時間当たりに変化させることによって、サンプル粒子の分散状態を変化させるものであってもよい。
 さらに、第1実施形態の試料分散装置において、保持用部材の形状は、図6(a)に示すように谷折りに曲げられて凹形状をなすものであってもよい。また、図6(b)に示すように、断面視円弧形状ではなく、断面視多角形状をなすように構成されたものであってもよい。なお、第1実施形態において、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を有する保持面とは、滑らかに傾斜角度が変化する円弧形状、楕円形状、スプライン形状のものも含むものである。
 加えて、上記第1実施形態では、保持用部材が平板形状をなすものであったが、保持用部材が長手方向に設けられた互いに対向する両端の距離が縮まるように折り曲げられた断面視半円形状をなすものであってもよい。この保持用部材は、可塑性を有する部材を用いることもできるし、不可塑な部材を用いることもできる。そして、この半円形状をなす保持用部材は保持面にサンプル粒子を分散させた後に、容器から取り出されて、電子顕微鏡や光学顕微鏡等の装置にそのまま挿入して観察されるものである。
 また、第4実施形態では、サンプル導入管のサンプル粒子を射出する開口端にカバーとディフューザーとが設けられていたが、カバーとディフューザーとを設けずに構成してもよい。
 さらに上記第1~第4実施形態では、容器内を真空にするとともにサンプル導入部を大気圧にして、容器内とサンプル導入管との間に圧力差を設けてサンプル粒子を分散させるものであったが、容器内を常圧にするとともにサンプル導入部を加圧して、容器内とサンプル導入管との間に圧力差を設けて、サンプル粒子を噴射させるものであってもよい。
 加えて、第2~第4実施形態では、自然沈降によりサンプル粒子を保持用部材上に分散させてもよい。但し、圧力差によってサンプル粒子を噴射させる方が、より好適にサンプル粒子を分散させることができる。
 また、上記第1~第4実施形態では、保持面がカーボンテープが接着されることで構成されていたが、保持面にカーボンテープを設けず、保持用部材とサンプル粒子との間で生じる静電気で保持面にサンプル粒子を保持させてもよい。
 本発明は、その趣旨に反しない範囲で様々な変形が可能である。
 本発明により、測定試料を何度も作り直すことなく、最適な分散状態の測定試料を作成することができる試料分散装置を提供することができる。

Claims (4)

  1.  容器内にサンプル粒子を導入し、当該容器内で前記サンプル粒子を圧力差を用いて噴射することで、前記容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散装置であって、
     前記保持用部材が、前記サンプル粒子を保持させる保持面を有し、
     前記保持面が、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を有することを特徴とする試料分散装置。
  2.  前記保持面に形成された複数の部分が、互いに隣り合うように配置され、互いに隣り合うように配置された方向と垂直な方向に所定の長さを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の試料分散装置。
  3.  前記保持用部材が、部分円筒形状をなすものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の試料分散装置。
  4.  容器内にサンプル粒子を導入し、前記容器内に設けられた保持用部材にサンプル粒子を分散させて保持させる試料分散方法であって、
     前記サンプル粒子を圧力差を用いて容器内に噴射する噴射工程と、
     噴射された前記サンプル粒子を前記保持用部材に保持させる保持工程とを具備し、
     前記保持工程において、互いに異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の部分を有する保持面が設けられた前記保持用部材で前記サンプル粒子を保持させることを特徴とする試料分散方法。
