向査询到的未进行所述指定操作的终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户进 行所述指定操作。

可选的, 终端中启动某应用后, 可以调用终端内置的定位模块获取地理位置信息, 并 上报给服务器。
可选的, 通过地理位置信息, 服务器可以确定终端所处的位置, 并可以根据相同的地 理位置信息确定在同一区域中的终端。
在步骤 202 中, 检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操 作。
其中, 步骤 202可由步骤 2021 -步骤 2022构成。
在步骤 2021 中, 接收终端上报的针对指定操作的操作记录, 所述操作记录中携带进 行所述指定操作的操作时间以及位置信息, 本实施例的方法用于服务器中。
其中, 指定操作可以包括但不限定于: 更改情景模式; 开启录音; 开启录像等。 进一 步的,终端操作中还可以同时存在多种指定操作,通过各指定操作对应的类别来进行区分。
操作系统中对终端的操作进行监测, 当检测到指定操作对应的通知消息时, 则确定终 端进行了指定操作。此时,记录当前进行指定操作的操作时间,并获取到当前的位置信息, 生成针对指定操作的操作记录并上报给服务器。
可选的,终端获取的当前的位置信息可以为步骤 201中上报的三种位置信息中的至少 一种。 其中, 终端可以通过接入的移动网络确定当前所在的基站标识; 或者, 通过接入的 无线网络确定当前的 Π>地址或 WIFI标识; 或者, 通过调用定位模块进行定位得到当前的 地理位置信息。
服务器则接收并保存各个终端上报的操作记录,进一步的根据操作记录中的操作时间 以及位置信息对指定操作进行统计。 在步骤 2022 中, 根据操作记录检测在预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区 域内进行指定操作, 本实施例的方法用于服务器中。
其中, 预设时间可以根据指定操作的类型视情况而进行设定, 例如: 在进入会议室时 由于会议即将开始, 因此可以将预设时间设定尽量的短, 以使被提示用户快速更改设定, 如设定为 2分钟内。
其中, 同一区域的判断则根据步骤 2021 中上报的位置信息进行判断, 其中可以分为 三种情况:
筛选属于同一基站标识的终端; 或者, 筛选属于同一网络标识的终端; 或者, 筛选属 于同一地理位置信息的终端。
服务器周期性对每个周期中各终端上报的操作记录进行筛选以及统计,首先确定在预 设时间内进行同一指定操作的终端,在根据这些进行同一指定操作的终端的位置信息筛选 处于同一区域的终端,最后确定在同一区域中进行同一指定操作的终端的数量是否大于预 设数量。
在步骤 203中, 当检测到预设时间内存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作 时, 査询区域内未进行指定操作的终端。
当检测到预设时间内存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作时,需要获取在 该区域内未进行指定操作的终端, 以向这些未进行指定操作的终端发送提示信息。 其中, 査询的过程可以为:
査询预设时间内未上报针对指定操作的操作记录,且位置信息与检测到的终端的位置 信息相同的终端。
其中,未进行指定操作的终端的位置信息与检测到的终端的位置信息的判断方式与步 骤 2022 中筛选的过程相同, 即选取与检测到的终端的位置信息中属于同一基站标识的终 端; 或者, 属于同一网络标识的终端; 或者, 属于同一地理位置信息的终端。
在步骤 204中, 向査询到的未进行指定操作的终端发送提示信息, 以提示用户进行指 定操作, 本实施例的方法用于服务器中。
其中, 提示信息可以包括但不限于以下方式: 短信息, 通知信息等。
例如, 当用户 A,B,C,D四人进行会议, 其中 ABC用户的终端在 1分钟内相继将终端 的情景模式设置为静音模式, 而 D用户的终端未进行情景模式的设置操作。此时, 服务器 判断在预设的 2分钟内, ABCD用户的终端属于同一区域, 并且检测出 ABC用户的终端 已经确定出进行了情景模式的设置操作,而 D用户的终端未进行情景模式的设置操作,则 向 D用户的终端发出提示信息, 提示内容可以为: 请讲情景模式设置为静音模式。
可选的,提示信息中还可以携带进行指定操作的指令。接上例中服务器向 D用户的终 端发送的提示信息在提示: "请将情景模式设置为静音模式",并提示用户选择确定选项, 当用户 D选择了确定选项后,根据提示信息携带的进行指定操作的指令,将终端的情景模 式设置为静音模式。 可选的,提示信息中携带指定操作的指令时,用户 D的终端在接收到该提示信息时直 接按照指定操作的指令进行设置或操作, 并将提示信息中的文字内容显示给用户 D, 此时 将指定操作强制执行, 并不需要用户 D手动进行确认操作。
本公开实施例通过检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定 操作, 并在检测到时向在同一区域中未进行指定操作的终端发送提示信息, 以提示用户进 行指定操作。提高了用户与终端的交互性, 并且避免了用户未进行指定操作而带来的失误 后果。 实施例三
本公开实施例提供了一种提示用户的装置, 参见图 3, 该装置包括:
检测模块 301, 用于检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定 操作;
査询模块 302, 用于当检测到预设时间内存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定 操作时, 査询区域内未进行指定操作的终端;
发送模块 303, 用于向査询到的未进行指定操作的终端发送提示信息, 提示信息用于 提示用户进行指定操作。 其中, 检测模块 301, 包括:
接收单元 3011,用于接收终端上报的针对指定操作的操作记录,操作记录中携带进行 指定操作的操作时间以及位置信息;
检测单元 3012,用于根据操作记录检测在预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一 区域内进行指定操作。 其中, 査询模块 302用于:
査询预设时间内未上报针对指定操作的操作记录,且位置信息与检测到的终端的位置 信息相同的终端。 其中, 装置还包括:
接收模块 304, 用于接收未进行指定操作的终端上报的位置信息。 其中, 位置信息包括: 终端所接入的基站标识, 网络标识, 地理位置信息中的至少一 种。
本公开实施例通过检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定 操作, 并在检测到时向在同一区域中未进行指定操作的终端发送提示信息, 以提示用户进 行指定操作。提高了用户与终端的交互性, 并且避免了用户未进行指定操作而带来的失误 后果。 实施例四
本公开实施例提供了一种提示用户的装置。
图 4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于提示用户的装置 1900的框图。 例如, 装 置 1900可以被提供为一服务器。 参照图 4, 装置 1900包括处理组件 1922, 其进一步包括 一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器 1932所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件 1922 的执行的指令, 例如应用程序。 存储器 1932 中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上 的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。 此外, 处理组件 1922被配置为执行指令, 以执行上述 提示用户的方法。

权利要求
1、 一种提示用户的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作;
当检测到预设时间内存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作时,査询所述区 域内未进行所述指定操作的终端;
向査询到的未进行所述指定操作的终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示用户进 行所述指定操作。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述检测在预设时间内是否存在预设 数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作, 包括- 接收终端上报的针对指定操作的操作记录,所述操作记录中携带进行所述指定操作的 操作时间以及位置信息;
根据所述操作记录检测在预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指 定操作。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述査询所述区域内未进行所述指定 操作的终端, 包括- 査询预设时间内未上报针对所述指定操作的操作记录,且位置信息与所述检测到的终 端的位置信息相同的终端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括:
所述检测在预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作之前,接 收未进行所述指定操作的终端上报的位置信息。
5、 根据权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述位置信息包括: 终端 所接入的基站标识, 网络标识, 地理位置信息中的至少一种。
6、 一种提示用户的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
检测模块, 用于检测预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操 作;
査询模块,用于当检测到预设时间内存在预设数量的终端在同一区域内进行指定操作 时, 査询所述区域内未进行所述指定操作的终端;
发送模块,用于向査询到的未进行所述指定操作的终端发送提示信息,所述提示信息 用于提示用户进行所述指定操作。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块, 包括: 接收单元,用于接收终端上报的针对指定操作的操作记录,所述操作记录中携带进行 所述指定操作的操作时间以及位置信息;
检测单元,用于根据所述操作记录检测在预设时间内是否存在预设数量的终端在同一 区域内进行指定操作。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述査询模块用于:
査询预设时间内未上报针对所述指定操作的操作记录,且位置信息与所述检测到的终 端的位置信息相同的终端。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括:
接收模块, 用于接收未进行指定操作的终端上报的位置信息。
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述位置信息包括: 终端 所接入的基站标识, 网络标识, 地理位置信息中的至少一种。
