Description

对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法、装置、系统及计算机可读存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法、装置、系统及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,用户主要通过以下两种方式获知车辆上的车身控制模块有最新版本软件需要更新:一种是用户通过访问官方网站以获知车身控制模块有软件需要更新,之后可将车辆驾驶到售后服务站进行软件更新;另一种是别人告知用户车身控制模块有软件需要更新,例如,由于某种原因用户在售后服务站进行售后维修时,售后服务人员告知用户其车辆上的车身控制模块有软件需要更新。
目前存在的问题是:上述两种方式对于用户来说均是比较被动,不能主动且及时地获知车身控制模块有最新版本软件需要更新,从而不能主动地对车身控制模块进行软件更新,这样对于最新版本软件来说,不利于软件的推广;对于用户来说,用户体验差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述的技术缺陷之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,该方法通过移动终端获取云端服务器上车身控制模块的最新版本软件,这样用户通过移动终端即可及时地获知车身控制模块有最新版本软件需要更新,有利于软件的推广,且提升了用户体验。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种计算机可读存储介质,以执行对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新。
为了实现上述目的,本发明第一方面第一实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,包括:向云端服务器发送连接请求,以建立与所述云端服务器的连接,其中,所述连接请求中包括所述车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且所述云端服务器中存储有更新的软件;接收所述云端服务器发送的待升级软件的信息,其中,所述云端服务器通过比较所述软件状态信息和所述更新的软件的状态信息得到所述待升级软件的信息;根据所述待升级软件的信息从所述云端服务器上下载所述待升级软件;将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块以使 用所述待升级软件对所述车身控制模块进行更新。

需要说明的是,在本发明的一个实施例中,云端服务器中存储有更新的软件。具体地,当开发人员开发出最新版本的车身控制模块的软件时,开发人员可将该最新版本软件上传到云端服务器以作为更新的软件,云端服务器可通过数据挖掘、数据分析等算法对该更新的软件进行分析和处理,并对该更新的软件进行挖掘、分析,以得到更新的软件的状态信息,例如,软件的名称、版本号、版本大小、软件的功能等。
应当理解,在本发明的实施例中,车身控制模块可具有控制功能,例如,控制车辆门锁、灯光、启动配电等。
S102,接收云端服务器发送的待升级软件的信息,其中,云端服务器通过比较软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息得到待升级软件的信息。

具体地,如果移动终端判断未与车身控制模块建立蓝牙连接,则移动终端可发出移动终端与车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示,并提示是否建立与车身控制模块的蓝牙连接。
S607,如果是,则移动终端通过蓝牙连接将待升级软件发送至车身控制模块以使用待升级软件对车身控制模块进行更新。
根据本发明实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,移动终端判断是否已与车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接,如果否,则提示移动终端与车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立;如果是,则通过蓝牙连接将待升级软件发送到车身控制模块以使用待升级软件对车身控 制模块进行更新,通过蓝牙信号,实现了移动终端和车身控制模块的数据传送及数据更新。
图7是根据本发明另一个具体实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法的流程图。
在本发明的实施例中,在车身控制模块使用待升级软件对其进行更新之后,车身控制模块还可将更新后的软件状态信息通过移动终端发送到云端服务器。具体地,如图7所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法可以包括:
S701,移动终端向云端服务器发送连接请求,其中,连接请求中包括车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且云端服务器中存储有更新的软件。
S702,云端服务器根据连接请求建立与移动终端的连接。
S703,云端服务器比较软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息以得到待升级软件的信息并将待升级软件的信息发送至移动终端。
S704,移动终端根据待升级软件的信息从云端服务器上下载待升级软件。
S705,移动终端判断是否已与车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接。
S706,如果否,则移动终端发出移动终端与车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示。
S707,如果是,则移动终端通过蓝牙连接将待升级软件发送至车身控制模块以使用待升级软件对车身控制模块进行更新。
S708,车身控制模块将更新后的软件状态信息发送至移动终端。
S709,移动终端显示更新后的软件状态信息并发送到云端服务器。
具体地,在车身控制模块将更新后的软件状态信息发送到移动终端之后,移动终端可显示该更新后的软件状态信息,如图8所示。图8中,即已更新软件界面中,显示了已更新软件的名称、版本号、版本大小、更新日期等。由此,可使得用户更加直观地了解到车身控制模块已更新的软件状态信息。
需要说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,移动终端将更新后的软件状态信息发送到云端服务器,云端服务器可对该移动终端做标记,以标记该移动终端已更新过的软件的状态信息。
根据本发明实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,车身控制模块可将更新后的软件状态信息发送至移动终端,移动终端显示更新后的软件状态信息,使得用户更加直观地了解到车身控制模块已更新的软件状态信息,提升了用户体验。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置。
图9是根据本发明一个实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置的结构示意图。
如图9所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置可以包括:第一发送模块110、第一接收模块120、下载模块130、第二发送模块140。
具体地,第一发送模块110用于向云端服务器发送连接请求,以建立与云端服务器的连接,其中,连接请求中包括车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且云端服务器中存储有更新的软件。举例而言,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置为用户提供对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的应用程序,在用户启动该应用程序时,第一发送模块110可向云端服务器发送连接请求。其中,在本发明的实施例中,连接请求中可包括车身控制模块的软件状态信息,软件状态信息可包括已更新软件的名称、版本号、版本大小、更新日期等。
需要说明的是,在本发明的一个实施例中,云端服务器中存储有更新的软件。具体地,当开发人员开发出最新版本的车身控制模块的软件时,开发人员可将该最新版本软件上传到云端服务器以作为更新的软件,云端服务器可通过数据挖掘、数据分析等算法对该更新的软件进行分析和处理,并对该更新的软件进行挖掘、分析,以得到更新的软件的状态信息,例如,软件的名称、版本号、版本大小、软件的功能等。
应当理解,在本发明的实施例中,车身控制模块可具有控制功能,例如,控制车辆门锁、灯光、启动配电等。
第一接收模块120用于接收云端服务器发送的待升级软件的信息,其中,所述云端服务器通过比较软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息得到待升级软件的信息。
需要说明的是,在本发明的实施例中,在第一发送模块110向云端服务器发送连接请求之后,云端服务器可先根据该连接请求建立与移动终端的连接。之后,可将软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息进行比较,以得到待升级软件的信息,例如,以组合仪表为例,若云端服务器存储的组合仪表的软件版本号大于车辆上已更新的组合仪表的软件版本号,则说明该组合仪表需要更新,从而可得到待升级软件组合仪表的信息,如名称、新版本号新版本大小等。
下载模块130用于根据待升级软件的信息从云端服务器上下载待升级软件。进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,如图9所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置还可以包括第二接收模块160,第二接收模块160用于接收下载待升级软件的指令。
举例而言,如图5所示,以组合仪表为例,用户点击组合仪表对应的“下载”功能按钮之后,第二接收模块160接收到下载组合仪表的指令。之后,下载模块130可根据该组合仪表的信息从云端服务器上下载与该组合仪表的信息对应的软件。
第二发送模块140用于将待升级软件发送至车身控制模块150。更具体地,在下载模块130将待升级软件下载完成之后,第二发送模块140可将该待升级软件发送至车身控制模块150以使用待升级软件对车身控制模块150进行更新。例如,车身控制模块150可将待升级软件写入车辆ECU中,从而实现车身控制模块150的软件升级。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,如图9所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新 的装置还可以包括显示模块170,显示模块170用于显示待升级软件的信息。
举例而言,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置为用户提供对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的应用程序,在第一接收模块120接收到待升级软件的信息之后,显示模块170可通过应用程序显示待升级软件的信息,如图5所示。图5中需更新软件即为待升级软件,显示了待升级软件的名称、新版本号、新版本大小,还具有“下载”功能按钮等。由此,可使得用户更加直观地了解到车辆上哪些车身控制模块150的软件需要更新,以从云端服务器上下载最新版本的软件,提升了用户体验。
根据本发明实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置,通过下载模块根据待升级软件的信息从云端服务器上下载待升级软件,第二发送模块将该待升级软件发送到车身控制模块,车身控制模块使用该待升级软件对其进行更新,通过移动终端获取云端服务器上车身控制模块的最新版本软件,这样用户通过移动终端即可及时地获知车身控制模块有最新版本软件需要更新,对于最新版本软件来说,有利于软件的推广,对于用户来说,提升了用户体验。
图10是根据本发明一个具体实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置的结构示意图。
如图10所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置可以包括:第一发送模块110、第一接收模块120、下载模块130、第二发送模块140、第二接收模块160、显示模块170、判断模块180和提示发出模块190。
具体地,判断模块180用于判断是否已与车身控制模块150建立了蓝牙连接。提示发出模块190用于在判断模块180判断与车身控制模块150未建立蓝牙连接时,发出与车身控制模块150之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,第二发送模块140还用于在判断模块180判断与车身控制模块150已建立了蓝牙连接时,可通过蓝牙连接将待升级软件发送至车身控制模块150。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,如图10所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置还可以包括第三接收模块1100和第三发送模块1110,第三接收模块1100用于接收车身控制模块150发送的更新后的软件状态信息。第三发送模块1110用于将更新后的软件状态信息发送至云端服务器。
其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,显示模块170还用于显示更新后的软件状态信息。举例而言,如图8所示,即已更新软件界面中,显示了已更新软件的名称、版本号、版本大小、更新日期等。由此,可使得用户更加直观地了解到车身控制模块150已更新的软件状态信息,提升了用户体验。
根据本发明实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置,通过判断模块判断是否已 与车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接,提示发出模块在判断模块判断与车身控制模块未建立蓝牙连接时,提示与车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立,第二发送模块在判断模块判断与车身控制模块已建立了蓝牙连接时,可通过蓝牙连接将待升级软件发送至车身控制模块,通过蓝牙信号,实现了移动终端和车身控制模块的数据传送及数据更新。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明实施例还提出了一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统。
图11是根据本发明一个实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统的结构示意图。
如图11所示,该对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统可以包括:上述实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置100和云端服务器200。
具体地,对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置100的具体功能描述可参照图9和图10所示的功能描述。
云端服务器200用于根据连接请求建立与装置100的连接,并比较软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息以得到待升级软件的信息,以及将待升级软件的信息发送至装置100。
具体而言,云端服务器200可先根据连接请求建立与装置100的连接,之后可将软件状态信息和更新的软件的状态信息进行比较,以得到待升级软件的信息,例如,以组合仪表为例,若云端服务器200存储的组合仪表的软件版本号大于车辆上已更新的组合仪表的软件版本号,则说明该组合仪表需要更新,从而可得到待升级软件组合仪表的信息,如名称、新版本号新版本大小等。最后,云端服务器200可通过API接口将待升级软件的信息输出给装置100。
根据本发明实施例的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统,通过移动终端根据待升级软件的信息从云端服务器上下载待升级软件,之后将该待升级软件发送到车身控制模块以使用该待升级软件对车身控制模块进行更新,通过移动终端获取云端服务器上车身控制模块的最新版本软件,这样用户通过移动终端即可及时地获知车身控制模块有最新版本软件需要更新,对于最新版本软件来说,有利于软件的推广,对于用户来说,提升了用户体验。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员 而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向云端服务器发送连接请求,以建立与所述云端服务器的连接,其中,所述连接请求中包括所述车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且所述云端服务器中存储有更新的软件;
    接收所述云端服务器发送的待升级软件的信息,其中,所述云端服务器通过比较所述软件状态信息和所述更新的软件的状态信息得到所述待升级软件的信息;
    根据所述待升级软件的信息从所述云端服务器上下载所述待升级软件;
    将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块以使用所述待升级软件对所述车身控制模块进行更新。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    接收下载所述待升级软件的指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    显示所述待升级软件的信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车身控制模块具有蓝牙功能。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    判断是否已与所述车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接;
    如果否,则发出与所述车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示;以及
    如果是,则通过所述蓝牙连接将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    接收所述车身控制模块发送的更新后的软件状态信息;
    将所述更新后的软件状态信息发送到所述云端服务器并显示所述更新后的软件状态信息。
  7. 一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端向云端服务器发送连接请求,其中,所述连接请求中包括所述车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且所述云端服务器中存储有更新的软件;
    所述云端服务器根据所述连接请求建立与所述移动终端的连接;
    所述云端服务器比较所述软件状态信息和所述更新的软件的状态信息以得到待升级软件的信息并将所述待升级软件的信息发送至所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端根据所述待升级软件的信息从所述云端服务器上下载所述待升级软件;以及
    所述移动终端将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块以使用所述待升级软件对所述车身控制模块进行更新。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    所述移动终端接收下载所述待升级软件的指令。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    所述移动终端显示所述待升级软件的信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述车身控制模块具有蓝牙功能。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    所述移动终端判断是否已与所述车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接;
    如果否,则所述移动终端发出所述移动终端与所述车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示;
    如果是,则所述移动终端通过所述蓝牙连接将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    所述车身控制模块将更新后的软件状态信息发送至所述移动终端;
    所述移动终端显示所述更新后的软件状态信息并发送到所述云端服务器。
  13. 一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向云端服务器发送连接请求,以建立与所述云端服务器的连接,其中,所述连接请求中包括所述车身控制模块的软件状态信息并且所述云端服务器中存储有更新的软件;
    第一接收模块,用于接收所述云端服务器发送的待升级软件的信息,其中,所述云端服务器通过比较所述软件状态信息和所述更新的软件的状态信息得到所述待升级软件的信息;
    下载模块,用于根据所述待升级软件的信息从所述云端服务器上下载所述待升级软件;
    第二发送模块,用于将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块以使用所述待升级软件对所述车身控制模块进行更新。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    第二接收模块,用于接收下载所述待升级软件的指令。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    显示模块,用于显示所述待升级软件的信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述车身控制模块具有蓝牙功能。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    判断模块,用于判断是否已与所述车身控制模块建立了蓝牙连接;
    提示发出模块,用于在所述判断模块判断与所述车身控制模块未建立所述蓝牙连接时,发出与所述车身控制模块之间的蓝牙连接未建立的提示;其中,
    所述第二发送模块还用于在所述判断模块判断与所述车身控制模块已建立了所述蓝牙连接时,通过所述蓝牙连接将所述待升级软件发送至所述车身控制模块。
  18. 根据权利要求13-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述车身控制模块发送的更新后的软件状态信息;
    第三发送模块,用于将所述更新后的软件状态信息发送至所述云端服务器;其中,
    所述显示模块还用于显示所述更新后的软件状态信息。
  19. 一种对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求13-18中任一项所述的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的装置;以及
    云端服务器,用于根据所述连接请求建立与所述装置的连接,并比较所述软件状态信息和所述更新的软件的状态信息以得到所述待升级软件的信息,以及将所述待升级软件的信息发送至所述装置。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令被执行时,使得执行根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的对车辆的车身控制模块进行更新的方法。
