一种获取移动终端售后故障信息的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动终端售后处理技术,尤指一种获取移动终端售后故障信息的方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,随着移动终端,如手机终端设备,发货量的增大,用户反馈的售后故障也越来越多。一般,对于移动终端售后故障信息的处理是:售后代理收集用户的反馈,再将用户反馈的故障信息通过邮件、电话等方式反馈到后方质量研发等部门进行处理。在获取移动终端售后故障信息的过程中,存在反馈信息不准确、不全面、不规范等问题,往往需要再经过多次的详细交流处理后才能真正确定用户反馈故障的真实故障信息。这样,导致了对售后故障的处理不及时,从而降低了用户满意度,影响了移动终端公司后续的市场和品牌度。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种获取移动终端售后故障信息的方法及装置,以解决如何实现能够规范、及时准确获得移动终端售后故障信息,提升售后故障信息处理的准确度和效率,从而提高用户满意度的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种获取移动终端售后故障信息的方法,包括:设置故障信息录入策略,按照所述策略收集移动终端售后故障信息;
将收集到的售后移动终端售后故障信息实时传送给数据中心。
可选地,该方法还包括:在按照所述策略收集移动终端售后故障信息之前,对提供所述移动终端售后故障信息的用户进行鉴权。
可选地,所述鉴权包括:提示输入用户名和密码,如果用户名和密码均正确,则所述鉴权通过,继续执行所述收集移动终端售后故障信息的步骤;
如果用户名和/或密码不正确,则所述鉴权未通过,且鉴权次数超过预先设置的次数阈值时,结束所述方法的流程。

    在按照所述策略收集移动终端售后故障信息之前,对提供所述移动终端售后故障信息的用户进行鉴权。

    所述鉴权包括:提示输入用户名和密码,如果用户名和密码均正确,则所述鉴权通过,继续执行所述收集移动终端售后故障信息的步骤;

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,该方法还包括:
    将收集到的售后移动终端售后故障信息实时传送给数据中心后,发送所述发送给数据中心是否成功的提示信息。
  7. 一种获取移动终端售后故障信息的装置,包括:获取模块和传送模块,其中,
    获取模块,设置为设置故障信息录入策略,并按照所述策略收集移动终端售后故障信息;
    传送模块,设置为将收集到的售后移动终端售后故障信息实时传送给数据中心。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,该装置还包括:
    鉴权模块,设置为对提供移动终端售后故障信息的用户进行鉴权,在鉴权通过时,通知所述获取模块收集移动终端售后故障信息;
    在鉴权未通过且鉴权次数超过预先设置的次数阈值时,阻止所述获取模块收集移动终端售后故障信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,该装置还包括:
    提示模块,设置为发送向所述数据中心传送移动终端售后故障信息的发送成功或发送失败的提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,
    所述传送模块,是设置为采用WEB方式,登陆数据中心,将所述收集到的移动终端售后故障信息发送给数据中心;如果网络不通,采用彩信方式,将所述收集到的移动终端售后故障信息以附件形式发送到数据中心。
  11. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被获取移动终端售后故障信息的装置执行时,使得所述装置能够执行权利要求1~6中任一项所述的方法。
  12. 一种载有权利要求11所述计算机程序的载体。
