本发明涉及但不限于无线通讯终端技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种智能终端的控制方法和基于机顶盒的智能终端。
背景技术
相关的无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)智能终端设备,如无线路由器、无线机顶盒等,仅仅在WiFi无线领域支持上网功能、局域网内文件媒体共享、路由等传统功能。
相关的有线电视机顶盒仅支持有线电视传输和播放功能。所述有线电视机顶盒的不足之处是只能提供一路电视输出信号到电视机,一旦有线电视线路故障,就不能观看电视。
相关技术的电视机的信号源由电视遥控器来选择输入信号,也即,用户必须手动切换电视机的输入信号。
因此,为了满足用户对有线电视和网络电视的观看需求,相关机顶盒还需要改进。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种智能终端的控制方法和基于机顶盒的智能终端,以解决如何支持有线电视和网络电视观看并在两路电视之间自动切换,提高用户体验的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种智能终端的控制方法,应用于基于机顶盒的智能终端上,所述智能终端具有有线电视输入接口、网络接口及视频输出接口,该方法包括:
确定电视输出模式;
如电视输出模式设置为自动模式,则监听有线电视输入信号,根据监听 结果确定是否在有线电视和网络电视之间进行切换。

如图1所示,本发明实施例的的智能终端具有两路电视输入,一路是有线电视,一路是网络电视,其中网络电视可以通过有线宽带网络接入、WiFi接入或移动网络接入中的任意一种来接入,通过高清晰度多媒体接口(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)和电视机相连。
另外,相关技术中,无线路由器或是电视机顶盒设备都无法支持安防监控或家居控制。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对于家庭安防系统、以及智能家居产品(比如,智能拖地机/扫地机、智能电饭煲等)的可操作性的要求也越来越高。因此,本实施例的智能终端能够根据外部设备上报的业务类型分配不同的频段(2.4G或5G),通过2.4GWiFi频段和信道与安防设备(比如, 安防探测器、监控摄像头)、智能家居设备(比如,智能电饭煲、智能扫地机等)进行通信,通过5GWiFi频段和信道与无线局域网内的设备(比如,手机、平板电脑、台式机、打印机等)进行通信,可以通过RJ11接口连接电话,通过通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,USB)接口连接存储设备(比如移动硬盘)。

该智能终端包括:主控模块、有线电视模块、网络电视模块、视频输出切换模块、网络接入模块、安防控制模块、家居控制模块、短信语音模块、WiFi无线路由模块、媒体共享模块。
该智能终端支持WiFi2.4G频段和WiFi5G频段,并可同时进行异频操作。智能终端默认提供WiFi5G频段给家庭无线局域网,WiFi2.4G频段给家居控制和安防控制局域网。
该智能终端包括的网络接入模块设置为提供多种网络接入方式,包括有线宽带、移动网络、WiFi接入。对于宽带接入设置提供一个RJ45口。
该智能终端支持两路电视输入:网络电视、有线电视,预留1个HDMI接口支持电视信号输出。主控模块可以控制视频输出切换模块选择网络电视输出或有线电视输出,两路电视输出可以实现自动切换。

该智能终端包括的短信语音模块设置为当安防系统有报警时,拨打报警电话,和/或向指定电话号码发送报警短信。所述短信语音模块支持短信收发,短信可通过视频输出与电视画面叠加显示。
用户通过手持控制器或客户端软件与智能终端进行交互。软件客户端和手持控制器采用无线信道链路与智能终端设备连接。用户通过客户端软件登陆智能终端的Web UI或使用手持控制器对智能终端进行控制和管理。

客户端软件,支持iOS和Android系统。手机或平板电脑上安装此软件后,通过WiFi方式接入局域网网内可以与智能终端进行交互。

用户选择电视输出方式为自动模式后,主控模块将电视输出方式的配置信息写入软件NV(non-volatile memory,非易失性存储器),主控模块实时查询NV,当电视输出模式为自动模式时,如果有线电视输入端口没有信号,则主控模块下发视频切换指令给视频输出切换模块,视频输出切换模块将电视输出切换到网络电视。电视输出切换到网络电视后,继续监听有线电视输入端口,如果信号恢复,则主控模块下发切换询问指令,该切换询问指令显示到电视机上,由用户确定是否需要切换回有线电视。用户确定切换后,主控模块下发视频切换指令给视频输出切换模块,视频输出切换模块将电视输出切换到有线电视。
如图6所示,本发明具体实施以监控摄像头通过wifi方式接入智能终端,用户通过客户端软件或手持控制器控制监控摄像头为例:

S606,监控摄像头与智能终端建立通信连接后,智能终端判断用户是否下发了安防控制指令,是则执行步骤S607,若否,则返回步骤S606;
S607,智能终端根据用户的安防控制指令向监控摄像头发送控制信号;
S608,监控摄像头接收智能终端的控制信号并执行;
S609,分配5GWiFi频段和信道。
监控摄像头通过WPS(WiFi Protected Setup,自动设置网络名和密码来接入无线局域网)按键方式触发与智能终端的WiFi连接;其中,WPS有两种方式:一种是输入个人信息码(PIN),由一端生成随机码,然后在另一端输入PIN从而完成WiFi连接;另一种是双方都按下按键(简称PBC)完成连接,如果120s内没有配对成功则WiFi连接失败。本实施方式使用WPS按键方式接入无线局域网。智能终端的主控模块获知监控摄像头发送WiFi连接请求后,下发业务类型查询指令给WiFi模块,WiFi模块收到业务类型查询指令后,发送业务查询信令到监控摄像头,然后监控摄像头向WiFi模块返回其业务类型,WiFi模块将监控摄像头的业务类型转发给主控模块,主控模块收到监控摄像头的业务类型反馈后,将此业务类型对应的WiFi配置项写入NV;主控模块查询到NV项参数变化,发现监控摄像头的业务类型为安防类型,分配2.4GWiFi频段和信道给监控摄像头。智能终端和监控摄像头连接成功后,如果主控模块检测到客户端操作,则将操作配置项写入NV中对应项。安防控制模块查询对应的NV项,如果NV项 有变动,安防控制模块确认可以实施后,发送确认电信号到主控模块,主控模块将控制信号再发送到WiFi模块,由WiFi模块将电信号转换为WiFi信号进行发送,监控摄像头接收到控制信令后,执行相应的控制操作(比如,开启、关闭、方向、角度调整、聚焦等操作)。如果NV项有变动,但安防控制模块确认不可以实施,则安防控制模块发送异常代码到主控模块,主控模块发送异常操作提示到操作界面提示用户。其中,安防摄像头的控制依靠WiFi信令来实现。
如果安防探测器、监控摄像头等通过USB口和智能终端相连,那么主控模块和安防控制模块通过下发电信号的控制信号即可对安防探测器和监控摄像头进行控制管理。
上述实施例提供的一种智能终端的控制方法和智能终端,通过将安防监控控制、智能家居控制、有线电视、网络电视、WiFi无线路由集成在一个智能终端上,能够支持有线电视和网络电视观看并在两路电视之间自动切换,支持安防监控、家居控制,并且通过为不同的外部设备分配不同的WiFi频段和信道避免了WiFi上网与家庭安保、智能家居控制之间的干扰,节省了原材料,极大地简化了设备的安装和操作流程,提高了用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现,相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明不限制于任何指定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
需要说明的是,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
上述技术方案通过将安防监控控制、智能家居控制、有线电视、网络电视、WiFi无线路由集成在一个智能终端上,能够支持有线电视和网络电视观看并在两路电视之间自动切换,支持安防监控、家居控制,并且通过为不同的外部设备分配不同的WiFi频段和信道避免了WiFi上网与家庭安保、智能家居控制之间的干扰,节省了原材料,极大地简化了设备的安装和操作流程,提高了用户体验。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种智能终端的控制方法,应用于基于机顶盒的智能终端上,其特征在于,所述智能终端具有有线电视输入接口、网络接口及视频输出接口,该方法包括:
    确定电视输出模式;
    如电视输出模式设置为自动模式,则监听有线电视输入信号,根据监听结果确定是否在有线电视和网络电视之间进行切换。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
    根据用户选择的网络接口确定对应的网络接入方式;
    所述网络接入方式包括以下接入方式的一种或多种:有线宽带网络接入方式、无线保真(WiFi)接入方式、和移动网络接入方式;
    所述网络接口包括以下接口的一种或多种:有线宽带网络接口、WiFi接口、和移动网络接口。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,
    确定电视输出模式,包括:
    接收用户设置电视输出模式的指令;
    如用户设置的电视输出模式为有线电视模式,则确定电视输出模式为有线电视模式,启动有线电视输出;
    如用户设置的电视输出模式为网络电视模式,则确定电视输出模式为网络电视模式,启动网络电视输出;
    如用户设置的电视输出模式为自动模式,则确定电视输出模式为自动模式,启动有线电视输出。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
    根据监听结果确定是否在有线电视和网络电视之间进行切换,包括:
    当前视频输出对应有线电视时,如监听不到有线电视输入信号,则将视频输出切换为网络电视;
    当前视频输出对应网络电视时,如监听到有线电视输入信号恢复,则提示用户是否同意切换回有线电视,在接收到用户的同意切换指示后,将视频输出切换回有线电视。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述方法还包括:当所述网络接口为无线保真(WiFi)接口时,
    通过WiFi接口连接外部设备,包括:
    通过所述WiFi接口接收外部设备发送的WiFi连接请求,向所述外部设备发送业务类型查询指令,如接收到所述外部设备返回的业务类型信息,则根据所述外部设备的业务类型为其配置通信资源。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,
    根据所述外部设备的业务类型为其配置通信资源,包括:为不同业务类型的外部设备分配不同的WiFi频段。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,
    所述外部设备包括以下设备的一种或多种:安防探测器、监控摄像头、智能家居设备和移动终端。
  8. 一种基于机顶盒的智能终端,包括有线电视输入接口、网络接口及视频输出接口、有线电视模块、网络电视模块、主控模块和视频输出切换模块:
    有线电视模块,设置为从有线电视输入接口接收有线电视信号并进行处理,处理后的有线电视信号输出到视频输出接口;
    网络电视模块,设置为从网络接口接收网络电视信号并进行处理,处理后的网络电视信号输出到视频输出接口;
    主控模块,设置为确定电视输出模式;如电视输出模式设置为自动模式,则从视频输出接口监听有线电视输入信号,根据监听结果确定是否在有线电视和网络电视之间进行切换,如需要切换则通知视频输出切换模块;
    视频输出切换模块,设置为接收到主控模块的通知后将视频输出切换为有线电视或网络电视。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能终端,还包括网络接入模块;
    网络接入模块,设置为根据用户选择的网络接口确定对应的网络接入方式;
    所述网络接入方式包括以下接入方式的一种或多种:有线宽带网络接入方式、WiFi接入方式、和移动网络接入方式;
    所述网络接口包括以下接口的一种或多种:有线宽带网络接口、WiFi接口、和移动网络接口。
  10. 如权利要求8-9中任一项所述的智能终端,其中,
    主控模块,是设置为按以下方式确定电视输出模式:
    接收用户设置电视输出模式的指令;
    如用户设置的电视输出模式为有线电视模式,则确定电视输出模式为有线电视模式,启动有线电视输出;如用户设置的电视输出模式为网络电视模式,则确定电视输出模式为网络电视模式,启动网络电视输出;如用户设置的电视输出模式为自动模式,则确定电视输出模式为自动模式,启动有线电视输出。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的智能终端,其中,
    主控模块,是设置为按以下方式根据监听结果确定是否在有线电视和网络电视之间进行切换,包括:
    当前视频输出对应有线电视时,如监听不到有线电视输入信号,则将视频输出切换为网络电视;
    当前视频输出对应网络电视时,如监听到有线电视输入信号恢复,则提示用户是否同意切换回有线电视,在接收到用户的同意切换指示后,将视频输出切换回有线电视。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的智能终端,还包括WiFi无线路由模块;
    WiFi无线路由模块,设置为接收外部设备发送的WiFi连接请求并转发给主控模块,接收主控模块发送的业务类型查询指令并转发给所述外部设备,将主控模块为所述外部设备配置的通信资源的信息转发给所述外部设备;
    主控模块,还设置为接收到外部设备的WiFi连接请求后,通过WiFi无线路由模块向外部设备发送业务类型查询指令,如接收到所述外部设备返回 的业务类型信息,则根据所述外部设备的业务类型为其配置通信资源并将配置的通信资源的信息发送给所述WiFi无线路由模块;
    其中,所述网络接口为WiFi接口。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的智能终端,其中
    主控模块,是设置为按以下方式根据所述外部设备的业务类型为其配置通信资源:为不同业务类型的外部设备分配不同的WiFi频段。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的智能终端,其中,
    所述外部设备包括以下设备的一种或多种:安防探测器、监控摄像头、智能家居设备和移动终端。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的智能终端,还包括安防控制模块;
    主控模块,还设置为触发安防控制模块进行控制;
    安防控制模块,设置为接收到主控模块的触发信号后,进行安防布防或撤防、和/或安防监控。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的智能终端,还包括短信语音模块;
    主控模块,还设置为检测到警情时,向短信语音模块发送报警通知;
    短信语音模块,设置为接收到主控模块的报警通知后,触发拨打报警电话和/或向指定电话号码发送报警短信。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的智能终端,还包括家居控制模块;
    家居控制模块,设置为在主控模块的控制下对智能家居设备进行控制管理。
  18. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被智能终端执行时,使得该智能终端可执行权利要求1~7任一项所述的方法。
  19. 一种载有权利要求18所述计算机程序的载体。
