Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine du diagnostic moléculaire multi-étiologique et des maladies émergentes au moyen de puces à ADN, plus spécifiquement l'invention utilise des oligonucléotides inclus dans une puce, pour la détection de microorganismes qui peuvent provoquer la maladie diarrhéique. La puce contient les oligonucléotides qui correspondent à Escherichia coli entéroaggrégative, Eschenchia coli entérohémorragique, Escherichia coli entérotoxigénique, Escherichia coli entéropathogène, Escherichia coli entéroinvasive, Giardia intestinalis, Blastocystishominis, Entamoeba histolytica/dispar, Cryptosporidiumparvum, Shigella ssp. Escherichia coli uropatogénique, Salmonella entérica, Vibrio cholerae, entre autres pathogènes provoquant des maladies gastriques chez l'homme ou l'animal. La puce consiste à immobiliser sur un support, lesdits oligonucléotides une fois amplifiés par la technique PCR. La puce peut être une micropuce ou une macropuce et il est inclus dans les modalités, sa disposition à la manière d'une biopuce, qu'elle soit macropuce ou micropuce.
