Abstract

Sistema de conexión entre la torre de celosía (2) y la góndola (3) de un aerogenerador de eje horizontal, formado por una pieza (4) anular y cilíndrica que dispone de una gran rigidez a flexión y permite la transición directa entre la corona continua del sistema de giro (yaw) de la góndola (3) y los miembros verticales de la torre en celosía (2). La pieza de conexión (4) está compuesta por dos anillos (13 y 14) unidos con placas verticales exteriores (12) y con placas horizontales inferiores (16) y superiores (17) que conforman sus caras (15 y 18), que internamente disponen de cuadernas transversales (20), centrales (19) y auxiliares (21) unidas entre sí y con las placas verticales exteriores (12) a través de piezas de unión (24) cilíndricas. Las cuadernas centrales (19) formarán un gran hueco (22) poligonal en su centro en función del número de patas que formen parte de la torre de celosía (2). La conexión de la pieza de (4) a una torre recta de tres columnas (2) es una solución óptima: reducción de cargas en columna de torre por aumento de brazo de reacción, reducción de cargas en bastidor y Yaw por mismo motivo, reducción de cargas en torre por embeber el generador en el hueco anular, reducción de coste de torre por reducción de elementos necesarios y masa total y reducción de costes de transporte por modularidad de la solución.
