é provida uma turbina eólica tendo uma fundação (100). a fundação (100) tem uma primeira porção de fundação (310) tendo um lado superior (311) e um pedestal de fundação de concreto (330) tendo um lado superior (331). o lado superior do pedestal de fundação de concreto (331) (330) é anular e se projeta além do lado superior (311) da primeira porção de fundação (310). a turbina eólica também tem uma torre de aço (200) tendo uma pluralidade de segmentos de torre (201-206), em que um segmento de torre inferior (201) tem um flange (200a) tendo uma pluralidade de furos transpassantes (200b). o flange (200a) é colocado em um lado de topo (331) da fundação de concreto (330). a turbina eólica tem adicionalmente uma pluralidade de elementos de preensão (220, 220a). uma extremidade inferior (320a, 302a) dos elementos de preensão (320, 302) é fixada por meio de uma unidade de fixação (325, 325a) em ou sob a fundação ou sob a primeira porção (310). uma extremidade superior (320b, 302b) dos elementos de preensão (320b, 302b) se projeta além de uma extremidade superior (331) do pedestal de fundação de concreto (330) e se estende através dos furos transpassantes (200b). as extremidades superiores (320b, 302b) dos elementos de preensão (320b, 302b) são reforçados por unidades de meios de fixação de (321, 321a, 322). um lado externo (332) do pedestal de fundação de concreto (330) é de uma configuração cônica.
