- Household appliance components with such a layer sequence are usually processed by baking processes during manufacture, so that the corresponding layers are cured and connected to one another. Such a burn-in can lead to the formation of cracks in the cleaning layer, which is also referred to as the ecolysis layer.
- a method, a household appliance component and a cooking appliance according to the independent claims.
- a method according to the invention for producing a household appliance component a main body of the household appliance component is provided. On this a bonding layer is applied. Subsequently, a cleaning layer is then applied to the primer layer.
- An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in the fact that at least one depression, in particular in the form and / or position defined before burning the cleaning layer, and thus in particular a firm bonding of the cleaning layer with the bonding layer in the cleaning layer to the Switzerlandbriefsentlastung the cleaning layer the subsequent burn-in of the cleaning layer is generated.

- the depression is preferably produced with a depth which is at least 30%, in particular at least 60%, in particular at least 75%, in particular at least 90%, of the layer thickness of the cleaning layer.
- the recess is produced by a complete removal of the cleaning layer at the location of the recess up to the adhesion-promoting layer.
- the recess is therefore formed virtually completely through the cleaning layer, so that in the area of the depression when looking at the household appliance component of the cleaning layer ago, the primer layer and its top can be seen.
- the relaxation of the cleaning layer material is further improved depending on the situation in this embodiment.
- the adhesion-promoting layer is preferably formed in the region vertically below the depression after the firing of the cleaning layer and the adhesion-promoting layer with a layer thickness of at least 35 ⁇ m, in particular at least 40 ⁇ m. It is therefore ensured in the manufacturing process that the layer thickness of the bonding layer does not remain too thin, if then the last burn-in step was completed. As a result, undesired functional impairments of the adhesion-promoting layer and the base body arranged thereunder can be prevented.
- the adhesion-promoting layer is formed in the region vertically below the depression after the firing of the cleaning layer and the adhesion-promoting layer with a layer thickness of at least 50%, in particular at least 75%, preferably at least 90%, of the layer thickness prior to the firing of the cleaning layer and the adhesion-promoting layer.
- a layer thickness of the adhesion-promoting layer thus remains, which has at least the stated percentage of the layer thickness before this stoving process. This also prevents undesired removal of the layer thickness of the adhesion-promoting layer.
- the corrosion stability of the household appliance component and in particular of the basic body, which is preferably made of metal is retained.
- the notch or perforation depth of this at least one depression is formed in such a way that it is ensured that a closed, sufficiently thick adhesion-promoting layer is retained after the last burn-in process.
- the width of a recess is formed as thin as possible, in particular the recess designed so that their length is greater, in particular by a multiple greater than their width.
- a depression in the cross section and thus in section through the entire layer structure is produced with a form that tapers towards the adhesion-promoting layer.
- a depression in cross-section is formed with a V-shape.
- a depression in a grid-like structure is applied in the cleaning layer.
- a grid pattern with in particular uniformly arranged squares, in particular formed like a checkerboard. This specific pattern is particularly noteworthy with respect to the above requirements.
- the adhesion-promoting layer and the material of the base body are baked before the application of the cleaning layer to the adhesion-promoting layer. It is thus preferably in this regard, a first baking, then the cleaning layer is applied and after generating the at least one well, then further firing is completed by the cleaning layer and the bonding layer cured and interconnected, in particular fused, are.
- a household appliance component is provided, which is produced by a method according to the invention or an advantageous embodiment thereof and is a component defining a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance.
- This household appliance component can thus be a part of a muffle in the context. This limits the cooking space.
- the invention relates to a cooking appliance with a household appliance component according to the invention.
