本实用新型涉及一种轮子与轮轴的定位结构以及具有该定位结 构的箱子
背景技术
箱子为了移动方便常在下方配置轮子, 轮子与轮轴较为简便的固 定方式是将轮子套在轮轴上, 之后用卡簧将轮子与轮轴固定在一起。 卡簧装配过程中需要先穿过轮子上的第一个孔,之后穿过轮轴上的孔, 最后穿过轮子上的第二个孔,在这过程中需要工人多次找寻孔的位置, 装配较为复杂。 卡簧长时间使用后, 需要更换拆卸时也较为费力。 因 此, 发明人预想设计一种新式的轮子与轮轴定位安装结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一个目的是提供一种轮子与轮轴定位结构, 该定位 结构设计巧妙, 装配灵活, 轮子与轮轴固定牢固。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型实施例釆用的技术解决方案是: 轮子与轮轴定位结构,包括轮子和轮轴,轮子安装在轮轴的端部, 所述轮子与轮轴通过轴套相连接, 所述轴套由定位部和套轴部组成, 套轴部由轮子外侧穿过轮子套在轮轴上,定位部卡在轮子外侧的限位 槽内。
优选地, 所述定位部呈管状与套轴部相连通, 轮轴的端部开有环 形槽, 定位部内装有销钉及弹簧, 弹簧顶着销钉的后端, 销钉的前端 插入环形槽内。
优选地, 所述定位部与套轴部垂直相接。
优选地, 所述弹簧顶着限位槽的槽壁。
优选地, 所述套轴部外周设有一周连续的凹槽和一周连续的凸楞。 优选地, 所述定位部上开有拆卸孔。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种具有上述轮子与轮轴定位 结构的箱子。

本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、 轮子与轮轴使用轴套将两者连接, 定位部卡在轮子外侧的限 位槽内, 组装方式灵活, 便于拆装。
2、 定位部呈管状与套轴部相连通, 轮轴的端部开有环形槽, 定 位部内装有销钉及弹簧, 弹簧顶着销钉的后端,销钉的前端插入环形 槽内。 此种结构巧妙的用销钉将轴套与轮轴连接, 防止轮轴由轴套上 脱落, 需要拆分轴套与轮轴时, 去除弹簧对销钉的作用力, 即可将轮 轴由轴套内抽出, 具有结构简单, 更换轮轴或轮子较为方便的优势。
3、 套轴部外周设有一周连续的凹槽和一周连续的凸楞。 可以有 效提高轴套与轮子结合的紧密度。
4、 定位部上开有拆卸孔, 方便去除弹簧对销钉的作用力, 使轮 轴可以由轴套内抽出。 附图说明

结合图 1至图 5, 轮子与轮轴定位结构, 包括轮子 1和轮轴 2, 轮子 1安装在轮轴 2的端部,所述轮子 1与轮轴 2通过轴套 3相连接, 所述轴套 3由定位部 31和套轴部 32组成, 套轴部 32由轮子 1外侧 穿过轮子套在轮轴 2上, 定位部 31卡在轮子 1外侧的限位槽 4内。 所述定位部 31呈管状与套轴部 32相连通,轮轴 2的端部开有环形槽 21, 定位部 31 内装有销钉 5及弹簧 6, 弹簧 6—端顶着销钉 5的后 端, 弹簧 6另一端顶着限位槽 4的槽壁, 销钉 5的前端插入环形槽 21内。
更为优选地是, 所述定位部 31与套轴部 32垂直相接, 所述定位 部 31上开有拆卸孔 7, 所述套轴部 32外周设有一周连续的凹槽 8和 一周连续的凸楞 9。
实施例 2
一种箱子, 包括轮子、 及轮轴, 所述轮子与轮轴的连接结构, 釆 用实施例 1所述的轮子与轮轴定位结构。
