- step S4 of FIG. 5 after the lid 3 is closed in step S3 of FIG. 5, before the cleaning / disinfecting process start button 7s is turned on in step S4, the lid 3 is opened again as described above, and the inside of the cleaning / disinfecting tank 4 is opened.
- the arrangement position of the endoscope 201 may be adjusted again.
- step S26 a warning is issued from the notification unit 107.
- step S27 when the open / close detection unit 104 detects the closed state of the lid 3 within a predetermined time, the control unit 101 proceeds to step S28. Then, the control for stopping the warning is performed, and when the closed state of the lid 3 cannot be detected within a certain time, the control for continuing the warning may be performed in step S29.
- the warning is stopped. It becomes easier to do. Further, since the warning is continued unless the lid 3 is closed, it is possible to suppress taking out and using the endoscope before cleaning and disinfection.
- FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing a modification of the control operation of the warning unit by the control unit of FIG. 2 when a set time has elapsed after the first closed state determination step of FIG.
- the control unit 101 drives the notification unit 107 when the time from when the determination unit 102 determines the first closed state to when the cleaning / disinfection detection unit 105 detects the driving of the cleaning / disinfecting unit 106 exceeds the set time. You may control.
- step S31 the control unit 101 performs the operation by turning on the cleaning / disinfecting process start button 7s.
- step S23 it is determined whether a set time has elapsed until the cleaning / disinfecting unit 106 is driven. Note that the set time may be arbitrarily changed by the operator.
- control unit 101 proceeds to step S32 and issues a warning by driving the notification unit 107.

- the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus of the second embodiment does not have an accommodation detection unit and a determination unit, If the lid portion is in the open state, the point of driving and controlling the notification portion is different.
- the endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus 1 includes the accommodation detection unit 103 and the determination unit 102, and the accommodation detection unit 103 accommodates the endoscope 201 in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 4.
- the accommodation detection unit 103 accommodates the endoscope 201 in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 4.
- the open / close detection unit 104 detects the closed state of the lid unit 3
- the lid unit 3 has been opened before the cleaning / disinfecting unit 106 is driven.
- the control unit 101 drives the notification unit 107 to give a warning.
- control unit 101 may always issue a warning by driving the notification unit 107 when the open / close detection unit 104 detects the open state of the lid unit 3.
- the warning unit 100 may include only the control unit 101 and the opening / closing detection unit 104 and the notification unit 107 connected to the control unit 101, respectively.
- the control unit 101 uses the opening / closing detection unit 104 in step S ⁇ b> 40 in the state where the opening / closing detection unit 104 detects the closed state of the lid unit 3 in step S ⁇ b> 39. 3 is detected, and when the open state of the lid 3 is detected, the alarm unit 107 is finally driven in step S41, so that a warning sound or a warning display is generated and the lid 3 is displayed to the operator. You may warn that it was opened.
- a warning is issued when the open state of the lid 3 is detected regardless of whether the endoscope 201 is accommodated in the cleaning / disinfecting tank 4. For this reason, in order to take out the endoscope 201 before cleaning / disinfecting from the cleaning / disinfecting tank 4, the operator must open the lid 3, so that the endoscope 201 before cleaning / disinfecting is prevented from being taken out. Can do.
Abstract
