一种待机方法、家庭智能设备及待机系统
本申请要求于2014年03月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410119569.X、发明名称为“一种待机方法、家庭智能设备及待机系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种待机方法、家庭智能设备及待机系统。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,智能操作系统快速的应用于家庭设备,使得家庭设备越来越智能化以支持更多的业务应用,例如,智能电视机、智能机顶盒、网络摄像头等等;这些家庭智能设备除提供原有业务外,还具备了大量通信、远程下载等智能业务应用,例如,实时通信业务、视频通话业务等等。
当家庭智能设备处于待机时,为了降低待机功耗,家庭智能设备内部的主中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU)处于完全休眠状态,此时,家庭智能设备只能响应红外按键信息,家庭智能设备所提供的智能业务应用的大量的后台应用,都将无法提供服务,比如接收推送的视频和照片,视频电话业务被叫等,导致在家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用的用户体验比较差;
若为了获取较高的智能业务应用的用户体验,则家庭智能设备需要实时接收后台推送及被叫服务,那么,家庭智能设备在待机时依然需要保证CPU处于工作模式,这样,导致家庭智能设备工作在较高的功耗模式。
为了解决家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的用户体验度与家庭智能设备待机功耗之间的矛盾,有些家庭智能设备通过支持网络待机的方式,实现远程唤醒,解决该矛盾;网络待机,即在有线模式下, 通过快速以太网(Fast Ethernet,简称FE)接口或千兆以太网(Gigabit Ethernet,简称GE)接口连接家庭局域网,在家庭智能设备待机时,当有智能业务应用有后台推送及被叫服务时,通过在网口发送一个特殊唤醒包实现唤醒家庭智能设备,提供智能业务应用,以达到家庭智能设备在不被使用时,家庭智能设备进入到待机状态,当有智能业务应用后后台推送及被叫服务时,家庭智能设备能快速回到工作状态,从而达到家庭智能设备提供的智能业务应用的用户体验度与家庭智能设备的节能兼备的目的。
在上述家庭智能设备的待机过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在下述缺点:网络待机虽然达到了家庭智能设备提供的智能业务应用的用户体验度与家庭智能设备的节能兼备的目的,但是网络待机过程实现复杂,不仅需要在家庭网关设置端口转发,而且需要第三方服务器参与,例如,通过第三方服务器发送特殊唤醒包,第三方服务器提供专门的远程唤醒服务,第三方服务器记录或转发家庭智能设备的媒体接入控制层(Media Access Control,简称MAC)地址。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种待机方法、家庭智能设备及待机系统,实现过程简单且不需要第三方服务器参与的家庭智能设备的待机。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例采用的技术方案是,
第一方面,提供一种待机方法,应用于第一家庭智能设备,所述方法包括:
接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息;
与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
若接收到所述第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备;其中,所述第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;所述第一智能业务应用为所述第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用;所述预设对 应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与所述智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的网络协议(Internet Protocol,简称IP)地址。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备包括:

根据所述待机请求,从工作状态切换至待机状态;
接收所述第一家庭智能设备发送的唤醒请求;
根据所述唤醒请求,从待机状态切换至工作状态。

切换单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述待机请求,从工作状态切换至待机状态;
所述接收单元还用于,接收所述第一家庭智能设备发送的唤醒请求;

本发明提供一种待机方法、家庭智能设备及待机系统,通过第一家庭智能设备接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息;与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;若接收到所述第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备;其中,所述第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;所述第一智能业务应用为所述第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用;所述预设对应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与所述智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的网络协议IP地址;实现过程简单且不需要第三方服务器参与的家庭智能设备的待机;解决了现有 技术中家庭智能设备的网络待机实现复杂且需要第三方服务器参与的缺陷。

需要说明的是,第一家庭智能设备可以是家庭网络中的智能家庭网关或者具有网关功能的任一家庭智能设备,本发明对于第一家庭智能设备的类型不进行具体限定。
第二家庭智能设备是与第一家庭智能设备连接的所有家庭智能设备中的任意一个;
需要说明的是,本发明所有实施例所述的家庭智能设备可以是家庭局域网中的智能电视、或者智能机顶盒,也可以是家庭局域网中的网络摄像头等,本发明实施例对此不进行具体限定,都属于本发明的保护范围。
其中,待机指示消息由第二家庭智能设备发送,用于通知第一家庭智能设备,第二家庭智能设备马上切换至待机状态,需要第一家庭智能设备进入等待状态,准备与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;

其中,第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器,是提供第二家庭智能设备中的智能业务应用的服务方,可以包括实时通讯业务中的服务器,也可以包括甩屏业务中的手机端,还可以 包括其他智能业务应用所对应的第三方服务器,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
其中,与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信,是根据第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号来进行的;
根据第一家庭智能设备获得第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的方式不同,与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信的内容也不同;
具体可选的,根据第一家庭智能设备获得第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的方式,第一家庭智能设备与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信可以通过下述三种方式中的任意一种实现:
第一种方式:在家庭网络中,第二家庭智能设备的智能业务的业务标识及其对应的端口号,在家庭网络创建时已由用户手动输入第一家庭智能设备的预设对应关系中;当第一家庭智能设备接收到第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息后,第一家庭智能设备则根据预设对应关系,开始与第二家庭智能设备的每一个智能业务应用的第三方服务器保持通信;
第二种方式:第一家庭智能设备接收的第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息中包括第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;当第一家庭智能设备接收到第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息之后,第一家庭智能设备可以根据待机指示消息中包括的第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,与待机指示消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
需要说明的是,在第二种方式中,第一家庭智能设备是根据待机指示消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,对相关业务进行代理,待机指示消息可以包括第二家庭智能设备的部 分智能业务应用,也可以包括第二家庭智能设备的所有应用,本发明对此不进行具体限定;具体的待机指示消息中包括的第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的数量,可以根据实际需求确定。
第三种方式:第二家庭智能设备在发送待机指示消息之前,向第一家庭智能设备发送待机代理请求消息,该待机代理请求消息中包括第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;当第一家庭智能设备接收到第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息后,第一家庭智能设备则根据待机代理请求消息,与待机代理请求消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。
其中,所述待机代理请求消息是由第二家庭智能设备预先向第一家庭智能设备发送的,该待机代理请求消息是用于通知第一家庭智能设备,当第二家庭智能设备通知待机时,第一家庭智能设备根据之前接收的待机代理请求消息进行代理。
需要说明的是,在第三种方式中,第一家庭智能设备是根据待机代理请求消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,对相关业务进行代理,待机代理请求消息可以包括第二家庭智能设备的部分智能业务应用,也可以包括第二家庭智能设备的所有应用,本发明对此不进行具体限定;具体的待机代理请求消息中包括的第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用的数量,可以根据实际需求确定。
103、若接收到第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备;
其中,第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;第一智能业务应用为第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用中的任意一个;预设对应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的IP地址。
当第一家庭智能设备与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信后,第三方服务器发送的业务请求,则会被第一家庭智能设备接收,而不是被待机状态的第二智能家庭接收;
若第一家庭智能设备接收到第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备,具体可以包括:
根据第一业务请求中包括的第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号查询预设对应关系,获取预设对应关系中与第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的第二家庭智能设备的IP地址;
根据第二家庭智能设备的IP地址,向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备。
需要说明的是,预设对应关系是第一家庭智能设备中保存的家庭智能设备及智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号的对应关系;预设对应关系在第一家庭智能设备中可以以表格的形式存在,参见表1,示意一种预设对应关系,包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号、及与智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的IP地址。

从表1可以看出,业务标识X对应端口号5、业务标识Y对应端口号9;业务标识X和业务标识Y对应的智能业务应用均由IP地址为192.168.1.3的家庭智能设备提供;需要说明的是,表1只是以示例说明预设对应关系的内容和形式,当然,预设对应关系也可以以其他形式存在于第一家庭智能设备中,预设对应关系中的内容也可以根据实际需求进行确定,本发明所有实施例对于预设对应关系的形式和内容不进行具体限定。

至少一个处理器701;存储器702;至少一个通信总线703,于实现处理器701、存储器702以及其它未示出的模块之间的连接和相互通信;接收器704;发送器705;
其中,通信总线703可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,简称为ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,简称为PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,简称为EISA)总线等。该总线703可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图7中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。

根据第二家庭智能设备的IP地址,向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备。

至少一个如上述任一实施例所述的第一家庭智能设备40;
至少一个如上述任一实施例所述的第二家庭智能设备60。
可选的,
第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40可以通过快速以太网FE或千兆以太网GE接口连接;或者,
第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40可以通过WIFI接口连接;或者,
第一家庭智能设备40可以集成红外遥控或2.4G无线遥控功能,第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40通过红外遥控或2.4G无线遥控功能连接。
需要说明的是,当第二家庭智能设备60处于待机状态,由第一家庭智能设备40代理第二家庭智能设备60的智能业务应用时,根据上述第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40的连接方式,或者根据第一家庭智能设备40所具备的功能,当第一家庭智能设备 40接收到业务请求需要唤醒第二家庭智能设备60时,向第二家庭智能设备40发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备40可以通过下述三种方式中的任意一种实现:
第一种方式,若第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40通过FE或GE接口连接,第一家庭智能设备40根据待机协议向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒包,唤醒第二家庭智能设备;
其中,唤醒包可以包括连续6个字节的FF和连续重复16次的MAC地址;
需要说明的是,唤醒包的内容是根据实际使用的待机协议来确定,本发明对此不进行具体限定。
第二种方式,若第二家庭智能设备60与第一家庭智能设备40通过WIFI接口连接,第一家庭智能设备40通过WIFI标准协议的网络唤醒功能向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备;
第三种方式,若第一家庭智能设备40集成红外遥控或2.4G无线遥控功能,第一家庭智能设备40通过红外遥控或2.4G无线遥控功能对应的模拟遥控器向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备。
本发明提供一种待机系统90,包括第一家庭智能设备40、第二家庭智能设备60,通过第一家庭智能设备接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息;与第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;若接收到第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒第二家庭智能设备;其中,第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;第一智能业务应用为第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用;预设对应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的IP地址;实现过程简单且不需要第三方服务器参与的家庭智能设备的待机;解决了现有技术中家庭智能设备的网络 待机实现复杂且需要第三方服务器参与的缺陷。

上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种待机方法,其特征在于,应用于第一家庭智能设备,所述方法包括:
    接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息;
    与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
    若接收到所述第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备;其中,所述第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;所述第一智能业务应用为所述第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用;所述预设对应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与所述智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的网络协议IP地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备包括:
    根据所述第一业务请求中包括的第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号查询所述预设对应关系,获取所述预设对应关系中与所述第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的第二家庭智能设备的IP地址;
    根据所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述待机指示消息包括:
    所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;
    相应的,所述方法还包括:
    将所述待机指示消息中包括的所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,保存至所述 预设对应关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器之间的保持通信包括:
    根据所述待机指示消息,与所述待机指示消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的待机方法,其特征在于,在所述接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机代理请求消息,其中,所述待机代理请求消息包括所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;
    将所述待机代理请求消息中包括的所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,保存至所述预设对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信包括:
    根据所述待机代理请求消息,与所述待机代理请求消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二家庭智能设备发送的开机指示消息;
    结束与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。
  8. 一种待机方法,其特征在于,应用于第二家庭智能设备,所述方法包括:
    通过自动发现获取第一家庭智能设备的网络协议IP地址;
    接收用户输入的待机请求;
    根据所述第一家庭智能设备的IP地址,向所述第一家庭智能设备发送待机指示消息,以使得所述第一家庭智能设备与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
    根据所述待机请求,从工作状态切换至待机状态;
    接收所述第一家庭智能设备发送的唤醒请求;
    根据所述唤醒请求,从待机状态切换至工作状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述待机指示消息包括:
    所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的待机方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述第一家庭智能设备的IP地址,向所述第一家庭智能设备发送待机指示消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一家庭智能设备发送待机代理请求消息,其中,所述待机代理请求消息包括所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的待机方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第一家庭智能设备发送开机指示消息。
  12. 一种第一家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述第一家庭智能设备包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机指示消息;
    通信单元,用于与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收到所述第三方服务器发送的业务请求;
    发送单元,用于若接收到所述第三方服务器发送的第一业务请求,根据所述第一业务请求及预设对应关系,向所述第二家庭智能设 备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备;其中,所述第一业务请求包括第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;所述第一智能业务应用为所述第二家庭智能设备上运行的智能业务应用;所述预设对应关系包括至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号及与所述智能业务应用对应的家庭智能设备的网络协议IP地址。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的第一家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:
    根据所述接收单元接收的所述第一业务请求中包括的第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号查询所述预设对应关系,获取所述预设对应关系中与所述第一智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的第二家庭智能设备的IP地址;
    根据所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址,向所述第二家庭智能设备发送唤醒请求,唤醒所述第二家庭智能设备。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的第一家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述待机指示消息包括:
    所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;
    相应的,所述第一家庭智能设备还包括:
    保存单元,用于将所述待机指示消息中包括的所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,保存至所述预设对应关系。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的第一家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述通信单元具体用于:
    根据所述待机指示消息,与所述待机指示消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。
  16. 根据权利要求12或13所述的第一家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于:
    接收第二家庭智能设备发送的待机代理请求消息,其中,所述待 机代理请求消息包括,所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号;
    所述第一家庭智能设备还包括:
    保存单元,用于将所述接收单元接收的所述待机代理请求消息中包括的所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号,保存至所述预设对应关系。

    根据所述待机代理请求消息,与所述待机代理请求消息包括的智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号对应的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信。

    所述接收单元还用于,接收所述第二家庭智能设备发送的开机指示消息;

  19. 一种第二家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述第二家庭智能设备包括:
    获取单元,用于通过自动发现获取第一家庭智能设备的网络协议IP地址;
    接收单元,用于接收用户输入的待机请求;
    发送单元,用于根据所述第一家庭智能设备的IP地址,向所述第一家庭智能设备发送待机指示消息,以使得所述第一家庭智能设备与所述第二家庭智能设备的智能业务应用对应的第三方服务器保持通信;
    切换单元,用于根据所述接收单元接收的所述待机请求,从工作状态切换至待机状态;
    所述接收单元还用于,接收所述第一家庭智能设备发送的唤醒请 求;
    所述切换单元还用于,根据所述接收单元接收的所述唤醒请求,从待机状态切换至工作状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的第二家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述待机指示消息包括:
    所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的第二家庭智能设备,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:
    向所述第一家庭智能设备发送待机代理请求消息,其中,所述待机代理请求消息包括所述第二家庭智能设备的IP地址和至少一个智能业务应用的业务标识及其对应的端口号。

    至少一个如权利要求12-18所述的第一家庭智能设备;
