- 내부에 수용홈(1a)을 갖는 신발 밑창(1)의 상면에 적층되어 상기 수용홈(1a)을 폐쇄하는 것으로, 탄성력을 갖는 다공밸브판(10); 및상기 다공밸브판(10)의 내부에 형성되어 공기압력에 따라 선택적으로 개폐되는 것으로, 상기 다공밸브판(10)의 두께(t)를 벗어나지 않도록 형성되는 다수개의 밸브(20);를 포함하여 구성되어,상기 밸브(20)가 소정의 두께(t)를 갖는 상기 다공밸브판(10)에 안에 형성되어 상기 다공밸브판(10)의 하부로 상기 밸브(20)의 하부가 돌출되지 않는 구조를 가짐으로, 상기 밸브(20)가 형성된 상기 다공밸브판(10)의 두께를 최소화할 수 있어 두께가 낮은 밑창(1)의 신발에도 상기 다공밸브판(10)을 용이하게 적용하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 체크 밸브판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공밸브판(10)의 상부 면에는 상기 밸브(20) 둘레와 바깥쪽으로 이격되어 형성되는 환형의 제1텐션홈(31)과, 상기 다공밸브판(10)의 하부 면에는 상기 제1텐션홈(31)과 바깥쪽으로 이격되어 형성되는 환형의 제2텐션홈(32)과, 상기 밸브(20)가 형성된 상기 다공밸브판(10)의 하부에는 하부로 연장 형성되는 환형의 걸림돌기(33);를 더 포함하여 구성되어,상기 다공밸브판(10)이 외부의 힘에 노출되더라도 상기 다공밸브판(10)에 형성되는 상기 밸브(20)가 외부의 힘에 영향을 받아 변형되는 것이 방지되도록 상기 밸브(20)로 전달되는 외부의 힘을 상기 텐션홈(31,32)에서 흡수 해소하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 체크 밸브판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다공밸브판(10)의 가장자리 둘레와 상기 밸브(20) 둘레 상면에 형성되는 변형방지홈(40);을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 체크 밸브판.
