Selon l'invention, un segment prédéfini de l'espace intérieur de la sangle de ceinture et/ou un canal à gaz (1) disposé dans la zone du point de déviation inférieur, présentent, à l'intérieur, des espaceurs (2) disposés à des intervalles irréguliers dans la sangle de ceinture et/ou dans le canal à gaz (1) de telle manière que des parois opposées de la sangle de ceinture et/ou du canal à gaz sont mutuellement espacées au moins par endroits.
