Abstract

一种腹腔镜用穿刺器,包括穿刺手柄(1)和穿刺器杆(2),其中穿刺器杆具有直径大小分段变化的外表面,该外表面呈连续的竹节状或串珠状,以便在手术中相对固定,防止意外脱出或滑入,继而降低手术风险,减少病人痛苦。

Description

腹腔镜用穿刺器 技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体的说涉及一种微创腹腔镜手术中使用的穿刺器。
背景技术
目前 , 在腹腔镜手术中使用穿刺器有 10mm 、 5mm 和 3mm 等型号。是腹腔镜手术中镜子、器械的进出通道。手术医生现在皮肤上切一个小口,用穿刺针刺入腹腔,注入二氧化碳。当压力到 12-14mmHg ,从切口刺入穿刺器。手术需要 3-5 个穿刺器。穿刺器内放入观察镜和器械从而在显示器观察下进行手术。
穿刺器一般由穿刺手柄、穿刺器杆和针芯组成。手术时,用手术刀切开皮肤,把针芯插入穿刺器杆中组成穿刺器,穿透腹壁后拔出针芯,就成功建立了腹腔镜的手术通路。在手术中,容易遇到的问题是,穿刺杆在手术操作中可能会在穿刺孔内来回滑动,容易造成腹腔脏器的损伤;在手术操作中放入器械时穿刺器随器械一同进入到腹腔或拔出器械时随器械一同脱出腹腔外,无法固定,不方便更换手术器械。一旦穿刺器随器械拔出腹腔,还需要再次穿入,往往不能找到原肌肉、腹膜的穿刺口,另行穿入又会造成多次损伤。而且穿刺孔在气腹的压力下,可能产生皮下气肿等问题。
技术问题
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种可简单而又安全地相对可固定的腹腔镜穿刺器,以防止手术中意外脱出、滑入,以及避免由于意外的脱出滑入带来的一系列问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明对穿刺器杆进行了改进。本发明的穿刺杆的外表面具有变化的直径, 直径的变化使得穿刺器杆外表面呈起伏状,穿刺器杆外部的起伏的从直径最大处到直径最小处,再到下一个直径最大处为一段,即: 所述穿刺器杆的每段外表面上下直径大,中间直径小。 因此,每段穿刺器杆外部呈上下宽中间窄的形状。优选地,每段穿刺器杆的外形呈竹节状或串珠状。各段相连延伸至整个穿刺器杆,使整个穿刺器杆呈现出宽窄起伏的外表面,优选地,所述外表面呈连续的竹节形或串珠形。 多段宽窄起伏的外表面,使得穿刺器杆可以有效地控制穿刺器的上下移动。
有益效果
本发明的穿刺器穿刺器因为穿刺器杆上多个竹节形起伏或串珠形起伏,在手术力量下也可被相对固定在筋膜、肌肉或腹膜上,起到了良好的固定作用,使得手术中,穿刺器不会来回在穿刺孔内滑动,医生在穿刺器操作中放入器械、更换器械时,具备了防止意外脱出、滑入的功能。同时,本发明的穿刺器也不影响手术穿刺正常开展和术后穿刺器的拔出。继而防止了由于穿刺器意外脱出滑入引起的反复穿刺,多次损伤、皮下气肿等一系列连带问题,增加了手术的安全性,减少了患者的痛苦。

本发明的最佳实施方式
图1 显示根据本发明的一个实施例的穿刺器的示意图。穿刺器上部为穿刺器手柄( 1 ),下部为穿刺器杆( 2 )。如图所示,穿刺器杆的每段外表面呈上下直径大、中间直径小的竹节状,整个穿刺器杆的外表面呈连续的竹节状。在使用过程中,穿刺器针芯(可插入穿刺器杆 2 中,未示出)插入穿刺器杆组成穿刺器,穿透腹壁后,拔出针芯,穿刺器杆形成腹腔镜手术的通路。在手术中,根据本发明的穿刺器杆在成为手术通路后,可以相对固定在筋膜、肌肉或腹壁上,防止了手术过程中穿刺器在穿刺孔中来回滑动造成的腹腔脏器损伤,并且当手术中需要拔出、放入或更换器械时,避免了随器械一同意外滑入腹腔或意外随器械脱出腹腔。并且,在手术结束时,方便取出。
本发明的实施方式
图2 显示根据本发明的一个实施例的穿刺器的示意图。穿刺器上部为穿刺器手柄( 1 ),下部为穿刺器杆( 2 )。如图所示,穿刺器杆( 2 )的每段外表面呈上下直径大、中间直径小的两个相连的半珠状,整个穿刺器杆( 2 )的外表面呈连续的串珠状。在使用过程中,穿刺器针芯(可插入穿刺器杆 2 中,未示出)插入穿刺器杆组成穿刺器,穿透腹壁后,拔出针芯,穿刺器杆( 2 )形成腹腔镜手术的通路。在手术中,根据本发明的穿刺器杆( 2 )在成为手术通路后,可以相对固定在筋膜、肌肉或腹壁上,防止了手术过程中穿刺器在穿刺孔中来回滑动造成的腹腔脏器损伤,并且当手术中需要拔出、放入或更换器械时,避免了随器械一同意外滑入腹腔或意外随器械脱出腹腔。并且,在手术结束时,方便取出。
当然 , 本发明并不局限于以上讨论的实施方式。人们可不使用竹节或串珠的外形,而采用类似的直径变化的形状。根据本发明的知识,本领域技术人员可引申出属于本发明主题的其他变体。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种腹腔镜用穿刺器 ,包括: 穿刺手柄和穿刺器杆 ;其中,所述穿刺器杆的外表面直径呈现大小变化。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的腹腔镜用穿刺器,其特征在于,所述穿刺器杆外表面的直径的大小变化呈规律的分段式变化。
  3. 如权利要求 2 所述的腹腔镜用穿刺器,其特征在于,所述穿刺器杆外表面分段式的直径变化中,所述穿刺器杆的每段外表面上下直径大,中间直径小。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的腹腔镜用穿刺器,其特征在于,穿刺器杆的上下直径大、中间直径小的每段外表面呈竹节状。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的腹腔镜用穿刺器,其特征在于,穿刺器杆的上下直径大、中间直径小的每段外表面为两个相连的半珠状。
  6. 如权利要求1-5之一所述的腹腔镜用穿刺器,其特征在于,所述穿刺器杆的外表面呈连续的竹节状或串珠状。
