Abstract

Machine de préparation de boissons pouvant être infusées comprenant un ensemble chambre d'infusion destiné à contenir une substance pouvant être infusée, l'ensemble chambre d'infusion comprenant des ouvertures d'entrée pour y charger un liquide d'entrée, une ouverture de sortie au niveau d'une extrémité supérieure de celui-ci, et une ouverture de sortie pour faire sortir le liquide infusé, les ouvertures d'entrée étant dimensionnées et orientées de façon à provoquer une agitation turbulente ; un dispositif de chauffage qui chauffe le liquide d'entrée apporté à l'ensemble chambre d'infusion ; une pompe destiné à apporter le liquide chauffé depuis le dispositif de chauffage par les ouvertures d'entrée ; une première soupape reliée à l'ouverture de sortie ; et un microprocesseur qui ouvre la première soupape pendant un remplissage initial de l'ensemble chambre d'infusion avec le liquide chauffé et ferme la première soupape lorsque le liquide chauffé atteigne un niveau prédéfini dans l'ensemble chambre d'infusion pour entraîner la mise sous pression du liquide chauffé dans l'ensemble chambre d'infusion pendant une opération d'infusion.
