一种多功能锅炉管,包括无缝钢管管体,管体的组成包括以下质量百分比的成分:碳15%~20%,硅0.17%~0.23%,磷0.38%~0.63%,锰0.15%~0.35%,钼0.3%~0.6%,其余为铁,管体的表面渗有氮形成渗氮层,渗氮层的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。该多功能锅炉管的耐压性能和耐热以及抗腐蚀性能较好,成本较低。
Description
本发明涉及一种多功能锅炉管。
锅炉中用到管道,对管道的耐压性能和耐热以及抗腐蚀性能都有较高的要求,其抗拉强度和屈服强度也都有一定的要求。因此开发一种成本低而强度大、耐氧化腐蚀的锅炉管是必要的。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能锅炉管,该多功能锅炉管的耐压性能和耐热以及抗腐蚀性能较好,成本较低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种多功能锅炉管,包括无缝钢管管体,所述管体的组成包括以下质量百分比的成分:碳15%~20%,硅0.17%~0.23%,磷0.38%~0.63%,锰0.15%~0.35%,钼0.3%~0.6%,其余为铁。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管体的组成包括质量百分比为0.45%的磷和质量百分比为0.25%的锰。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述管体的表面渗有氮形成渗氮层,所述渗氮层的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:该多功能锅炉管的耐压性能和耐热以及抗腐蚀性能较好,成本较低。

优选地,所述管体1的组成包括质量百分比为0.45%的磷和质量百分比为0.25%的锰。
优选地,所述管体1的表面渗有氮形成渗氮层2,所述渗氮层2的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。
本发明多功能锅炉管的有益效果是:
本发明的多功能锅炉管的耐压性能和耐热以及抗腐蚀性能较好,成本较低。

- 一种多功能锅炉管,其特征在于,包括无缝钢管管体,所述管体的组成包括以下质量百分比的成分:碳15%~20%,硅0.17%~0.23%,磷0.38%~0.63%,锰0.15%~0.35%,钼0.3%~0.6%,其余为铁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能锅炉管,其特征在于,所述管体的组成包括质量百分比为0.45%的磷和质量百分比为0.25%的锰。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能锅炉管,其特征在于,所述管体的表面渗有氮形成渗氮层,所述渗氮层的厚度为0.1mm~0.2mm。
